2Do - Todo List, Tasks & Notes for Positive User Reviews

Better than bestFot being organize, this is the apps. Trying so much and always came back..Version: 3.35

Love it!This is THE best personal task manager of all! Yes, even better than Omni Focus! You can make it as simple or as complicated as you like - the options are there. You can do GTD or implement your own system. I love the use of Tags and saved searches (think views), and rely on them heavily to implement my own (rather complex) system. There are only a couple of things I wish it had — some way of suggesting a list of tasks from my shortlist, based on the amount of time I have in my schedule today/tomorrow, and the concept of sequential tasks and dependencies. Other than that, it's perfect! Even the syncing is flawless!.Version: 3.9.89

Better than Omnifocus, better than ThingsI’ve tried Omnifocus, and I used Things for years. Neither had it quite right for me, so I kept looking - until I found 2Do. My approach is loosely based on GTD principles, with my emphasis on a trusted system that I can mindlessly dump everything into, and process when I’m ready. I can be as organised as I want to be with this app, and when I’m having a slack week or month and don’t keep up with everything, it doesn’t take long to get back up to speed. It really feels like this app works for me, instead of the other way around. Sync works well most of the time, but could be better. I use 2Do on my iPhone, iPad and Mac and sometimes it takes a little while for things to update. I can understand why the developers are charging in-app purchases for extra features, and really, the app is so cheap to buy (even at full price plus the extras) that it’s not a big deal. I’m not going to be purchasing the Email to 2Do option, because I use the IOS app Dispatch which makes easy to create tasks from emails on the go and push them into 2Do. This app sits among the few I use everyday - along with Evernote, Dispatch, Notability, Paprika, and the incredible Copied. All are excellent, all help to streamline my life..Version: 3.8.1

Its more powerful than I expectedI was looking for a new todo application that would sync my Ical calendar todo's, the iphone and the ipad and keep all the information in sync using my mobile me account This program did all of the above and was way more powerful than my previous todo application Like how you can also add pictures and a voice memo to any todo I see now why they have so many great 5 star ratings and glad to be able to add myself to them Would highly recommend this app to others.Version: 2.5.1

The MasterThis is unequivocally the Grand Master of the getting things done apps on the store. Granular detail if you want it, high complexity if you need it. I’ve been using this on other platforms for years and on iOS it’s the same brilliant experience. Thank you for keeping my life together!.Version: 3.60

AwesomeGreat app. Does everything I need plus more. Great being able to link with wife - we have got so much more done in past few weeks with this app than we would normally accomplish in several months! Highly recommended..Version: 2.8.1

Absolutely love it. Now just needs iOS11 and Watch updatesAs someone who is extremely unorganized, my task app is one of the most important things in my life and after trying out all of the top rated ones 2do ended up being my favorite. It has all the specifics and sorting tools that I want and it’s extremely well organized. Now all it needs is the newest Apple features. Mainly: Siri support for iOS11 for managing tasks, an Apple Watch complication (my most desired feature), Dock Support for Apple Watch. These are things that I’ve been waiting for but haven’t happened yet. If I don’t see some of them soon, then maybe I’ll move onto another app with full-features support..Version: 3.9.87

Simply the Best - Don’t HesitateI didn’t need iOS 12’s new screen time feature to know that I use this app a lot - it’s simply THAT good. It dovetails so well with David Allen’s Getting Things Done (GTD) system, and makes tracking all kinds of tasks simple and quick. However, it also has the kind of fine detail options that make it really robust and customizable to individual needs. It’s no exaggeration to say that GTD and this app have saved my sanity and helped me lead a more organized, calm life..Version: 3.68

Minor adjustmentVery helpful app. I use it to keep notes of everything that’s it’s important in my everyday life: Like credit cards payment date, password of important app: it’s quick to retrieve it, copy & paste it on any other app. It’s very fast I highly recommend it. Only a minor update I request: when click the app to open it automatically open the last page it was open last. So what I do is close the page then open the want I need (it takes 3 seconds to me it’s a lot) other than that it’s excellent. You can create as many pages as you want and the search to find of anything you create. It is very fast, I love it.Version: 3.30

The best!I like to try out new productivity apps and always come back to 2 Do! 2 Do has so many functions and is easy to use. My favorite is adding a start date or duration so I can see items that can be completed in the next couple days or even weeks. I sort by priority. Each day I decide what is the priority for the day. High for must do’s, Medium and Low for try to do or might do. I also like setting up projects to plan vacations or other events. I’ve been using 2 Do for many years and would be lost without it!.Version: 3.65

Many good featuresFlexible enough to enable multi topic task management while simple enough to master and maintain without difficulty. My own favourite feature is the ability to dictate new tasks into my watch as they arise on the go. Also effort free synchronisation across all devices..Version: 3.68

Worth itThis app does everything I want (and more). It’s worth going pro and paying for the desktop app also (weird to pay twice but I kinda get it). It’s worth spending some time playing around with how you want to do things - I knew what I wanted so I spent a couple of hours working out how the app would do that. Favourite features: 🎉 start dates!!! 🎉 - what use is any task manager without this? (Couldn’t believe this gap in MS ToDo!) ⭐️sub tasks ⭐️ - it makes sense for anything beyond the basics and 2Do does it really really well ❤️tags ❤️- but wait! Search a tag and you get only uncompleted tasks with that tag! (I’m looking at you again MS ToDo) There’s more, but the last I’ll highlight is the intuitive ‘stuff’ going on in the background. Too much to mention and I’m pretty sure there are things I haven’t discovered yet..Version: 3.54

Pretty much perfect2Do doesn’t get seem to get promoted much or mentioned in lists of best To Do apps, but I’ve been using it about 8 years and it’s pretty much perfect. And no subscription. I occasionally try out other To Do apps just to see if I’m missing out on something better, but nothing is as intuitive or as well laid out as this app..Version: 3.35

Fantastic! The one app I cannot do withoutI am a project manager by trade so easy and thorough organization of tasks is critical for me. I have tried many other apps but this is hands down the best. There are so many features-some that I don’t use yet-but the flexibility of the app, easy organization of lists, multiple reminders, powerful search and filter, sync, backup, and much more makes this a must have. It also supports Apple Watch which makes snoozing or completing tasks a snap right on your watch. I have the Pro version and it is well worth it. I use this so many times a day-it has totally made my life easier to manage and saves so me much time. Keep up the great innovation. Looking forward to see what is coming next for 2Do..Version: 3.10.5

MeI love this app and always have..Version: 3.35

I complained about the Mac app being overpriced......but I snagged it at half price so now I’m all turned around on the subject. — Needs option to turn off nagging me for a review, this one can only go downhill if I have to keep coming back and editing it. Also iCloud sync would be great now that Dropbox is turning its cattle class services to fud. — If you’ve done the whole “GTD roundabout of apps” that I have you will know a lot of them do things well, but are poorly structured in the sense of subscriptions, your data being hosted elsewhere, and the potential that fees will raise or doors will shutter and your data will be left siloed somewhere irretrievable. What won me over about 2Do is the Dropbox data store and the intuitive layout with flexibility of changing tasks to projects or lists of subtasks, while including all the necessary things like reminders and geo. This really is the best 2Do app, take it from someone who read GTD in 2010 and spent all the time since trying to find the right app to service my particular way of implementing it, with the flexibility to do it other ways when GTD methodology doesn’t fit the creative project..Version: 3.9.89

Great appThis app functions so well, and has features(actions) that much more expensive apps don’t.Version: 3.11.1

Intuitive to use, very elegant!I tried them all and this app wins in every department: it’s simple enough that it’s intuitive to use, yet elegant and beautiful. I have not tapped into all its features but for my uses, this app is not over engineered and has become a part of my daily life. I’d LOVE to see a dark mode released in the future..Version: 3.12

No subscription and absolutely the best for the money2Do has been on my iphone, iPad and Mac for years. I’d try the rest and come back again and again. As all the other apps are going to subscriptions, 2Do has remained firm. My suggestion is that you make it easy for me to give you tip or buy you a pizza, because I would, just not every month. 😜 The app is outstanding at doing task and keeping track of your todos. I’ve used about all of the so called best and yes some are really good, but so is 2Do. The only thing I regret is wasting all that time trying other apps when what I needed was right in front of me..Version: 3.61

Best ToDo App out there !!!On balance, in terms of UI, functionality, versatility and adaptability this ToDo app is the best available bar none by a long way. To even get 3-stars from me an app has to be easy to use to be productive and efficient, customisable to suit my way of doing things, and it's gotta look good (occupational obsession of a designer). 2Do scores highly on all counts. This app has been extremely well thought out and has been progressively well developed. It is very easy to use right out of the box but with a little time learning it's strengths and features it will satisfy most task management needs and nuts. There's always room for improvement but as this app already functions very well and does all you could ask of it, my wish list would only include a few UI refinements on some pages for graphic consistency, look and feel and perhaps improvements in ease of adding notes, tags, alarms etc as these functions are good but could be better for an overall great experience. My hat's off to the developers for an excellent app I can highly recommend..Version: 2.6

Premier To Do / Reminders appTried several different apps when the one I purchased years ago no longer supported iOS sync. I appreciate how this app allows you to try premium before purchasing. This is much more expensive than many cheaper to do apps, but does not require a yearly fee which other expensive apps now do, including my previous app. After several weeks of using it, I felt it was worthy of the premium price. This is coming from someone who doesn’t like to pay anything for apps. The things that set it apart from the competition: excellent user interface with many customizable options, same for pre-alerts, folders and just about anything else you’d need. I even like the app icon better than the competition, which is important to me. The syncing between devices is much better than my previous app as well. Overall, excellent product!.Version: 3.18

Best to do app out thereLiterally the best. I've tried them all!.Version: 3.19

Shutdown by itselfSince the last update(3.33), we have to reboot our 2 iPhones 6 Plus(ios 12.4.9) if we want to use the application. If we don’t do that, it is shutting down each time by itself after 2-3 seconds. I don’t have this issue with my iPad(ios14). Never had this problem before. I will update my comment and note when it will be fixed.(5 stars) Update: Problem fixed with 3.34. Good job! 5 stars..Version: 3.34

Fantastic Task Manager with Email IntegrationI’ve bounced back and forth between task managers over the years. OmniFocus is great and an easy second choice, but I’ve found I appreciate 2Do’s fantastic UI/UX and love that they offer a cheap upgrade to integrate your emails as tasks. You can also set filters so that you’re not seeing every single email. Have a few top clients that you always need to keep happy? Filter for specifically their emails. The one thing I would love to see implemented is a Kanban board. I think it would add another nice dimension to give quick visual feedback and it would integrate with the calendar quite nicely. Don’t hesitate to buy 2Do. It’s worth every cent and more..Version: 3.31

