✓ Love this bank accountI use discover banking and I have to say it’s treated me well for the past three years. No fees, easy to open account even if you have had bad history with banks, no overdrafts, my husband and I have a joint account. Customer service is really great. Never have to wait long, they are always quick to solve problems. My only problem is that my discover debit card stopped being able to function with cash app, but that’s not really discovers fault. Also unlike most online banks customer service is actually based in the USA, banks like chime are clearly outsourcing to other countries where they can pay people Pennies and they can just barely speak English, don’t solve your problems/ just read off a screen, makes the whole experience very unpleasant (I’m not very patient), but with Discover you don’t have to deal with all that..Princess TahVersion: 2309.0

✓ Forgetting the Discover Dedication MembersI have always liked using Discover, my family uses our Discover Card on anything we possibly can. I like to pay weekly on the card at a set amount and adjust accordingly every month if needed so it is paid off and I don’t have to pay any interest. I understand this may not make Discover the most money but it works very well for us. The App is so simple to use and is very nice to have. My only issue with Discover and I understand all card companies are like this. But I never see any incentive to stay with Discover. They and most other card companies always have incentives for new members but never for the dedicated members that have been with them many years. There is nothing keeping me with Discover except not wanting to deal with the aggravation of changing cards. If Discover was to offer additional cash back bonus or incentives for dedicated members, then this would be a five star rating and I would never think about changing cards again. ✗ Absolutely do not open a credit card with Discover. Have fun if you have.Got my credit card, turned it on on the phone and tried to set up on this app. It absolutely positively would not let me set up an account as I followed. The parameters perfectly tried multiple different ways it would not let me then I went through one of two choices to get assistance, and after wasting my valuable unpaid time, they cannot help. then when I get to another department, they cannot help. Then another department they cannot help. I have all the screenshots and recordings of setting up in their parameters of what can be a user ID and I cannot access my account now as I do not want to waste any more time, as discover does not pay me to hang out on the app that will not work. I close the account and they hold onto monies of mine that they have for well over two months. listen up app developer and Discover Card-you have enough ways to exploit consumers. You do not need to hold onto peoples money for two months when you can take it in an instant shame on Discover and this app developer you should all be ashamed of where you work and how you work..PohennenVersion: 2319.0

✗ BEWAREDO NOT GET THIS CARD unless you love being on the phone for hours with frustrated customer service reps talking about issues that no one can help you solve. So, this company is trash. I have a score of >800, and chose this card for a supplementary options since it purported to have great rewards, none of which I have seen. I spent the appropriate amount of money under the time allotted, and have yet to see any rewards. ALSO, with all of my credit cards, I can see exactly what I owe, but discovered requires that you keep a minimum balance, so you’re basically required to pay interest, since you can’t see what you owe to pay off your card?! Also, I set up auto pay, like I have for all of my bills because I’m an adult, and discover, somehow, always removes me from auto pay, so I just have to log into the website monthly to make payments. I’m a millennial so this isn’t user error. I’ve called several times and then on the phone for literally hours trying to resolve both the auto pay and the getting my rewards issues to NO AVAIL. I stopped using this card because I’m never able to fully pay off what I used during the month and also I have never seen any rewards or cash back- the whole reason I got this card. DO NOT GET. Capital one is great, or literally any other company. It’s 2023 in America, people expect more from their companies..MorjoleeVersion: 2319.0
