WeightWatchers: Weight Health for Positive User Reviews

Fantastic app to keep you on trackI gave WW a try after years of Slimming World, was worried about going it alone but with round the clock online support and ease of use it’s been the best app I’ve ever used. Love how easy it is to scan items, track recipes and log my fitness via my smart watch. The new WW personal points let’s you gain extra weekly points for eating healthier options, drinking water and being active. It’s helped me loose weight, feel healthier and be more active, the best part is using it every day to keep on track to my target. I recently clocked up enough points to donate to the Trussle trust, providing a family with a food parcel, knowing I can do this again with my points gives me another target to aim towards..Version: 10.2.0

A Different Approach Worked!I recently took a new approach to my weight watcher journey. I’m a lifetime member for about 20+ years and I find getting to my goal weight be more of a challenge now that I’m getting older. In the past it was much easier for me to do it. I just tracked, and stayed within a reasonable boundary of my points. I lost the weight doing this. Now that I’m in my 60s I find that I really have to keep within my points. I do this by following the “blue dot” challenge! Recently I discovered that there are many different things on the app that have helped me. I’ve done the OBE classes- just 30 minutes! I’ve actually listen to the “walk talks”… I’m finding that keeping my activity within a good range is also working using the “activity” program on the app which connects to my smart watch! I often use the recipes as well as create my own. Job well done with this application! After holding an above comfortable weight for about 5 years I was able to achieve my goal weight once again. It would not have been possible if I had not explored the app and taken advantage of the resources available! So thank you to the creative marketing team behind this program! Keep up the innovative great work!.Version: 10.21.1

Better Than Meetings!I’ve done the weekly meeting sessions with both JC & WW - the online system with the app is by far and away better in my opinion. First and foremost, it keeps the program front and center on a daily basis. I can easily look back over my progress and gives me their incentive to “stick with it”. Second, the app scanner makes it a snap to find foods that easily fit into the daily/weekly point allotments when shopping. I can creat my own “meals” for things I have everyday, like ‘morning coffee’, and ‘tuna salad dinner’. The app is always right there on the first screen on the iPad, iPhone, and the task bar on my iMax and Windows computers The app isn’t perfect though. I have found that the value returned for a scanned item, on several occasions, doesn’t agree with the values in the nutrition info for the food. A point high or a point low - not a big deal, but I always only use the scanner as a guide. Would be nice if could adjust the scanned info in the App, and save it as a “My Food” item. Taking time to adjust to the App update, but as long as it still supports my continuing the program successfully, it gets 5 Stars. Major Request: How about bringing the Computer Version up to speed? Computer (iMac) version is only a 1 to 1.5 Star system..Version: 9.6.1

Great appI love the scan option , and there are so many items which scan perfectly ! It really helps with the weekly grocery shop ! Helps to compare similar brands.Version: 9.14.0

Keeps me on trackLove the app! Scanner is amazing when grocery shopping— keeps me accountable & on track!!.Version: 10.58.1

Glitches remain: Fit Points not counted in points remaining, water ‘lost’Glitches😕 remain - still not consistently counting Fit Points in ’Food’ window totals. Fitpoints appear correctly in the ‘Activities’ window (eg average 5-6 FitPoints each day); however, they often don’t carry-over to the ‘Food’ window, which has sometimes stubbornly said 2 or 4 FitPoints for days on end, despite not being used for food & additional Fitpoints earned daily which should be added to the total. Also, the app has taken to ‘refreshing’ itself by logging me out, which is OK - but it then still deletes all that day’s glasses of water, which need to be re-entered 😕..Version: 9.19.0

Keeps me focusedLove the app that it keeps me focused and can literally scan anything which is so helpful when planning meals. Love the weight graph too that shows progress and all the videos are very motivating. I am loosing weight but it’s slow - a friend told me to measure my waist and legs which I’ve been doing and I’m definitely loosing inches more than pounds - think there should be a space to record waist measurements cus if friend hadn’t told me about loosing inches not pounds I would have got really down every week stepping on scales and only lost 0.5 kg or nothing at all! Improvements - 1) Have a place to record inch loss and more education videos about this weird weight loss thing or people could fail thinking it’s not working when it is. 2) Needs to allow for fails - basically there have been odd days where I have not followed WW at all and just binge eaten like chips and takeaways and guzzled cola (I think we all do!) and I tried to be honest and record my binge but then the app takes off all points for rest of the week which is impossible to get through with no points. I think there should be a button to press that is called something like (bad day or overeaten or not doing ww today) so basically you can record that you had a bad day where you are a lot but it does t affect rest of week - hope it makes sense because that really bugs me about the app.Version: 9.20.0

This app is my go toThe app is like my own coach in my pocket! It’s saved me on more than one occasion. It’s user friendly , with loads of features, tips, hints, recipes, click to chat options with coaches and a whole community of connectors at your fingertips. Recipes are easy to find, and most food brands are in the app which makes shopping a breeze as well as loads of restaurants already built in with Smart points attached. Can’t get any better than that! Thank you Weight Watchers for making my life EASY! Anna Van Dyken (Life Time Member).Version: 7.13.0

A little disappointingWhere are the weekly trackers? It’s not much different to an easy diet diary I used to use. Also I am a lifetime member from way back yet there is no credit given for this even when you reach goal weight. Disappointing. I’m hoping something comes in the mail. Have been going to ww for six weeks now and I feel a wee bit ripped off. As a lifetime member I am ineligible for the key ring and charms because I have done this before yet I never got anything for it before. It’s hard when you’ve lost 8 kg and some new member has lost 3 and gets a gift for it in front of you. I like the app, and love that I can put all my old ww recipes into the recipe builder for their current points value (sp)..Version: 7.9.1

#WW for the win💪🏼Pandemic weight is a real. The weight I gained in the early days of the pandemic added the weight I already needed to lose and became a reality that I couldn’t ignore. Doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome on the scale was also a reality. So I made a decision to welcome change and do a new thing. You’ve no doubt heard during the pandemic, “follow the science.” #WW Weight Watchers follows the science of weight loss. 33lbs pounds ago!, I came home from a doctor’s appointment and told my spouse I’m joining Weight Watchers, now, today. My spouse was in and joined too. Collectively, we have lost over 80 pounds. We are both on the #WW Purple Plan, there are color coded plans developed for the ways you already like to eat. The APP provides tools for tracking the foods you eat, (there are zero point foods, the APP guides you through what those are.) recipes, exercise videos, meditation and mindfulness videos/audio, audio lessons, encouragement audios etc. You also rack up rewards points when you track your meals, weigh in, work out using the exercise videos provided in the APP and or linking your Apple Watch or any fitness tracker activity to the APP. These rewards can be redeemed in the #WW store. Do something different. Give #WW a try..Version: 10.2.0

Love the appI so appreciate all that you guys do with the app for us and our success! But it’s not perfect, I’m really disappointed in the fact that the rewards GIFs are so an interesting I don’t want to join anything I don’t want to membership for a month to anything, I want to earn fun stuff like the hats we used to have and the charms we used to have it have I so appreciate all that you guys do with the app for us and our success! But it’s not perfect, I’m really disappointed in the fact that the rewards GIFs are so an interesting I don’t want to join anything I don’t want to membership for a month to anything, I want to earn fun stuff like the hats we used to have and the charms we used to have it would rock if you could get that go on again. Also, I do not appreciate the social/political interests that we put on connect with supporting BLM, or the pride parades or anything like that I don’t want that on my WW app to help me lose weight it doesn’t help me lose weight it adds stress to my life because it’s all over TV so if we could get rid of that too, I have been in weight watchers for the last seven years consecutively and I love it but I want my workshop back in Carson City Nevada 🤗😉 and just one more thing I’m not real happy with the Oprah thing she does not represent me in any aspect of my life! I know it’s about the money, but there’s a lot of us who could care less if she’s there..Version: 9.15.0

Needs more updating for flexI track everything on the app. But barcode points for create your own don’t appear to have Been updated to account for the changes made in flex. Quite frustrating. Especially if you know the food had zero item foods like eggs in it, but create your own just goes off the nutritional information and doesn’t account for this. Also, since the last update the barcode scanner part of the app keeps freezing. And is anyone going to check the nutritional values of foods that have changed since flex was introduced. You’re a multi million dollar company, surely you can sort this out otherwise the app isn’t doing what it promises - eg search for brooklea 0% Greek yogurt and the first one that comes up says it’s got points but further down the list is the 0SP one. Confusing for new members to say the least. Get your act together WW and make this app work like it should to give correct points for food..Version: 6.8.0

ExcellentAs a digital product manager who has over 15 years of global experience building technology, it is difficult to impress me. I can say that this app is top notch and blends the psychological aspects of losing weight along with effective tactics to provide user-friendly functionality to greatly support and encourage lifestyle changes which contribute to weight loss. Kudos to the team who built and maintains this technology. One feature recommendation I have is to provide a ‘grocery list’ enhancement which allows users to save off food items which are tracked so they can remember which products to buy when shopping in the future. When they run out, they can tick that food item box adding it to the ‘grocery list.’ I now purchase completely different kinds of foods and want to avoid forgetting which product I should buy in the chips aisle after scanning 30 and only finding 1 or 2 which are WW friendly, for example. WW begins in the grocery aisle, not in the kitchen. I could come up with many other features and in the meanwhile, I compliment the product managers, engineers, design team, and strategists who have not just built an app, but are changing lives for the better..Version: 10.27.0

MotivationHelps me stay on track..Version: 10.58.1

LifesaverAbsolutely love this app - I would not track or stay ON track without it. Thank you for making daily planning so fun and easy. Even when I’m out of lockdown I will be using this app. I’ve stayed in control and been able to store up points for special meals that have higher points value. This means I never miss out on foods I love which is really important for my psyche- in the past if I’ve deprived myself of a certain food, that’s all I crave, but using the app means I can indulge guilt free!.Version: 10.24.1

Great app, but...Great app. I love it and depend on it. But the bugs are really frustrating. With quick adds, anything typed in with predictive text does not display - ongoing for a long time. And the new tracking bar does not always work. Often searches for food items do not bring results and a list of frequently tracked foods displays instead. Please fix!.Version: 8.3.0

AwesomeGreat app. Works flawlessly..Version: 10.58.1

Great app! Very convenient for tracking pointsWorks well!.Version: 10.58.1

WWAppI have tracked everything since I joined the program again in November 2021. Since then I have lost 30k What do I love about the app well its the feeling and knowledge that I have done my very best with not only tracking my progress but now my activity and I love the multi-track option that makes tracking quicker and more efficient Exploring recipes and creating my own are another reason why this app is perfect for me My progress is also a perfect way for me to keep the feeling of a job well done knowing that I am doing everything I need to do to be a healthier version of myself.Version: 10.52.0

Great app, needs some improvementThis is a great app which keeps track of points and fitness and weight goals. Fits the program well! However the user experience is wanting. Especially when adding food or recipes. More user testing would be good..Version: 9.16.0

BrilliantI am a WW gold member & I use this daily to track my food, activity as I have linked this to my fit bit. I Love the ease of using this app especially the support from other connectors, enjoy the before & now photos which are truly inspiring & the shared recipes from other members and the WW recipes. Also, there are members who are so helpful & share how to do things such as hooping if you were interested in buying a weighted hoop which I did after seeing videos on here on how well it tones your stomach etc but there is so much more on here, definitely worth the monthly subscription 👌 By retaining my monthly subscription having got back down to my goal weight - this keeps me accountable and this time round I am maintaining my weight as opposed to losing it, stop WW, then pile it back and and start the cycle etc, by using this app daily I’m keeping my weight off. I know from past experience if I cancelled this subscription I would end up back where I started so it’s a godsend to me 👏.Version: 8.12.2

5 star all the wayI am like many of us here.. yo yo dieting for a long time, then give up after your clothes start fitting again or you looked half decent for a formal occasion !! I find myself back once more and whatever the good and bad days I have ( I’m very positive so more blue dots for being good) my group members, this app, community on here and my wonderful leader Mandi Hayer from the Seaham Monday morning group are just the best... Our wonderful leader is still on her journey and is so inspirational and always has time for everyone and you no she wants each and everyone to get to goal. I am looking at my food choices and making better choices, no excuses about lack of food planning , it’s my choice what goes into my mouth, I can and will get back to goal. Weight watchers hats off to you re flex and the wonderful scanning app. Keep it up.Version: 7.9.1

Works great, love the program.Lost 30lbs on the program, and the app helps tremendously. Update: I’ve unsubscribed due to not taking the program seriously at least twice before. But… I always come back! I prefer ww over any other app or program I’ve tried and… when I take the program seriously I see results pretty quickly. I’ve already gone down 3.2 lbs in since Tuesday (it’s now Friday) and I’m not starving. I’m just sticking within my daily points and watching my food choices and there are a lot of O point options under the purple plan and it’s easier to me to track by points rather than tracking calories. I guess that’s just what works for me. And.. I’ve looked at the calories I’ve eaten these last three days and I’ve actually only eaten between 1150 to 1300 calories each day while sticking within my daily points or at least within the blue dot points (I was curious about the calories lol). Give it a shot! I hope it works for you. The app is tremendously helpful with tracking too! PS my workout of choice is walking. I don’t kill myself in the gym. Maybe I’ll have to workout workout later on but for now I’m focusing on my eating habits again. Like I said, this is what works for me! Good luck..Version: 9.21.0

Great AppBeen using this app for almost six months now, and in that time I don’t think I’ve had any issues. It’s easy to navigate, and I love that it doesn’t just record my points, but gives me access to everything in the WW world..Version: 8.17.1

Wow WW have things have changed!Being a long time Weight Watchers participate, I remember when I had to carry around a book and a pencil and tally up everything that I ate all day…manually, then refer back to the book to cross check how much food/points where. Fast forward 20 years and now I can use a barcode scanner and it will immediately tell me how many points a product is plus the amazing ease of tracking points and food straight into the app. Weight Watchers you are really bringing the goods!.Version: 10.6.0

