Ok app - but PLEASE add swipe left edgeOk app, but really needs the gesture to swipe back using left edge. With the bigger phones it is a pain to reach the top left of the screen to tap the arrow to go back. It ruins the experience of the app and makes it clunky to use. It’s also annoying you can’t see any clothing reviews/ratings on the app, but you can on the website..Version: 7.13.0

I like the app but there’s a few things that would be good to addMy biggest issue: Abercrombie, PLEASE ADD REVIEW PHOTOS TO THE APP. They are included on the website, but not on the app. I usually have to switch to the web page if I really want to see how an item looks. Images need to be in the app! The app is a pretty standard clothing shopping app. The UI is all good, I have no issue with interacting with the app. However, I think there are two things Abercrombie could add to the shopping experience. For one, I would love if the clothing images had a model wearing every (or at least close to) piece of apparel. I’ve never understood why Abercrombie has never done that — it’s so important and helpful to know what the clothes looks like being worn. On a related note, when there is a model wearing the clothing, it would be nice if they added the model measurements and what size she’s wearing. These elements take a lot of the guess work out of the shopping experience..Version: 9.4.0

AnnoyingLove this store and forever will but the amount of times it asks for feedback is unreal. I moved far from a store and downloaded the app to shop and only had it about 5 min n was asked at least 10 times for feedback. Finally gave in and left feedback about how annoyingly often it asks for feedback thinking it would stop the notification so I could continue shopping but it continued even after to pop up stopping me from shopping. I don’t want to use the app if that’s the way it will continue to work..Version: 9.1.0

Needs updatingThis app needs a massive overhaul. It’s frustrating that there are no product reviews but if you go onto the main website they are there. The links are also poor. You can’t click on an item to navigate back to it from your basket. You have to re search for the item. There’s also not enough photos of items. Many only have one photo. This is really poor when compared to other top fashion brand apps..Version: 7.11.0

A bit clunkyNo option to add missing points and adding your membership card to Apple wallet doesn’t work. I think the app needs a little work in all honesty..Version: 9.4.0

The app is clunky to navigate, and I think I lost an item just for shopping on the appI made an order for my birthday: My order never went through, even though it had been received by my bank. The app said that the cost wasn’t covered but the balance that i owed reflected $0.00. I even tried twice. Called Costumer service to ask if everything was ok. They said it was and that some times takes time to reflect on the app. I checked for updates over the weekend. Today (Monday), the order was cancelled and I have a pending reversal from my bank. I’m trying again but lost one of the items that I intended to buy. The app is very glitchy, extremely annoying shopping experience, and it’s only because I really wanted the items that I came back. This has turned me off a lot from shopping with the app. I hope you guys fix it because I actually like the brand :/.Version: 7.11.0

Item stockApp would show that the item is still available, but then it gets back Ordered. I have never received any refund yet. 4 out of 5 items got back ordered for my order and still waiting for a refund.Version: 6.8.0

HorribleSo my first time ordering through the app was fine until the next day when I get a notification from my bank that my credit card was charged an additional $260. Someone hacked my account and got my information and ordered a whole bunch of stuff. Abercrombie’s system is not secure!!!!!! I had to call them twice before my card was refunded. Not to mention I had to go through the whole hassle of cancelling my card with my bank and waiting for a new one to be mailed to me. Worst experience!!! Never ever ordering from them again online it in stores..Version: 4.22.0

US onlyNot sure why now it only shows prices in the US and doesn’t let you earn points elsewhere. Pretty useless as an app if I can’t see availability and prices in my own country..Version: 7.15.0

Blurry photosI’m not sure if it’s just me, but the photos in the app are so blurry! You can hardly see the texture of the fabric. I would also like to be able to sort by sleeve length when looking through tops. Besides those two things, the app is easy to use and I’ve been loving Abercrombie again recently! They’ve definitely had a huge improvement from their previously tiny tiny sizing and now regular people can wear their clothes..Version: 7.3.0

Missing necessary buttonsThe app is great and works like the website. I'm not sure if this is a regional technical issue or what, but I've been using this app for a few years now (browsing from Hong Kong) and there seems to be a major flaw in terms of navigation. Whenever I click into a clothing item, I will not be able to find a "back to previous page" button or "move forward to next page" button. It is really frustrating to go back to home page, select the category and start navigating the next item. And I'll have to go back and forth whenever I click on a new item. I wanted to report this issue but the "app support" link is broken somehow, or maybe it only works on a US site? Please fix (same issue is found in the Hollister app too). Thanks!.Version: 4.4.4

Can’t log inThis app used to be great but here in the last couple weeks it has locked me out of my account. I try to log in and it keeps saying error. Finally I tried resetting my password just to see if that would help but the email link they send is to a page error as well. Very frustrating. Their clothes are excellent and very soft. It is all my daughter wears, but I won’t make a purchase until I can log in and get points..Version: 4.20.0

