Omg fix your app!How long does this need to go on being the most jacked up app I’ve ever used? I try to change my address because I travel for work, POP up talking about “contactless delivery blah, blah” telling me that I have to clear my cart to enter a different address (in a different room number in the same hotel) click Ok, nothing happens. Back out of and close the app, repeat of first problem. Completely delete the order, close the app and clear it, same problem. Delete the address completely from my saved addresses, go through the order process all the way to check out, wrong address again, the same one I deleted already from saved addresses. Click change address....REPEAT FROM BEGINNING. It’s a vicious circle of AHHHHHHHH!!!! I just wanted a pizza and now my blood pressure is through the roof AND I’m hungry. Trying to pay $25-30 just to get food to myself which is an exorbitant amount of money in the first place, I can go to a nice place, eat and have a few drinks for that. As a matter of fact, I think that’s what I’ll do! My 18yo daughter works for Pizza Hut while she’s in school and I raised her right and she’s commended constantly, I pay money to your restaurant maybe 2-3 times a month to feed the 5 people in my house and this is how I’m repaid, with an app that makes me want to yank my own eyeballs out. 🤯 Thanks Pizza Hut app developers! 🤬.Version: 5.15.0

Order Chao’sAnnoyed!! It glitches and causes order’s to get messed up! Here is my order problem example, wanted 2 pizzas 1 with all pepperoni, reg cheese, reg sauce (which I pay good attention to bc the other gets light cheese and light sauce) and then olives on half. For this one they gave me instead, extra cheese on half (which I hate!) Then for pizza #2, ordered all pepperoni with light cheese and sauce, ended up with up with only half pepperoni(which it clearly does not say on my order), I know I specifically said “NO” when the pop up menu suggest extra cheese too! Then if that’s not enough, to end the madness, my 4 pack of 20oz was ordered as 2 Pepsi’s and 2 mountain dews and guess what, got 3 mountain dews and1 Pepsi!!! Then I have a receipt on my pizza’s (the one with no description)that’s $10 less then the one a paid!!! What kinda of chaos is this, i guarantee when I call, and I will, they will do everything possible to blame it ALL on me, they always do. 9 out of 10 times, I prove my case! Do BetterI've been a long-time fan of Pizza Hut's food, but recent experiences with their online platforms have left me deeply disappointed. For months now, the app has been malfunctioning, and even the website won't allow for a smooth ordering process. It's baffling to think that a company with the scale and revenue of Pizza Hut struggles to maintain a functional website and app, especially given that online ordering is currently one of the primary methods customers use to place their orders. Furthermore, when trying to bypass the online chaos and directly call the local branch, the wait time is exorbitant – often exceeding two hours. And even after navigating through all these hurdles, the delivery process is yet another pain point. Every time my order is out for delivery, it’s through a DoorDash representative who invariably calls to ask for delivery instructions, despite those being explicitly detailed on my Pizza Hut account. While I genuinely appreciate and like the food, the surrounding service and convenience aspects have plummeted. It's an emotional roller coaster every time I try to place an order. Sadly, until Pizza Hut addresses these glaring issues, I will have to consider patronizing another pizza establishment that values its customers' time and experience..Version: 5.31.3

Help Pizza Hut!!Why does this app not work for me? I recently moved to a new house. I mean new as in a brand new neighborhood. So the post office barely recognized our street name so I wasn’t surprised the pizza app didn’t either. After a couple months of trying to use the app to order, it finally started working. When it finally recognized my address and let me choose a store that was near me I was super happy. I ordered delivery four or five times in the next couple months and then one day I opened the app to place an order and it was back to not recognizing my address and telling me that I didn’t live anywhere close to a Pizza Hut that delivers. And this is how it has been since then. I check it occasionally and I have deleted the app and downloaded it again but it still doesn’t work. I hate calling and having to give my card information over the phone and the last couple times I paid cash the delivery guy had no change so my tipping options were limited to “you are so cheap” and “biggest ripper of the week”. Horrible experience!I haven’t been to try a pizza of any kind from Pizza Hut years because there is always some sort of snafu with every order I place. This time the app deleted the pizza I ordered and only sent an order for the two dipping sauces I had also ordered. When I got to the store to pick up my order the lady informed me that she had my order of two dipping sauces ready, yet was completely uninterested in the fact that there was nothing on the