✓ Pretty good app!This app has the basic needed features of amortizing a loan, offering an amortization table, calculating early payoffs with extra payments (monthly and annually extra payments), and showing the remaining loan balance with each payment. It also shows the total amount paid in principal and interest at the end of the loan which helps to compare which loan will cost more over the life of the loan. That helped me determine whether a lower interest rate would save me money. These features are what I needed to analyze my options for refinancing and paying off my loan early. Recommended additions would be to show cumulative interest paid and 'to date' interest paid (at year 5, total interest paid to date is $23,000). Also, maybe add year number in the amortization table-right now the amortization table shows the payment amount by number of payments instead of the number of year and months the loan has been outstanding. Overall very useful app!.Version: 3.2
✓ Great upgrades!It's a great upgrade with the length of loan in months and 3 decimals for rate input. Now I have another expectation. It would be nice if I can input extra fees beside mortgage like property tax, insurance, ... for monthly calculation. Anyway with the existing functions I highly recommend this app..Version: 0

I would like to suggest adding a start date to the loan for the purpose of the ammortilization feature. ✓ Great loan payment tracker.This loan calculator is unique in that it lets you track all your payments. I like to pay off my mortgage as early as possible with extra payments whenever I can. Would be nice to see a iMac version that synced up, but i don't think that will happen anytime soon. Its a great app. You can input all your figures etc and then you've got the option to recaluate if you were to pay extra each month and it tells you how much you'd save in interest too.
