London Tube Map and Guide for Negative User Reviews

Update bugUpdate status of lines no longer works. This was a key feature of the app!.Version: 2.7.3

Worst one on the. MarketThere’s probably a reason why you can’t try before you buy, its flawed, tried a couple of routes for it to plan with trams, the app says it not a possible route when I know it is as i have traveled it and every other tube route planner i tried got the route first time. Doe snot work on ipad , just crashes as soon as you try yo search a station. Don’t waste your money as i did..Version: 3.0.1

Not working anymoreHad this app for years and it was brilliant, but now gives no status info even after pull-down refresh. Tried on 2 iPhones and 2 iPads. Even tries deleting and re-installing..Version: 2.7.3

No Elizabeth line update…….Please update.Version: 2.7.3

Status not workingThe service status of the tube network isn’t being displayed. Error message. Needs a fix please.Version: 3.0.1

RubbishSince adds have been added it now a rubbish app paid for this. don't bother its not as good as other apps out there. I wont a refund!!!!! You cannot remove adds at it doesn't play back video to allow you to opt out of adds. The developer still doesn't care as no response from them whatsoever if i don't get a response i will be deleting app on informing social media accordingly so people don't pay for app that is useless!!!!!!.Version: 2.7

BadMeny times I can not checked status.Version: 2.7.3

Out of dateThe map was good but is now well out of date.Version: 2.7.3

Route planner poor, missed closuresThe route planner part of the app was poor: 1. It generated routes that included current closures (as shown by this app) 2. It generated indirect routes that missed the obvious direct routes 3. Lacks faster overground services that are part of the zone/oyster system, e.g Fenchurch Street based trains in east London.Version: 2.5.4

Doesn’t work properlyRoute planner often gives a ridiculous route which isn’t the quickest or the most straight forward. Eg Liv St to Baker St. it only offers Met line to Moorgate and then change to Circle line!?!.Version: 2.7.3

Rubbish with adsHad the paid version, to avoid adverts and now the upgrade you get adverts. What a con.Version: 2.7.3

MrVery Dark Background On Trip Planner.Senior Citizens Can’t Read..Version: 3.0.1

No longer working. This app would have been 5 stars until a month ago when the status stopped working. It was brilliant before that!.Version: 3.0.1

ProblemKeeps telling me need 10.3.3 but I do! I downloaded, several times, but keeps coming up again. Groundhog Day! 7th November. Still no resolution to this problem!.Version: 2.7

Doesn’t show anything it’s supposed toUsing it today it’s shows nothing.Version: 3.0.1

Out of DateThis used to be a great app but tried to use today and found the information way off. A friend used something else which cut 15 minutes off the trip and incorporated the new Elizabeth Line. I checked in the App Store and found the developer hasn’t updated this for over 4 years..Version: 2.7.3

Faults‘Station’ and ‘Planner’ not working correctly - they return you to the app..Version: 3.0

PLEASE FIX BUGBeen using the app for year now it does not work on iPhone 10 xs.Version: 2.7.3

What’s happened?Used this app for years and it’s been great. Now it refuses to update. Have an iPhone 13 - that the problem? Disappointed..Version: 2.7.3

Use to be goodThis use to be great but now it’s unreliable and status doesn’t update..Version: 3.0.1

Not Great for Northern LineOverall the app was fine with the exception of the Northern Line. Unfortunately all our trips started or ended at Angel so it was a challenge for us. Example: if you ask for Angel to Leicester Sq, it tells you 0 changes and the map shows a direct route. Fact is, if you don’t change at Euston you end up at Edgware or High Barnet. Same issue going south past Embankment. The other lines seemed accurate but we had to switch to a different app since we were 90% on the Northern Line..Version: 2.7.3

Used to be greatUpgrade to 3.0 has made planner illegible and impossible to use.Version: 3.0.1

Stopped working, now just junk.I have used the app for quite some time and it was very useful but now No status is now displayed! No route planner is working! Why would I pay to remove adverts!.Version: 2.7.3

No Elizabeth lineNot updated to include Elizabeth line.Version: 2.7.3

Needs workI downloaded this based on the reviews that I read about it. It seems to get really good reviews from people but I don’t know if they’re using it just to look at the map because as a route planner it’s absolutely atrocious. It doesn’t even give you the most basic route between two points nor does it give you an actual accurate route. Basically it’s just a straight line. For example Wapping to East Acton should only take 40 min via Overground, Jubilee and then Central Line. This one tells you to go from Wapping all the way to Shepard’s Bush on the Overground and change there for the central line. But you can’t do that from Wapping. You cannot go straight to Shepherd’s Bush from Wapping because you have to change at the very least once but depending on which train you take twice to get to Shepherd’s Bush. This is the kind of route it gives you. It only gives you a straight line route not an actual one where it has to take into account that particular tube trains final destination. The developers really need to sort this out if they want to make this app a success for the London tube system..Version: 2.7.3

Dis55Status never works when you need it.Version: 3.0.1

This is a poor joke, worthless junk. Not only is it at least 5 years out of date the attractions list is so diabolical it is a joke..Version: 2.7.3

Updated mapThe new map orientation is not helpful, and I can’t find a way to set it to a traditional view..Version: 3.0.1

Doesn’t updateTried for several weeks to update app but it refuses to work - wouldn’t recommend at all.Version: 3.0.1

Needs update to include Elizabeth LineWas my go to tube app but now needs an update to include the new Elizabeth Line which is missing completely..Version: 2.7.3
