✓ Straight up useful !I take the iPad out every time I go out fishing; with the coastal nav chart apps, and so it makes sense to have an integral copy of 'colregs' as well. Even though there is lots of superfluous American info included (for us Aussies ); it still has all the relevant data.and there are times when it certainly doesn't hurt to know exactly what to do in a given circumstance; and not everyone can memorise the minutiae, whilst everyone does have a similar duty to observe correct seamanship.
