✓ P.O.S.I can't believe I paid $5 for this crap. You can only track one character, the design and layout is not at all professional, and as other reviewers have said, functionality is not at all worth $5. Save yourself the money and use pen and paper, it will be a much better experience..Version: 2.0
✓ Fantastic, to a point!As a family of Munchkin players this worked out really cost effective across our various devices...until the most recent ios9 updates which has stopped the app from launching entirely! Please try and fix it, SJ Games! Three stars would have been higher if not for this bug, but couldn't bring myself to give lower stars as we have got plenty of use out of the app!.Version: 1.3
✓ Munchkin: please read and doThis counter is ok, it crashes when you try to make a custom counter. My buddy has a different app that allows you to see your level, bonus, monster level and does the math for you to see if you win, for the money of this app, it should come with in app/game directions as well as a better counter. ✓ Nice Start - More MunkinessGreat start fit the app. The booms are great (fantastic art and execution) love taking an unfair advantage any time I can. Love the custom counter idea, but munchkin like backgrounds would be more appropriate (current ones are bland) or maybe themes (based on going up or down). Male & Female specific (with mud game gender change available). The dice rolling is fun (cool animation), need to add 10 sided die (for munchkin quest) as well as bonus's prior to rolling (with appropriate emotions). Other dies would be also be a gray add. Would love to see a mini game as part of the app (war or rock paper scissors munchkin style) and / or a card library (so we can browse when we are not playing or just by ourselves). We love the munchkinverse, and in it's theme, try and throw everything and the kitchen sink ofcdoom at us. Priced high, but have faith that more content will come soon..Version: 0
✓ Retina displayPretty cool for adding to the game but the app itself could really use a polish, especially for retina display. Everything feels a bit... First attempt. Game wise though; a great add on. Although munchkins without iPhones do whine about the boons lol.Version: 1.1
✓ Overrated.It'd be nice if I didn't have to delete and reinstall every time I use it. In app, the boons are nice. But no support for gear and whatnot unless you use the kill-o-meter on a separate screen. The only reason I'm not ticked about having paid for this app is my wife and my little brother all share the app so it didn't cost me as much per user..Version: 1.3
✓ Limited and frustrating bugReally expensive app for what it does (basically counts and provides and automatic die for rolling). Also the custom option (required for all but the basic Munchkin game) crashes during the set up process. For such an expensive app the capacity to customise should be flawless.Version: 1.3
✓ Simply okThis app could have much more going for it, but as it stands its a pricey way to track your Munchkin level. How about some skins for various sets? (space, booty, ect). With no updates in well over a year I wonder if this thing is done with improvements (in which case you might be better served by a third party app). ✓ Crash bugThe concept is great and it works pretty well. However there is a crash bug when trying to create a custom counter. After choosing a background and selecting numbers the app crashes. I'm disappointed and since the app hasn't been updated since 2011 I don't see it changing. Frankly I'd like my money back..Version: 1.3
✓ My friends hated this app!So, I thought it would be fun to have because I get the boon during the game, but as soon as I explained this to my friends when we started to play, they refused to let me use it because they said that it was unfair to everyone else. You definately need to make this app so it works for multiple people, rather than just for one person. So, I spent $4.99 and didn't even get to use it because everyone hated that it just benefited me. Steve Jackson Games, don't know if you even look at these, but consider making it work for everyone so everyone can benefit from boons rather than just one person. I am sure the ratings would go up. I know I would change mine to 3 stars. Just wish I knew how my friends would react to this app before I bought, but such is life. ✓ Good, but could use a beefing upPerfectly good counter and kill-meter, and the boons add a nice bit of spice :) as with others, my main gripe is the price. It would be better value for money if some extra features were added - personally, I'd love to see a section that contains the latest rules and the latest FAQ and errata lists, all with a search option. ✓ Good but not great....The boons are cool, but there not really useable if your the only one in the game with an iPhone. The dice roller is awesome. I like the counter but I would prefer a counter that tracked my gear and level separately and gave me a total in a separate column like I have on another free counter app. Sorry guys, I love the game but this app is overpriced and under delivers. It does not even display Gear levels or modifiers. I attempted to get a refund and iTunes said no. ✓ Good counter - but disappointing appI was, like others. Little hesitant at the price, but decided it would be worth a punt. Having used it. It appears the counter is solid enough, and the killometer is helpful enough for tracking those +10 cards stacking up, but it is a little dry on features. A way of keeping track of gear score as well as level would be nice. And maybe a toggle for remembering if you're male or female, would not add much, but would be super easy to include. My main gripe with this app, is the custom counter. Which was the main reason for purchase. I was a little unsure exactly what it would let you do (how many different counters. Etc) but as it turns out, all of that was moot, as the custom mode doesn't work at all. It allows you to setup a counter and a min-max, then after picking a background (a mandatory step) it simply crashes. I have never managed to get this to work..Version: 1.3