Favorite appI don’t know what I would do without this app. It allows you to make to do items that are either individual, part of a list, or part of a project. You can prioritize by date, importance, or both. There are also multiple categories that you can group tasks into, including ones you designate yourself. Multiple ways to back it up, including Dropbox. It can also be synced across your devices. I don’t use it that way, though. The 2Do on my phone is for errands and shopping, and the one on my iPad has projects. Very easy to use. I have been using this app for years and it’s always met my needs..Version: 3.10.3

Great app.Have used this app for years and is still the best used app I have. Just great to use..Version: 3.27

Great to-do list app!I’ve used 2Do ever since I’ve started college and now I’m graduating, and I’m still using it. Never failed me even once, which really proves how valuable and useful the app is. I’ve never gotten late or missed anything important and the features are just great! With this, I would like to suggest a few additions to the app which I think will definitely be useful: (1) a dark mode option, which will make the app’s interface easier on the eyes at night, and (2) a dedicated Windows app. I use Windows and I’d rather use 2Do than to have to switch to another app (I’ve been using 2Do all my life in this point hahaha). Thank you!.Version: 3.32

Comparability with outlookThe app is perfect , but others suggest that it would be better if it was able to sync with Microsoft outlook . Other than that, I recommend to use this amazing app, it's helpful :).Version: 0

The most flexible to do list app on the marketI have used pretty much every major to do list app and this is the only one I have found that can flex to how I work, not the other way around. It has ALL the options but you don’t need to use them all, and it doesn’t make the app clunky. I love that these are not subscription based too. I don’t review apps often but this one feels so underrated it seemed rude not to!.Version: 3.14

An underrated and powerful task app2Do is packed with advanced functionality and is extremely flexible in terms of how you can manage your tasks. Tags, rich attachments, checklists, projects, list groupings, start dates, due dates, custom alerts, it’s all there. Just about any power user feature is available, and you can ignore the ones you don’t need. Combined with smart lists, which allow you to create many different perspectives on your tasks, you can essentially bend 2Do into an app that works exactly the way you want it to, which might be completely different from how someone else uses it. One missing feature that I would like to see is the ability to sync smart lists, list groups, list visibility settings, etc., when using a CalDAV server. Obviously these are extra features outside of the scope of CalDAV, but without a way of syncing these extra features between devices running 2Do, I have to recreate my smart lists and groups on every device and update them all manually when I make a change. It makes using 2Do on two devices difficult, and it gets worse with every additional one..Version: 3.29

Everything you need and more! This is one of my most used apps. It is incredibly simple to use but has fantastic functionality & detail. My work involves managing a lot of different areas and the "projects" and "checklists" allows me to keep levels and categories of tasks that make it easy to keep track of everything, which is impossible in one single task list like most others offer. These functions are not available in the lite version but the premium is well worth the price if you are serious about productivity. If you are just creating shopping lists the lite version is probably sufficient. My only complaint is that outlook & iCal don't have the same level of detail so you lose s'thing (project level) in the syncs. However that is outside the control of the developers. I wish they would create a Mac desktop app that has the same type of interface!!.Version: 0

The app I have been searching forI finally found this app and so far it seems to be exactly the app I have been struggling to find. I have tried so many other task management and to do list apps and found them to be either too complicated or lacking features. Not only does this app seem to fit all my needs, but it looks quite nice as well without being flashy. I just wanted to say thank you..Version: 3.35

BEST EVERI’ve tried “Omnifocus”, “Things” for me they force me into sorting out my day they’re way. 2Do lets me do things my way. I started off using it in a pretty simple manner then when I needed to started using it to it’s full advantage. It’s just easy and enjoyable to use. I use it mostly on the iPad, it syncs to my phone effortlessly. Love it!.Version: 3.27

Performs as advertised2do is a great task manager that does what it claims—and does so well. The app appears to accommodate a myriad of workflows and workstyles. The layout and numerous features may be daunting to those unfamiliar with productivity apps. But to one who is willing to commit the time and energy to learn the app and customize it to accommodate his/her own preferences, the app is a useful tool. Success with such apps is founded upon having a keen understanding of one’s own individual ways and methods of working and knowing what you need to know at just the right time when you need to know it in order to accomplish your daily goals. The interface is somewhat cluttered and in need of a refresh. Also, the slate blue is rather lackluster and unappealing—would love to be able to change the color. And would definitely enjoy a cleaner, brighter interface. Additionally, I would welcome the ability to nest an unlimited number of projects and sub-projects, tasks and sub-tasks. Overall, the app is very well done and performs as advertised. I literally use the app on my Mac Pro, MacBook Pro, iPad Pro and iPhone 8 Plus every day. I’ve had 2do going back to my iPhone 4s, so I’m very familiar with it. No app is perfect, and that includes 2do. I’ve abandoned 2do and experimented with essentially every task manager on the market throughout the years. And I always return to 2do. The app became more useful to me when I refined it to complement my work flow and style..Version: 3.15

Just About PerfectDownloaded and tested 20+ To Do List apps before finding this one. All of them were missing something. So far, this one seems to have everything needed for single person home/work use. Simple intuitive interface, repeating tasks, next repeated task due date based on completion date and not previous due date, multiple lists, ability to create tasks, projects, or checklists, app badges to show what’s due, custom repeating cycles, sync and back up, exporting, alerts, and best of all a single purchase price with no ongoing subscription fee. The only thing I wish it had was a little more fun stuff like icons, graphics, etc. But that’s just my inner child speaking. Wonderful, well-rounded app..Version: 3.18

Pretty good so farI’ve been trying to find a task manager app that I like for about 18months. I used to use errands, which I was used to and found pretty easy to use, but the developers were not responsive about an issue with it deleting data and from the reviews I wasn’t the only one having issues. I tried several other apps, including tick tick, but just couldn’t find one which had all the features that I used regularly and was easy to use. They didn’t seem intuitive and I was finding that I’d put a task in, but it would then get lost and I’d miss doing it. 2Do so far is proving pretty good. I really like that it had training videos, I’ve watched them several times and I’m finding that I’m using it more effectively and getting benefit from its many features as I learn more. I really like that it has the option of creating a simple task, a task with a tick list of sub tasks, or a project with individual tasks that have separate dates. I liked that Tick Tick integrated with my Icalendar, and I could see my calendered appointments on a full day view, and schedule tasks around them. This would be a handy feature for 2Do to add into its extensive features- it shows tasks for the day, but doesn’t show a timeline for the day with the gaps. This is really the only suggestion I would make currently- if it had this, it would be a 5* review from me.Version: 3.31

Would be nice if 2Do supported iCloud DriveAs is I have to use Dropbox for full sync features and is the only reason I keep it installed on my MacBook at home. They same sync feature should be available if they used iCloud Drive..Version: 3.19

Best app I ever bought!I first bought this app way back when I had an iPhone 3 or 4. It has always been my favorite app and remains so today. I wish the background was still the original yellow (as in the color of a legal pad) and the animation were still around. Otherwise keep up the great work. Also, can you guys please, please, please bring back the app “Groups” for contacts. I would gladly pay for it all over again. I can’t find any contacts app that does all that “Groups” used to do. I miss the “smart groups” function. No app has that, at least no app has the ability to create a smart group and write it into the native contacts app..Version: 3.9.89

For me, without a doubt, the bestOver 20 years I’ve tried many todo and task apps from desktop pcs to mobile devices and they have been, mugh! OK, kind of. This one however hits the spot. Once you know where everything is and how it stitches together it’s a breeze to use, good looking and the best part is that there are no ongoing fees. You can use cloud services, but best of all you can use calDav. I sync all of devices through Nextcloud for which this app is a perfect partner. Good work. Can we have a Windows version?.Version: 3.35

Best ToDo App of them allAfter trying so many different ToDo apps and never really ever finding that one that met most of my needs I was pleasantly surprised to stumble across 2Do. With a beautiful layout and the ability to create groups and sub groups in an easy to find format 2Do really hits the spot for me. It’s really a five star app as it stands but we can always improve hence the 4 star rating. I look forward to seeing 2Do develop and grow in the future!.Version: 3.23

Excellent! with room for improvementI have become dependent on it for scheduling my work assignments especially the repeating ones. If a function is added for recurring events by for example "First Monday of Month" or "Last", in addition to the blocking certain days as "Public Holiday", it would be more than GREAT. Thank you for the excellent work..Version: 0

The best ToDo appI have tried heaps of task apps. However 2Do is hands down the absolute best. It used to sync with apple reminders but Apple broke that which is very disappointing.Version: 3.31

Organised my whole lifeConstant user for years, I keep everything in this app and it works extremely well..Version: 3.12

Very well thought out.I've been looking for a good to-do application for a while and most seem to make things too complicated to use quickly yet still manage to miss out featues. This does pretty much anything you could want yet does not require much rifling through menus at all. They've done a great job of making the user interface customisable too so you can taylor it to your requirements..Version: 0

Big fan with a few wishes...I've been using this application for years and it's an absolute lifesaver! For someone with ADHD, it’s an amazing to be able to separate your various lists and have them come together in “Today” when you need them to. A few things I long for: I wish it didn't take 7 taps to change the time of a task. I'd love a drag and drop timeline or a separate link to the clock when you hold on a task rather, than having it buried within the calendar. I'd also like a weeks worth of day options to defer a task when you hold it rather than just today and tomorrow. Lastly using start times is clunky. I don't like items with start times appearing at the top rather than at their start time when sorted by time..Version: 3.56

Powerful Task Manager with just 1 missing featureI had bounced around from to-do app to to-do app, tried a lot of the big names in this category, and was never impressed. Usability is key and being able to QUICKLY add, sort, & organize tasks is primary if you’re going to use one of these apps at all; so interface becomes key. This is a very powerful program that can be customized very well to your needs. I use maybe 70% of the features, there’s some things that aren’t necessary in MY workflow but I could see the potential in them. This makes it even better from the usability standpoint — the app is already very streamlined and elegant, but if you want to fiddle with settings and setup, you can make it even quicker to enter and manage your tasks. The single missing feature for me is the ability to share task lists with someone else. I run a business and I would love to have the ability to share one or a couple of my task lists out so I can Manage their actions and activities as well with less frictional loss..Version: 3.10.3

Love itUse it all the time, it's very powerful and flexible, but also simple interface. It's great for different tasks in different categories at a glance. I mainly use it by setting start dates for every to-do, and then some tasks I can "snooze" by moving the start date to another day. I then use the today view to see all the to-do's I need to take care of today. One feature request is to have a way to have every new to-do item automatically have today as the start date. I also would prefer if the tasks I create from the today view don't automatically have a due date on them, since I only use start dates. Basically, if you could make it more friendly for people who prefer to organize based on start dates rather than due dates, I’d give it a five stars. Keep up the great work!.Version: 3.9.87

