✓ Glitchy latelyI have used this app for basic scanning of documents easily for several years. However, I have noticed the last few times I’ve used it to scan a batch of documents, as soon as I go to review the batch, it shuts down the app and I lose all my scans. Super frustrating! I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app so hoping that works..Version: 5.1.4
✓ Bought premium, but app crashes constantlyExcellent app when it works. I paid $7 for premium, as I need to scan lots of papers to submit to an online class. ✓ Changed phones and lost dataI’ve had this service for years. Changed from an iPhone 5 to iPhoneX and all my documents were saved. Changed from an iPhone X to an XS...No problem. Changed again a month ago due to an iPhone problem and now I lost all my documents. It looks like you have to pay now to store documents in the cloud. If this is a new change then they should have alerted all users. I click on settings now and it says that I have to upgrade to Pro to use features that I have been using for years!.Version: 4.8.2
✓ Buggy and poorly designed.In theory, this app should be brilliant. However, poor design and execution make it a waste of time. You are constantly bombarded by messages asking if you want to save your scans as a PDF (select yes and the app closes, opening an app store link to the full paid app), or if you want to allow the app to determine your location (why?!). My first scan crashed the app. My second scan resulted in the volume graphic appearing on screen... and then crashed the app. My third scan... well I just didn't get that far. Go read a book and use your iPhone to listen to music instead..Version: 0
✓ Major bugPreviously a great app, but at this time I can’t recommend it. There is a bug that prevents you accessing your photo library that I think relates to how JotNot interacts with the new privacy options in iOS. Will update if they fix it..Version: 5.1.2
✓ Used to love itLost all of my documents when I upgraded phones. Backup was turned on, but they didn’t transfer. Scanned two documents with the new phone and now the app says I have reached the maximum number of scans. It is now a useless app without paying to upgrade. ✓ Need Refund not happy wt ur scanner.I used ur scanner to scan my yellowed Coloured Time Sheet, today ( 19th Of Nov at at 10am) but instead it come out as blurred black and white and not showing clearly, hence my boss did not accept my time sheet, and this is one of the reason why I buy your scanner in the first place( I.e to Scan my time sheet). ✓ Not worth downloadingInitially I thought this apps would be good - how wrong I was. After taking a photo (in my test a receipt), and processing it, which was very slow, the photo looked ok. The white of the paper was better exposed however there seems to be no way of saving and or keeping the photo. The software does not do what it claims to be able to do. You may as well just take a photo using your iphone camera and then adjust the exposure in a photo editing programme, that's if your subject matter requires adjustment, which it would if it is text on a white piece of paper or whiteboard..Version: 0
✓ Horrible UpdateDaily use app for me, as many others have already said, the update workflow is NOT intuitive. Figuring out how to go back and edit previous pages is a royal pain. The way it worked before was way more intuitive. The multi-select feature is nice but don’t RUIN the core functionality of a great app just to add a cool new feature. WON’T be recommending this until this crappy workflow is fixed..Version: 5.1.2