WW app and virtual meeting roomsThe app is good. I struggle with accountability, finding it hard to track daily with my busy schedule. I was extremely disappointed when WW decided to shut down the meeting room I have attended and received tremendous support from for the past 5+ years. Kathy Edmonds, our coach in Woodstock and Strasburg, VA was phenomenal. It was her leadership that kept me and so many other members on track and coming back week after week or for lifetime like me, monthly. I made an effort to attend as often as I could, but definitely monthly when we went virtual. I cannot and do not feel comfortable with a new coach who does not know me nor who has invested her time and energy into my journey. When WW decided to shut down Kathy’s workshop, they literally pulled the rug out from underneath us and shut our support system down. For a business that touts support, WW has cut our support in this rural area in VA. I cannot travel 70 miles round trip to weigh in, and that is what Kathy’s members will have to do. So, please help us out and return Kathy’s in person workshop to us! I’ll continue using the app and trying hard to be successful, but I’d feel so much better making this journey with my friends who were a part of Kathy Edmonds workshops in Woodstock and Strasburg, VA. Thank you! Yvonne Lytton Lifetime member.Version: 10.26.0

Weight watchersFirstly I have to say I am Loving WW, at first I was very skeptical about WW and if it had actually worked, I have lost weight already!!! And the food and the recipes are absolutely delicious. There are so many delicious recipes to choose from, you can eat anything and nothings off limits and still you can loose weight! plus you can track sleep and exercise and they also have exercise programmes at all stages for everyone to try and enjoy! The app is what makes it easier for me. I can find recipes, plan and track my recipes for my daily meals, I can also make my weekly payments plan ahead of time to make it easier to also find a meal. I can also track my weight, sleep and exercise and also the amount of water I drink. It’s easy to walk through, I can join chats and get the support and help from other people also, and also join challenges and earn my self badges. I can also shop from the app with WWs snacks and books and other things to help you loose weight along the way. The app is very easy and so much helpful info to help guide people with it. I would not only highly recommend WW to everyone I would also recommend using the app as it’s convenient to use anywhere and easy to use! Thank you WW!.Version: 10.10.0

Renewal of membershipToday I was helped enormously by a delightful customer service person (forgot her name!) who renewed my membership and updated me on what I have access to as a lifetime member. She was very encouraging and full of information! I’ve achieved my goal weight and am maintaining well - all thanks to Weight Watchers, yay!!!.Version: 10.40.0

Easy to trackLove the ease of tracking and tracing my eating. Makes me more accountable..Version: 10.58.1

My best friendI love the app it’s so handy to track my day. I love to scan stuff at the supermarket and keep my head in check. I love the reflection time when I weigh in and have to rate how I went and my goal for next week….I may not achieve these every week, But the app makes me do it each week and therefore gives me that fresh start, The line in the sand to do is on my week ahead. The great Recipes really help me. My chicken breast mince bolognese is now the standard weekly meal for the whole family. It’s sooo good..Version: 10.3.1

Love the App BUT 🔸Need Pic Zoom & 🔸Recipe Print✅💗 I absolutely love the WW app as it makes it easier to manage staying on the program. It allows me to quickly track, find point values and recipes and Connect with other ww members. Connect is one of my favorite features of ww as it offers support anytime, anywhere. Any of the wonderful people on there are quick to talk you down from going off track or talk you up from having a bad day. It also allows me to help others which allows me to help myself. I feel good being able to help others, and that adds to the ‘whole’ of the program. ❌ My only complaints are: 1️⃣ While recipes are quick and easy to find on the app and online, there is no way to print from the app at all (besides taking screenshots and printing the pics), & online it prints the entire webpage with all pics of Oprah and whatever else is on the side there. I love Oprah, but I really just want the recipe on the page. And although some say don’t print them it save trees, people are gonna print. Sometimes we have to. 2️⃣ I want to be able to enlarge the pics posted on Connect. I want to see things better. We can enlarge on other social media such as Instagram, so I’d like to be able to do the same on Connect. Please 🙏🏼.Version: 7.17.0

WW is truly reimaginedI’d done the online version several years ago and want too impressed but this app is phenomenal. It’s like a coach in your pocket. With access to recipes; digital help; exercise plans and a way to track and reflect on your progress all you have to do is use it to support your weight loss. It’s fantastic!.Version: 10.54.2

WW+ app light years beyond pencil and paper!I joined WW back in 2006 when you still had to calculate you points with their slide rule tool and write everything down in their little log books. It became tedious and time consuming and so I dropped off. Fast forward to today and I’m absolutely delighted to have this little pocket calculator and log on my phone. People are creatures of habit and comfort and this app appeals to both. It remembers past food items for quick logging, it has a huge database of chain restaurant point options, a huge database of surprisingly delicious recipes that are easy to edit, all designed to be efficient so you can get on with your busy life. They also have Connect - a somewhat baseline social media platform where you can share your experiences and cheer each other on. I don’t miss the in-person meetings and have enjoyed this online experience. With ease and comfort I’ve lost 37 lbs in 6 months and I’m sticking with it this time around! My only qualms are - where you log your weight weekly is so tiny compared to the other images on the page I accidentally skip it and have to backtrack to fix it. Connect also has room to be a little more comprehensive. The overall design of the app was a little confusing at first and took a little time to learn my way around all the menus and such..Version: 9.17.0

So easy to manage my weekThis app is so helpful to plan my week record activity automatically through my fit bit. Record water, food within my allocated points and so many delicious recipes that are a click away from starting with an ingredient..Version: 10.27.2

Terrible updates - not great for creative cooksUpdate - the changes have been reverted and we can review and edit our own recipes now! The new upgrades have really let WW down when it comes to creative or batch cooking. Recipes can no longer be edited to change the name, remove or adjust quantities and you can no longer vary the number of servings. I cook and freeze staples, adjusting the recipe each batch depending on what is in my house and now whenever I recreate a meal it is a whole new entry although the core ingredients are is the same with quantity changes. I was really hoping WW would be trying to make the app more intuitive and easier for people to incorporate day to day life, this is now time consuming. Another lacking feature is being able to attach web links or the create recipe feature “reading” ingredients from a web link, a feature that My Fitness Pal does well. I really hope the feedback is taken on board and Creating Recipes feature is improved to include editing options in the future..Version: 10.57.0

Love itI have found the WW app such a helpful, user friendly tool. I have an online only subscription and have successfully lost 15kg with 5kg left to get to goal. I never thought I would actually be this fit and healthy again in my life. Thank you WW for such an awesome program and app ✊.Version: 6.8.0

Thank you WW!I am back to WW and in week 1 have lost 6 pounds. Tracking is easy and combined with my intense cardio activity that is also tracked makes this the optimal “weigh” to sustain a healthy lifestyle. ❤️WW🙏🏻😊 I am now close to a 14 pound loss and am feeling more like myself. Getting back to the healthiest version of me with gratitude. Going for goal and then maintenance! 🌸💪🏻🌸 Now down 22 pounds (in 130’s range finally) since January 4/23. I love the app and ease of use. Only change has been addressing less fixation on the scale as plateau or stall happened. Thanks 🙏🏻 🌟WW🌟💖😊🦋 UPDATE - May 2023 - would like the macros option on the plan or option to add that for increase in fee. I do love the WW App and grateful for my weight loss success to date - thank you 🙏🏻 very much 😊 UPDATE -May 21/23 - macros option would still be wonderful option. I 💯% support the WW new business model with Ozempic type meds thru Sequence. While I do NOT need this personally, I support freedom to choose and access to all. It was difficult to see all the ➖negativity on Connect surrounding this change and I now visit the Connect support network less frequently. Being on Connect less has made me realize that this support is not necessary for me personally in my weight loss journey. I do like the recipes and tips though from the WW contributors. On a minor note still waiting for my 25# loss charm over a month later. Thank you 😊.Version: 10.38.0

Awesome AppThe WW app is simple to use for tracking food, exercise, weight etc and the online groups are really supportive. I’ve only been using it for 3 weeks but love it! The calculator is great too - you can enter details for any food and it tells you how many points it is. Loads of features, definitely recommend!.Version: 8.0.0

Lifetime MemberThis is my 39th year of being a Lifetime member of WW (formerly Weight Watchers) The strategies and techniques and knowledge (and now technology) learned -when put into daily practice-become lifetime healthy habits and continue to allow me maintain a healthy weight for my age and height. Thank you WW. Learning new point values daily. Weight maintenance is my goal. I have been tracking daily for over a year. Am learning a lot and maintaining a healthy weight. Information is power regarding portion sizes, food values and groups, and awareness of what I eat-including when, how much, and why. Lessons for life regarding healthy food choices and possibilities are the results of this effort. Thank you WW. I am on maintenance and daily tracking is a good boundary for me to keep me fit and aware of what I am eating -food or beverage. Grateful. Note: I have successfully tracked food on the app for over 500 consecutive days. Continuing to learn portion and points values that will allow me to eat the foods that I love without gaining weight, and eating nutritionally, and enjoying food. Praying and making wise choices-with food and with everything, including tracking, weighing, measuring, exercising, moving, dancing, walking, and living fully and joyfully with these daily habits. Grateful..Version: 10.58.0

Love the appI love that I can scan everything with my phone to see how many points items are. That I can record my weight and activity and that the points are calculated for me!.Version: 10.58.1

Rude Customer ServiceMy mom gifted me a year long subscription to help get into shape for when my husband gets home from the Navy. When I opened the app, it insisted on me only paying through iTunes and would not allow me to just put in card information like other apps. Because of this I had to add my moms card info into my iTunes account and set it up at primary. This is irritating because what ends up happening is either I’m paying for the subscription myself (with my card being primary), or she ends up paying for any apps/music subscription/anything already connected to my iTunes Pay (with her card), which is completely ridiculous in my opinion. I called customer service to see if there was a way I could just set a payment method for the app itself and not through any other accounts. The lady I talked to was very rude. Was cutting me off while I was talking, repeatedly told me that it was “not her problem,” and transferred me to iTunes who still were unable to help me because they can’t have cards in iTunes pay that are primary for only some things but not others. I still don’t have any resolution and I wish there was something I could do about this as it seems like it should have been an effortless thing to set up. Even if it is through iTunes pay, maybe have an option to “gift an account” so a different payment method could be used. Very disappointed and sad that I have to make this review without even having the opportunity to really try the program..Version: 7.17.0

BrilliantAbsolutely fab app. Makes tracking super easy. really appreciated the 24/7 coach access when i was first starting out. missed out on a 5 because it would be great to have a food point ‘guesstimate’ function - i’m traveling in Europe at the moment and won’t be able to track as i’m eating lots of home cooked food which i can only guess at. also i was eating fairly healthily when i started and the standard changes i made to my diet made things worse 😳... I worked out what was happening and i’m loosing the small amount i need to now, but it would be good to have a way of checking eating habits to start with and maybe speaking to a coach at the start if you’re already eating fairly healthily. In the end all i needed to change was finding a low point, filling, quick breakfast, cutting out bread and eating a couple of zero point meals a week..Version: 7.14.0

So easy to trackI love how easy this app is to search and track foods. Keeps your daily and weekly points tally as well as exercise and bonus points. Barcode scanner is fantastic especially when I am shopping and looking for healthy food choices. My only criticism is searching through recipes. I would love to search for breakfasts or snacks under certain points but even with the points filter the selection isn’t limited and I have to scroll through all the recipes. You can search by ingredient and most of the recipes are great. Definitely worth the money just for this app.Version: 10.18.0

Great app!Thx!.Version: 10.58.1

Awesome app!!This app offers so much, including making it your own, adapting their resources on your own style and needs. It is so diverse, includes different levels on intensity and types of exercises. ( HIIT, running, stretching, yoga, cardio, dance) It includes articles on every aspect that affect and impact our eating patterns and weight management, such as anxiety, sleeping patterns, habits on eating more unhealthy foods, self esteem, etc. Most of all it takes care of each one in a holistically way, including: mind, body and spirit to fulfill your wellbeing in a healthier way. Facilitating on reframing reframing those “stuck” beliefs we can have in our minds and how they continuously have a domino effect on our actions and emotions making us to go to unhealthy choices to avoid feelings and all of these happen in automatic pilot. Let’s pause be aware of this precious gift of the present moment and begin to be aware of our choices. Look up for your “mojo”, your “for what” I want to loose weight. Remember each one of us is a beautiful and gorgeous being and we want to fulfill our purpose, enjoy life at the fullest, share and be there for the ones we love, for all your f that and much more we need to be energized, healthier…. It is NOT a matter of having a “skinny body as a model”, it is about your “why you want to be healthier, vigorous, energized”. Be courageous, BE BOLD!! Thank you WW and I am very grateful that Oprah is part of your team..Version: 9.17.0

RobynSherrillI really enjoy the app and it certainly has helped me over the years to be accountable for what I put in my mouth. Seeing other members achieve their milestones is so encouraging too. My only problem is there are certain things that I touch on like the tiny numbers on the graph which don’t seem to go away and I have no idea what they for. Also in certain parts of the weigh in page I can’t scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and just see the beginning of a paragraph. These are very small problems which don’t bother me too much. Otherwise I am extremely happy with the app. Good job!.Version: 10.0.0

I love the new plan and so many zero point foodsMake it so much more flexible:.Version: 10.58.1

A very carefully constructed way to lose weight. In order to keep my weight manageable I have signed up and attended Weight Watchers meetings many times over a period of around fifty years. Because I almost always succeeded with Weight Watchers I had great faith in the meeting psychology and the weekly weigh in. Even though the app has been around for a few years now I didn’t think an app could possibly be as successful and avoided ever using it. But the Covid 19 pandemic has meant no more WW meetings. And like many I have sadly stacked on too much weight during our mandated lockdown and felt a positive outcome of being locked up would be come out of it having lost those extra kgs. So I downloaded the WW app six weeks ago and have faithfully stuck with the tracking and weigh ins. I’ve been amazed at the power of the tracking. I am hooked! The data base of the food and meal options is very good. The recipes are great to turn to when your tried and true meal options are getting a little stale. The exercise options are terrific and the always constant and positive vibe is quite addictive. I enjoy the companionship of the community so much. This is a really great App. It works and has been a wonderful companion through the hopefully latter stages of this pandemic..Version: 8.19.0

Love the app but love my real life workshops more!I think the app works really well- is accessible and offers a lot to members. I would like to see recipes and points for air fried food as this is now a main stream method of cooking. I would also like to see more of the obe classes- I keep repeating the same ones and more classes eg Zumba, line Dancing and Pilates would be lovely. Although the virtual workshops are good they cannot compare to a real life meeting with your own leader. The time it takes saying hello to members ,reading back questions and answers is too long and I find myself switching off. To finish I am loving Weightwatchers but if my face to face workshops were to close I do not think I would I would continue..Version: 10.39.0