Top notch full-featured task manager.Reliable. Effective. Clean. Powerful. Much better organizational tools than most task managers. I’ve decreased to 4 stars instead of 5 because the iPad app has only rudimentary keyboard shortcuts. The Mac app has excellent shortcuts—please add these on iPad! Otherwise, no complaints..Version: 3.35

Great app - try it.Updated - fixed in 24 hours with further update. All good. Back to its normal excellence. Have been very impressed with this app in the past. But now it just crashes immediately on opening. Until it is fixed I am afraid it’s one star. Fix it and it’s a five star app..Version: 3.34

GreatI've tried a few to do apps and this is by far the best one I've found. Had some issues initially in getting it to sync well with my laptop but I now sync it with Dropbox and this works perfectly!.Version: 2.7.2

No syncOnly started using but I really like this app so far. I’ve looked high and low for an app that has everything in one place. I do have a problem though, it won’t sync to my iPhone using Dropbox. It’s saying I’m linked and giving me the last update time but unfortunately no information. I’d give it five stars if I could sort this problem out..Version: 3.12

YES! This application IS that good! This application has turned out to be the blessing I have ben searchinf for and it's taken me 7 months to finally find it. What I love best is that I have "notification " that is easily readable at ANY time when the application is open. I have tried "Things" and even used the "Daylite" suite and this satifies all of my needs. I am in Business Development and my "TO DO" lists get long and winded. I can break these lists down very simply with a degree of customisation that you do not get from a lot of other Apps. THE INTEGRATION WITH MY CONTACTS ON MY IPHONE IS OUTSTANDING!! This is to a large part the icing on the cake with this App. Whenever I go to create a "TO DO" the App prompts me as to whether or not I need to "Visit" "Phone" "Email" etc... It will then access my Contacts on my iPhone to make sure I have the correct details associated with the "TO DO" in question. I could go on but will cut this short in saying that this application really IS that good. It's interface is stunning and it far outweighs the likes of "Things" and similar apps whose interface is clunky and requires you to do too much "mining" to get the information you want. My favourite part of the interface is that I can se everything that is upcoming on a "Home" screen. This is INVALUABLE and NOT offered on many Apps.... Best $8 I have spent in a LONG time. A great start to my new year :).Version: 0

The BestBeen using pro version for years now. Have never even considered looking for a different todo app, as this one is perfect. It can be used as a simple todo list or for more complex projects—your choice. Very stable. Syncs with all my devices. Highly recommend..Version: 3.19

Solid. Solid. Solid.Could have settled for the free app. But honestly the productivity it generates pays for itself. Being able to label stuff and mind dump as well as prioritise and snooze. Just wish i could find a way for it to persist in the mornings..Version: 3.9.87

Excellent!Highly recommend!.Version: 3.27

Best app I've ever usedThis app takes the pressure off me, especially since I'm a busy university student. I can see what my day consists of from my home screen and adding personalised tasks and lists is super easy. Definitely recommend this app to anybody!!.Version: 3.9.88

GreatI have been using this app years and think it’s the best around.Version: 3.39

SuperbThis app has really developed to become my favourite. Flexible, useful and the developer has been releasing useful updates and for no charge, which is really appreciated. Great work. I’m now using this on the iPad Pro and please can we have the option of choosing the background colour rather than the blue chosen. It just does not work for me and is the sort of thing that would be easy to allow the user to choose..Version: 3.9.87

Great app but....I've been using this app for a while now to manage my tasks. It's got a great feature set and it looks good too. However, if I try use the sync helper to sync tasks with iCal on my Mac, any tasks created on the Mac appear with due date one day later on my iPhone. This seems to be a New Zealand specific issue that others are experiencing. Luckily the latest version can sync to Toodledo with no problems..Version: 0

Strongly recommendedI have used the 2Do app for 12 years now. Its simplicity makes it easy to use, entering tasks into an inbox, and then allocating it into groups with start dates. I also I have the versions for iPhone iPad and Mac, and they reliably sync using dropbox. The developers have also updated the app regularly. Over the years I have looked at other productivity apps, but I always return to 2Do. I don’t write many reviews - this app is strongly recommend..Version: 3.54

Absolutely top notchThe best organisation app around. I’ve used it constantly for over ten years and the top quality functionality and customer service is a credit to the developer and the small team. Keep up the good work, my life is so well organised thanks to you..Version: 3.32

Powerful & packed with featuresGreat app for a power user/ nerd who wants every sort of feature - from tags, to both kinds of repeats, to tasks that are invisible until the day they are to be done. Custom lists are handy, as are project templates that one can duplicate every time a type of project needs to be repeated, etc. I would use it twice as happily if the watch face/complication synced quicker and could constantly display the next couple tasks (from my chosen view/list) so I would have a constant wrist reminder keeping me on track, updating seamlessly as I checked them off. Also a dark mode for arranging the next day’s tasks last thing at night! I’d donate toward these features if I could. Thanks for a well-thought app..Version: 3.35

Best 2DO/Task/Project Management App Period!Best 2DO/Task/Project Management App Period! MAC OSX & iOS I purchased and have used this App for the last 10+ years. I’ve tried countless alternatives and nothing compares. It’s one of the very few apps that hasn’t scammed its customers by rebranding/superseding and double/triple dipping for more funds???? (How many times have you purchased an app to find it’s superseded, rebranded or changed to a subscription rendering your hard earned purchase a waste of money?) Thanks 2DO for staying loyal to your customers and NOT RIPPING THEM OFF like many other developers. (Shame on Apple for allowing this!) Purchase this app without hesitation as it’s easily the most comprehensive/user friendly and best 2DO/Task/Project Management/Organiser App available!!!!.Version: 3.68

A load off my mindThe only issue with this app is remaining disciplined at entering everything in. That is not an issue with the app though - it would be the same if you were keeping a list with pen and paper. Actually entering tasks to do is a simple process and the ability to choose between each item being a to do, project or checklist means that the right type of action can always be entered. Using the start date feature keeps your daily task list uncluttered and mentally it is such a relief to know that everything you have to do is remembered for you. The tabs down the side allow you to look at tasks related to whatever context you are in (I have mine set up for work, home and out and about) so you can concentrate on only the things that a relevant to you. This is a brilliant app. It makes life easier, less stressful and more productive. I wouldn't be without it..Version: 2.6

Love 2DoSo easy to use, lists for everything. I rely on this app all the time and it never lets me down..Version: 3.17

GreatAmazing app once you learn all the features. Think I have been using it for at least 10 years now and wouldn’t be able to live without it. Love how it syncs between my iPhone iPad and Mac. Would be great if they had a free way to use it on my work PCs.Version: 3.35

Great appIt's a great way to stay organized. It covers most of the bases for usefulness..Version: 3.63

Used for years and LOVE IT!A massive thank you to the developers for continually working on and improving ToDo. I have tried a number of apps that are along the same lines, but this app simply works, and wins where others fail. It’s intuitive, sensible and structured brilliantly to manage tasks, lists, projects, calendars..... basically your life! Support is there if you need it and simple tutorials. I have been a ToDo Pro for a number of years, but just love this app so much, and find the time it saves me invaluable, especially these days being a relatively new mum. I just had to make the time to leave a review and pass on the highest praise and recommendations for this app..Version: 3.27

Best 2Do App - using for yearsUsed multiple times daily, I’ve built my own system of sorting tasks as suits me, complements book by Getting Things Done by David Allen that I’ve read countless times. To implement the principles self-development, discipline and reflection but this a highly sophisticated piece of software can support you more than adequately in such endeavours. I also use the laptop version and sync between the two (although the inbox doesn’t sync). Thank you so much to the developers!.Version: 3.19

Perfect! Awesome! A pice of Art!I am amazed by the fantastic features of this app! It is a perfect 2Do and GTD app, with awesome UI and great features. The new frequent updates raised the app to a new level. It lookes so nice and sleek and using it is a pleasure! I am against any subscription and not even get close to apps that I have to pay constantly! This app with so many years of service, so many powerful features and no subscription is a must for everyone! Get it and see yourself what I mean. I would like to thank the developers for frequent great updates. I am sure these great updates with so many improvements and new features in such a short time would satisfy every one. It is a 10 star app, but I can't give it more than 5! Highly recommended to every one!.Version: 3.60

MarvellousBeen using it for years. It was fantastic when I got it and it just keeps getting better. I couldn’t be more organized and productive than with this app at my side. Never seen another like it..Version: 3.17

SiriWith the exception of the provided example this app still does not work with Siri..Version: 3.33

IrreplaceableI’ve tried various task and todo apps in the last four or five years of using iPhones. I’ve always continued using 2Do because it had all the functionality I wanted without being too complicated. The interface is very nice. I also like how I keep finding new shortcuts as iOS gets updated and the app grows with it. Despite being a frequent app shopper, I’ve given up on trying any other apps to track my tasks and reminders. None of them comes even close to what 2Do can do..Version: 3.12

Best Productivity App in the AppStoreAs a long time OmniFocus user for many years, the switch to 2Do has been the smartest decision I've made. The integration with iCloud is brilliant and the best Ive seen in the AppStore. I can recommend this app enough..Version: 2.8

Looking for a "must-have" app?“Stunning” is the perfect description for this app. Here is the No 1 Task Manager for the iPhone you’ve been looking for! Cleverly designed, with a sophisticated and yet attractive, user-friendly interface for the iPhone, the application efficiently creates, edits and accurately synchronises Tasks between the iPhone and desktop. A full description of its huge capability is in Guided Ways own app blurb, all of which are able to be helpfully configured to personal choice, via the app settings. This app is a “must buy” for any of us – but especially those of us who use our iPhones as a serious business tool and require 100% reliability in such apps. To not add this app to your iPhone would be a “no-brainer”. The high quality of the latest version (v1.2) of this app is further enhanced by rapid response support, a development team that takes a genuine interest in the problem you may be grappling with and is capable of offering a prompt solution. I wish every business I deal with could learn to interact with it's client/customer base like that. (“Hello Apple, Vodafone … are you listening?”). Without doubt, Guided Ways Technologies and their team is a software development company to watch..Version: 0

Best task manager of them allI’ve downloaded and tried so many task managers and some are seductively prettier or gamified, but this one just does it all. I’ve used it for many years now and love it. It is simple to use but the complexity you can achieve is intense—everything short of project management software! I’ve just started using the methodology GTD—Getting Things Done—and it does an amazing job of capturing Inbox items, clarifying them into a next Action list or Project lists, and maintaining checklists. I only wish the Siri interface was easier. Siri thinks I’m saying “todo.”.Version: 3.63

