✓ I Prefer the Lite VersionAfter years of having the lite version, I finally bought the full version when I decided I wanted the convenience of being able to use as many layers as I want. As soon as I began playing with the full version, I noticed that as soon as I enter a photo into the app, the quality becomes way worse. I didn’t even have that issue with the lite version. I am very frustrated by this because I paid money and my photos are turning out worse than when I had a free app. I also feel like the color sensitivity feature could be a little better for an app that is paid for. It helps, but I usually have to manually make many fixes..Version: 3.3.6
✓ Limited and clunkyI was looking for an app to combine screenshots into one picture. The interface is very awkward and non-intuitive. When I finally figured out how to load a second picture apparently you have to choose which layer it resides--permanently. After I figured this out, the default "tool" is erase--so I immediately messed my picture up. There is NO UNDO, so I had to start over. No switching layers. One would think that would be essential. Finally, your picture you save is limited to the size of the screen even though you can work with a larger picture--whatever is on the screen gets saved when you save it. Overall I expected better. I should have known by the last update which was almost a year ago..Version: 1.6.1

✓ Same As The Free VersionI tried the free version and it was good, but the picture size limit restricted what I was trying to do. ✓ Changed not necessarily for the betterPicMix has always been a go to app for my photo editing and making mock ups, which I do a lot. However, the most recent version has been acting up terribly; crashing when I try to open a project, loading photos on a slant, which I can’t fix when it’s the background. I’m not sure what’s happened but it isn’t as reliable as it used to be..Version: 3.3.4

✓ Totally bollixed app with update....So, in redesigning an app I used on a daily basis on my iPhone 6s Plus the Dev has destroyed what WAS PREVIOUSLY an outstanding app to make it just short of being next to useless. Loved the old design that would allow me to superimpose or overlay png images with a transparent background onto my pictures but that feature now DOES NOT EXIST - superimposed or overlaid png’s with a transparent background load in new “projects” with a black background. The new update has made ABSOLUTELY NO IMPROVEMENTS to the previous version and I would have preferred that the Dev had left the app well alone and even abandoned it in that carnation than to have released a botched update.... The old saying of “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” has never been more appropriate for an app than it is with PicMix. Allan 16/06/2020.Version: 3.3.1

✓ Broke since updateWas one of my favorite editing tools for quick photo edits on my phone. Was never perfect but always fun. Since the update everything looks better and they added new features. ✓ Good, BUTThis app is great, but there is no way to bring back the previous picture. For instance, I had been working on an edit for THREE HOURS and my phone died. Then I figured that there would be a way to bring back the last picture you worked on, like in Superimpose. But there isn't and I lost ALL of that work. Three hours doing nothing. Do you know what that means? I'm going to try again and it's going to be over SIX HOURS that I worked on that edit because you don't have this feature. I'm getting superimpose instead. It works a lot better and the only thing needing fixed is the quality. Fix it and I might use the app. My phone dies all the time..Version: 2.1

✓ Has become dangerously buggyThis has always been my favourite editing tool. As of this writing, its last update was two months ago, and it desperately needs to be updated again to coincide with the latest iOS. Since the new operating system, it is buggy to the point where practically every single time you attempt to load a saved layer on to your work the entire app crashes, knocking you back out on to your home screen, and all you can do is keep retrying and hoping that this time it will cooperate and actually let you do it. It got so bad that yesterday the whole app crashed so badly that it wiped out everything I had had saved on the app - over five years' worth of work! This happened not once, but twice - after being forced to wipe my iPhone back to factory settings and restoring from a backup, it did it a second time, forcing me to do the same process all over again. Fortunately, wiping my iPhone back to factory settings and restoring from a previous emergency backup on my iCloud restored everything both times, but the point is, I shouldn't even had have to take such drastic steps in the first place. Please update this app so that it works properly with the new iOS asap! UPDATE: it happened again. I'll now have to restore my iPhone back to factory settings and restore my entire iPhone from backup a third time. It's official, the app is now useless until an update fixes it. Please fix ASAP!.Version: 3.3.6
