✓ BrilliantI am in the British army and have just found this. Yes it is just a book however it details everything you ever need to know, set out clearly and easy to understand. It details how to warm up and why. What exercises to do to accomplish your goal and how and why to cool diwn after exercise. It also details what to donut you are starting from couch potato standard rather than from athlete level! I reccomend this to everyone and yes it would be nice to have a set workout routine list to follow but this ap is superb and will definately replace my other training aps that I use at the minute. If only the British army ap was this good lol.Version: 2.21

I don't know much about the other stuff - I'm enjoying reading the book and pleasantly surprised at the depth, breadth, and that it is appropriate for someone who isn't in the military.