Good but needs some workI would use the app more if it were able to be on my Watch face. Also, it doesn’t seem to be fully optimized for the new SiriKit. (Example: Look at how much power you can wield with Moleskine’s Actions app.) It looks like the pricing model may have changed and I really hope I’m wrong because I have already paid for the features recently and I don’t want to have to pay for them again. So some clarity or a reminder about how this is handled would be great. For quick, discreet entries, I wish that I could could use Apple’s Scribble feature that could be intelligently translated to a new task with a due date and/or reminder that’s set automatically. As it stands now, I find the Quick Add feature a little confusing to setup. What would be ideal is for me to always be prompted to set a new deadline with unique reminder(s). But adding tasks needs to be simpler. I love that the app can nag you. It’s similar to Due in the way it will nag you. But it’s another feature that could be simpler to get setup with. As for 2Do on Apple Watch, the watchOS app appears to not have support for complications on Watch faces. If I’m wrong, can you let me know which Faces your app supports 2Do complications?.Version: 3.10.5

The only oneThis really is the only 2Do App you will ever need. The interface is really easy to get the hang of and there are endless features available if need them. I have tried so many apps in this category and this one trumps them all..Version: 3.53

Haven’t started using but it looks good and I have a questionCan I sync using iCloud so that I can sync reminders already set up? If so, how? I tried using Caldav but it wouldn’t accept my iCloud password..Version: 3.11.1

Love this appI use this for everything! My daily to do list, planner, reminders, shopping list etc. I don’t need a diary or a calendar anymore as this is my one convenient app! I can also sync between my iPad and iPhone! I would love to be able to move things around on my lists, but I use the stars and priority markers to put them in order instead. Top marks!!.Version: 3.10.1

Thanks For Another Great YearI have been using 2Do for more than 5 years. I have tried other apps but 2Do has it all. The down side is there is so much. Start simple as a user and build your 2Do user skills it’s awesome. Thank you 2Do team for keeping the app up to date. Love it. Dave UK..Version: 3.53

Well Worth The CostThis is truly a great 2do app. I love the ability with this to-do app to be able to customize it to the way you want it to operate. I can personally highly recommend it!.Version: 2.8.32

Best I've seen for iPhone & iPadLove that I can sync to iCloud & therefore also to exchange. Love that I can have different calendars to split the day. Two main wish list items: 1. Needs multiple levels under project as it currently only functions as a check list 2. Would like to be able to set defaults e.g. A new ToDo defaults to today, new item default to a specific type that I use most... Other wish list items: 1. Import tasks from txt or excel or csv. 2. Icons for ease of idenitification of check list items ( like what you have for actions).Version: 2.7.2

Great app for all kinds of tasks! Small home tasks and full blown business organizational tasks! My favorite app by far for managing my client workload! Averaging about 75 clients at a time. I’m able to find and organize them in multiple ways by creation time, due date, and others! Very flexible! If you creatively use your notes and labels it multiplies the ways that you can use it! And you can keep all of your other home tasks outdoor tasks in the same place as well! ******Only thing is I wish we could customize, our filters so I could put the ones I use the most in the front. Alphabetical, due date, creation date, Pretty please developers, pretty please🤗!!.Version: 3.19

Stands the test of timeI've been a long time user of this App right from its first iteration and have seen it go from strength to strength. This has stood the test of time and have tried quite a w other apps but have always come back to this. The developers here listen to you and each change has w for the better.Version: 3.1

Best app for to do listsThe first time I heard about this app was years ago back when it was the free app of the week. I went and hunted it down recently because I needed a to do app but none of the ones I've tried out fit my criteria and I remembered really liking how gorgeous the UI was. I'm so glad I found it again. I tried using Things 3 but I hated that it wasn't possible to view all tasks in one page and I looove that 2Do let's you do this. It has all the features that I could ever want in a to do app, all without needing a subscription. The widget could use some more information (I'd like to see the due date of tasks in the medium size widget), but I don't mind opening the app for that..Version: 3.62

Fantastic app. This is the most intuitive todo app that I have ever used. You used most apps for a few days or weeks until their shortcomings become evident and then you find another one. I have been using this app for 3 months and I am hooked. I use it to record tasks, ideas, things that are going to happen and stuff that may occur in the future. I bought the full version and use it on my iPhone and iPad. Highly recommend this app..Version: 3.32

Long term userI have been using this app since 2010, it has undergone a few iterations since then but has basically remained the best to-do list available. I’ve tried a few others but none have the same functionality..Version: 3.17

Calendar in landscape mode on iPad mini - Please make is so it can be appear / disappear by choiceI’ve had this app for many years and once I used it, I’ve never used Reminders that came with my iPhone and IPad, in fact I deleted Apples’ Reminders (which is very limited). I am asking if the calendar can be an option to appear / disappear when using in landscape mode by choice. The landscape view for iPhone is perfect, it isn’t cluttered or too busy. I so wish the iPad version had that display. I’m sure you can make it appear / disappear with a touch icon or swipe like you do with the TAGS option. It’s just too busy for me and takes up room. Please consider. Much appreciated..Version: 3.31

Excellent App - Have a request!I want to start out by saying I love this app. I have many tasks to manage on a daily basis and this app helps me to keep things organized and to complete things on time. I have a request however. I have the app set up to do automatic backups, and I also email myself backups daily. When I do an email backup, I first permanently delete the items in the deleted list. This works great unless I am distracted. Twice now, I have accidentally deleted my entire list instead of the deleted list. I know I can restore the list, but if I have added things to the list after the last backup, those changes won’t be restored and I am left racking my brain trying to recall all the things I have added since the last backup. So, my request is to either have an “undo” option after deleting, or to have a big red warning appear if you are about to permanently delete all of the items not already in the list. This is just a suggestion, but I feel I am not the only one who has experienced this problem. Thank you..Version: 3.63

Used for a Year - Works WellI have been using 2Do for a year now. Its integration across iPad, iPhone and Watch has been excellent. The only aspect I would love to see is its integration with Windows PCs. However, the flexibility it provides makes it an excellent task management system that supports my hard copy planner system. Excellent product.Version: 3.27

Best To-Do List App Out ThereThis app keeps my life together and running smoothly. Easily my most used app since downloading over 6 years ago. All the other to do, list, & life management apps really can’t hold a candle to 2Do. Thanks to the dev for their hard work and keeping all our lives from plummeting into chaos. Things I’d love to see: 1. Dark mode be a gray scale instead of pitch black. The colored text just looks bad & is hard to read on a super dark background. 2Do is the only app I don’t run in dark mode. Other neutral background colors would be welcomed as well 2. Being able to sort manually but also within the due date. I have over 100 2Dos so sorting by anything other than by due date is chaos. But I would like to self prioritize tasks by easily moving them around within a daily list. I know you can technically do this by using daily focus, then sorting manually, but that’s more of a work around than an actual way to view your tasks. 3. A lock feature for tasks so they aren’t able to be accidentally deleted..Version: 3.65

UnbeatableI've been using 2Do for a few years now and have watched it progress from an already awesome app to something that is simply integral to my day to day business. It's simple, robust and mobile. It's adaptable enough to be used exactly how you want, and efficiently designed so entries are super quick. Absolutely love it!.Version: 3.6

Could be a wee bit betterUpdate Fixed quickly by updating iOS. Also fixed on App Store. Messaged me as well, which was nice. Could do with an option to email an alarm. Since the latest update won't even open!!! Update Getting used to it, but still not as good as it was. New version is a big step backwards. Still getting used to the new interface. Been using this for about a month now, works fine but not tried syncing yet. £1.79 for mobileme syncing is a bit of a rip off I think, should be standard part of app methinks. Why apple can't let you sync todos in iCal is also abysmal, but that is why we need apps like this. Hopefully syncing will be free soon!.Version: 3.18

Great app but not perfectI’ve been using the app for a while and I really enjoy it. It’s simple enough to comfortably learning it, but details enough to full fill my needs. However, there is a bug and I was not able to report but to use this review forum. As from iOS, the badge count for ‘today’ does not include ‘overdue’ despite it has been setup to include overdue in settings > appearance. Noting that it works for iPadOS..Version: 3.67

Loving the new lookJust a quick review update. I've only just started re-using this app again after a bit of a gap and trialling other apps. Just wanted to say that I love the new cleaner look - it makes it so much easier and more pleasant to use the app! Thank you. ————— Please add more list nesting - even if we could add checklists under projects, it would make the app soooo much better. This is the element that I am continuously searching for in other apps and why I don’t stick with this app - so many other positives, but without this facility, my projects become so unwieldy and checklists or nested sub tasks would REALLY help make this app closer to perfect..Version: 3.11.1

Very happy with this appI’ve used a lot of to-do list managers over the years. 2Do is my current favorite. It strikes the right balance between complexity and ease of use. More minimalist task management apps lack the features I need. But some feature-rich apps are difficult to use and slow me down, especially when I need to add data quickly. 2Do manages to avoid both of these pitfalls. I liked it enough that I paid for the pro version, both to unlock a few features and to support the developers. This app helps me do more and keeps things from slipping through the cracks..Version: 3.31

The BestI haven’t even used this app in like at least five years, maybe ten. And yet here I am rating it 5 stars. I used it for the first year or so and it was 5 stars back then and I loved it. The only problem is, ugh me. One day I will find my way back to being on top of things and this app will be right there with me. Thanks for such consistent updates over the last decade it feels like. Great work and a shining star in the App Store!.Version: 3.15

Great task listWorks with reminders if you choose the right sync option. Easy to manage tasks and supports location reminders too. Great app..Version: 3.19

The best and most robust self-hosted task management appI have bounced around a ton of different task management applications, and always end up coming back to 2Do. It’s not perfect, but no application is because everyone works slightly different. What I can say is that if you value owning your data, and if you value supporting independent or small developers, this is the tool that you want. If you value a low barrier to entry with a high ceiling for your system growing with you, this is the tool that you want..Version: 3.63

Constant UserI am a business advisor and have been using 2Do for several years for managing a very complex database of tasks that i must keep on top of. I probably have a few hundred projects with each having between 1 and 30 activities. I update and review several times a day on my iPads, iPhone, MacBook and MacMini. The system has never failed me and i use most of its features, particularly the flexibility of the Tags and search capabilities. The only feature i found wanting were the email extraction, which were messy with all my different email accounts and Action list, which i believe needs customisation features. However, every day i use this App for perhaps an hour and have recommended it to others who i know also operate complex advisory businesses..Version: 3.12