WW worksWW is much more holistic, it is about developing a healthy mind as well as a healthy body. As well as the usual counting of points and activity for weight loss, there are now guided walking and exercise videos, articles on how to manage stress eating and access to some Headspace meditations that can help stop us becoming demotivated or giving in to our cravings. There is also a social media part called connect where you can be inspired by others, share help or recipes, and ask for advice from others on the plan. The recipes are really tasty you cannot believe they could be “diet” food. It has helped me lose almost 3 stone and to stop overeating and turning to food when stressed. Try it you won’t be disappointed!.Version: 9.4.0

Weight watchers appVery inspiring encouraging supportive app love the before and afters love everybody’s stories successes struggles honest postings .. the downside having to continue paying for app even at lifetime status this should b a given privilege or right of passage as the input of successful lifetime membership stories can do nothing but encourage and inspire others to succeed ..Version: 10.31.0

App needs some improvementThe app is convenient for tracking your points & keeping you accountable. It’s efficient when paired with your fitbit. App now tracks your sleep, but why do I have to manually enter information that could be synced from my fitbit? The food list search feature is the biggest weakness of the WW app, in my opinion. Example: If I want to track a hamburger patty, I have to know that I must search ground beef instead of hamburger or I will get a long list of restaurant burgers, meatless burgers, chicken burgers , etc. Items are not sorted, so I have to keep clicking on “more”, only to see that my requested food is not listed. My suggestion would be to have a filter for a basic food items and one for restaurant food. If I am making myself a burger patty at home, the first thing I want to see is hamburger patty-plain, then maybe hamburger patty with egg & breadcrumbs, etc. I constantly have no choice but to pick a restaurant food to log my meals because the basic item is not there. The food list needs much work and I do know there’s an option to add foods myself. I don’t believe it’s the job of the customer to add foods and enter accurate ingredient values for use of all the other customers. WW should really provide a better search experience with the food list..Version: 8.11.0

If you snack it track it!The WW app makes tracking food easy. Lets your fingers do the work. It is fun and full of easy to find foods and helpful features like great recipe ideas, eating out lists, barcode scanner to create your own food list. Menu filters, weight tracker, sleep tracker, and a selection of fitness programs to get you moving no matter what your level of fitness is there’s something for everyone! Plus so much more!.Version: 10.54.1

I do love the app and the ease of tracking. However, a couple of months ago my app had a glitch. I called in and explained the problem to no avail. I was told I would just have to live with it. I would like to object to this because I feel I should get a correctly functioning app because I need it and also because I pay for it. I do not know my exact loss without looking but it is 31 or 32 pounds or so. Suddenly one day the app showed me loosing over 200 pounds and it showed this several times. If I had really lost as much as the app said I would not exist. When I called they looked at it and could not fix it. They told me to reboot my phone. I did and it did not work. They told me to delete the app which I did and once again it did not work. They said they could not fix it and that I knew how much weight I had lost and I would just have to keep track of it myself. I did not agree with this but did not think I could do anything to correct this so I just moved on. However this really is not fair and I feel you should do something to correct it. You have even sent me charms to celebrate the weight I have not lost. I hope someone really reads this but if you treat this the way I was treated over the mistake I do not have much hope. Anyway I live with the app to track and find point values so I will continue. Thank you Dana Combest -Pucci.Version: 8.3.0

Game changer for weight loss!I adore the WW app! It is changing my life with it’s comprehensive recipe and exercise ideas. I was at a point where I was so busy and tired of trying to think of new meal ideas so opted for unhealthy options or just eliminated carbs in order to try and lose weight but this has shown me new and interesting twists in the foods I love, whilst keeping me satisfied and in control of my hunger. Amazing. The 24/7 support is excellent too. My favourite feature has to be ‘what’s in your fridge’ that gives meal ideas with what you’ve got! Total genius!.Version: 9.17.0

WW ReviewI love a lot of things about the app! The plan has been easy to follow, there are a ton of resources available, and the daily tracking have all helped me lose almost 47 lbs! One thing I don’t love about the app is the weekly canned responses - “Congratulations xxx! You stayed within your Budget several days this week and it paid off.” I faithfully tracked my food and stayed within my Budget for 6 solid months!!! I lost weight consistently every week~ to the same response every week. When I first started the response was a little varied, you’ve lost x% of your body fat, you’ve lost x lbs, way to go! I think that should continue throughout a person’s weight loss journey. I’m almost within a healthy ideal weight range and there’s no encouragement to get there other than the canned “Congratulations........” I’m almost at my goal weight and there’s nothing to push me to get there. I know I should not be motivated solely by the app but I think the matrix of the app could do better! What happens when I reach my goal weight? Do I just continue? Is there a maintenance/lifetime plan? Do I still pay monthly once my goal is reached? Signed, A Little Disheartened 😩.Version: 9.5.0

Amazing App!I have been a member with Weight Watchers since August 2016. Since I started, the app has been crucial to my success! I love that I can track food at a touch and can look up the smart point value of foods at any time right from my phone. It has really helped when I am dining out to find healthier options on the menu. The barcode scanner is my favourite feature. It helps me to find the best smart point food product when I am in the supermarket. Not just this app, but the entire Weight Watchers program I give a 10/10. I would recommend it to anyone!.Version: 6.1.0

Biggest little helper everI don’t think I could make it without this app. The old way we had to write everything down this way the app keeps track of it for you. Love the barcode I know how many points something else before we even purchase it. I also love being able to put chain restaurants in and seeing how many points everything is before we go out to eat. Thanks again I really appreciate it and as we all now getting it off as a battle And keeping it off is the war! I am a lifetime member and sure appreciate this app. An update on my previous review. Letting you pick each product for each meal before you go back to the main screen helps a lot it’s like you get one wholemeal picked before you have to go back that makes a big difference. Weight Watchers never stops amazing me at the effort they put forth to help you lose weight thank you so much. I keep adding onto this and one thing I really really like now is looking up different restaurants and finding out what I can eat before I go out for dinner that is a big help. The app just gets better and better you can now go back-and-forth and pick your meal without getting all the way out of your lunch menu I don’t believe I could’ve made it without this app that tells me everything and I can still use the barcode finder in the stores for things that I’m not sure if I really truly enjoy it and I believe it is a big help for anyone watching their weight.Version: 10.16.0

Works Great !!Links perfectly to my Apple Watch to track fitness.Version: 10.58.1

KickstartHaving been on and off a different weight loss app for a number of years and seeing varying degrees of success I decided to give WW a go after it popped up on my Pinterest feed. I’m really glad I did, after recently having my first child I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to kickstart my healthy eating habits again but WW has helped me in the best possible way. Nothing feels restricted or off limits and I feel like I’m finally starting to understand the importance of portion control. The features of the app are great, so much information readily available to help keep you on track. Long story short, I feel I can enjoy eating healthily whilst also having a balance of the things I like without feeling endless amounts of guilt!.Version: 9.11.0

Love itI have been using this app for over a month and it is brilliant and working. I know that for me the only way to lose weight is to record it and this really encourages me. I have tried other plans but WW really works with the help of the app. To be able to scan in a supermarket (frustrating if there is no signal) is fantastic and I have chosen more carefully as a result. Some things that look “innocent” get scanned and put back quickly. In general I cook from scratch so it is an easy thing to put a recipe in to check and then record. I agree a few tweaks would be the cherry on the top. To be able to edit saved meals would really help but in general I am finding the journey so much easier with this little helper with me..Version: 7.22.1

Could be improvedI’ve used this for a while and it’s definitely better than it was. A greater range of things on there (although the search function never seems to work, even if you write the correct name) and it just seems easier to operate. However inputting numbers is really a pain. I want to input values in hundreds of grams because a “portion” is meaningless and seems pretty tiny when you look at the calories. You have to scroll instead of typing to input numbers on food presumably because it’s American and people there use imperial measurements but this is pretty tedious and frustrating for we Europeans. It’s also annoying that you can’t input your exercise more precisely - it only asks for time and intensity, and only low/medium/high. I’d like to be able to input the distance I’ve run over what time - this would show the difference in effort more precisely. I don’t have and don’t want a Fitbit. It’s not really designed for people who take exercise seriously. It would also be better if weight watchers could spend some time inputting the correct calculations of popular foods in restaurants and supermarkets etc to take account of the “zero” food in them - like in eg a chicken salad sandwich, because eating out is more difficult to accurately self calculate now there are more zero foods. But all said, I quite like it..Version: 6.1.3

Good AppTo make it great , I’d love a diary spot to record intention for the day, outcomes and such . For me, this would help to evaluate how mood, circumstances etc affect how I manage my day. There use to be an area for this and if it’s still available I can’t find it.Version: 10.59.0

A brilliant aid to weight lossMy journey to WW began with a doctor who said that WW was a remarkable aid to weight loss. If you’d rather be told what you CAN eat rather than what you CAN'T, or you don't want to live from day to day counting calories, WW is for you. If you need the support of others, thousands of recipes, help with your lifestyle, and if you want to participate in online support groups, focused on Newbies, Geographical location, hobbies, fitness or mental wellbeing, ( the list is endless), then the Weight Watchers Personal Points programme should definitely be considered. I've tried other plans, but WW takes the first place. It easier to plan ahead and work out your own menus. As a man in my early sixties who got scared when he weighed himself, I can only add that the programme and certainly this app have changed my life. By the way get yourself a cheap Fitbit, (such as the Inspire 2),to synch to the app...it automatically updates your activity and sleep patterns. You get a free 14 day trial, giving you plenty of time to decide..Version: 10.27.1

Latest update is rubbishI use this app multiple times a day, I rely on it to keep me on track but the update to version 5.18 is awful. The meals tracked are no longer easily visible, although I do like seeing the total by meal, my favourites no longer includes my most frequently tracked foods. It is also harder to go back to previous days, and I absolutely hate the blue dots bing on the 'My day' screen, some of the names of the foods are also no longer displaying properly meaning that you have to go into the food to find the full name and see if it the correct food rather than being able to use the swipe to track food nation. Finally the app seems to be much more unstable since the update meaning I have to frequently restart it. Probably the worst update of any app ever..Version: 5.18.0

Very usefulI find this app very useful particularly when I’m in the supermarket and I want to scan items. Not everything is on there but in general I am able to view most things. One thing that is a bit confusing is when you’re trying to add something to your meal, for example let’s say tinned tomatoes. There will be about 6 different options, some saying 0 flex points whereas others will say 3, which one do I choose? I have to eat gluten free food as I am a Coeliac so cannot eat the majority of ‘ready meals’ that are available to everyone else as they contain wheat or barley etc, so I get very confused when making say a spagbol from scratch. My recipe is pretty basic, mince, tinned tomatoes, passatta, mushrooms and loads of herbs. The only flex points I can get are for raw lean minced beef, what is it when it’s cooked? However, that’s just a little blip and I am able to track the majority of the foods I eat so well done..Version: 10.45.0

New MemberI’m finding that there is no clear information on the programme I get that it’s all ‘freestyle’. But I feel for new people a simple and clear 4 week introductory menu should be offered along with a sample exercise plan until you get the confidence and Feel for how it works, there is maybe too much information at your finger tips but there is no ‘go to’ section with a set out simple menu/exercise plan to help you start or get back on track if you lose your way.Version: 9.1.1

Initial thoughtsThis is only my 4th day of using this app and at first it was like learning how to speak Latin! Very confusing initially but am slowly getting there. I think newcomers to the new WW program should be shown the ins and outs of the working of the app when joining on their first appointment. I think this would. are it a little less daunting. But this is not going to stop me from reaching my goal! 👍👍.Version: 10.7.0

So many recipes are inaccurateI love all aspects of the app but the recipes drive me crazy. They have not been worked on thoroughly enough, which is annoying as I am paying for them! Very often an ingredient will be in the list but you’re not told what to do with it or even more annoying something won’t be in the ingredients list but in the method you’re told to use it. You don’t know how much to use and more importantly the points haven’t been taken into account. The photos aren’t entirely correct. I have even come across notes in brackets saying ‘( not sure that’s correct, retest)! This is such a shame - if you could rely on them they would be amazing. There’s so much variety. Finally, it would be so so helpful if it was possible for the recipes to be reviewed. When every meal is so important to a dieter, it would be a fantastic bonus.Version: 9.1.1

Very user friendly appI find this is a easy app to use to track meals / points. I love the integration with my Apple health app and my Wyze scale app ( which links with Apple health). It also tracks my steps and uploads to WW app. The best part is using the barcode to get points for the food product. But on top of that, you have a lot of options to see exactly what your points are if you using more or mostly less than the item. You can change measurements. For example, granola has a lot more points than normal cereal. I can look at the points per quantity and see if I only eat 2 T instead of a 1/4 cup it’s less points. I love walnuts with my breakfast. I can see that 2 walnut halves are a lot less than 1/4 cup. It teaches you to prioritize you points per portion. Whether it’s worth it to use the max points or will a smaller portion so you have more flexibility later that day. I’ve also made a few mistakes tracking my meals on the wrong day or put under wrong meal, you can edit and remove or change the day. The recipes are inspirational. As a lifetime weight watcher for 45 years this is so much easier to use. I found my weight loss was stalled, so I reevaluated my Zero points list and realized there were Zero choices that I really didn’t need (i.e. milk items with more fat, I only use fat free) that gave me more points daily so I had more flexibility. Kudos to the team that created this app!.Version: 10.21.1

An excellent appI really like this Weight Watchers App. It encourages you to eat more fruit and vegetables. It’s straightforward, and it’s not pushing you to buy more things along the way. And I feel slow and steady weight loss is achievable. I tried the highest rated alternative app. It was deliberately designed to force you from trial to app by sheer confusion. It had lots of cheesy ‘encouragement lines’ and didn’t seem to allow you to pay monthly - or if it did it hid the option very well. I felt it was trying to get more money out me at every turn..Version: 10.32.0

WW App - best tool to aid weight lossI love the WW app. I use it to track my daily foods so I can keep an eye on my points. I use the barcode scanner all the time. Helps me to make better healthier choices when shopping. By tracking my points it allows me to adjust my choices for meals or snacks. I call it “compensating”. If I have something naughty, I’ll track it and then I can “compensate” by choosing a more zero point based choice for the rest of the day. Alternatively if I know I am going to be eating out I can try and view the menu at the place I’m going to and then “Compensate” the day before, day of or day after to ensure I can adhere to my daily (weekly) points. Tracking and barcode scanning my faves. 😊😊.Version: 10.57.0

