✗ Comfortable planeI’ve flown air Canada several times from Aust. I find them great. Good can be average but that’s the same for all airlines. One of my flights got cancelled, they did automatically rebook me but it was for 14hrs later, after speaking with them I did get on a standby about 8hrs later. They delivered my luggage to my hotel in Banff by the following morning. I’m just a little disappointed points have not come through to my account & I will have to chase them..Version: 5.34.1
✗ Never had such a glitchy app and service beforeI downloaded the aircanada app since I spent a whole day trying to change my reservation on the website and it would time out and prices go higher and the calling customer service either kicked me off or on hold forever. The app isn’t better since I can’t change the reservation either or they can’t find existing bookings. Super disappointed with air Canada in general.Version: 5.37.2