order to dip in said sauces. If I worked in owned managed a pizza store I think something like would trigger the thought that there was some sort of error and I have a chance to $15 to the order not further alienate a customer by sheer thoughtlessness and laziness. So needless to say, Pizza Hut has once again confirmed my long standing thought that I should never order from there again. The Detroit style intrigued me but the complete lack of customer service and care for the customer has once again made me a person who will actively try to convince folks to mot eat there. Bring back the “No sauce” optionPlease bring back the option of selecting no sauces. So many people eat pizza without sauce due to the individual not liking it or being allergic. It is unfair for those that have to select a certain sauce now on the application. Personally, I have order pizza’s without sauce for years. Using this application was very beneficial to me when selecting the no sauce option. Now, I have to select previous orders due to the company removing that selection. It is an inconvenience when placing my order. Now, I have to follow up by calling the stores each time to notify them I would not like sauce on my pizza. Recently, I had botched orders. I called the store after placing my online re-order and spoke to the call center, which was supposed to relay the message that, “I did not want sauce on my pizza because the application didn’t give me the option.” The call center didn’t relay the message to the store. Once I arrived to pick up my order it was incorrect and had sauce on the pizza. Another time, I order via telephone to avoid the complications from the previous order. However, I wasn’t able to receive reward points because the caller didn’t ask for my phone number. It is very frustrating and a huge inconvenience. Scammed??I placed an order on the app, I received communication that my order was in the oven. I received a text Door Dash is working with Pizza Hunt and was going to deliver my order. DD driver sent me a text that she was at the store but the PH driver already left with my order. 20ish min later I received notice my order was cx. I was still charged. Called the store multiple times. No answer. Drove to the store, cashier said he saw the PH driver leave with my order. I asked him to call the driver. He said he did not have his number. I asked how they contacted drivers he said the driver calls if there is an issue. Cashier refunded my money and reordered. I am usually pretty chill if there is an unintentional error. This happened to my oldest son a few weeks ago. That’s why I question if this is a scam. Also, I had 8 people waiting at my house for over two hours now to eat. One of them being my son who I picked up from the airport today and I have not seen in a year because he is in the marines. Very very disappointed. App is stuck in a loop!I downloaded the app today to pre-order for a high school team event. I can’t even get past the account setup page because it is stuck in a loop! It won’t accept that I don’t have an extension for my phone number so it jumps back to that field every time I enter my birthdate (just below the extension field) and resets my bday to today. So after figuring out how to bypass that loop (don’t hit “next” on your keyboard, tap into a previous field to get out of the Bday). I make it to the bottom and tap “create account” and it insists my passwords are unacceptable. It wants 6 letters and I’ve tried every version of all lowercase, combo of case sensitive, numbers/symbols and it just denies them all but doesn’t say why. So I go back and try a fake extension for my phone, it then finally accepts my password (I guess??) because the error is now that my phone number is already in use. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE APP!!!!!! I work with computers and tech for a living so I would say I’m fairly capable of installing, understanding and using apps. Good god I give up. Is this in beta????? Needed to place the order before any of the local stores are open and wanted to be able to confirm it or get notifications later so figured this was the way to go, but forget it! If only there was 0⭐️ optionThis app is terrible. So bad that it actually affects how well I enjoy your pizza. I actually can’t enjoy it because your app hasn’t worked properly for the last 7 MONTHS!! I’ve relied on Dominos to RELIABLY deliver with a functioning app. Your apps MAIN issues that really shouldn’t be issues include: 1. Adding a new address when ordering. It takes forever to verify an address. Then I shut down the app and restart it and my address is in the saved section. I shouldn’t have to keep closing your app for it to save my input. 