GifI love that the recipe directions are in large print now!!!!! So helpful for me!!!! I love that if I have the same breakfast, it comes up the next day!!I can’t get the activity section to work with my Fitbit but will keep exploring this..Version: 10.58.1

Please stop the motivational messagesI am finding the app really useful for tracking food, activity, weight etc. I love the fact it synchronises with my Fitbit. Saving recipes is really useful. It’s a bit light on initial content about how it all works - it took me a while to understand activity points. Some of the logic needs fixing ie you are given weekly points so that you can eat more on some days but then if you eat more than 1/7 of your weekly points in one day, you don’t get your dot - so you’re discouraged from using them as intended? Finally, I hate the patronising, ‘motivational’ messages that appear while the app is loading - please either de-personalise them or provide an Off switch. Thanks..Version: 8.14.0

Love the app despite glitchesI think it’s a great app but would like to see an edit available in connect comments and the ability to upload a photo in comments in relation to the thread. Having the delete button now is a must. Still having problems uploading pics to connect. I can only get the choose pics from library once. I then have to shutdown the phone every time I want to post again using photos. It needs to be fixed. Other than that I love the other features..Version: 9.12.0

Can’t live without it.Couldn’t manage my weight without it. Recipes right at my fingertips, even at the grocery store when I’ve forgotten my shopping list. Also use scanner to compare points between brands before l buy..Version: 10.46.0

Online memberI’m absolutely loving the app. It’s so easy to use and I love that you can simply scan barcodes to see how many points different foods are. I always have my app open when I go shopping to decide whether or not to buy something! I also LOVE the “community” aspect of the app, it’s like a private Instagram for people signed up to weight watchers! It’s very inspiring reading people’s posts and sharing your own. Losing weight is easier with like - minded people around you!! Ps. Also love that it’s NOT a diet, it’s a lifestyle change - 5⭐️!!.Version: 6.15.0

WW digital appI love using the WW digital app because it makes everything about loosing weight so much easier as everything you need to succeed is at your fingertips. From counting points easily, tracking your weight loss each day/week, accessing 100’s of recipes, getting motivational messages to help keep you on track or being able to set personal goals. The digital app allows me to be a member of WW without me having to leave home which is especially good because the nearest meeting group to me is 45 minutes away. The app also allows me to quickly scan foods in the supermarket so I know exactly the points value of any item. I cannot recommend the app more highly. Thank you.Version: 8.8.0

The little engine that could 😁At 62 and putting on those extra kgs that come with maturity I needed to do something for my health and myself. I was very tempted by all of the new diets that are out that give instant results but thought this isn’t about an instant fix this is a lifestyle change and well being for my future, so I choose WW. I need to loose 10 kgs because of menopause and an injury that saw me bored and stressed so I turn to rubbish food for 8 weeks. When I attended my first WW meeting I was quite appreciative, I had been to WW many many years ago when you had your wee book and knew the points for everything you ate. Good old school stuff that I was all prepared to do.( this was after my 4th baby and was very successful in loosing my post baby weight) Seeing now everything done through an app - well- I thought that’s it !! to much mucking around, can’t be bothered and probably won’t understand most of it. Wrong… I enjoyed the meeting, felt really welcomed, went home and went through the app and the next day started tracking 👍😁 Still finding my way abit but I know I’ll have it down pack in a couple of days. The app is marvellous, I know I will enjoy using it and it just simplifies everything. Well Done WW. I am actually looking forward to this new healthy journey- wasn’t so much when I first started up. Thanks WW- I’ve got this , I know I can 🤩.Version: 10.54.1

9kg in 7 months!I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 20years, at times exercising intensely and I have never found it so easy to lose weight. For me, mindful eating is the key. In “the old days” food diaries worked well for me but this is sooo much easier and more convenient. I lost this weight despite barely exercising..Version: 10.42.0

Very good and easy to use Keep me on trackEasy to use.Version: 10.58.1

I love the supportThe people that work for WW. They are always there to make us feel we can do it. I was on medication and went up a few pounds. I had a tooth pulled. Uuuugh! But this week I was down those pounds. The medication is what caused the system to not work regularly. O get very very depressed about putting on weight! Some people seem to eat and eat and still have that no body fat to pinch between two fingers. I have been as high as 240 and started WW when I was 17. No boy would look at me. I was called, Aunt Jemima heavy but not of her ethnic group. I miss not attending or staying for my time at the meeting. My youngest granddaughter in London Ontario is having two minor operations. Throat and her bottom area. So I will watch the six year old. Thank you for being here for us. We need to have encouragement and positivity in ourselves that we can journal, measure and drink lots of water and have good sleep. The exercise helps me more as well. In spite of these minus 17 degree cold weather. I have the proper, warm clothing and scarf and hat to get out there and embrace the cold. Many thanks, I miss my gang at the Burlington Ontario group on Wednesdays. Nancy Magarian Taylor I was Nagarian when I started and still have the Adele Daniel’s cookbook and my weight watcher guide book. Have a great successful week.Version: 10.58.1

I love WW and the appI am enjoying the ability to meet in person again!!! I have really missed being together and the accountability and community and friendship. The updated Personal Points Program as well as new & wonderful additions, workouts, yoga, meditation, featured articles, and programming. This is especially true for the mindset, exercise and meditation guides. It just gets better and better. Still, I really miss some of the previous yoga and cardio walk and run features. Please bring those back!!!! I’ve continue to take advantage of Blue Apron recipes that are already in the app and order meals from Blue Apron. I am starting to do challenges in the exercise areas of the app. These are all excellent features and I’m using them every day! WW is truly the best comprehensive, healthy lifestyle, weight loss and weight maintenance program to guide its members and to address not only our weight challenges, WW provides us with the tools and approaches to improve our overall health and our lives. The friendships I’ve made and community I’ve enjoyed, and continue to develop have grown over the years and are truly extra special. Thank you always WW! Cheryl McAfee Lifetime Member.Version: 10.9.0

First week of WWIt’s incredible that there are many options of foods to explore to enjoy a weight loss journey. I’m enjoying eating delicious fresh and healthy choices of foods that I had forgotten to include in my daily lifestyle that will help maintain a healthy weight lost. I’m looking forward to watching next weeks goal at maintaining a healthy lifestyle choice and watching the scales go down. Also the sleep and meditation apps are fantastic, having the app at my finger tips, any time of the day, is easier to understand the bodies needs to help with weight loss..Version: 10.50.0

Great App but ......This app is really important to me as this to track how I am going in my weight loss journey. I am unable to go to meetings SO it is vital Works simply and effectively. I often can’t find food???? I am aware that it is difficult to have everything and I am sure many are being added all the time. I didn’t understand what a “serve” was then that was equivalent to 1 cup. I am still not sure what “Individual” is. With my own recipes I believe the amount of SP given is for the Dish not the size that I will eat. Just a few things I’ve noted and still don’t understand. I find things and then after 3 days found them again, it could be me. If a few things were sorted out it would a 5! Today I will give you a 4..Version: 6.2.0

I love using the WW appI have two issues with the app that I find causes some frustration. The first is the variation in the measurements used for food items some are grams some are spoons some are serves I find it frustrating it is not consistent. The second thing is the items added by other uses such as when you scan there are so many errors on theses items and I think if the fields required were more structured ie every item info must be the 100 ml or gram info off the nutrition panel it would be more accurate and not left to the individual user to decide what qty they use..Version: 7.14.0

Big changesI’ve been a lifetime member for a long time. So many changes. Now we have this new app.........and it’s great. I’ve been able to find everything.... I’m very impressed..... certainly made my return easier.....Version: 10.0.1

DifficultiesThe app is mostly very good, it is helping me lose weight. It isn’t intuitive, but maybe that’s because I’m a long time Apple user! I find that it is hard to discover all its uses with the limited time I have to devote to it. That said I ask other people and get some good answers but it should be self evident from day one. I have been using it for 6 months and am still trying to find things that I’ve needed over those six months. It is too long a process to enter the nutritional details of everything I make from scratch for my own recipes so I would still like to be able to find the points for things like, 4 oz pudding rice, 4 ozs. potatoes etc. Overall, I would rather have it than not, as long as it keeps on improving. The best part of the app is the overwhelming positivity of all the “weight watchers” that constantly post information, good tidings and compassion for, what is a first world, modern day problem, obesity. I include myself in this observation but have hopes to improve with the app..Version: 9.5.0

Life changing & the only way I have been able to lose weightI went through some very difficult times concerning a family members health issues. I gained weight, not realizing how much and how fast. By the time I “plateaued” I was several sizes larger. I found myself staying home, not wanting to get involved in many extracurricular activities, feeling awful in general. When I had my physical, my doctor said my “numbers” were awful. My blood pressure was high, my cholesterol was elevated, and I was pre-diabetic. He said “if you don’t lose weight you may have a health crisis of your own”. I told him I had tried to lose weight on several different diets but it didn’t work. He said “I have found Weight Watchers will help you lose weight and IF you stick with it, my other patients have had great results”. So, I said I would sign up 1/1/22. I did. I have lost several sizes, and back to my original weight before I gained so much weight. I feel 110% better all the way around!!! Everyone that sees me that hasn’t seen me for a while asks “what have you done? You look 20 years younger”. I say “Weight Watchers!! I found tracking every bite I ate is why I lost the weight. It works!! It is easy!! Anyone and everyone can do it!! I would recommend Weight Watchers to anyone that is even “thinking” about a life changing program that works. You can do it..Version: 10.20.0

What and why I like about WW.OK! I’m about 3 weeks into my 2nd round of ww. Not much weight to lose because I got to goal last time, but some health issues have led to some flab piling on again. I hated the app when I first got it - it’s quite complex and with nothing to explain how to do things I was completely lost at first. Old-fashioned trial-and-error helped and now I’m mostly on top of it. Now I think it’s great and a fabulous tool for people like me who like to figure things out for themselves. An e-mail with a down-load-able, printable file on “what-to-press to get-to-where on the app” would be extremely helpful, especially for newbies like me who are generally computer-literate, but not maybe particularly I.T.-savvy. What I like about WW is that it gives its members skills in not only how to lose weight, but in coping with the stresses of day-to-day as well as how to choose what we eat more carefully to stay healthy, which ultimately will see more of us being less of a drain on the health system. It educates its members..Version: 9.5.0

Supports my goalsThe app supports my short and long term Life goals - it’s very easy to use, offers the full suite of products (mental, physical, food, Recipes) and the best thing is the ability to connect with other members. Their stories inspire to keep going when I’m challenged by day to day events..Version: 9.9.0

So improvedI used this ap about four years ago and there were so mani changes I would have made a d I found it frustrating. So when I joined again four years later the ap is now new and improved and it works with Fitbit now. So good and way easier to add foods as most New Zealand foods are now in the ap..Version: 9.1.1

At last I’ve lost some weightHaving put on too much weight and not being able to shift it by fasting, cave man dieting, trying to follow my old SW books my daughter suggested we give the WW app a go. I don’t enjoy group meetings although they can be motivational, with my busy life style I find them frustrating sitting listening to everyone’s progress. I LOVE being able to “point” absolutely everything on my phone, either looking up the item or scanning the barcode, because it is so easy to use I know I count everything; which is the key to loosing weight. We have both had consistently good results, loosing 2lb a week or more, I have never in my 58 yrs had such good results - and as we all know, when you can see the weight coming off it helps you stick with the plan. I would and have recommended using the app - record everything and you will see results..Version: 9.8.1

W W app - I’m in loveI live for the weight watchers app. I’ve wanted to lose 10kg for a long time and hadn’t really considered WW - meetings etc! I know reading other members posts that 10kg isn’t a lot but I’m only short! Anyway I stumbled across the App, and honestly haven’t looked back! Im half way to my goal. I love every part of it- The scanner is my fave especially when shopping! I love entering my food each day and calculating the points values. I love the WW recipes and use them nearly every day. Especially the gluten free section as I’m a celiac. So yes I love the app- it’s easy to navigate, interesting, full of great information and tips AND it’s easy to use. Thankyou WW 🙏.Version: 8.19.0

Useless if you have an older phonePaying for an app I can’t use. WW solution when I complained... BUY A NEW PHONE!!!!!!! Not helpful and pretty sure I’m not the only person in this situation. Old app inoperable keeps telling me to update!.Version: 10.18.0

The best nutrition plan I’be EVER tried! My journey with nutrition and exercise in order to improve my overall health has been difficult. I have tried many diets ranging from low calorie to Keto to other crash diets and nothing has ever been sustainable for me. Just over a year ago I decided to give weight watchers a try because I had remembered a family member tried it a long time ago and had some success. Weight watchers has really help me develop a different perspective on eating as I don’t have to necessarily fixate on carbs calories or fat weight watchers really simplifies all of that by using the point system for daily food consumption. This system has been by far the best thing that I have tried and has helped me lose and keep off about 10 pounds since last December. My results could be way better at this point but due to having Covid multiple times and being a graduate student was stressed I fell off the whack in a few times but I am back on and expecting to have a good outcome. Again I feel that this is the most realistic plan one could try as it is flexible, you don’t have to give up fruits or other snacks that you want you just have to be more concerned about the portions that you’re having. Definitely a program that I believe many people could thrive off of long-term..Version: 9.11.0

WW App 😄So easy to use. Lots of great tips to keep you going.Version: 10.58.1

Ease of use re WW appI’ve been a WW member since 1974, so I’ve worked with a variety of food plans. They were mainly based on paper and pen calculations and needed to be kept up to date. This app has just revolutionised my weight management journey. It’s easy to use; enables me to quickly track my foods each day; know how many points I’ve used; see zero point foods at a glance; enjoy a plethora of easily understood recipes; and opens my food choices dramatically. I love using it and couldn’t imagine ever returning to the out-dated methods I’ve had to use in the past..Version: 10.47.0

Couldn't live without it but .......I love the app!! I track, I scan, I sync, I Connect. However I hate the latest update!!! I want to be able to easily look through previous days and weeks to see what went well. I used to be able to just flick back a day. Now I have to scroll the date bar, pick a day, click on that day then repeat to see the next one. Irritating!! Then to make it worse I can no longer see a whole days food on one page! I have to click on each individual meal! Beyond irritating! We don’t just use the app to log food! It is our diary to look back over, to find out what went well and what didn’t. It may look more aesthetically pleasing but it does not help us at all. That said the app is generally fantastic. I gave such a low score in the hopes that someone will read this review and make some changes..Version: 5.17.0

