✓ Images on the details screen in the app storeThe screenshots of the app that are included on the details screen on the app store have a vip credential displayed. When some people are submitting requests to register a credential to their account they are submitting the one shown in the images rather than the app on their phone. Could you possibly mask out the vip credential on the images. It's surprising how many people have submitted the wrong credential 🙈.Version: 3.1

✓ Fantastic application that’s clearly prone to user errorThis app works beautifully. It’s secure, and it’s fast. People will whine about the credential SYMC changing when they uninstall and reinstall the app, but that’s for their safety. Having a userid and password puts you up for compromise whereas just changing it when the app is removed is much safer because no user data is stored. Many people seem to struggle with this app, to which I say, learn how to use a smartphone please..Version: 4.2.7

✓ Missing something important...I have never had an issue using this app on any of my phones, but I want to know why it still only supports one credential? Please VeriSign, add the ability to add as many credentials as needed. I would even pay a small amount as an in-app purchase for this feature. ✓ Does what it says, and does it well. Just needs better 3rd party support.I already have a token with my bank, so this is familiar technology to me. I used my Optus phone with no problems here in Australia. This is a good bit of software, my only gripe is that the 3rd party support for it is still coming up to par. For example, it is difficult to get to the registration page on PayPal, which won't allow you to register a key unless you buy a token from them. The trick is to register your key on Ebay, then use the link from you Ebay profile to get back to the registration page on Paypal. I am hoping that my bank will let me use VIP Access to replace the token on my keyring :).Version: 0

Secondly, it used to work, however with this new version and even previous version, when the alert to approve comes up, if I select approve on Apple Watch, the website that sent the prompt doesn't continue to log in however if I send the code again and approve on my iPhone instead it works. ✓ Security upgrade for EBay and PayPalI use it for both EBay and PayPal in the UK. Have had to use the reset function once which takes no time at all. Gives an additional layer of security when using both EBay and PayPal. This app generates a code which changes very frequently and which you add on to the end of your password to log in or to make a purchase. Nothing is 100% secure, but this is step in the right direction. To the person who called this app utter rubbish, you can register this in addition to your SecureID card on PayPal and use either, though you can only have one activated on EBay. In fact having both activated on PayPal may be the best solution as you will have the improved security plus convenience and also the assurance that you will not be locked out of your own account if you lose one Verisign method which according to other reviews can happen when you change mobile phones or reload the app. Disappointed that EBay only allow one Verisign Secure item to be active at any time..Version: 2.2