2. I can’t get into the Order menu. I click order now and NOTHING happens. It just sits there with the map up showing me my nearest Pizza Hut location and that’s all. So I can’t even look at your menu and order anything!! It’s just a shame because I honestly used to enjoy your pizza. I even considered, after 7 months, ordering from you. But again your app has failed me and from what I see, everyone else writing these recent reviews. Until you fix your app, I’ll be enjoying the 5-Star(check their App Store rating compared to yours😉) service, quality, and taste of Dominos pizza. Pizza often gets mixed upI have used the app 3 times this week. I normally don’t order pizza this much, but I want to see how accurate the orders are. Every time I order something a pizza is close to what we want, but not exactly. If you aren’t dealing with kids this isn’t a problem, but it can be. I have ordered a pizza with white sauce and one with red sauce. I picked it up and it was wrong I didn’t think twice about checking it was wrong. I ordered pizza for a classroom they delivered the pizza and we didn’t have the vegetarian pizza which is not fun for the 3 kids who have been told by their parents you can’t eat meat(not my favorite thing about teaching but not relevant) then I decided to order one last time on the app this time I would go in and pick it up and check the pizza. Again a simple order three two topping pizza’s with one white sauce. I get the pizza and there are 2 white sauce pizzas so I check the app and I realize I messed that one up for the sauce, but the toppings had been switched so one pizza was correct to my order on the app. Use it if you want 1 pizza and it is amazing more than 1 and it is wrong very often..Version: 5.2.6

Service BadThe service at this Pizza Hut was terrible tonight, February 23, 2022. I didn’t get my order until 30 to 35 minutes late. It was supposed to be curbside and it was not brought to me. When I called the girl told me I could come in and pick it up. I told her no I wanted it brought to the car like I told him. I told her I was 80 years old and didn’t want to get out in the cold. When she finally brought it to me after about another 10 or 15 minutes her attitude was not very good. She told me a part where another business had those parking places I was parked right in front of their store with my light shining in their window. Where I have always parked. I called the store and was disconnected three times. Then I called and they never answered at all for about three times. They finally answered and I asked for the manager and it was put on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and finally got the manager and his attitude was not much better he asked what I thought he should do. I told him he should make it plain where you’re supposed to park like they used to have it and then also the attitude of his employees was not very nice and that I could get my pizza at another place..Version: 5.24.1

Worst app to useMy experience EVERY TIME I try to use this app is horrendous. To start out, I hate talking to people over the phone. If there is any possible way to get rid of in person communication, I go for it. But... With this app I will ALWAYS pick up the phone to CALL the store instead of just using the app. For a mobile app, if it is not twice as easy to use as any other method to do the same thing, then it won't be used. For my desire to ignore people, if it made it twice as hard to order the pizza I would still use the app. But since at every turn I am presented with a broken portion of the app, or when the prices don't add up for a premade pizza, or when you go to add something to the pizza and the cheese is the only thing that tells you it costs extra but then you're $5.00 over what you expected. Then you realize all the app actually is, is the web GUI crammed inside a mobile app, you realize you would've had a better experience just using the mobile Web browser. Bottom line, don't use this app until Pizza Hut gets off their ^$$#$ and pays someone to actually build a worthwhile app. Just call the dang shop. They're nice people, usually..Version: 4.7

Order never readyMan I want to cancel this order since I waited 15 min before going to the store, and then they said they have a new system, and don’t have my order yet or any orders on the screen. I drove back home asking them to call me when it’s ready. They wanted me to wait in store another 15-20 min for my order that they didn’t receive. Didn’t ask what the order was but had a stack of cash at the counter looking like they were just getting to the store to open it. Although there were no orders there was someone in the back making someone’s order.. maybe that was just for himself? I wasn’t even going to order pizza but today but Dominoes was supposed to also be open at 10:30 but was not open. I spend a lot of money on pizza on a regular basis but I am ready to reconsider all that since .. 