Long term maintenanceI joined WW in early 90s after my 2nd child. It took a while to get my head around it, but I counted my points and the weight came off. Since then I have jumped on and off WW and have never gained more than 3 kg. I need to do points as this helps me stick to the plan, however I love that I can eat everything, bananas and eggs are my saviours 😂 I have a sweet tooth so have to have something sweet every day. I’m not keen on exercise but do like shopping, which I can do for hours, so i count all that walking as my exercise. Friends have done other weight loss programmes but soon as they stop the weight goes back on, I always encourage them to join WW as it’s a way of life, not a diet..Version: 10.59.0

Feels like my best friendOnly been using it for a few days, I spent 2 hours in the supermarket scanning everything I fancied some things were ridiculously high in points others were a nice surprise! Tracking my meals has been brilliant I feel sure through that I will begin to eat for one instead of 2! I had a nice surprise last night I went slightly over my points but my day remained on 0 because it took it off the weekly allowance psychologically that was great for me. Love the recipes section, I had a homemade pizza with a big salad last night, pizza is a meal I would never consider on previous diets and it felt very naughty and such a treat. I know what to eat and love fruit and veg but when not sticking to a ‘diet’ I eat all the wrong things, it’s early days but I really think with the WW app I’m am going to achieve my weight loss because as long as I track what I eat and drink I can have anything, feeling motivated positive and delighted, looking forward to my slimmer body later on this year!!! Thank you WW ❤️.Version: 7.9.1

Lose Weight…for certainThe food ratings via tracking are very accurate. If you stick to strict tracking of your daily food intake and maintain your consumption within the allowable tolerance, you WILL lose weight. After a while you will begin to know which foods are a “no no” and factor that into your overall eating habits. Tracking works but you have to be patient..Version: 10.58.1

WWEasy to use, thorough, helpful; in short, a brilliant app. Thank you WW..Version: 10.58.1

Merci weight watchers.Version: 10.58.1

WW app supports wellness journeyI returned to Weight Watchers (rebranded as WW) in February 2021, while still staying at home as much as possible. The app is much improved since I last used it in 2016. I attended the WW new member and app academy virtual workshops, which helped me learn the features of the app. Food pillar: The tracking function is the workhorse of the app. It works well enough for me. I tracked everything I put in my mouth since Feb. The vast majority of the time the food is already in the database. I added food twice, created recipes ~20 times. I used some of the WW recipes - all good. Activity pillar: I linked the app to my FitBit. In order for it to work, I had to allow more access than I prefer but the convenience of syncing was worth it to me. I like the access to the exercise videos. Sleep pillar: Another convenience of syncing with my FitBit is that my sleep log loads into the WW app. I choose not to log my sleep into the app by hand. The additional wellness wins are not enough incentive for the inconvenience. Mindset pillar: The audio coaching and Headspace audios are incredible. They are helpful to listen to, even over and over again. Workshop finder helped me find not only virtual workshops but also my local studio. Connect, the online community turned out to be more worthwhile than I expected. I joined my coach’s connect group, which helped my journey. I checked in twice a week..Version: 9.21.0

One of my favourite AppsThis as an awesome app. Easy to use, lots of great functions, layout is motivating and the data is reliable. What I absolutely love is the recipe section and advice on what you can make with the ingredients you have in your fridge or finding a meal option for the points you have available! 😀.Version: 10.54.1

Great app , could use a few tweaks!Hey I love the app it helps so much on my weight loss journey, altho there could be some improvements (hopefully these can be taken on board) then this app would rock five stars! Firstly on the connect part when you leave a comment or reply there is no option to edit the reply only delete so is a pain if you make a spelling mistake as you have to re-wrote the whole thing and if people have already replied once you delete you also lose their replies, and also in those replies the option to add a picture would be great so you can show someone what you mean as opposed to writing it all out! And on the food diary/record bit if you could add the option to take a snap shot/photo of the food you have eaten at that particular time it would be so much better so when you are out you can just take a quick photo of your food and either calculate later for convenience or straight away but also have a visual record of your weekly meals! Also the option to record the food you have eaten all week and generate a list for when you do your shopping next week using the foods you consumed this week! Hope you gifts might take my tops on board! Thankyou for a great app.Version: 8.3.1

VictoriaI really like the app, and being able to scan foods in the supermarket for their points value, but the monthly fee is way, way too much for what you get. I found the meetings very, very helpful but definitely can’t afford the meetings. No meetings and a useful app doesn’t make a weight loss program. I’m a lifetime member since 1972, and an age pensioner, and I struggle to pay the monthly fee. It should cost a lot, lot less! Maybe have an app where you can opt for some features and not others. I’m reviewing my use of the app in relation to the cost..Version: 10.22.0

Perfection!!!To live without a plan is to fail whatever you’re doing. At 74 I finally realize that and decided to lose the pounds I have taken 20 years to gain. I am not computer literate at all, but the weight watcher staff helped me and I find it is so simple. My plan was to determine an outline for breakfast lunch dinner and snacks. I was able to do this and write it on paper with my goal at the top of the paper. Then I was able to put the foods I love into the plan breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks, and follow it daily. I have been a member of weight watchers for six weeks going on seven. And I have lost close to 15 pounds. I say close because on their scale it’s 14 on mine it’s 15. Of course I’m nude when I’m weighing!!! I have tried every diet in the last 20 years and successful in losing the weight only to gain it back. I don’t see this as a diet I see it as a lifestyle change and I’m loving every minute of it. I hope to lose 2 pounds a week until I’m at my goal. The hope becomes fact by making my plan, and happily sticking to it because I’m eating all the foods I like!!! Do yourself a favor and join weight watchers. By the way I’m not affiliated with Weight Watchers in any capacity other than a client!!! It is so easy to determine how to stay in a weight loss trajectory with this app..Version: 10.7.0

The app has quickly become my best friend!I joined WW Online 13 weeks ago. I have had success on a competitors’ plan in the past but, as someone with a very healthy appetite, I’d tried and failed with Weightwatchers a long time ago as I felt I could never eat enough and I struggled to get my head around the plan. The app has changed all that and, whilst I’m only losing a pound a week, I’m just half a pound off my first stone lost. Slowly but surely, I’ll get to my target. I like to think I’m a young 70 but I do find that where I could shed unwanted pounds quickly when I was younger, my weight loss is now much slower. I read reviews that said some people couldn’t get to grips with the app but that hasn’t been my experience so please don’t let negative reviews put you off. There is help available online via “Chat” if you get stuck and it’s definitely the app that’s keeping me on track. Constructively, I could manage without quite so much advertising on the main screen and for some of the app navigation to be slightly easier or more intuitive but, on the whole, the app is fabulous and has become my new best friend..Version: 8.23.1

Why did I wait so long?!I originally joined WW in the late 1990’s after having my first baby. I lost the weight steadily and kept it off for a full 5 years by counting my points and moderate exercise. I then quit as I was pregnant and had 2 more babies in close succession. After another 3 years I rejoined but was flustered by the change in the program and just felt too busy with a baby and a toddler. I quit after just 3 months. Since then, I’ve struggled for over 15 years to drop the weight I’d gained during those pregnancies. I’ve yo yo dieted and tried around 15 different diets in as many years. Often I’d drop the weight but it would go right back on. I’m now in my early 50’s and have come to my senses and rejoined WW. I’m loving the freedom to eat enough healthy food to give me the energy to get through my day. No more panic trying to stick to low calories, low carbs, low fat etc. I can eat what I want but I’m accountable for what I consume. I go to bed feeling like I’ve digested all my food for the day-I’m not hungry but looking forward to breakfast. I think that’s also helped with my sleep. I’ve lost a little weight most days and just try to incorporate a 30 minute brisk walk 5 days a week to help. No more crazy over exercise- subjecting myself to injuries. I feel SO confident I can reach my goal and I know from my experience from WW 20 years ago that it will help me to maintain once I’ve dropped this last 10kgs. It’s a weight of my mind and hopefully my belly too!.Version: 10.26.0

Great appEasy to use! No limitations on what you chose to eat and drink. Plus all the extra points you receive when you work out. Love the WW app!!!.Version: 10.58.1

WW App: worth every penny!I love this awesome tool that is user friendly. It is easy to track food, find great recipes, record my exercise, read helpful articles and watch exercise videos. I do not “do” Facebook, but I really like the WW social media because it is positive and informative, especially for me in the Living with Cancer group. I love the reward system and have gotten great gifts for earning points for WW behaviors like tracking.* There are a few glitches I wish WW would fix or make obvious, like looking up past lessons learned and behavior goals. It is also hard to save changes and notes on recipes. Also please simplify the daily tracking function to change one day to another if you enter food on the wrong day. Overall I think it is helpful, positive, informative and worth every penny. A few constructive criticisms: *The program no longer awards gifts which I loved! Please bring that back. If you are in the wrong day and track, you have to erase all and reenter the info. Please add a change day function on already tracked food. The weekly topic got buried in Discover Content. Weight Watchers has always been about behavior change, nutritional weight loss and social support. The mind is the HARDEST challenge and WW minimized this info by removing it from the home page. Update your podcasts. They are really old with no new content in years..Version: 10.47.0

Registering activity points!!!The only trouble I have is with the activities..... before I used to put in hydro therapy under Special activities ... now there is nothing! I do consistent water activities for 40-50 minutes.... do not know what to register them as! On other days ...... Also I do about 45 minutes of Physio therapy activities ... which include sitting cycling, using thera bands ( think that’s what they are called!) used for resistance training, sliders, standing/sitting form chair, using large ball for body raises as well as toe touching! Not sure how to register this activity!😜.Version: 7.9.1

Great app that supports the programI love the app. It has so many facets to it. As a first timer having an app that tracks my food consumption and daily points is awesome. It’s fantastic when shopping and being able to use the bar codes to choose healthy food options is awesome. The recipes are super helpful and being able to build your own recipes makes it adaptable for your own food likes and dislikes too. I would not be without the app and really miss it when I’m overseas..Version: 10.48.1

Awesome!!I love this app! It keeps me accountable, cheers me on, easy to use, and it works if you put the effort in!! Down 10 lbs in 30 days! 🙏🏻.Version: 10.58.1

Great app - a few tweaks could make it amazingThis is a really great app and is helping me to lose a lot of weight, relatively easily. I would love to see a section for members recipes, where they could take photos of and share their own recipes - it is hard to share recipes on the connect group and takes a lot of time, plus you have to keep repeating the process. The recipe creator could be improved by not over counting points when a recipe serves a number of people. For example a teaspoon of oil for one person is one point - in a recipe that serves two you would need two teaspoons, that is recorded as 3 points, which divided by two for the servings is 1.5, which is rounded up to 2 points each (this needs correcting, as it makes recipe building harder and inaccurate). Also, I wish you could get the app on a laptop as well - it would be much easier to read recipes etc. Overall I would recommend this to anyone. It works and you don’t need to change your lifestyle very much..Version: 10.13.1

ExcellentI had this app when it first launched and it was just ok. I’m back on WW now and the improvements are staggering. The connect feature is so excellent in terms of motivation. Seeing everyone’s progress (and struggles) is massively helpful on one’s weight loss journey. I would give it 5 stars but I’d like to see more sort options in the restaurant areas. For example if I go to a restaurant and want to search foods by points values it would be really helpful to see the lower point items first. Additionally if weight could sync with Apple health that would be very helpful. Right now I have to use a separate app that syncs my weigh ins with Apple health. It is nice to have them stored in both places. Update. It’s been maybe a year? I was not able to stick to the program. The tracking becomes too much for me and more than anything because of how my body responds I lose weight so incredibly slowly I lose motivation. In my 20’s WW worked and I had the motivation to keep going. When you lose roughly 1 lb per month it is just hard. Anyway. For lack of a better health plan I’m attempting to start tracking again as it’s New Years 2021. May the force, Oprah, Kate Hudson and now James Cordon be with me..Version: 9.1.1

Life changing!!I was skeptical about WW, but then decided that I’ll never know if I never try. BEST choice in my life. The app is super handy and easy to use. I am not good with technology or social type apps, but this walks you straight through. Beginning to end. It is set up to completely accommodate you, the user. It will ask when you tend to eat the most, what your diet is, what your goals are. It’s wonderful! You can choose whether or not you want to be social with the WW community. I chose not to be and I am glad I made that choice just because there is one downfall... and I realize it’s the internet and there are keyboard warriors out there, but people are not always the most positive, uplifting, or even keep things weight loss related on there. Me personally, I feel, (and maybe this is silly?) that maybe there should be monitoring or something because, I see a lot of post about people being mean to others and that’s not cool no matter what the app is. This in particular though, is supposed to be encouraging and up lifting. This is a life changer for the better quality of people’s lives! That would be my only problem with the app. Otherwise five stars all the way!! To anybody that reads this I hope this helps encourage you to make a step towards making a positive change!.Version: 8.9.1

Ms S.ChurchI was referred to WW through the doctor, as previously I had lost a lot of weight, but was struggling to lose further. I thought I’d give it a try to see if it would help. I seem to eat more, but eating more of the zero points. So far I’ve lost a stone in weight. Although a bit slow, I’m disabled so my mobility isn’t that good, my one hour in my garden is far less to someone else. But I do what I can, keeping a log at the end of the day I can see that I’m doing my very best. With the food everything gets written down and I can keep check with what I’m eating and keeping to zero points is easier. I did my trial weeks and when that came to an end I wanted to carry on with WW to keep me on track. I spoke to WW, it was easy and so helpful. I explained I was on benefit so I was offered £12 a month plan. If I want a break I can stop the plan and return when I want under the same £12 monthly plan. I think it’s a fantastic plan, it offers so much, also lists the restaurants menus on points which is a great idea. So I would encourage that people should give it a go as it’s just so easy to follow...Version: 10.19.0

Awesome!I have used this app for years. Helps me not over eat and stay on track!.Version: 10.58.1