Currently the best and most flexible iOS to do listCurrently the best and most flexible iOS to do list. I’ve tried many apps and different systems and I’ve even written one or two myself. This app is a nice balance of features and clean interface. Unlike apps that Require you to drag and drop to establish priority and order, this gets me back to what I really want which is being able to set priority on tasks as well as other meta-data like the star, and then I can use smart lists to show me only the things that I should do first, and then I have another smart list for the things that are the next chunk of work to do. Important: Be sure to use the start date feature so you can defer/hide tasks until the appropriate magic day, So you can keep your most important smart list or list clean and not distract yourself with things that you know you won’t even start to work on until next Wednesday or whatever. Plus, I can still use it as a general list manager for a grocery list. This app is very friendly for nerds If the experiment with the syntax for smart list, but you do not have to be a nerd for this to be a good choice for you..Version: 3.12

Great! What an amazing app. It helps my schedule become organized!.Version: 3.22

Mostly GoodThe app has a ton of features for managing task and to do lists. There is arguably too many features as it can take a bit of time to get you head around all the functionality. My biggest issue with the app though is that it does not have a Home Screen widget. I had previously used the app quite a bit but since moved to the native reminders app that has a new style Home Screen widget as it is much simpler to quickly create tasks and view them.Version: 3.54

Ready for iOS5?I really like this app, but iOS5 is going to have a tasks app built in, hopefully by the time iOS5 is ready this app will be able to use the notifications etc to the same extent the built in app does otherwise I will feel ripped off. I don't want to wish for features in this app that are present only in the built in app. Great app though. Good times.Version: 2.5.1

So happy to finally find a task manager that integrates with CalDavHave been looking for one forever to accompany BusyCal built in To Do, this is perfect solution. Have pro for my Mac and iPad + phone. However only 4* because there’s no dark mode on the app version 🥲 once this app has dark mode I’ll update my review.Version: 3.35

One of my most used appsI have used this for years and it has done everything I’ve needed. Lots of ways to input new tasks including email triggers make it easy to use. Perhaps most impressive is how long I’ve had it without them thinking of ways to make it obsolete and trying to sell me another online subscription service. Thanks.Version: 3.27

Fantastic usefullGreat app, so easy to use, I use often and daily to organise my work per category, couldn’t be efficient without it !.Version: 3.31

Best Productivity App out there.I have used this app for many years. As an account manager overseeing more than 300 industrial customers, I use this app all through out the day to help me stay organized and on top of all of the needs of my clients. I love how flexible the app is and the way I can tailor it to all the different areas of my life. My only complaint would be that lately when I manually organize my multiple to-do’s for the day they don’t all stay where I sequence them. It’s a small problem but it makes it difficult to keep things in order.... Other than that, I love the app and will continue to use it daily. I highly recommend it..Version: 3.16

True Wunderlist replacement.Forget Microsoft's useless ToDo app, just use 2Do instead for full featured tasks..Version: 3.29

Great appI have tried many, and this is the one I go back to..Version: 3.31

OutstandingThe most useful paid app I've purchased. Seems the sync and Nz date issues reported in older versions are resolved as I have it syncing flawlessly with outlook 2007. This app is one the few that almost pay for the cost of the iPhone alone. Buy it..Version: 0

Best app everHonestly everyone should have this app in their life to make it so much easier and get things done. Firstly I recommend watching the tutorials of how to start👍🏻.Version: 3.56

Loving it so far!New user of 2Do based on recommendations from Federico Viticci. Have consolidated from Asana, Clear & iCloud reminders (apart from anything input by Siri) - all into one app. I also was using my mailbox as a kind of todo list - so effectively four down to one! Awesome! I've also built some workflow features I was using, into 2Do via Email to 2Do - love that as well! Looking forward to a much more organised and efficient 2016 with less stuff to process via email. Also hoping that a couple of features come soon: * Pasting bulk tasks into the iOS app * Setting additional things via Email to 2Do like projects, due dates etc.Version: 3.8

My perfect “Things” ReplacementI started off years ago using Things, then came over to Apple Reminders. Sure it wasn’t Things but it worked. Last year I started using SetApp and 2Do was a part of the subscription. So I started down the path of using Things but couldn’t get with the price, not having the ability to add attachments, not having location-based reminders,, and - yes - the price again. So I tried 2Do on the mac and then on my phone for syncng and it fits the bill. Everything Things did plus the few up top that Things isn't doing. Now the only thing that's killing me and giving it a 4 is on the UI. Specifically, not having the ability to change the background color of the iPhone app. The faded bluish gray thing is horrible for me. It's not working with my tab colors and at times is not easy to see, especially in bright settings. (Things was actually really beautiful to use.) Developers, PLEASE, give me the ability to choose my background color for the panels, or at least make plain white an option. I'm still using it though - if you can get over the color issue 2Do is becoming an excellent app..Version: 3.35

Much improved - would recommendI first tried this app several versions ago and had issues with syncing and date/time zones changing the dates of to- dos. Happy to say that all that has been resolved. Sync with iCloud across outlook, iPad and iPhone is seamless and I haven't had any problems with repeating tasks (something several of the other apps I've tried can't seem to manage properly). Good interface and lots of useful features..Version: 2.7.2

Consistently the best for me (and probably you!)Task lists are individual, and not every one needs or wants the same thing. My favorite part of 2Do is how customizable this app is. Want to just work with a single simple task list? Slide the sidebar off the screen. Need complex smart lists and tagging to obsessively manage every aspect of your life? Easily done. Pinch to adjust how much info you see about each item on the fly without needing to dive into settings (though there are a ton of those available too!). The feature set is incredible. But even more impressive is the UI, which makes it quick and easy to access all of that functionality in a discoverable, coherent, and efficient way. Every time I’ve wanted to do something better with my task lists, or in a new way, 2Do has offered me the chance to do what I need. One of the best apps I have ever used on any platform..Version: 3.10.5

So easySo many features yet you can begin to get the benefits straight away. The more you use 2Do the more you learn the more exciting it becomes. Definitely the best value organiser I have found..Version: 3.12

Love this more and moreStarted off I was just trying 2do and almost thought this is not for me but as I learned more about how to use it properly I decided to make this my task manager. Tried several others before this as I was using a combination of Wunderlist, paper notes and fantastical. I probably would not have switched if not the handwriting is on the wall for Wunderlist. Microsoft todo, while it has gotten better, still has a way to go. Recently paired this app with my watch and it really has become a great tool. Like the Siri support but I made a few Shortcuts that really make this a pleasure to use. It’s the first time that it’s just easier to make a new action than to even just write it down on paper. I am still learning a lot about the power this program has and yet it’s much easier than omnifocus. Things 3 gets a lot of attention and although it is a better looking app it’s just not as practical for me. Still surprised that this does not get the attention that some other apps get. Try this out and really check out the videos to get a grasp on the features they have built into it..Version: 3.16

Strong productMust have reviewed this product quite a few times now. Guided Way have really the developers to beat when it comes to keeping their product fresh and relevant. I love the consistent updates, and how this app improves over time. One gripe that I have so far is with regard to syncing with outlook and exporting the sync to another iDevice. It only carries over a single tier of to-dos, but does not carry over lists that have sub-items under them. This negates the increased functionality of the app as I constantly sync my work between m iPad, iPod and iPhone via Outlook. Other than that, it's a solid product, and I can't wait to see what other surprises these guys haveuo their sleeves..Version: 2.5.1

One of the best managed and useful appsThis is a really good app. I can track my tasks across multiple devices. It's well constructed and managed well, with good transitions when there's an OS update. I've had no sync problems that have led to lost data, unlike other apps. I particularly like that it stays straightforward, to do exactly what I need, without any pointless bells and whistles..Version: 3.35

InvaluableI really like this app for keeping track of things. It does everything, from a simple To Do list, to complicated tracking and scheduling of Projects with sub-lists. There are so many options, filters etc which you can use - but you don’t have to. It really does suit everyone I think..Version: 3.18

Keeping my brain sortedI’m a huge fan of this app. It enables me to keep all my tasks and projects organised and on time. Repeating tasks schedule important but infrequent tasks. Tags, contexts and notes mind the details. I tried a few other apps with big reputations but none matched 2Do for ease of use with so much detail and functionality..Version: 3.32

FantasticI still think this is one of the best task lists. Have used this for years now and love it..Version: 3.32

Excellent AppLove this app. Does exactly what I need. Not over complicated nice user interface top notch app. Thanks guys. Been using it for a few years now.Version: 3.35

LINKED TASKSPlease add a way to link tasks so when the start date of the predecessor task gets changed the start date of the successor task changes accordingly. It is not my intention to transform 2Do in a sort of MS Project but to just have this simple feature to reduce the editing time of successor tasks when, for instance, the predecessor task gets delayed. 2Do is awesome!!! Thank you guys!!!.Version: 3.68

Fantastic Todo AppReally great app with lots of functionality, but with a good UI to make sense of it all. I run Todo on iPad and iPhone and have bought the upgrade to sync them together via MobileMe. Again, it just works great. I highly recommend Todo!.Version: 2.6

Solid Time ManagementThere is a lot in here but you can choose what you use and what you ignore, give the tutorials a real chance if you truly want to improve your time/task management..Version: 3.10.0

Easy to dive right in & use- it's a life-saver!I was very pleased with the app on first launch and it started being useful the first day! I initially used it to plan for things I needed to do before a trip. The user interface is well thought out and makes for VERY quick entry of list items- often a couple of taps and its in there. Things like remembering your last setting and super quick date and time entry are something that everything else doesn't do. I like the reminders and this is way better than using calendar or anything like that. I'm looking forward to new features and enhancements but this is a very useful app that certainly won't end up one of those "use-it-for-a-week-then-delete-it" apps! Love it..Version: 2.5.2

2Do or not 2Do - that is the questionAnd the answer is very definitely 2Do. I must have wasted weeks procrastinating on whether to go for Things 3 or 2Do. Previously I used Toodledo for 6 years+ and eventually just got fed up with the dated GUI. I tested OmniFocus and it was ok, very similar functionality to 2Do but at 4x the cost. So for me the choice really came down to function over form. The hype leads you to believe that Things is a joy to use... it may well be, but 2Do is totally fit for purpose too. I find it easy and intuitive to use. Not found any bugs or funnies yet... all working for me as expected. On reflection... The best app I’ve bought in a long time. Thank you.Version: 3.12

I’ve relied on 2Do for 5 years+I love this app - it works well for my needs and has grown in terms of usability and features over the time I’ve been using it. It can be used very simply or you can use all the bells and whistles to reflect complex projects etc It’s an incredibly reliable app, it looks great and as someone who uses it multiple times a day and has done for more than 5 years, I am very happy to recommend it..Version: 3.11.1