1 “. I can’t ever get my order on time. They always say 15 min but … it’s never ready until about 30 min or more, 2. The options or more page never has enough characters to leave a request like cut in squares and put the cheese on top of the toppings please. I always tip even though I am picking up the pizza and I am sure these people are being paid hourly.. plus tips? For checking people out who pick up their own food.? I expect my pizza to be done and done right but I hardly ever have cheese on top of the toppings , I always get 2/4 boneless chicken wings that look like a piece of breading with hardly any meat. App needs to be updated ASAPI have had nothing but issues with this app from the get go. I love Pizza Hut, but I rarely order due to the constant issues. My last order is why I will no longer use this janky app or order from Pizza Hut for quite some time. My phone number presented was outdated, so I changed it while making my order. Waited 2 and a half hours for my food & contacted the store multiple times & got different answers everytime. The last time I contacted them they advised that my building was locked & they couldn’t get in touch with the number provided. They read the number back to me & it was the incorrect number. I asked if I would be credited for this as this was an issue with app & that I updated my phone number before placing the order. They advised due to the fact the tried contacting me & couldn’t get in touch, that they could not credit me. I am now awaiting to receive my food 3 hours after placing the order. Rate my service.The app needs to have rate my service because it was so much wrong with tonight order which is a first time for me because Pizza Hut is already on point with my food, they never let me down until tonight. First it took the delivery driver 30 mins to deliver from the time I got the text saying your order is out for delivery. It should not take that long because I only live 10 mins from Pizza Hut, the longest we have ever waited for delivery. The pizza and the chicken was cold. The chicken came in a container without a lid, which is different. And the pizza wasn’t evenly cooked, very doughy to the point that I just wasted $50 on food that my family will not eat. Very unhappy at this point. We asked for no contact delivery and our delivery driver still knocked on our door which set off our dog and woke the baby up. And final our pizza box was not sealed properly with Pizza Hut stickers/ logo to let me know that my food has not been touched, coughed on or sneezed on, if y’all don’t do the sticker anymore please go back to using it, I would feel more safer. Please update the followingSo the app is definitely more user friendly, however, there is no way to add extra toppings. For example, when you select pepperoni as a topping, you can only select it once, there’s no way to change amount. The other thing I’d change is limiting the amount of characters available when instructions. Since you can’t add extra toppings, if you try to request it in additional instructions, you have to limit what you say. Add a feature that allows you to specific certain things for each item or something. The purpose of the app is for convenience and ease, but now you have to call the store after placing the order to update it to what you truly want. Might as well just call in the order. Also, with the update, when you change the amount of sauce on your pizza, it doesn’t show you’ve selected light or extra sauce when confirming your order. As consumers, we want to see what the store will see and we want to be able to order something exactly as we want it without having to jump through extra hoops. Other than that.. Favorite pizzaPizza Hut is my families favorite pizza and has been for years. Not only the food but the customer service is top tier and that hasn’t changed since I first ate at a Pizza Hut in California when I was a lot younger. With that being said once in awhile the app gives me issues because I’m not technologically savvy lol but whenever I call to our neighborhood Pizza Hut whether a manager or crew member answers the phone 9xs out of 10 they really do go above and beyond to help me figure out whatever I need. I just add that our Pizza Hut on sw29th and May has the friendliest staff possibly ever. Now around 2:40 today my husband went to that Pizza Hut for contactless curbside carry out or whatever it’s called and waited in the car at least 5 minutes and said nobody came out with our order. I asked him if it was busy and he said he only saw employees inside the restaurant. So he had to get out the car and go in and looked and saw his name on the board with order status as ready so I’m wondering why nobody brought the food out? The app even asked me his cars make model color etc and where’s to put the food so I don’t understand if I did something wrong but I know I specifically wanted curbside because his knees bad and I wanted him to walk as little as possible. Yasmin RileyI called Pizza Hut on Abercorn street , the young man was very short , and unprofessional. I thought that I could call up there order my pizza and pick it up . I was told that I could not do that I had to download the app to place an order, so that’s what I did. I got there to pick up my pizza and there was another customer that call made the order and was picking it up . The customers was upset that he order a medium pizza and it costed 20 dollars . When I got up to the counter I could tell this was the same young man I spoke to earlier. He did not greet me all he asked was “What’s your name , and what’s your number “ He was very short , with no customer service, and as unprofessional as he was over the phone. I now see why I stop buying pizza from Pizza Hunt . As I was walking out the other customers came out behind me , and asked how much did you spend on your pizzas, and I told