I had given upTruly I had given up losing the 60 kgs I needed to lose. I thought it impossible. I have 7 kids, and am so busy, I know fad diets work, I can’t intermittently fast with kids to feed, I refuse to do meal replacement (what am I teaching my kids!!?) This HAD to work in our family without radical change…AND IT DID!!! Over 30kgs gone forever and still going down! Energy is back, as is my ability to think clearly. This is hands down the healthiest, most straightforward and educated way to lose weight…and fall in love with food again!🥰🤩🥳.Version: 10.5.0

Great app butLove this app, it’s easy to use and well designed- it makes tracking super easy. I enjoy the different tabs, the food, connect, and mind stuff, wish it would cast the exercise videos to a bigger screen.Version: 10.7.0

Brilliant!I love this app - it has made tracking and planning my points so easy that I have hardly felt like I have been on a 'diet'. There are a couple of things though, that I think could be improved. One being the way you have to scroll through the numbers in the 'grams/oz/portions etc.' part of the tracking screen. If this could be a basic number input (like a calculator) I think it would be quicker and easier to use. It would be help if there was a water tracker too - this would be great to see as part of the my day screen. Also, I would love it if there was a way to receive notifications for Connect, just like you can with Instagram/Facebook. All in all though, a brilliant app that I would not be without!.Version: 7.5.3

Super & Convenient App 👌👌Since starting WW on 1st February 2022, I haven’t looked back, I am 1 1/2 lbs off 2 stone gone for ever. Absolute determination from me and pep talks from my WW Rachel Fisher have made it possible 🙏💜 As of 17th September I WW officially lost 2 stone, I am extremely happy and proud of myself 👏👏. My target is 10-10lbs 👍. I am away at the moment “trying to keep on track” 🙄keeping on track, not sure about the new system, waiting for talk with Rachel on Saturday. Had a few week’s over Christmas and New Year, not counting PP coupled with the change of no PP grace ! I am now ready to kickstart my journey 💪🙏, I have a cold at the moment, doing my best to stay on track 🙏 I have had a weekend in London with my granddaughter and my birthday 24th January (71st) 🥳, put a couple of lbs on 🥴, the weather has been cold, have made some homemade soups, roll on the warmer weather.Version: 10.30.0

Excellent…Perdu 111 lbs….Version: 10.58.1

Great app! Keeps you focussed!I started this programme at the start of November and was introduced to this app to help stay on track. It is fun to track food as well as log food that isn’t on there. It is also nice to connect with like minded supportive people and get some suggestions for trying new things. A lot of people I know consider diets as just eating vegetables. Try this out and you’ll see it really isn’t. I didn’t give this a five star review because there are some issues with the app regarding the tracking of food. It would be easier to copy and paste over ingredients to another day if you make food for two or three days (cost effective so it is worth thinking about). Plus I am with a partner who is on the same plan and it would be nice to share things easily so you don’t double up on tracking. It is a small thing but it could make a world of difference. Fit points could be explained a lot clearer as well. I have noted that I am not the only one confused by how a short leisurely walk will get more points than a brisk fast walk. If it was less arbitrary, more people would understand the benefit. The last thing of note: while it is great to be able to input food that isn’t currently on the app, I have noticed some discrepancies between similar/same items I.e. the point value is different. This needs to be monitored and combined otherwise people will pick the ones with the lower points. Other than that, this has really helped me..Version: 8.3.0

Got me to Goal 🥅🎉Weight watchers is a brilliant plan. I have followed it for years, but having the app on my phone has really changed things for me. It's easy to use on the go, the food database is extensive, and it's easy to scan and add new products, so you can be mindful before you buy and try. Connect is an amazing tool also- the support from this online community is worth every penny of my monthly membership. Now I've finally reached my goal weight, I am now a free member, but choose to pay to keep the app so I can keep tracking and access to the online support and recipes! I do get a little annoyed at glitches after every update and they take a while to fix, but overall it’s a fab app. Thank you weightwatchers (WW!).Version: 7.9.1

Almost ThereI have recently joined WW and am finding the App a very useful tool to track where I am. I do think though that there could be a couple of tweaks to make it better like being able to copy Thursdays tea to Fridays lunch would help me. I often take leftovers to work for my lunch and am finding I have to input the whole meal again. I do know you can create a meal and save it, but if I have for instance included rice in the meal I can't seem to be able to delete the rice from it if I use the meal again but don't have the rice. This all makes sense in my head! I also think it would be useful to have a track of the points earned from exercise remaining on the front page, it took me a while to find the activity page but do like to see the number going up each day. I have set my self activity goals which I am finding very useful. All in all a good App could be awesome with a couple of tweaks..Version: 6.1.2

Weight Watchers App is incredible!!!Over the last 20 years I’ve lost weight using Weight Watchers principles a few different times. When I was going to Weight Watchers there was no such thing as an “App” for anything. We went to the meetings, weighed in once a week, and together lost weight and learned to change what we eat. It worked! Unfortunately the three times I reached my goal I eventually lost track and gained the weight back. This has happened once again until recently I decided enough was enough and the first thing that came to mind was how successful I was at Weight Watchers. As I began to look into signing up again it became apparent there was this Weight Watchers App that I could join instead of going to in person meetings, and what with the pandemic still an issue, I decided to give the app a try, so I signed up for it, and downloaded it. I have been using the app for about a week and a half, and find the App to be amazing! There are so many things wrapped up Into the Weight Watchers App I am already becoming very successful with over 5 pounds of weight lost on my goal to lose 60 pounds. The app is extremely user friendly in every way! There is even a scanner that scans to food label and you can find out how many points each food item is. There is a tremendous amount of social media related groups as well where I find fantastic support, recipes, and encouragement! For the price of using the app it is a steal! Truly remarkable!.Version: 9.9.0

The AppI was reluctant to sign up for the WW App because, whilst having great success with WW online some 8 years ago, my experience earlier this year was disappointing, to say the least. I could not understand how to work the App so I cancelled the Membership within a few days. I decided a few weeks ago to have another go. I am not overweight but want to lose half a stone. Again, I found it impossible and was about to cancel when I noticed the online chat option. After several ‘chats’ and finding the help section within the App, I persevered and am now a huge fan of the WW App. It is a pity WW do not advise before signing up new members, that the App is “not easy” for older people, who have not grown up with computer and mobile ‘phone technology and provide a simple guide. I think doing this would make one sign up as a challenge, rather than putting one off. So, to sum up, I have gone from ‘hating’ the WW App to ‘loving’ it !.Version: 7.25.0

So easy to use and trackI love this app. I have only been using it for 1 week but it has made trying to lose weight fun. I love it so much that my Mum has signed up. I love that there are meditations, recipe options, zero point recipes to help guide you on days your getting close to your limit. Tracking is easy and if you connect your Apple Watch/Fitbit/Garmin it tracks your fit points for you. I feel like WW app if going to be the tool I need to shift my 6-7kg. I’ve already lost 1kg and feel like this could be a tool I use for life. Other diets I feel like I am starving myself, I feel like WW forces you to eat the good nutrient dense foods for 0 points. I love veggies, fruit (especially bananas 🍌) eggs and plain greek yoghurt! I feel like I am winning!!! Thank you WW!!!.Version: 7.23.0

On the Road Again💫🎶I’m now about to turn 75 in February with 25 extra pounds around my middle, lethargic, uninspired to do much of anything. Then a friend mentioned that she joined WW. This comment reminded me that when I was 39 I joined Weight Watchers, reached my goal & became a Lifetime member before I turned 40. Attended regularly for about 4 years and gradually drifted away from attending & pounds gradually returned. Mid 50’s brought me back once again to weekly meetings and once again returned to goal weight and healthier habits. These were the days when we had to write every bite down! Well now that I’m about to turn 75 I want that vitality & enthusiasm back. I want to stop eating my feelings. I’m delighted with the new and improved WW program & the ap is so helpful in helping me keep myself accountable. Our weekly meetings are filled with lifetime members who come every week because like me, they need the weekly weigh ins, support from one another coupled with the tremendous benefit they are to the rest of us! Gratefully I’ve realized that I too, will be joining those folks long after my goal is reached so I can maintain my momentum in living a well balanced life with joy and support..Version: 10.4.0

Good AppThis app is amazing! The work out feature is awesome and I love the 5 minute coaching sessions! This app offers such an amazing amount of tools to help lose weight in conjunction with the WW programme. The food scanner is very useful! One of the frustrating things is that when I search for something I know I’ve scanned it doesn’t come up automatically, I have to go to scanned items to find it! One of the other annoying things is it only goes with internet so if I’m somewhere with no internet I’m unable to track!.Version: 9.12.0

Such a handy tool!I’ve used the app for a long time now and it is such a help with tracking food consumption, figuring out allowable points for food and for support. I love the scanner - so clever - and Connect is a great community for people who are all on their personal journeys, be they big or small, long or short! The whole program has been very well thought out to create success for all. The thousands of recipes available online is so handy and the recipes are delicious! I highly recommend this app and the whole program - it’s a live-it not a die-t!.Version: 10.33.0

It’s getting better with each upgradeI first became a WW member 3 years ago, and back then, the app was pretty nice. Unfortunately, my heart wasn’t in the right place and I ended up leaving the program a month later. I gave it a second chance a year ago, and I found the app to be better than the last time I used it, because they added the barcode reader and definitely made tracking easier. I left the program a few months later because I became pregnant, but came back as soon as I could, and I was totally amazed with the upgraded app. It has a way bigger library than it used to, and it’s even more user friendly. The only reason I didn’t gave it 5 stars is because sometimes it’s hard to find some items. For instance, the other day I was looking for “fresh strawberries” in the search engine because I wanted to track it, but because I was searching for other packaged snacks before that, the option list only offered stuff like “frozen strawberries”, “dried strawberries”, “strawberry cereal”, etc. I got tired of scrolling down looking for what I wanted, so I waited to track the strawberries later in the day. I know this could be solved if I save the items I want, so it’s easier for the search engine to figure out what I’m looking for, but sometimes I forget (yes, I suffer from “mommy-brain”). I don’t know if the problem can be fixed, but it would be great if it could..Version: 8.12.2

So helpful!Love this for keeping me accountable and on track 💕.Version: 10.58.1

Simple to followGreat app that has really helped me manage my food control. I’ve been using it for 2 months now and have managed to loose weight slowly and in a manageable way. After having my children I haven’t been able to shift the weight but now I can finally see the impact of noting everything down has helped me. Lots of foods already in the system. Most things you can scan and it will bring up how many points it would be. Also love the easy access to recipes. I know there are workouts and other areas to look into but the straight forward of managing my food intake is all I really need. Great feature to the recipes is searching by the ingredients you have in your fridge. Only thing I can think off I would like to see, is a multi selection feature on the foods when adding them. Instead of creating a meal out of them, being able to select the most recent things you’ve had over the past few days and being able to select more then one would save a bit of time..Version: 10.5.0

Love, love, love WWI have gained so much weight now that I’m in my 60’s. I even thought about a lap band surgery. I saw WW’s special and I thought okay, I can try this. What do I have to lose besides some painful surgery? I started WW back in late January. To-date I have lost 5 lbs.. I know I have quite a ways to go but I’m in it for the long haul. I went to WW over 25 years ago with the little menu plans, calories and weigh-ins. I did not like the weigh-ins and then everyone knew how large I was and if I lost any weight. It was just embarrassing to me. I think I probably weighed 140 lbs. to 145 lbs. back then. I started this new program at 200 lbs. and I’m just under 5’ 2”. I described myself as a short rolly polly, which I used to think was funny, but with my health situation, it’s not too funny anymore. Thank you WW and all the people I’ve met online since I started. I follow a bunch of people and get some great recipe suggestions. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. I don’t feel intimidated at all by doing everything online. I love the simplicity of the new WW program! I especially love the zero points category! Every time I open the fridge, I grab a handful of grapes. I love grapes and cantaloupe. You cannot get cantaloupe in the winter, but you can sure get grapes all year long. I love, love, love WW. A special fan, Pamela Myers.Version: 10.10.0

Love the app, depend on members on connect, great virtual coaches, and great exercise videos!I love ww and this app is like my daily diary, tracking device, and opportunity to share with members across the country struggling with similar issues. I even track my sleep daily, which helps me organize my life for better weight loss results. Love the recipe suggestions, articles on health and weight loss, advice from members and coaches. It’s simply the best recent addition to the new ww plan! Oh, headspace offers us additional self help methods of relaxation, and calm for better living conditions especially now while we still deal with covid restrictions. I am totally connected to like minded weight loss members and coaches who give the best support and encouragement during these tenuously crazy times. I was able to continue meetings all through the pandemic by staying virtually connected through this app. For me, it has been a real life saver. Very important part of survival and thriving! Great to connect with like minded members navigating the rocky waters of our weight loss journey, learning to overcome obstacles together, and joining efforts to face helpful challenges that bring us closer to our goals. Yes, I really need, like, enjoy this app. It’s a great supplement to the knowledge I get from my meetings. Thanks for being the very inspirational, knowledgeable organization that you are..Version: 10.27.1

Thanks WW!!!!!Twice before, I’ve lost to my goal weight with WW in the past 20+ years, and I fully believe in the program. It works!!! It is certainly the most balanced and the healthiest diet plan available. For his first time, my husband joined me in a fresh start with WW on March 1 of this year, and that has made all the difference in my success. Having the app in place has been a huge godsend, and I can’t imagine doing without it after having the support it lends. His health issues slow his progress, but we agree this is the best course of healthy eating and the wisest choice for us for the rest of our lives. We know we will celebrate special family occasions and throw in some tasty treats on vacations…and get right back on track! We are 70. I’ve lost nearly 32 pounds so far and have about 7 pounds remaining to lose before reaching my goal. It’s slower at this stage of life and in this phase of the diet (especially after learning that the geriatric BMI is not the same as that of a younger female…and I set my goal too low…and I am already well within the range for a female my age), but “slow and steady wins the race”! Thanks WW!!! I also encouraged two others to join WW. Here’s to great success for Suzanne Maynard of Midland, GA and Donna Krstulovich of Springfield, MO!.Version: 10.48.1

WW appI love it. The app makes entering meals and activity easy and fun. I am having a little trouble searching for “ingredients” rather than pre-cooked food items by national restaurants and chains from my iphone. I figure that’s a “picnic” and it doesn’t usually affect my otherwise very positive experience with the app. And I love Connect! I go there to see the many virtual kindnesses that people extend to people who are struggling and need some support. That tells me that the community works together to hold that space for people who need that support with the challenges of weight loss, body image, gender roles, physical health issues, mental health challenges, addictions, and healing in our country where bullying, racism, and other societal problems that divide the usa and many other parts of the world. I give some of the credit for that to Oprah whose own healing from adverse childhood experiences and the role she created for herself as a leader in American culture for the health and well-being of Black people, all women, and other American minority people. Go, WW. Thanks from me. And I’ve lost about 16 pounds since June 3rd or so. Appreciate the support from the lifetimers, coaches, member chefs who have blogs for recipes. Cool community..Version: 8.17.1

