Australian pronunciationsThe app doesn’t allow me to download the Australian voice and I have reinstalled a few times now..Version: 6.1.2

Please fixI don’t know what happened after the last update to this app but it’s no longer working the same. It’s worse. The sensitivity on this app is extremely annoying. Just scrolling will cause a button to be pushed at random. It’s quite annoying when you’re trying to use this and random buttons are getting pushed not by you intentionally. This started happening just recently. Another thing is you can no longer push the same button/icon twice. You can only hit the button once and will have to press another button before you can press the button you want again. This I very frustrating. Again this just started happening recently. Please fix these issues!!! I paid slot of money for this app..Version: 7.0.2

First ImpressionJust a few minutes with this app and I see great potential.. but not easy enough to use for the price. To make it really useful for a brother who has expressive aphasia following a stroke I will need to customize the expressions. I cannot see a way to do the typing on the computer and then sync to the app. I can connect to computer, but only for backups. It would be so efficient to do the work on the computer and then sync it to the iPod. Please... it needs a bonjour connection to sync data from the computer. Doing all the data entry on the iPod is painful..Version: 0

Impossible for parents/pre-schoolersMy daughter had tried another app and did well with it so I wanted to get her the "best" app. Well this thing is terrible. I've had it for a month and can't get it set-up in a way that's workable for her. It's incredibly difficult for her to navigate. No wonder they don't offer a trial, no one would buy it after tyring it. To top it off, we consulted with a AAC specialist and she said this is the worst app of them all..Version: 5.3

DONOT BUY TAX PAYER MONEY WASTEDONOT buy the app app is poorly made gui is trash interface is complicated. Apple don’t reimburse after the purchase total waste of NDIS tax payer money. Australian cooling of period apple do not follow and nor they abide by Australian consumer law protection..Version: 8.0.2

Disappointed- our iPad is not supportedSpent a lot on this app and now can not load it on our iPad (which is old). Back to the drawing board. :(.Version: 7.2.6

ComplicatedIt’s been a year. The app doesn’t perform for the severely autistic. Far too complicated. It needs to have a setting where there’s three or four options per page. Difficult to tailor. I asked for a refund. Denied. So I’m out however many 100s of dollars this was (I try not to think about it). If you have a typical child that needs some help, this may be perfect. If you have a non-verbal severely autistic child, save your money instead..Version: 7.3.3

Why the bad language forHonestly my 7 year old son uses this app because he has autism. But why me need of bad language. I understand adults use it too but y not have it so u can put a password lock on it.Version: 3.0

Why did I still got charge for full price, not 50% off?I just checked my credit card, They took my money with full price even I bought this app on promo time (50% off) 2 weeks ago. Why? Can I got explanation about this?.Version: 5.5

Please HelpAfter reading the reviews I purchased this App for my daughter who has Autism and non verbal I was really excited about this App and opening many doors for my daughter to be included in the world to be heard and being part of life’s communication after desperately trying to layout the app I failed continuously eventually I emailed the company of this app asking for help I did receive a acknowledgment of my email and was told someone will respond within 5 working days that was 3 MONTHS AGO . So after 5 months of spending a vast amount of money believing this app is the golden key for my daughter it’s not for us personally feel really let down very disheartening especially it’s my daughter losing out on such a amazing app that we can’t get to use to it’s full potential that it’s meant to give.Version: 7.8

Lack of expressive voices for adultsWhile this app has been working wonderfully and is something I never had access to as a child and so I was forced to find my own ways to communicate I find myself having to use a child’s voice so that it’s expressive and doesn’t just sound like a female robot talking. There’s one adult male expressive voice in English in three variations but no adult female expressive voices. Girls and women would like to communicate in an age appropriate voice without sounding like robots or little kids..Version: 7.9

Main screen alphabet erasedMy son erased main screen how do I get It back.Version: 7.8.1

A great app, but not enough space to editI believe that this is a great app, however there’s much to be improved on. For example, the feature that lets you customize buttons could be drastically enhanced. While creating a button, I wish that I could see the whole text while I type instead of the single line. It is difficult to edit once the text is placed. Also, you could provide more grid options so it does not look to cluttered..Version: 7.8.1

Really angryNewly installed & will not allow Australia to be selected or Australian voices. It was all working fine but had to get new install & now it’s nothing like it was & useless for our Australian family..Version: 6.1

Won't downloadLove paying for apps and then they don't download.... Especially expensive ones. Some assistance would be great...?.Version: 6.1

Most expensive app and biggest waste of moneyFirst of all, it is criminal you can’t get your money back for an app you don’t want. I have spent hours trying to make this app work for my special needs daughter, and it is impossible. It is so hard to work with. I have resorted to using a free app because it is much easier to use. This feels like an app made in the 90’s but with a price tag of the iPad itself. This is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. These developers should be ashamed of themselves for robbing parents of special needs children who already are having a hard time paying for therapy. This app is robbing us because it does not work. Parents beware! Don’t buy this app!.Version: 7.2.4