him , and I went on to say I see why I don’t buy Pizza from Pizza Hut . DONT NOT DOWNLOAD SCAMThis app is a scam and i’m greatly disappointed. I ordered from the pizza hut nearest to me in Houston, and My food was completely stolen. On top of that the person delivering my food sent me a link saying my food was cancelled. After my food was stolen I called the pizza hut store in that same location. I was put on hold by a co worker and the manager. After being on hold for so long, The Co worker told the manager in a annoyed tone of voice “Oh my god their still on the phone”. After about 20 more minutes on hold they eventually just hung up in my face, after i already told the co worker everything going on, and I don’t even think the co worker told the manager what was going on. I called Customer Service that transferred me back to the store in which I was put on hold and hung up on AGAIN. Then I tried to leave feedback and contact pizza hut through the app, and to my surprise the Pizza Hut app has disabled me from using the feedback and help option which is very crazy, I have a screen recording of being put on hold, then being hung up on by the pizza hut, I have proof of the Cancelled order link sent to me by the fake delivery person, I have all the proof of being refused the help that I needed regarding my stolen food. I’ve never written a review in my life but I don’t want anyone else to potentially have the same experience as me. From bad to worseEach update makes the app prettier, but less functional and introduces more quirks. I have not been able to successfully complete (at least) the last three orders. Prior to that, it authorized my charge twice, but the store never received my order. Tried again just now. I get through the entire order and click Submit. Tells me there is an error and my store isn’t accepting online orders. I need to change me location. Change MY location? Let me buy another house just to make it convenient for you, Pizza Hut. I also get a lot of “Out of Stock” notices when trying to put an order through. At least those appear in the front end of the order as opposed to at the end when I’m trying to complete the purchase. There is potential in this app, but Pizza Hut developers and/or receiving restaurants are making this a waste of time. Am genuinely recommending that you call a local and Izzy parlor and place your order over the phone as opposed to wasting time with this app. Something I’m about to do because Pizza Hut won’t accept an invoice for the time I’ve lost. (PS: the did send me a coupon for a free pizza once when I complained about this app, but the coupon required that I use it in a restaurant. Worst app everThe is one of the worst apps I’ve ever tried to use. We quit using it because we have tried many times over many months to use the reward points that show at the top of my app. Thing is, if you look closer, some (or probably at this point all) of the points are expired. So first of all, if the points are going to expire, they should automatically drop off your account. Second, why should the points expire at all? If I only want to order pizza a couple times a year why should I get punished for it by never being able to use the points? This is like when gift cards used to say “After a year of inactivity we will start taking this much out this often”. Well, that was unfair because people had spent the money on it so everyone was like - Why shouldn’t the gift card be able to be used whenever the person wants? It was paid for. Period. Do companies changed it. This is the next thing that needs to be changed. At some point the money was spent so why should the points be taken after a certain amount of time? Pizza Hut got the money. The money I paid didn’t “expire” if they didn’t use it. It’s bull 💩..Version: 5.10.0

Delivery trackerSo they rave about their delivery tracker... however it is VERY vague and hard to get to. Sure it takes you right there after you order but heaven forbid you exit out of the link because it is impossible to find it again. Looked in my email, not there. Finally found it and it said “pizza is out for delivery” and that my estimated delivery was 30-45 minutes.. the same thing it said when I placed the order. I live 5 minutes down the road from this location.. it can’t take that long to get the pizza to my house. Surely it doesn’t mean that the pizza is going to be sitting in the box, in a car, for 45 minutes, when it has to travel 2.2 miles down the road. Apparently, that’s exactly what it means. My email said the pizza would be here by 6:30 but it is 6:50 and still no pizza. So I thought, ‘let’s check the tracker’ buuut that was no help at all. Can’t wait to eat cold pizza. At this point I should have just loaded my toddler and infant into the car and driven to the location to get the pizza myself. My kids would have been fed hot pizza and put to bed on time..Version: 5.11.2