Near PerfectIncredible app that I have very few gripes with. If you could add 'share' functionality that allows me to send lists to others or have a list between different accounts that would be great. For example a family shopping list that everyone can access and edit..Version: 3.12

Everything I need, every dayEven though its UI doesn’t match up to the slick apps like Things or Todoist, 2Do is my go-to life management app. What it lacks in modern design it more than makes up for in flexibility and customization. I downloaded the trial/free versions of all of the major GTD/to-do apps and compared them in real life use for about a week; pretty much every possible use-case I have is covered by 2Do, and I found the others lacking in major areas. I love that I can configure it to only show overdue tasks based on time of day — I don’t want to wake up and have an overdue badge on the app icon for a task I can’t do until the evening. The nag alerts are a life saver for tasks that must be done on time, and the recurrence tools are almost perfect (I would still love the ability to schedule a task for “the 3rd Saturday of the month, every 3 months”). I recently migrated from Due to 2Do for managing all the tasks and scheduled events of my life, and I plan to stay here indefinitely..Version: 3.27

A Great To-Do Manager PickI have been going back & forth between to-do list managers for many years, but I always seem to find myself back at 2Do. It has a wealth of features but you can get started quite easily, without worrying about everything else it can do. If you ever want to get your life in order, & said life is to complex for paper or Apple’s Reminders, I cannot recommend this highly enough. (Though 2Do can also handle the most basic of systems).Version: 3.31

AmazingI love the way the app syncs between my phone and desktop. The software is seamless and easy to use with extended features available..Version: 3.31

Brilliant appThe 2Do app is without doubt the best to do and planner app available. Over the past 5/6 years I have tried so many but they just can’t get near to the flexibility and quality of this app. It can take a while to get used to it simply because there are so many good features. Wouldn’t be without it..Version: 3.35

Worth every penny - superb! This is a superb little app. It not only looks the part but is simple to use. Quick responsive and easily organised; all you need to do is get the tasks out of your head. Don’t be fooled though - under the hood it does everything you need it to. I’ve dabbled with other to-do apps over time but have used this app regularly for a couple of years now. Cannot recommend it highly enough (and I paid full whack for it at the time). Hats off to the developers..Version: 3.9.86

Incredible task managerI’ve used 2Do for years on my phone and Mac. I’ve tried others, but always come back to it. 2Do is incredibly comprehensive and feature-packed, with great design. If there’s one thing that would make it better, it would be a web interface for those times when I’m without my phone or laptop..Version: 3.31

Best Money I’ve Ever Spent(With maybe the exception of all the coffee I’ve bought in law school.) I’ve tried some of the other different organization apps and this one is by far the best. This app manages to keep my sometimes monstrous to do list fairly manageable. I personally love how the app keeps things fairly simple and minimalist in design while also being extremely functional. The color scheme and design is both calming (in its clean interface) and very comprehensive. I’ve used this for probably over a year now and it’s helped me stay organized when I had a part time job while in full time law school and I expect once I graduate as well. Highly recommend to anyone who hates organization but needs it in their lives. Huge thanks to the developer(s?) for creating this app..Version: 3.35

Best there isI purchased several other apps, some more expensive than 2Do, but 2Do is by far the best solution for making and using easy to use to-do lists, reminders etc. Pleasant to use and inherently powerful - I'm sure I am only scratching the surface..Version: 2.5.2

BackI used this app a number of years ago for work. We moved to a more Microsoft centric environment so I had to leave. I am retired now and was looking around for a todo app I can use no. I came across a YouTube listing several different apps and this was one of them. Download and found out I still had a pro accounts and love the look and features, I am back!!! (I did have a number of tasks that where in the 1000’s overdue, but I guess don’t have to worry about that now... Look forward to being organized, busier than ever in retirement..Version: 3.28

Best project and task management app for my custom GTD-inspired system.I love this app and especially all the features! I build list groups for Personal and Work, lists for different contexts, projects (stating the end result I want) and subtasks (stating the next action). I use tags for people, location, context, and for status like “waiting”. I use start dates, due dates, and recurring tasks to make sure I’m only seeing things I can actually do when I need to do them (pausing tasks is great as well). I use priority to tag tasks I want to work on in the next week and stars to tag tasks I want to do today. Lastly I love smart lists as I use them to build highly customized searches like “This Week - Work”, a custom “Today” list or a “Widget” list for use on my watch. Great work, keep it up!.Version: 3.54

Really deep!I'm really happy with 2Do so far, though I've only been using it for about a week. It's really deep but (fairly) easy to learn. Still, there are so many functions left to explore. I'm really looking forward to it! The only thing I'd like to see is integration with google calendars..Version: v2.7.1

An excellent Task ManagerI've looked at a lot of Task Managers, and this is certainly the best by far. The number of settings it has to tailor the app to your use is outstanding. It has the most extensive settings area of any app I've ever seen for iDevices. It doesn't have Contexts as such, but easily works around that with Tags, and a brilliant search/filter option..Version: 2.8.32

DisappointingCould never get 2Do to sync properly between iPhone, iPad and PC. Developers ignored my emails after a while and only started responding again when I complained to Apple. Never got a resolution, so purchase at your peril. 11 Feb 2021 Update: syncing now back to normal but can’t sync direct to iCal - not that that’s really an issue as the Apple “Reminder” product is WAY inferior to 2Do..Version: 3.35

Great GTD App AND NO SUBSCRIPTIONI want to say THANK YOU for a great app. Bought it years ago and still use it on my iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro and Apple Watch. More powerful than I need most of the time but more power user functions are there if I need them. MOST IMPORTANTLY THANK YOU FOR NOT GOING THE SUBSCRIPTION ROUTE. Evernote started the WORST trend in apps with subscriptions. Evernote provides storage so I get it but sooooo many apps don’t provide storage but charge what is a service fee for something that is not a service but a piece of software. Thank you so much to this developer for selling me software. I would be glad to purchase an update please just avoid subscription model pricing..Version: 3.10.5

My Favorite AppI would be lost without 2Do. I have been using it for over a decade and purchased it for all of my family members. My favorite feature is its integration with Spark email. I can swipe to add a reminder to follow up with an email which allows me to clean out my inbox in a matter of minutes instead of hours. I also appreciate the ability to add items directly from my watch. This is especially great for my shopping list. It is such a good capture tool and the interface is so clean, it invitees me to look at all day to make sure I am keep track of everything..Version: 3.37

Wonderful. Thank you for making this!Flexible, adaptable app to help you prioritize, organize your stuff, and get things done in whichever way works best for you..Version: 3.35

My favourite todo appWhen I found this app years ago, it somehow captured everything I look for in a todo list. So many other apps have limitations and workarounds, but this app literally has it all. It can accommodate all those weird tasks. Here’s an example. I have a reminder to get an oil change for my car every 6 months. Most apps can do that. HOWEVER, say I’m late on getting an oil change, and just top up with oil myself. Most apps are sticking with that original date that you set, so even if you complete that task a month later, it will remind you again based on the original date. This app lets you repeat after completion, so if you complete it a month later, it will repeat again in 6 months from the day you check it off. It’s details like that that make this app 10/10. I also like the recent updates with dark mode and the widgets. Thank you!!!!.Version: 3.62

Wasn't sure at first...Took a while to get used to it. I loved the old style and was gutted to know they were doing a big change. A few hours into the app and I am convinced. This is clearly a huge improvement on an app that was pretty much perfect. Well done team!.Version: 3.0

Great App 👍😊I have been using 2DO for a number of years and have appreciated the features and ongoing enhancements. Great work 🤗. Keep it up 👍😊..Version: 3.54

Keeps all my info organized!!!I have been using 2Do for a few years now and have found it incredibly versatile and intuitive to use. I use it for my to-do lists, my project execution, my grocery lists, and I use it to store information such as payment confirmation numbers and photos of recipes and other info. I also love the email-to-task option—great to quickly add tasks and keep all the pertinent info in one place. My favorite option is the reminder, because timed tasks beep on my wiWatch every hour until I complete them..Version: 3.37

More than usefulI was using another task list thingy, and over time found it couldn’t keep up as the list of things I wanted to do with it grew. Along comes 2Do with its free trial and it has all the features I needed, plus more that I’m still discovering. Especially the email integration for a small one time fee. Good GUI, good performance, good price, this is what I use now..Version: 3.17

Great for solo device useBeen using this app for many many years on my primary phone. Tried the last few months to get syncing to work using my Dropbox account but second device list is blank..Version: 3.68

Great productivity app!Upgraded from free version (2Do Lite) - totally worth it. Fantastic interface, very easy to use with some very useful features. I have tried a lot of productivity apps out there and my search ended here. Would highly recommend!.Version: 0

This app has organised my lifeIn a busy family, from remembering small daily tasks, appointments, birthdays, MOTs and road tax, this app has taken the away the need to use a notebook, calendar or paper diary. I like that you can remind yourself in a timely manner eg 2 weeks before and event then at the time itself. I like that you can duplicate tasks and amend them; that annual events will recur on the list of tasks. I add notes to tasks, create projects eg Christmas list. Best of all is the cloud updates of tasks on all the devices you use. Wherever you are, whatever you use, reminders and lists are available and up to date. Smart lists make for quick peeks at tasks using key words ie bin - my way of keeping abreast of the complex schedule for the various waste uplifts. Another feature I enjoy is being able to send a task to someone else via text or email. You can’t say I didn’t remind you! This is a great app that I would recommend to one and all..Version: 3.10.5

All-round Brilliant!Excellently streamlined and efficient app, I use it more than any other throughout each day. It really is my ‘memory bank’; I'm not in overload anymore, trying to remember all I have to do! Great to be able to defer things too, and repeat others on a regular basis. Being a teacher, I really need something that can keep up with a fluid and ever-changing assortment of urgent and important things. I even keep in here things I wanted to do, so I don’t forget to keep balanced ;) 10/10 from me!.Version: 3.27

Brilliant and elegantIn my opinion, this is by far one of the best apps ever written for iOS. The developer is a perfectionist but unfortunately had to put further development aside to work on other projects. Still the uses for this marvel of software design and engineering are limitless. Some of the gestures, if you’re not used to or familiar with them, can be confusing, but once you get the hang of them, you begin to wish every app had them. This is a productivity app and productive you shall be, all while enjoying the elegance of brilliant design. The developer has never charged for updates, and while he’s continued to provide updates to coincide with the latest iOS, my hope is that he doesn’t abandon this app because it’s far too good for that.l and would be dearly missed..Version: 3.68