✓ It's not that its bad, just...If you haven't caught on - the "counter" is for one player's levels, no gear. To that end, it brilliantly adds up 1 + 1 + 1 for you. I can't help but think that this is in reality a real life munchkin curse card, since when playing a game, there's usually more than just 1 person playing, and, at some point, you will acquire gear. It does what it says it does, hence the 3 stars, just not what I expected/needed, which was a way to keep track of the whole game, not just my partial corner of it..Version: 1.3

✓ Good but could be better.Finding a dice and counters for every game was sometimes a bit of a challenge [so was cleaning up] but this app has solved that with putting almost everything you need in one spot... Keyword, almost. For $6 you get access to a lvl counter, boon cards [which are often disputed] and a dice with a pointless kill counter. Looking back on it, it isn't really worth the $6 unless they decided to chuck in the ability to use it for multiple players at once [which would be rather handy] a life counter as well as a plus and minus' calculator. Furthermore, the support for other munchkin games like munchkin booty or munchkin bites. I say this as this app is essentially for those that bought munchkins already, if they're wanting people to buy this, they should either drop the price or make it worth the $6 with added features..Version: 0
✓ Mostly happy, but...Don't get me wrong, I like the app, but it is limited. -There is no Munchkin Epic, the Boons are a fun twist and a lovely unfair advantage, but if you just want a counter, get something else. ✓ Not worth it.This does very little for me. Got it because of an add in Munchkin Booty (pirate version). Doesn't have a choice for that specific version but I figured I'd make a custom. App crashes every time I get to pressing numbers. iPhone 4S with 6.0.1... Also I agree that there is very little to this app for it costing $4.99! I didn't expect the entire game since there are so many renditions, but I don't think it's right to require every person to buy the app and keep track of their own levels since there isn't even a way to stop them from cheating! ✓ It's sad that it doesn't work completely.I get the Boon, and many people seem to complain about it. In Munchkins there are many boons you can purchase. It's part of the game. So complaining it isn't fair is ignorant of the gameplay. However, it is supposed to have a functional "custom" mode that would allow you to play with house rules or modify it to look a little more like any of the other booster versions of the game. But it crashes 100% of the time when you try to select the number font. This has been reported many times and hasn't been addressed. I don't like paying so much for a product that fails to load properly. Too bad apple doesn't let you refund AppStore purchases. ✓ Very PriceyI gotta say that I'm disappointed in this app. I'm also a player of Magic: Tge Gathering and for usually no more than .99c you can get apps that keep track of 8 players life totals and poison counter as well as commander damage. ✓ Great way to keep track of combat levels/strengthI purchased this app because I run many Munchkin games, and this is the best thing for keep track of combat strength for both side during a battle - especially when the counts get up to Munckin 43 vs Monster 46. When the cards aare flying into battle for both sides it would be easy to lose track of who is winning and by how much. But sadly this app does not play nice with iOS 9! ✓ Overpriced but worth it!This app is well above what it should cost at £2.99 (c'mon guys, I would've thought that £1.19 was somewhat more reasonable a price?!) but it's worth it just to see the look on your friends' faces when you reveal that your nifty new level counter also gives you the ability to pull a trump out of the bag at the last minute. If you're a huge Munchkin player and you play regularly, you need this app - if you're a more casual Munchkin player, then you might want to seriously think about the cost involved here. ✓ Not as slick as the game itselfI thought £2.99 would be worth it as I enjoyed the game itself so much! But the kill-o-meter wheel was awkward to use. It would be better if you could have your level, then add your bonuses, then add the ability to track your friends' ability when they combine with you. I was on 18, then added on another 11 to fight a monster, but when it was all over, I had to go back to counting mine again! Every time I increased in level, changing the crappy graphics to a new number, bell chimed. This just mocked me and reminded me I'd been mugged off for paying £3 for this piece of rubbish..Version: 1.3