Doesn't work!So, I built a profile on the app.. Built an order and continued to check out. Then in the check out it wants me to re enter the info I just created a profile with.. Okay.. So I do that. Then again continue to check out. An error pops up stating I need to enter ALL info.. Okay.. I go back. I've entered all but the email. So, I try to enter my email, however the app will not allow me to select the email field. So I log out.. Back in.. Re enter everything from scratch.. But of course.. Same issue. Okay.. I'll just call in. I do that.. Read my order from the app verbatim. Of course this is a process because the employee doesn't know what their cheez-it product is.. Apparently employee product and special feature knowledge isn't a priority... Okay.. Finally, after extensive teamwork my order is ready to process. BUT WAIT! Now my order is 8$ more than what is stated on the app. The employee of course doesn't know why either and lacks any sort of social or problem solving skills.. However at this point.. I can't go through anymore of this bs. Keep the extra 8$ pizza Hut. Maybe spend it on app development or employee training. Both facets could use work. What an experience.. Thank you pizza Hut. Needs so much work..Overall I think the user interface of the app is mostly fine. My biggest issue is the vague error messages you give. “Oops, something went wrong” this error message can mean anything from, the app itself has a glitch or the restaurant you’re trying to order from doesn’t have one of the menu items or ingredients you were trying to select. Good luck figuring out which it is! Half my time spent ordering on the app, is just me randomly changing every ingredient and every menu item to try and figure out where the problem in my order is. For example today when I tried to use the app, the error message apparently meant that they no longer had personal pan pizza crust. And the only way I found that out was when I tried to place my order over the phone. The representative on the phone was able to see that the restaurant location no longer had personal pan pizza crust available today. Either create a live inventory system where users can see what is and is not available at the restaurant or don’t have an app. Plenty of other restaurants are able to do this. There’s no reason why Pizza Hut can’t..Version: 5.18.0

Terrible serviceI don’t take time to write reviews, but I am an avid review reader, why didn’t I read this one first?! Smh. In a nutshell, my orders eta was first 50 min, then 66 min, by the time I completed the order it was 80 min. I placed the order at 1245p. After 95 minutes I called 4 seperate times, reached the call center who kept transferring me to the store, and ended up waiting about 10 min each call. I wanted to know if my order was free if not let’s cancel it. They would not answer. I’m livid at this point. Finally I get into my car to find food, I get a notification at my doorbell, long sigh. I asked the driver “sir do u know how long I’ve been waiting for this?” He says “yes like two hours” ok cool, so I would like to tip u but I don’t want to pay for this food, explained my efforts to call. He offers to call his manager and explain that I didn’t want to pay or cancel. Manger offers to cancel or discount from $22 down to $12. I accepted the discount. Pizza was not cold but far from hot. Waste of time and effort. I shouldn’t be eating pizza and this was my punishment, is what I keep telling myself. Never Again!!I ordered from the app that stated my order would take 15 minutes. I didn’t drive to the restaurant until the app stated my order would be ready in 5 minutes. 45 minutes later we are still waiting on our order. Customers has come in and ordered and received their order and we are still waiting the manager came out the building to her car and I asked what was the problem. She stated she would check on it. After going back into the store they handed my husband a pizza that had been sitting out for 30 minutes and still no pasta that came with the box. The manager stated they would remake the order (which means we would be waiting for another 45 minutes)!! I asked my husband to ask for a refund and they tried to give him a reprint of the original receipt instead of the receipt showing that a refund had been made!! Never again will I order from this location!! The manager comes out to her car and all you smell is marijuana.. now I see the problem! Was perfect, now it’s annoyingI shouldn’t be forced to open a web page to order because the mobile app isn’t functioning right. Just to be clear, I LOVED the app. It was handy, I found all the good deals very easily, and it was so convenient sometimes I just ordered pizza to order pizza. Now, everything has drastically changed because the app doesn’t recognize my login. I even changed my password to see if I was in the wrong, in which I wasn’t. The website worked just fine, but the app acted like I didn’t even register. Until this issue is fixed, I’m rating this app 3 stars. Also, this isn’t a one time problem. For months this has happened, hence my fast of Pizza Hut pizza. Now, I about had it with this unrecognized login. Update: Customer service did little to nothing. I’m questioning Pizza Hut’s value of customers since my issues are obviously not prioritized. What was a great app is now deleted. Please update app for topping selection for baked pastaPlease update app and allow folks to alter toppings