Good App but….After using this app for 7 years, I am looking for another solution. For the last several weeks, it routinely seems to reinstall itself on my iPad bro. I have to reset the sync every time it does this, and it has been happening at least once, sometimes twice per day. I have been in tough with support, and sent them the logs that they ask for. They have been telling me again and again that a fix is in the way. Yesterday I got an email from them saying I am the only one with the problem. In light of that email, I don’t anticipate a solution. So I will look for another solution. I will start with TODOIST..Version: 3.27

Amazing features but no dark mode?I’ve been using 2Do for years and it helps me keep incredibly organized. My only issue...there is no dark mode on the iOS versions for iPhone and iPad. When will this be coming out?.Version: 3.27

Power and flexibility2Do is easily my favourite productivity app across all platforms but what will blow you away is the ability on iPhone to do almost anything you can do on the desktop version without the app ever feeling cumbersome and heavy. Dependable, reliable, feature rich and slick!.Version: 3.27

You will find everything that you need.It is updated regular and the team has been developing the software for many years. I tried a lot of productivity apps and this is THE BEST..Version: 3.7.1

Fantastic AppOnly had it a week but it has already organized my life no end! I have been able to consolidate all those post-it's, notes, pieces of paper and serviettes into one neat place. Would be great to have notifications rather than just the badges. I hope you guys can tie it in with the new exiting stuff that relates in IOS5..Version: 2.5.1

The best To Do app aroundThis is seriously the best best to do app I have used. I love tried many others and keep coming back. It’s easy to use and had all the features I need. Can’t recommend it enough..Version: 3.31

Will be so lost without this appThis app keeps tab of my to-do list. I used Things 3 just to know what the hype is all about but I can’t organize my projects the same way I do with this. Kudos to the developers! Please continue to support and develop this app. I don’t want to use any other to-do apps out there now that Ive integrated this in my workflow. Thank you!.Version: 3.35

Absolutely the bestI have been using it for years. Don’t waste time looking at other app options.Version: 3.35

Simply amazing2Do is hands down the best task manager out there. Powerful and feature rich in a very slick design which is a joy to navigate. There can be a bit of a learning curve to some features but this comes with an abundance of well presented and clear tutorials. Calendar integration and the ability to add actions such as call, email or message is fantastic, as well as having different reminder types such as projects, checklists or just a plain old reminder. The app has been well thought out allowing the user to create smart lists based on user-defined criteria and giving you the option to lock certain lists or the entire app from prying eyes. The Email to 2Do function works seamlessly and instantaneously picks up emails based on rules I have set. I did have to play with this a bit to get it set up with my work email, but again, this comes with clear tutorials. I really can’t find any faults with this. The app and extra functionality are worth every single penny. 2Do is a powerhouse and a must have app for pro users and casual users alike..Version: 3.20

The BestI’ve tried them all and 2Do is undoubtably the best for my needs, great UI, easy to operate, reliable with lots of features that you will discover over time, plus You Tube training videos, this developer has put a huge effort into presenting his product and retaining happy customers, highly recommended..Version: 3.30

Thank you for your continual improvementsI have been waiting for voice notations to tasks for a few months. You guys always seem to develop upgrades to this excellent app along side dozens of other new features. I'm an old school cassette kid so I can appeciated the tape deck interface for recording audio notes, it makes the whole process more nostalgic and therefore more enjoyable. You keep surprising me with every new release as there is a bountyful of additions everytime. I have worked in the software industry since the late 80's and have rarely come across such a feature rich app implemented via such a functional UI. I am sure you will continue to improve with every release. I appeciated the time and exhaustive effort put in by all of your team to release a product that not only delivers in functionality but is also a joy to use. It makes me look forward to getting things done..Version: 0

Manages my lifeHonestly I could not live without 2Do. I have EVERYTHING in here - to do, appointments, significant dates. I get notifications, can set up alarms and warnings. If it’s not in 2Do, it doesn’t get done, if it is it gets done on time..Version: 3.31

The animation is dizzyingThis app is almost perfect but I really don’t like the animation when you swipe left to go back and swipe right. I always turned off animation on my iPhone and I wish the developer would create an option to turn on the reduce motion. It’s dizzying..Version: 3.24

It doesn’t get much betterBeen using 2do for a number of years now and just had reason to contact them about a problem with Smart Lists. I use the MacOS and IOS version. I built a new list to be used as a backlog for different duration of tasks, but it wasn’t syncing correctly between the two devices. I raised a ticket for the issue via the website and within 24 hours I had a response. After a few attempts the problem was solved. Do not only is the product good but the support is effective as well. I’m still hoping for a calendar view like outlook, but other than that it doesn’t get much better than this. From memory there’s only one person behind the scenes actually build the app, he deserves a lot of credit for the professional job being done. I look forward to future enhancements..Version: 3.24

Great app, I miss the updatesI love this app and have used it for years. I'm disappointed that no activity has been done with the app updates in over a year. This is the only app that helps me with my ADHD. Please update and have a dark mode. Thank you.Version: 3.35

I’ve Been With 2Do For 5 Years Now!I’ve been a 2Do User for 5 Years now. I try others and still come back to it, even if it means reinstalling it. The ability to have Projects (a group of Apple Reminders under one name, within a particular Apple Reminder List) is something not even Apple’s Reminders app allows for. Now, if you have looked at other companies, apps like Things and Wunderlist, do allow for groups and projects, but I love that with 2Do, they are Apple Reminders. That means you can talk to Siri, “Add {to-do} to {List Name} Reminder List”. My only gripe (still giving 5 stars!) is that the Apple CalDav could do a better job of updating in the background for me, to always be in sync. Sometimes, I am waiting for a 2Do Reminder, but because the app wasn’t opened, it didn’t sync properly. If I am missing something to help the sync work in real time/push, please let me know. Also - can we get a 2Do Apple Watch Complication that just gives me some options of displaying All Today’s To-Dos: (1) show all due/overdue reminders (like Fantastical when it only displays Reminders and not Calendar Events) AND (2) the option to just show ONE reminder list (like OneList App). If you added the Complication, with these two options, AND Apple Watch Series 3 LTE support, you would blow all the to-do apps out of the water. Beyond that, keep up the great work! Here is to 5 more years of 2Do Reminders!.Version: 3.9.88

The absolute best to do appThe best app, the best customer service. Just give them your money, you wont be disappointed. Also no subscription, one time purchase. which is amazing in Apple's current subscription mania induced greed..Version: 3.35

This is the best!Tried them all and I always come back to 2Do! It is the most flexible and still very user friendly..Version: 3.32

Very usefulThe app makes it easy to enter tasks and find them. I love how you can filter by different criteria: like work tasks, urgent tasks, email tasks... just as a warning, you’ll need to buy separate licenses for iPhone and desk top..Version: 3.27

Great way to stay across everythingMy job involves managing multiple projects with multiple tasks - small and large. 2do allows me to simply and speedily add tasks and projects with simple tools to organise and prioritize. Other staff use 2do and we share calendars to communicate tasks and discussion points. To make it the perfect organizational tool just need a version for my MacBook..Version: 2.5.2

Have had this app for almost 12 years. This is the most flexible calendar schedular you will ever need. It is multi functional and easy to use. For business, personal and other uses can be easily combined or separated at the touch of the screen. Without 2Do my life would be a disorganized catastrophe..Version: 3.37

The bestWithout a doubt, the best productivity app there is..Version: 3.12

Been a long time power userI've used this app for years and have been sticking with it because the developer had really tailored this app to the user. I've contacted the developer and gotten great response and feedback had been Incorporated (also assuming they are usually others requesting similar updates!). I'm using about 70% of the features and it keeps both my work and personal life matters in order! Sure, you have to spend some time getting use to this app like any other app. But once you do, you'll give it indispensable. I have my list synced across iPhone and iPad via iCloud and the sync had been perfect. I use iCloud because I can use Siri to dictate items to add to my list. Highly recommended, especially for power users..Version: 3.10.5

Overwhelming and AmazingBeen using 2Do for several years now after switching from OmniFocus. There are tutorials and sample to do items if you’re not quite sure how to use the app. Alternatively, you can delete it all and start with your own lists and categories. Which is what I did. After a few iterations I settled on something between OmniFocus and 2Do. While I missed some of the features in the other app, 2Do has been my go to ever since. A word of note: Apple Watch syncing for 2Do is not consistent in my experience. Other than that no issues with syncing to iCloud or DropBox..Version: 3.53

Perfect for what I needI have tried many To Do apps. They all work up to a point. 2Do works best for my workflow. I am a busy professional with lots going on at home, at work and at church..Version: 3.9.83

Finally a task app with everything! You could say I have OCD when it comes to my tasks. I like taking the time to tweak my tasks: due date, reminders, location based triggers, tags, and notes. 2Do is the only app I've found that does all this, and more! It works perfectly, across my iPhone, apple watch, and MacBook. Not to mention that I purchased the Mac app at a discount (through TNW Deals), which really helps put the 2Do suite of task management above it's key competitor: Things 3. I think I'll be a user for life now. I just wish there were different themes for the app (like a slick dark theme, or the ability to create my own themes)!!!.Version: 3.11.1

Very good appI have given this app a 4, it probably deserves a 5 in reality but that would suggest the app cannot be improved. There is always room for improvement and the updates that come along prove it. However it does do exactly what it says on the tin and I cannot fault it maybe for an update a nice year planner would be an idea but hey what does one want for the money, nice job developers look forward to further updates. Maybe an option to attach files rather than photos would be awesome Steve Whyles.Version: 3.9.89

Not for beginners!I found this app very daunting to start with. I’m pretty experienced with TO-DO apps but this one seemed all over the place at first, so many options, so many little things you can click for more options that’s never really explained. I had to force myself to sit down and learn it and once I did and finally “got it” I really enjoy it. Luckily I found the desktop apps on sale for a “Pay what you want” bundle on stack social so I have the app on both macs and now my iPad and iPhone. I would have preferred syncing with their own servers instead of logging into Dropbox and replacing local data with server data. If devs are reading this, you need to make an instructional video for beginners so they don’t have the same experience I did..Version: 3.12

Fantastic tool for the work-work balance ;)This is definitely one of the best apps I‘ve used to date and very helpful for keeping organized with an iPad in particular (can then use phone to check off tasks on the go). I find the app to definitely grow on me as a user, as my workload becomes more complex (balancing my job with studies for professional qualifications in particular), so I discover some of the more advanced features this way. Keep up the support for this app! I guess one way to support financing is to adopt the model Working Copy has, which is to introduce new Pro features and Free features and then for completely new Pro features, a fee can be charged that is still perpetual. That way, you manage to avoid the subscription model you mention on your blog and keep loyal customers happy by not taking away features to put behind a subscription pay-wall. Customers needing those features will gravitate towards it (just like I did)..Version: 3.35