WeightWatchersThis app is so easy to use. It is so helpful. It gives you an idea of where you are at all times and it’s very helpful when you get stuck in places where you about to do a massive mistake and it helps you do will be responsible even when you do make a mistake, so I love this app..Version: 10.58.1

Makes weight loss easyLove this App . Easy to track food and weight each week and sooo many recipes to make with low points . Coz it’s on phone I can track , scan making food choice a beeeze wherever I am ..Version: 9.4.0

Love the App!Keeps me on track of all my meals and helps me to stay mindful of what goes into my body throughout the day and week..Version: 10.58.1

WonderfulThis is the first time I have used WW and I don’t know why. My wife had great success losing 80 lbs. The cool thing is that she used her points so she could still drink her wine! I had tried Adkins years ago and had success but this time, after several months of stalling - I just couldn’t start, for whatever reason. I looked at Laurie and saw her -80lbs. success and hey- why not try WW? So, I have. And I must say, this App is fantastic. I have an advantage bc Laurie has experience with this, so I can ask her questions and she pretty much knows the answers. That said, this app is the most supportive, complete and informative app of any kind I’ve used. It’s truly designed to help you succeed and keep you on track. It covers so many foods-it’s incredible! The scanner is so convenient! I scan foods at the grocery store, see how many points it is, then either buy it or put it back on the shelf. That’s just one of the amazing things about this app. If you go out to eat, they have a bazillion restaurants in their data base with almost everything on their menu listed. This helps you make the best decision you can if you must eat out. Changing eating habits is tough and this app is there for you. Do it now- commit and this will help you beyond what I can tell you. Good luck!.Version: 9.12.0

Much improvedEasy to use app that helps you to stay on track. Works much better than before. Foods can easily be found in search and scanner, though the library could still be improved. Still a few niggles; Notifications to remind you to track would be useful. Also it should be able to store items when you’re offline and add to your daily allowance once connected. Update December 2021: I’ve had this app for many years, and I dip in and out for various reasons. I like the new personalised programme as it promotes clean, healthy eating, but I’m surprised that the food library and scanning is still so poor. Lifesum finds everything immediately, but WW always asks me to enter some missing data extra such as salt content or I need to pick from a selection of options submitted by other users. Which frankly, I don’t trust. Isn’t this what you’re supposed to be doing?? Please improve the database. What has happened to restaurants and takeaway foods? I can’t find them. This is frustrating because I eat out a lot and want to know I’m still making the best food choices. If I don’t know what I’m eating, I’ll either make it up, or not bother to track. Two days of that, I fall behind, forget and then I stop using the app!! Please help me to be successful by giving me the right tools? I need a reminder to track please? I also spent ages telling the recipe finder what was in my fridge. And it didn’t work..Version: 10.2.0

FriendlySo easy!! Very helpful assistance 24/7,,.Version: 9.8.1

Good app but room for improvementThe fitbit data doesn't persist so you can't go back and check your history taking into account smartpoints earned, they seem to drop off fairly quicklyafter your current week. Would be good if you could get a weekly summary or snapshot that included these if it's not easy to make this data persist. Would be good when creating foods if you could specify how many servings per package so if you used a whole packet you could easily specify this, especially in a recipe. Also sometimes searching food doesn't always come up with a keyword, you have to know the precise name, but this is only a small issue..Version: 8.22.0

CAN AN APP SAVE YOUR LIFE?YES! This one can. If you track your points daily by using this app and stay within your points it can save your life, or at least enhance your quality of life. You never know how detrimental those extra pounds are until you lose them. I’ve had type II diabetes that this app decidedly help cure. Once I lost the weight my blood sugar levels went back to a normal level!!! With type II diabetes you can start losing fingers and toes, even your feet. I know someone that recently lost their foot because of type II diabetes. If you track with this app and just follow Weight Watchers guidelines you won’t need to suffer so much. I had AFIB, where my heart would just start beating at 200 beats a minute. It would not stop beating that fast! I had to go to the emergency room and have a cardioversion where they shock your heart back into rhythm. It’s my opinion that none of this would have happened if I hadn’t weighed so much. I’ve lost 79.2 so far in about a year. Get this app. Follow the rules and track your points. You deserve this. I want to thank the creators of this app for all the positive things and improvements you have made. I want to thank Oprah Winfrey for saving Weigjt Watchers. You all mean the world to me! Member - Robert S. Price.Version: 10.1.1

Best food choice & tracking appA great app to track mindfulness, food choices (& helps make those choices), sleep & movement. Also Connect - my main/only social media. Can not do without this app.Version: 10.18.0

My safe placeNo matter what I need whether it’s encouragement, inspiration, a venting place, a place to share my successes and my struggles, the community that has been created via WW Connect is nothing short of amazing. It’s the salve to everything that is awful about social media. The app keeps getting better and easier to track any food, get recipe ideas, restaurant menus, even see other foods people have created and logged. Activity is tracked as well and you can set any goal you want. My favorite things are: #1 barcode scanner and #2 blue dots. To explain, there are tens of thousands of food items in the WW databanks with points values available for your reference. Immediately upon scanning, you can choose the weight or measurement of that food item and instantly log it in your daily tracker. If I see someone else at the grocery store scanning barcodes with their phone, we can’t help but smile and nod at each other. 😁 The blue dot is a daily “at-a-glance” look at whether you are eating within your healthy points range. Super helpful and also sometimes the source of a weekly challenge I give myself. 🔵👍🌟 If you’re ready to manage your life with a focus on overall health, balance and positivity stop looking anywhere else and start here..Version: 8.14.0

Game changerI have been an on off member of ww for over 25 years. I have reached my goal, piled the weight back on then gone back to different plans over the years. The plans were easy enough, but calculating point values involved leafing through a book or using a points calculator whilst shopping. This was a faff so I lapsed once I was at maintenance. This app is a game changer. Being able to scan barcodes and instantly knowing how many points are in things means I no longer guess. Once I reach my goal, it will be easy to keep an eye on what I’m eating. It’s not perfect, the portion sizes can be vague sometimes, but on the whole it’s brilliant. I’ve also connected my fitness watch to it and it automatically updates my weight when I’ve been in to be weighed. I’m really happy with it..Version: 10.33.0

FeedbackIt would be good to have a comments section so if you are at a wedding or other occasion and its too hard to work out points id like to say why i couldbt record them.Version: 10.7.0

Some good, lots badI’ve been following WW for about three months now. I really like the app in some aspects; the recipes are easy to access and track. Following the stories of others is not only motivating, they often have great hints. Tracking food intake is also easy, even the nutritional information for your own recipes can be easily uploaded. Now the bad: I am unable to go back and add exercise to a previous day. If I have inadvertently entered a snack or meal under the wrong time, for example I recently entered my breakfast under lunch. I also have been unable to rectify the entry error, resulting in some very strange meals. Yes, the end result is what matters but if I begin to lose my way, I want to be able to go back and attempt to identify any trends. Which leads to the final complaint, the weekly float points. If I have a point or two that roll over, my weekly point total for the following day is properly adjusted. Likewise for using a weekly point. However, if I scroll back a day or so the weekly point total reflects the most recent change. Sometimes I want to know what day I was really good (or not so good), and quickly viewing those weekly points is how I would like to do that. Thank you..Version: 7.23.0

When you consistently track - you do get results. This food program really works, but like anything, it only works if you use it properly. This app takes the difficultly out of knowing what you should have and how much of it too. However, the knowledge in your hand is only useful when applied. Stick to your daily point limits, use correct measuring tools (scales, measuring cups and spoons, etc), earn those blue dot days (great new feature to help you focus on moderation throughout the week) and you will succeed. But at the end of the day, you must be the one who changes, as great as the app and program are they cannot do that for you..Version: 7.20.0

Bring back PPNot really app related but feedback for WW as a whole. I love the program, I lost 20 kg quiet easily but then for some reason we changed to SP which I struggled with, then the zero point foods were introduced and weight loss stopped. It became very hard, not like PP at all where I could still have a coffee or a nice treat The very reason WW worked was the accountability ( tracking ) I don’t get how WW doesn’t see it goes against the very essence of what WW was and still should be ... it’s very disappointing, and like many people I’ve canceled my membership and joined groups where people still follow the PP plan It’s sad to feel like making the $$ by constant changes is more important than helping those who really needed this, and I get the new system works for some but WW has to realise it doesn’t work for all.Version: 7.16.0

Review for WW appI am aWW member and it is very useful indeed I am lost without it and I lost 8 stones and continues to use it. It not only helps me counting my food intake of smart points it also helps me counting my activities. I would like to add gym to activities. Thank you ever so much. Zainab Al- Doori Now I lost nine stones I think as no classes I depend on the app thank you very much It is very good that under the lockdown and corona situation I am still loosing weight I am gold member and use the app daily and the new update WW is fantastic It also let me feel guilty as my activities are much less due to snow weather forecast we are experiencing. I cannot go fresh air walking and it affects me. I saw one of the mobile activities video it is impossible. The good news is that I maintained target weight since November!! Thank you very much indeed.Version: 9.7.0

Tough but honestIt keeps me from going past my 28 point food consumption for the day..Version: 10.58.1

Really WorksI was hesitant to use this as I’m not an app person and for the first week I didn’t it but I started getting messages from WW to use it so I did. The first week I’d not lost weight but once I started tracking through the app I quickly found I was eating all wrong and the weight started coming off. It’s easy to use, it’s kept me on track and is keeping me motivated to keep going. Just try it you’ve got nothing to lose except weight..Version: 10.34.0

Weight WatchersEasy to understand app. Facilitates tracking of food and activities. Can link Fitbit to track movement and award FitPoints. Clear and easy to read.Version: 5.16.0

Feeling in controlI highly recommend the app to stay focused & in control. We take our phones everywhere so it enables me to scan unfamiliar items so I can stay in control of what I’m eating. I enjoy chatting with like minded people on the ‘connect’ forum to share what I’m eating, how my journey is & to also gain ideas & support other people in the WW community. Personally I feel more in control tracking everything I eat & the app makes this simple & easy to do. I do miss the ‘create’ function I seem to have lost during an update as I like to cook new dishes all the time & I'm finding at times some of my ingredients aren’t in the app. I can however reach out to the community & they’re always willing to input the nutritional information (which I can’t do) to work out the points. I don’t need to be part of a meeting like I read some others are missing as I find the app has everything I need. 32 pounds down in 12 weeks, I’m buzzing !.Version: 10.57.0

The App is good, but...It is quite often hard to find the food you are trying to track. Sometimes they are in members additions, but other times you have to pick the closest and run with that. I know you can’t have every food eaten in NZ and Australia, but some of the more common things aren’t there. Noticeably the things that are not so good for us aren’t there which makes it hard to track when you have no choice e.g. out for dinner at a friend’s home..Version: 10.47.0

Activity sync issueWhen you have a workout listed in activity the other steps for the day don’t sync it shows them as zero steps. Also it often blanks out other days in the activity tracker and I have to keep re-syncing to fill them all in. Often I find that the points earned in activity tracker can be disjointed as they don’t come out logically eg. 4000 steps earned 3 points but 3000 steps earned 5 or 6 points. That’s illogical earning more points for less steps!! How do I report this issue? There is no ability to report issues to developers from within the app. That’s a real flaw in design. The other aspects work quite well for daily food tracking etc. I hope you take these issues Into consideration in the future updates as they are really very frustrating..Version: 6.13.1

WW is changing my life, and it can change yours!I am in my 50s, and and all the things in life affect my body differently than in my younger years. The weight slowly crept on, and it was becoming more and more difficult to stave it off. I don’t believe there is a quick fix in weight loss, so I never buy in to fad diets. I have tried everything, with a lasting approach, to lose the weight I had gained to no avail. A friend, a few years older than me, told me she had lost 25 lbs. on Weight Watchers, so I decided to look into it. WW has been helping people lose weight for as long as I can remember, so they must know more of what works than I do…and they do! They are a wealth of knowledge and can provide the tools you need to be successful, but you have to do the work. I have learned so much about food and how it works with and against my weight loss goals. In a few short months I lost over 20 lbs. I look and feel so much better. Leg and hip pain I was suffering from sciatica is nearly gone. I have dropped enough weight to go from a size 14 to a size 8! This program works, and I can easily see myself being a lifetime member! Join now! You won’t regret it..Version: 10.11.0

Brilliant appOnly a few days in but I am loving the app and exploring all its features. Just a couple of tweaks would make it amazing for me…. I’m a planner so really want to use this feature but find it limited to recipes on the app. If I create a recipe I can add it to plan but I would love to be able to quickly add a meal plan for the week ahead without having to input the whole recipe until it comes time to log. This would certainly help as a sort of shopping list for when I get my weekly shop. Also I’d really like to be able to have a favourites section of food I regularly eat that I can manage for quick adds. Just a couple of suggestions but honestly I am really loving the app so far.Version: 10.1.1

Track happyThe app makes it so easy to keep on track, literally and figuratively. Being able to track your food and exercise quickly and easily ensures it gets done. The addition of the barcode scanner to scan food right in....pure genius. Having the ability to add food on the scanner by having the nutritional information pop up on screen has further simplified the process. Oh and last but not least, having the message boards available by a quick click on the app means that if I'm not happy with how I'm tracking, or if I have something to celebrate, I can get help or praise from people going through the same journey (or the online coaches).Version: 5.16.0

Searching is a disasterAs with many apps, if one function that you depend on is badly implemented, it colours your opinion of the whole app. This is the case here because the Search function is probably among the worst that I have ever used. If MFP and Slimming World can get it right then why can’t WW? I use it a lot and waste my time trawling through the pages of irrelevant results and often don’t find what I am looking for. Such was the case today when searching for M&S lamb and chicken koftas, then just lamb and chicken koftas, then just koftas. No sign of them. I know I could scan the barcode but I didn’t have the packet so now I’m stuck. The rest of the app is pretty good. It is easy to enter food if you have the barcode. Impossible to enter recipes though... unless I haven’t found that feature. A good design but poorly implemeted..Version: 6.18.0