Where are the reviews?I love using this app! The interface is easy and accessible. The only issue is the reviews for items have been taken off. As my size runs all over the map, I typically judge what clothing I buy off of the reviews. So now I go to the website to check and see what size I need to get, which makes the app inconvenient. Unable to change shipping region nor the currency while out of the States. —> I was trying to order something for my husband while traveling out side the country but the online store automatically detected my current location and will not allow me to visit the US store nor change the currency. 2. Love Abercrombie - HATE their app!I want to start off by saying that I love shopping Abercrombie. Love their style, their fits, this review is not about the quality of their clothes. This review is about their app. Specifically, how horrible the app is! I would say that the app probably works about 50% of the time that I use it. The other 50% consists of me potentially loading the homepage and when I try and click on something - whether that just be categories or my bag - the screen is blank. Can’t go through the clothes, can’t see anything on my screen at all. Sometimes half of the screen will show up - like if I try and click on my past orders it will show the order info, but then I can’t scroll down to look at any of the products I ordered. It has honestly stopped me from ordering once or twice because I wasn’t even able to add items to my bag or fully check out! It’s crazy! It’s happened so often that I felt the need to write this out because it’s so frustrating. I love this store and would love if I could give the app the same enthusiasm. :/.Version: 7.6.0

Not impressedSome clothing only has one picture, cant see the back of the clothing or see it on someone. There are no reviews on the clothing for you to see/complete. It doesnt show you “similar items” when looking at something..Version: 7.5.0

Good but room for improvementI have two suggestions for the app. First, it would be great if you could preview items in each order when on the order history tab in the mobile app. If I’m ever trying to see when I ordered something or what I’ve ordered, I have to open each order number and review the items. Then I have to remember which one I was on as I return to the main order history page and continue to search line by line. My second suggestion is: please enable back in stock notifications! This would make for a better shopping experience so shoppers don’t have to check the app everyday for items to be restocked..Version: 7.15.0

Apple Pay - shipping address issueNo matter what I put for the shipping address in Apple Pay, it says it’s invalid - UK address. Don’t have this issue with other apps using Apple Pay. I would have sent this through App Support link on App Store but that goes to a page stating this page does not exist.Version: 7.14.0

Love this app but...I love the app and I love A&F, however, this app only works about 80% of the time. It usually gets me to the main menu but then when I click something it just takes me to a blank screen. I try waiting for it to load but it doesn’t do anything. Only fix is to close and reload the app altogether. I know it’s not my internet because my other shopping apps work perfectly fine. No iPadOS versionIPadOS version will be great too. Items size are unpredictable: ordered a size L sweater, feels like size S. We are not all slim build. I am an athlete: can’t buy here... The app otherwise runs okay so far..Version: 5.6.0

Canada rewards system + ReviewsWe should also have a rewards system in Canada. It is absurd that there isn’t one. This is the only place I shop and I get nothing for sticking around and buying pieces all these years. The app should show reviews. And we should be able to add photos to reviews as this makes choosing sizes a lot easier. All clothing should have at minimum photos of the front and back..Version: 9.0.0

If minor changes are made- app would be perfectWhen something becomes sold out that you “hearted” it removes it from your liked bucket instead of keeping it in there and saying “out of stock” so when they do go back in stock it’s easier to read to bag. With the”liked” option in general, it only saves your most recent likes I believe 25-35 of you liked more items than that, it removes it. Please increase to top 50 or 100, really frustrating to go back and add things especially when things get sold out so quickly it would be easier to add back to bag if it saved more items that you liked and kept items that you liked in the “hearted” section even after they are out of stock..Version: 9.1.0

Can’t checkout and other technical issuesI’ve been an in-store and virtual customer for over 15 years and not to say their online presence needed freshening up but their mobile app has really taken the fall. I have technical issues all of the time. I update my app whenever it tells me an update is needed soooo what’s the problem?? When I want to checkout it tells me my credentials are incorrect even though I bought something last month with the same form of payment ... I’ve had the app shutdown on me just by scrolling more times than I can count for no reason than a glitch in their software. It’s 2020 fix your app ....Version: 6.1.1

Hate exchange systemClothes are amazing! I’ll give them 5 stars, app user experience is also good. The three stars is there new return/ exchange policy is terrible compared to the old method. They used to refund and process your return right away, as soon at the return shipment was sent as USPS. Now it takes about 2 weeks to arrive back at the warehouse and then they process your return/ exchange, making it a full 3 weeks before you get your exchange items delivered. I will most likely stop shopping here as consistently as I do because of the inconvenience..Version: 8.0.0

Nightmare applicationThis application is like a nightmare, I’m trying to sign up like they told me in the store so I can easily find what I’m looking for online, but the application never signed me up!