Nothing Compares2Do is the best organizer App, hands down. I've used a few but nothing is as versatile or as comprehensive as this one. I’ve been using it in my devices for some time now. I’m currently trialling the desktop version too, as I’m on my laptop/desktop quite a lot for work. So far so good. However, The two downsides i can see is the lack of Google Calendar integration- which is a great feature that works on my devices, and the price is a little steep compared to the iPad / iPhone App. Other than that it’s 2 Thumbs up for 2Do!.Version: 3.29

Excellent and Well BalancedAn excellent task manager and to-do list. It helps me get stuff done without falling into the trap of spending all my time organizing and reordering my plans. It’s powerful - I don’t know half of the things it can do - but it’s also intuitive enough to get up and running for someone like me who is an intermediate but not advanced user of this sort of app. Recommended!.Version: 3.35

2DOAs a real estate agent I need to be flexible for the needs of my clients. I need to remember the little stuff as well as the big stuff. This application works great for me. I now use my calendar for documenting events. 2DO runs my day 2 day..Version: 2.6

2Do or Not 2Do...Do it! I've tried them all and only 2Do seems to hit that sweet spot between simplicity and complexity. It is powerful enough to get the job done, yet intuitive enough to get things done quickly. The Mac app looks great and syncs well with iOS via dropbox. A much needed feature which 2Do provides, and is seriously lacking in some competitor apps, is the ability to set a time to a due date/deadline. In 2Do, this is easy to do. Great job guys! The only thing I'd like to see in future 2Do updates is better integration with the calendar and a forecast view of events and tasks. Eagerly awaiting the iOS updates and implementation of dark mode..Version: 3.27

Excellent list appI have been using this app for several years and think it is the best To Do app available. I sync it on drop box and use it both on my iPhone and iPad. It will not sync with your laptop the way I currently sync. There is more functionality and depth than I can ever use, and have adapted my lists to use at work and privately. Currently there is a small issue on my iPhone but these things have always been cleared up with updates. I will not use another app..Version: 3.12

Well Worth ItMaybe a little more expensive than I was expecting to pay (especially for a ToDo list when I added on the Mac version). But having been using it for a couple of weeks now, I think it is easily worth every penny. It has made managing my work and home life soooo much better..Version: 3.20

OutstandingThis is a brilliant app. I’ve used Todoist, Things, Evernote etc They are all good as well. However this is the app that’s actually helped me manage my workflow my way. It’s interface is detailed but once you spend an hr working out where everything is and how it works it becomes quick and intuitive. It is flexible and powerful enough to help me manage my day, and I manage 35 people at work so it gets busy. This is the app that actually helps me navigate the madness of my working life and retain some sanity. Download it, try it, stick with it and you’ll see the benefits. Bravo to the developer - great work and please keep it up :).Version: 3.17

A good product.I especially like the way one is able to have separate tabs for the various hats one wears. I have also enjoyed using the Projects option. Good product..Version: 0

One, if not the best to-do app on iOSI have loved using 2Do over the last 2-3 years. It has so many features but none that force you into complex task management like OmniFocus. It can be as detailed or as simple tasks as you want. For example, not only having sub tasks but allowing these to be repeatable, or the various options for custom alarms, due times, and repeats. The interface is dated and rigid (no left hand options like TickTick), but as much as I try other solutions (Todoist, Things, GoodTask, Reminders, etc), none seems to beat the effectiveness of 2Do. Plus, let’s be honest...being able to sync via iCloud or other personal cloud rather than paying yearly subscription fees is all the reason needed. If the developer could loosen the customization options, this would be a 5 star top-of-the-hill task tool..Version: 3.12

The best task managerThis was my first task management app for ios, throughout the last few years I have paid for most of the big name task management apps including things 3 and , but I always keep coming back to 2do. It is the most complete app. The only reason that i’ve kept looking is because of the lack of widgets from 2do which makes it a bit more difficult to keep on top of things because it requires you to open the app. For what i understand there is a new app under development that will have a widget and new design. Im very excited for it, cant recommend this app enough. If your need the best task manager, save your money and look no further..Version: 3.35

Best to-do app I’ve usedI have ADHD so organisation and prioritisation are a constant struggle for me. I’ve tried a lot of apps to help with this but this is the best one yet. It’s simple to use, looks great and is very intuitive yet is very powerful and feature rich. I especially like the ability to setup a “nag” setting. I’ve tried the likes of g suite apps, iCloud apps, Evernote, Omnifocus and several others but this app is the best of them all. The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s missing one thing that would complete it and that is it doesn’t have a widget you can attach to your Home Screen. However, I still think it’s head and shoulders above the rest..Version: 3.35

One of the best, but looks datedHello, thanks for an awesome and well thought out app. I would give 5 stars if the app had a more feel & look. I have used 2Do for more than six years, and now it's time for an upgrade! The interface looks dated and feels SO 2014 😅 I just crave something a little more modern and light. You don't even have to change the setup, just give us more colour options, something more sleek & modern! 🤗.Version: 3.27

Solid todo appMany options and very flexible. Tried almost a dozen todo apps. This one rocks, together with Clear. Use them both in conjunction. Clear for quick jots, 2do for more refined projects..Version: 2.8.32

2To is excellent.By far the best todo app I’ve ever tried. Does what it says without a lot of bells and whistles..Version: 3.54

Excellent task app.I am periodically tempted to try other task apps for new features, such as Kanban boards, but I always find myself returning to 2Do. 2Do has been my task app of choice for several years, because I’ve never found anything as good, let alone better. I use 2Do both as a simple daily task list, albeit with many repeating scheduled tasks for remembering things like bill payments, and as a project management app for my own app development. Sync between devices is seamless and there is a lot of power under the hood for more advanced users. If you’re looking for a task app this one should definitely be on your shortlist..Version: 3.62

I love it but there are two things I needTwo things I would need to give it 5 stars . 1 the ability to add tasks with Google assistant and two a baseline tutorial for how to use it to do gtd.Version: 3.10.5

A DICE applicationWhere DICE is Deep, Indulgent, Complete and Elegant per Guy Kawasaki..Version: 3.12

It is best in classThe bottom line is that most “To Do” apps miss the mark - they are either too simplistic and can’t cope with task complexity, or they are so complicated that they take an inordinate amount of time (how ironic!) to master and use! 2Do gets it just right. It can cope with all the complexity you want to throw at it, and it’s straightforward and intuitive to use. Job done!!.Version: 3.17

Warning! Apple ruined this appI've used this app for years and it integrated perfectly with Siri, Reminders, etc. over CalDAV. Apple's 'upgrade' to Reminders ruins everything. I'm leaving a 5-star review because it is not 2Do's fault. I hope this review is a warning to others..Version: 3.35

Great AppThis app has a really easy to use interface, it looks great and does exactly what I need it to do. One of the common uses I use this app for is to holding all the supplements that I need to give my autistic child on a daily basis and it is great for managing this. I have become far more organised in general as a result of getting this app!.Version: 2.4.1

Amazing App!!Love this app for all the features and user-friendly interface 👍.Version: 3.12

Awesome appClean, smooth and lots of features. Take the time to learn and this becomes a great tool. Just get it..Version: 3.10.5

Words just aren't enough..This app is way too good to be described in words. There are many other todo apps. Some have a lot more functionality than this one. But, no other app, I repeat, NO OTHER APP, takes care of your todos in such an amazing and appealing way! The interface is addictive! I keep this app open many times and admire the User Interface. It's beautiful! And the iCal sync is quick and very fast! This app came, this app saw and this app conquered the todo market! And the same company's Groups app (for contacts) is equally attractive. Buy both and revel in pleasure..Version: 0

One of the best task manager apps out thereIt’s customisability is fantastic. Whether you’re doing GTD, Eisenhower Matrix, or something like Agile Results, this task manager can bend to almost any system. In particular, I like the fact that there’s a Today list for urgent must-do items, but also a Scheduled list for start dates, and a Starred list for important, but not urgent items..Version: 3.60

Latest update broke iPhone SE compatibility in iOS 11With the latest update, the app which I have otherwise depended upon for years has suddenly become useless to me, because the names of tasks cannot be entered or edited anymore … every character typed causes the field to scroll up off the top of the screen so you can’t see what you have typed. Really discouraging. This is on an iPhone SE running iOS 11. Update: two things. First, the fact that they’ve responded here to simply say they are working on a fix is very welcome (compared to so many developers who actively discourage bug reports in their app comments). Second, I just updated my phone to iOS 12 and that seems to have fixed the issue, so it appears to be iOS 11 specific. (But it should still be fixed for the sake of iOS 11 users, so I’m still glad to see they’re going to work on it.) i’ve amended my rating upwards a few stars..Version: 3.14

Finally can stay organized! As a professional forgetter and procrastinator, I'm always looking for a new way of keeping my day organized and on target. And since I started using 2Do I'm getting so much more done, and staying on top of things with ease. Definitely would recommend..Version: 3.9.2

I'm finally organisedI absolutely love this app. Finally I have something that enables me to stay organised and not forget anything. Does everything that I want it to do and more..Version: v2.7.1

Very well designed appThis is definitely the best app design I have come across. 2Do is a model of how an app should be laid out. If only I could find a budgeting app this good I'd be in iPhone heaven. Please, guys, make us a financial app to go with it!! I've tried a dozen of them and NOTHING compares to 2Do. I can't comment on sync because I don't use it but it's still a no-brainer, 2Do just can't be outdone. My only Suggestion: when you tap "Edit" from the main screen and then tap the "More" option you get four choices (two of them being "Defer" and "Email", from memory). "Defer" enables you to move the ToDo to a new date. I'd like to see a "Delay" option added, which would allow you to keep the chosen ToDos on the same day, but shift the set time Eg shift the whole morning schedule by a half hour, without having to reset the time for each separately..Version: 0

Just Keeps Getting Better!I have been using this app on my iPods and now also iPad, for a few years now and have always found it useful, easy to use and stylish. The work done on the latest update gives even more in the way of choice, some of which I confess I may never use, but at least the developers have tried to meet our busy, varied lives! Well done to all concerned, it certainly suits me..Version: 3.5

Clean and EfficientI love this app. I used to use OmniFocus, but 2Do is just so much cleaner and intuitive to use. It takes a little while to get used to what all the symbols mean, and how to put tasks in a recurring schedule, but once that’s done you’re cruising..Version: 3.20

Still the best task manager app available!I have used just about every task manager available for iOS and I keep coming back to 2Do. It has the best overall combination of features, ease of use and great apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and MacOS. I highly recommend 2Do!.Version: 3.27