on the baked pastas, and allow marinara sauces to go out with breadsticks. We order the baked pasta for two and always have to ask for two marinara sauces, you certainly do not expect my wife and I to share one sauce when we split the breadsticks that comes with the deal. We absolutely love that meal deal… I get the meats and she gets the veggie.. need to update the app the be able to remove toppings and to allow the store to adjust this item as well. We ran into issue with our last visit in Gloucester, Va.. where I called the store right as I was ordering on the app, asking not to include olives or green peppers, in place of that please add extra mushrooms. When I got to the store, hers had olives in it. Say if I did not look at the order, and when I got home, wife would have ripped me a new one… so please correct the system and that store so when I call, we can edit the order. I left my last review with this information as well as calling the corporate customer service number and spoke to someone there as well.. as a solution please DO NOT remove the baked pasta as we love them, just fix the app and your store policy (per that store manager) unable to change on their screens. Difficulty with app.App wouldn’t allow ordering a pizza from the value menu. Must order minimum 2 items to order from the value menu. Very slow process. Tried to order 1 pizza from the value menu and an order of breadsticks. Tried 3 times. Each time app read that an error had occurred. Deleted trying to order a pizza and just ordered the breadsticks and a dessert. Success. Went back an tried to add a pizza from the value menu. Same message. An error had occurred. Removed the request for the pizza from the value menu and then was able to order the breadsticks and the dessert. This occurred also, the last time I tried to order a pizza from the value menu. Also, on new version of the app, there is no way, that I have found, to be able to order additional sides of dipping sauces. Used to be able to do this on the old version of the app. Went to the website, to try to place order, since I was having such a difficult time with this app. The website was even more difficult to use. Don’t have the inclination to go through all of the problems encountered when trying to use the website. Trying to order online makes one worn out and weary. Use up an employee’s time by calling the restaurant and placing order over the phone? Or just order from another pizza restaurant?.Version: 5.21.0

Updated app came out with bugsThe previous version had some issues but they weren’t much of a problem and could be worked around. The new user interface seems a little clunky and there are a couple of problems that caused me to have to do some troubleshooting. First, user interface is a step by step procedure that, while it gets the job done theoretically, it seems like it could be refined to speed the process. The first problem I had was with the crust flavor section. I honestly don’t remember getting the option to set the flavor the first time I tried to set up my pizza. I went through the rest of the process thinking they were going to ask later but it never came up. Then I couldn’t find a way to edit the fact it had “no flavor” on the crust in the end and I had to start all over. When I got back to the beginning, I saw the crust flavor section and when I tried to tap on “no flavor”, it just moved to the pizza sauce section. I got frustrated and just ended up selecting a pizza I had bought previously. The next problem was in the payment section. First I couldn’t find the Visa checkout option and I wish there was an Apple Pay option but as I entered my credit card info and tapped the button, it notified me I forgot to fill out my name. No problem, I filled out my name then it tells me to fill out the credit card number. The number was already filled out. I checked it against my credit card and ended up just refilling the same number again and it worked..Version: 5.0.1

Love the pizza - hate the appLet me just add this as a foreword that I really love pizza hut’s pizza and this review isn’t about the quality of the service. Rather, I’m here to talk today about how annoying this app is. Whenever I use the app, each selection I choose either results in an extended wait period while the next screen loads or …. absolutely nothing. No in between - nothing ever seems to load quickly, ever. Last night, I attempted to order through the app and, not only would the app not recognize my account, but the app didn’t recognize that there were any pizza huts in the area for me to pick up from! I tried multiple times inputting my address, only to either be told “there are no pizza huts in your area” OR the app would show pizza huts near me, but then never let me click on them to move forward with the order. I ended up having to call the store directly - well , not directly because Pizza Hut outsources their order service now. (Crazy! Haha.) which was equally a bad experience. (Classic customer service - waiting 7 minutes to order a pizza????) All in all, was very frustrated by the whole situation that could’ve been avoided if the app was just programmed better..Version: 5.20.0
