✓ Used to be a 5I would have put a 5 ad this is my favorite noise app. However, they did an update where you think you are saving a mix and a timer, but if you close the app it doesn’t actually save and you have to start over again. Go back to the way it was before please, I’m tired of having to do a new mix every night. Update: It saves initially, but as soon as you close the app, it’s no longer in the saved section. Tried saving multiple times the way you said. Wouldn’t save. Tried it being in the background longer. Same issue. Was never an issue until the last big update..Glee Fan 5Version: 6.5.1

✓ Loved it but...update 😡I am so upset. I’ve been using the free app for years, then finally, a couple months ago I purched this in a bundle. LOVED it. But since the update a week ago, my favorites are gone, all the meditations that I loved are now requiring subscriptions (and if the developer thinks I’m gonna pay monthly for their app they’re insane.) I understand needing to make money, but subscriptions are a waste of money. I paid for this app, and I want it back the way it was. ***in response to developer’s response: you did not read my review. I had many of the meditations - for over a month - and all of my favorite mixes were saved, but with the update that all changed. I do not see how this has anything to do with subscribing. Yes, I get that you want me to subscribe to get the meditations now, but it didn’t used to be this way, and I am upset. I hesitate to even say this, cuz you’ll probably change it, but with another app in your bundle I still have access to many of the meditations, and my favorites are still there, just like this app used to be; I purchased it at the same time I purchased this app and I am not subscribed to it. ✓ This used to be wonderful. Then it became a subscription.I have been a loyal user for years, having purchased many of their apps in a bundle and individually years ago. I stopped using for a couple of months only to come back with the meditations taken away except for two. You could've at least kept the existing meditations for those who already paid for your app. Now you want us to use an app that is already paid for AND subscribe? You should've created NEW meditations for your subscription service, not revoke the items from your paid customers. I'm so disappointed in you, and I see I'm not the only one. ✓ No warning of changes!Mostly very authentic sounds. I particularly like the tumble dryer and rain. Not happy with the latest upgrade. It’s removed half the sounds (yes including the tumble dryer) But it says I can have them back if I pay for them. It gave me no warning that it was changing from free to paying. ✓ Another un-tested updateAfter the update, app now crashes as soon as I try to open. As usual major release done without any testing, sick of paying for apps where developers use customers as testers. I am on the latest version of iOS 11.3 but on iPhone6S. ✓ Changing from + to -to...I Paid for the premium app because I was happy with the free one, and thought it was a good deal for a couple dollars. I was happy with it until they added a bunch of unrelated content and asked for a subscription fee. They would have done far better making the new content into its own app and trusting its previously happy customers to try it They added a few new sounds and a more useful bedtime timer to help you with keeping on schedule. ✓ Loved the app- not anymoreHowever needs to be updated possibly as the alarm has become glitchy and unreliable. It turns itself on at the time the alarm was set the previous day (despite setting a new alarm with a new time) and comes on randomly at times (for example after a missed call!). ✓ Still needs workI want to give this app more stars because I use it so often but pairing poor layout now that there are so many sounds (but don't take them away, if anything add more) and the issue of charging subscriptions on a paid app keeps me from doing that. I can't stand subscription apps. The only thing I feel is worth a subscription is Netflix and that is because it is cheaper than cable. I love the additions to the app otherwise but it needs a drop down menu or something where you can go to pages of sounds, meditations, music player, or the beats. That way you don't have to go through so many pages to find what you want. Still one of the best sleep apps, but nothing should ever be completely finished with apps, there is always room for improvement. Update: The layout is a little better but the update was mostly about design to me. So, I am not sure the update was worth the wait. ✓ Too bad...this used to be great!My follow up to original review... Continues to be my most used app, but I'm getting discouraged. They've loaded up too much junk on system making it hard to navigate. Frustrated with nit being able to run my playlists with the sounds! If you run this app over your playlist, you get combined volume control, unlike the app music feature where you can set your music volume and your soothing noises volumes separately. There are too many little things going whacky. Too many crashes. Too many bugs. Recently, turned on app and found new format—and the auto upgrade deleted my music! They’ve never figured out that, if someone is a serious user, the music list will be long. Having no way to save the music, having to reinstall all after a crash or upgrade is just all wrong!!! I'm looking for something new and more user friendly. First review: My most used app. Use it for daily relaxation and night time sound block. Wish there were more sounds to choose from. Wish there were sound controls on each page rather than having to return to Home page. ✓ Used to Love this app...Updated review: I used to love this app and use it every night, but when I got a new iPhone and I had to reset this app. It’s absolutely horrible now. None of the sounds that I’ve repeatedly made save, NEVER. Once the app closes, I have to recreate every single sound. Also, if you paid for premium to get the meditations back in the day, DONT UPDATE THE APP! They now make meditations only available for subscription, which is a total rip off, when you’ve already paid for the premium version of the app. Overall, you’d probably be best looking elsewhere. I used to have my two favorite sounds thunder and light rain; I still have thunder but no longer light rain and it said would I like to download, so I click yes but it won’t download the sound. Also, where did the volume go?? The help article says their is a volume button but nowhere in my app is there a volume button only the option to raise the individual sound which doesn’t help and I don’t want to raise the volume of my phone just to here the sound, previous version was so much better. ✓ “Sound” purchase, am satisfiedI am very happy with the options available on this app. The interface of choosing them is visually good, with the golden icons with symbols, but a couple of suggestions: 1- when a sound is chosen, the icon changes from golden to yellow. That slight contrast is too subtle when searching it out to discontinue that sound. 2- it would be nice to have a listing of running sounds, to avoid scrolling all icons to find the one you want to alter or discontinue. ( which, honestly may exist and I just haven’t found it?) The selection of sounds is nicely varied and I have found options I like very much, and having the option to mix them is great. I’m devastated because I don’t have the cash to drop on an annual subscription for the other version of the app and I don’t want or need all the bells and whistles of the other app version. I’m very upset with this and feel like the developer is trying to push users away from what used to make Relax Melodies great - simplicity and affordability. I just want my sleep sounds back. I can’t even migrate my mixes from this app to the other one - that’s absolutely unacceptable in my book. I paid for those mixes I made when I paid for this version of the app; I don’t want to lose them or have to pay for a subscription to be able to remake them.