Amazing app can’t fault it!I’ve been doing slimming world for months and it is working but I just can’t get on with their behind the times app! I am on my phone all the time I needed something that suited me.. who wants to track all their meals with a pen and paper in 2019?! So when I heard how good weight watchers is I had to give it a try and wow this app is amazing. It’s so simple! There is an option to scan barcodes of food, everything is easily explained. There is also a section similar to Instagram so you can see how everyone else is getting on and the best part is the wide range of recipes that are not complicated. This app is going to make my weight loss journey so much more successful. I’m annoyed I stayed at slimming world for so long when this was so easy to start..Version: 7.15.0

J’aime l’appliJ’aime beaucoup l’application mais le seul inconvénient c’est impossible de crée tous les aliments (exemple pâté kojax).Version: 10.58.1

ReviewVery easy to use and lots of helpful information and guidance. Thanks.Version: 10.58.1

Loads of PositivesI love the WW app and find it useful in so many ways, from tracking my food and activity to finding inspiration for meals and motivation. The recipes, 5 minute coaching sessions and articles are fab. I haven’t done any of the fitness sessions in the app yet but there looks like plenty of variety. The search function is still a bit annoying - when I search for an apple, I expect apple to be the first result not to have to scroll down some apparently randomly organised list. The other thing I don’t love is how Connect isn’t very intuitive. I’m fairly tech-savvy but I can’t edit/delete my comments made on other people’s posts and I can’t add photos to posts, I always get an error message that nobody in the app academy could explain..Version: 10.3.1

WW NewbieTwo weeks in & thanks to the app I find Wellness that Works the most easy eating regime of the zillions of programmes I have religiously tried over the last 30 odd years. The support through connect & chat is amazing & encouraging. Happy with my blue dots & weight loss to date. Find if I stay on track with my allotted 23 SP I loose weight each day. It’s also gr8 how it connects to Apple Health as I love variety in my weekly exercise program. WW is not time consuming or fiddly & the choice is yours to decide what to eat. The best thing is I never feel hungry or deprived..Version: 9.1.0

Fantastic programI highly recommend the new WW program which I followed religiously for three months with no problems at all. It was based on good common sense principles and enabled me to enjoy many of my favourite foods without feeling guilty and whilst steadily achieving my goal weight. I also attended weekly classes and enjoyed the support and companionship. The bar scanner came in very handy while shopping and I can honestly say that at no point did I feel hungry or deprived. Well done on improving the program! Sandie Squires.Version: 10.10.0

Weigh To GoI have been to Weight Watchers a few years back and always struggled with the point system. I mostly just lost my weight by watching what I ate and working out. Club members always talked about the point system and how they loved it and I would sit there and listen and not say anything about my confusion with the points. I joined again two weeks ago, and this time I love using the WW app. I don't have to worry about counting the points as it does it for me. It took me a week to figure it out and watched some UTube videos to help me. I love how I can put in my own receipes, check favorites and there it is. I love how my Garmin sync's and shows my fit points and takes off a few points. I have tried a few of their receipes as well. I am not into the chats but this app makes my life of trying to lose weight a much happier experience..Version: 5.16.0

Needs additional infoEnjoy the user friendly app..,but the app should be able tell us how much protein we’ve eaten in a day (cumulative over the course of the day). Since protein has such a big impact on our weight loss journey i feel this needs to be tracked instead of the user adding everything up manually. For sure you can do better with this app..Version: 10.58.1

Fun AppEasy to use Love the wins Keeps me on top of my weight Want to stay active Thanks Love the New Personal Points Program Love the App. Yes everything Love the walk and talk. Great App. Oh yeah everything is great.Version: 10.58.1

Love the WW App!It’s so easy to use and have so many features to help with getting to goal!.Version: 10.58.1

App commentApp is great for tracking food steps and sleep but disappointing that it removes the Sunday figures before Saturday has finished which means that even though you reached your goal the app says you didn’t. For example on Saturday morning I had reached 26 fit points but by Saturday night it was down to 21 fit points. Likewise the sleep app changes sleep figures eg after reaching sleep goal one night the next day it says you’ve slept either more than 9 hours or not at all . Also I used to have 28 extra weekly smart points but now only have 21. Is this linked to the fit points I have set?.Version: 10.0.1

WW appLove the app I just wish it was easier to add our own recipes and ingredients. Very difficult and time consuming on a device. Maybe make it available online with a sign in on a computer or import an ingredient list..Version: 10.58.1

Almost greatWish I could share meals(composition & points) with my husband rather than us both have to individually enter meals each ingredient and amount at a time. Via air drop or Bluetooth or wifi would be great, or even better that I could click a ‘share via barcode/qrcode’ button then someone could scan with their existing scanner in the app. And when selecting existing meals, to be able to enter a ‘total weight’ option as well as a ‘serve’.Version: 7.14.0

App is amazing - but why can’t I remove items from my tracker anymore?I’m pretty sure I spent the bulk of the holidays promoting the WW app to friends and family, who were impressed with my weight loss progress. As I told them, the app has so many amazing features - not the least of which is the community functionality that lets you connect with others, create and share food and recipes, and find support. After getting back from the holidays and beginning to track again, I found I had entered food in the wrong day and when I went to zero the incorrect entry out, I was prevented from doing so. The app will no longer let me remove an incorrectly tracked item, and won’t let me reduce the amount to 0. So I’m counting points I didn’t actually consume. Why the change to something so inflexible? Why not just pop-up a question to ask a user if they meant to enter a 0 in the serving size rather than eliminating the option to zero out an error? That’s a pretty frustrating UX and may make me less confident about tracking in a timely manner. If it changes my behavior to discourage timely tracking for fear I will enter something incorrectly and not be able to make a change, what will keep me tracking as I should throughout the day? Isn’t that undermining the behavior that the app is supposed to encourage? Please fix this..Version: 10.27.1

The Must Have AppThis App is a must because it enables :- Accurate information in helping count points on foods Use of tools to view that information such as scanner and search engines Access to lots of useful and scrumptious recipes Recording of daily use of points so that goals can be achieved in both amount of food eaten and exercise taken Links with other apps and devices that help in achievement of goals Linkage with our mentors to assist us with our goals Linkage with other WW members who give encouragement when its required in staying on track to achieve our goals Keeping updated on new foods A visible history of weight loss journey Links with studio attendance in recording weight An understanding of the psychology of eating and so gives information to assist in meeting goals A healthy approach to diet and exercise Me to feel positive on my weight loss and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle ... thank you Enables virtual studio attendance which is valuable during this national “lock down “ societal pandemic experience ❤️💙❤️💙.Version: 10.33.0

So easyGreat app So easy to use, makes tracking simple, so many features like creating your own meals and recipes, editing recipes and the points are automatically updated, love it.Version: 10.35.1

Needed to chat and could notI have only been a member for 10 days and urgently needed to ask a question about the app and when I tried to char I couldn’t . It came up with the message that there was a high load or something and it would take 3minutes to chat soo I waited and then after 3 minutes it said I’m can’t chat and I will need to come back another time and chat with someone else. The most frustrating thing was that it deleted my question, that was quite long, and so now I have to re type it and hope I can get someone to answer my question. Very frustrating. Anyway, the tracker app is good..Version: 6.1.3

User friendlyLove the WW app! I haven’t been a member for a while and surprised and pleased with all of the improvements since using it back in 2014. Love the social side of things and being able to share updates, photos and videos and connect to the wider WW community. Very user friendly!.Version: 10.4.0

Relieved and pleasedWhen started this app I had very little ‘headspace’ for anything new as I was going through some hard times. The app has made my weight loss empowering and easy. I have recommended many to get it 🤩🙂.Version: 10.54.2

WW appI really like using the WW app. I have lost 8 kilograms, Met my goal weight, have maintained this weight loss and am now a lifetime member. The app keeps me accountable in tracking my points and recording my weight. However, what I love mostly in the app are the fabulous recipes. I hardly ever make the same recipe twice. The healthy recipes that I cook in bulk are the key to my success. My only criticism with the recipe section of the app is that it does not specify how to prepare ingredients. For instance I know I need 2 carrots but should I shred or chop them? Ok I see I need 6 tomatoes should I cut them into big chunks or dice them? The older version of the app used to specify but the latest leaves you wondering on every food item especially fruit & vegetables. Please correct this then I would gladly give 5 stars! I pay $27 a month for this app and feel for that price everything in the recipes should be crystal clear..Version: 7.16.0

Super facileL’application est conviviale et facile à maîtriser. Merci, ça m’aide beaucoup à poursuivre mon programme et maintenir mon poids..Version: 10.58.1

WW still leads the packOver 50 years ago my mom joined Weight Watchers. She spoke fondly of a woman who I believe had started the program. Jean N. This was my moms first real success at weight loss that endured. Eventually mom became a counselor. I still have the old scale she used for weigh ins! She always held to the belief that WW was the hands down leader in weight loss. I am now 78. My weight has fluctuated and I have tried several programs. Weight Watchers always worked well for me but I hated going to meetings. Now I find myself needing to shed excess weight again. I looked into WW of course and was delighted to find the personal points on line option with a well designed app and access to all sorts of helps and countless options of good foods to eat for FREE and still lose weight. It is actually fun! Finding recipes is fun! Discovering snacks that can easily slip into your daily points is fun. I’m having a great time and a bit over three weeks in have shed 10 lbs. Increasing my water intake has proven to be a game changer. Creating free vegetable soups that fill you up any time of day is a throwback to an old WW soup recipe my mom always made using garden veggies and root veggies and cabbage. I LOVE IT! Bottom line, WW is definitely the leader of the pack, constantly reimagining, constantly improving, constantly changing lives with healthy options. Thank you old friend..Version: 10.20.0

Love the App - It’s really helpful but…Love the App - It’s really helpful to understand the impact of food & how to manage what you eat to achieve the goal you want. However, I don’t like the breakdown food listing in the dashboard as it over complicates the display & duplicates the view when you drill to the next level. Total of points for each meal was great previously. I also find the search function for my saved items difficult & confusing to use. There are duplicate items & it’s hard to use. I would like the search categories to be separate & not cross reference the other categories..Version: 10.38.0

WW AppThis App is interactive, easy and fun and keeps me mostly on track. It is a vast improvement of what WW offered many years ago….going to weekly meetings etc. I see this as a long term strategy, changing what had become very naught comfort treats, particularly during the last two years within Covid. All those wee threats were adding up and we did not really realize how many of them we were having! Great to be with you WW!.Version: 10.25.0

Easy to useI like this app because it's easy to use. Also they seem to have products that we use in NZ and Australia. Which is nice compared to other Apps that default to USA. I'd like the way they do water to change. I'd just rather tick if of or add it glass by glass..Version: 10.54.1

Helpful but frustratingI do genuinely love the app as it keeps me on the straight and narrow BUT it can be very frustrating at times. For example the food search isn’t general enough. If I want to point a good type it gives me options of say different brands or different supermarkets. As I don’t live in the UK I can’t use the UK supermarket brands as not available where I live. I can’t point the foods myself either as the country that I love in don’t list the information that I need on food packaging so I am point ‘blind’ quote a lot of the time. Wish the points lists where more general, I.e cheddar cheese, etc. Plus why does it always move a day forward half way through my day? Can I change the time zone setting to avoid this?.Version: 10.26.0

An education in healthy eatingIt's not just a diet app, it's the best guide for steering you onto a healthy eating plan for life. It's quick, convenient & you can tailor it to fit your lifestyle, as you need it. Much better than the old weight watchers system. It's do-able, realistic & it works !!! Update.... I've lost almost 2 stone so far.... No effort required! Close to my target. Feeling great. Throwing my big clothes away or donating to charity. Very Happy! & enjoying life. 😊😊😊 Further update, I’ve smashed my goal & lost 3 stone in total. I now weigh eight & a half stone. I’ve maintained a healthy weight for 2 & a half years & loving life. Enjoying Seasonal food & have coping strategies for unexpected social situations. Well Done 👍 Weight Watchers !!! You’ve changed my life for the better 😊 Update. I’ve been asked to leave a review again (they ask you to do this every few months.) I still use the app every day, & I’m still as enthusiastic as ever thanks to WW, but I do have an issue with the restaurant feature. Menus change, I understand it’s difficult to keep on top of them however they haven’t been updated for years!!! Morrisons cafe, a regular stop for me certainly hasn’t. Come on WW’s ! Keep this app awesome !.Version: 8.15.0

WW appSo easy to keep track!.Version: 10.58.1

Make’s staying on track easy and funI love the app , I scan everything before I buy it! The recipes are great, the community tab gets you connected with other people who are in the same frame of mind! Exercise and water tracking it’s all at your fingertips!.Version: 10.58.1

Très pratique!Super complet. Cela facilite bien le suivi..Version: 5.16.0

Going into Christmas confidant and sexy at nearly sixtyThis app and the ability to tailor the programme to include the foods I like has worked so well for me. The app is all I needed. The excess weight just dropped off. I love the bar scanner which tells me immediately which foods work with the programme. I like tracking my weight. I love the recipes. Highly recommend the app. I am nearly 60 going through menopause and dropped 17.5 kgs easily. It just worked for me..Version: 9.0.0

My WWI first joined and got the first month for $10 I think and found myself to be much healthier after the two or three months I was able to walk without breakfast just felt overall healither but I felt I wasn’t getting much for my money from the online app and thought I could do it myself it wasn’t long before I put the eight j lost back on and felt worn out again so this time I joined for 9months I’m pretty sure..... I’m getting much more support this time and feel like I can do it my sister us also sighned up for classes I don’t like crowds so I prefers online thanks so much.Version: 8.3.0

WW app good and not so goodI love the app it’s brilliant! The barcode scanner is a game changer. We’ve got the info back like podcasts and articles that had become difficult to find, they’re now in one place in the drop down menu, thank you for listening WW. In the virtuals I’d like to be able to click on an emoji on the comments as they appear. Thankfully WW are constantly improving and listening to members so there’s improvements all the time. I’m in the app several times a day, scanning bar codes, using the tracker, using the recipe builder, checking restaurants and cafes and coffee shops when eating out and popping into connect. It really is brilliant and helps with weight loss and fitness and the psychology of well being and I’ve tried them all! This is the best.Version: 10.39.0
