✓ Great app up until the last update.Generally, I love Abercrombie clothes and this app certainly makes purchasing so easy and convenient. The online customer service is just friendly as shopping in the UK stores (I have visited the NYC branch before, the staff there were miserable as eff! Work that one out yourself). However back to the app. Since the last update, the barcode scanning feature has been removed. This is one feature I found extremely useful when in-store, especially when finding an item without a price but the barcode still on the label. Also, checking if the item has been reduce in price, can’t blame me for being frugal😊. Until this feature is back on, I have to give this app four stars..Version: 5.0.0

✓ Almost greatI use A&F app on a regular basis and I mostly enjoy everything that I purchase on it. However there are a few things on the app that cause me frustration one being that you can’t leave a review of a product from the app you can only do so on the full site. Second, they list full measurements on the app but you can see them on the full site. Third why limit how many products you “save” or “love” to 20 items? For someone like me who is saving an item so I can find it easily after restock it would be nice to be able to favorite many options. I like how easy it is to check out and the search bar seems to be very efficient..Version: 9.5.0

✓ Save for laterI love the app and how easy it is to navigate. The only thing I would add is a “save for later” button in the cart. I know there is a “heart/save” option but if the item is already in your cart, you can’t add it to the “heart/save”, you can only update the bag. ✓ Why forgot canadian.I have been buying from abercrombie for 5 years now. I have seen the application changed over the years but the Canadian site is still forgotten. I never received any holiday gifts or accumulate points. No other payment method available while elsewhere they offer afterpay even in the US. i love the clothes over there, but would have to consider canada and also offer us the same options as in the us and maybe your canadian sales would increase. as long as you offer a Canadian and US site why not just do the same?.Version: 7.9.1

I have twice encountered errors while trying to return the items at the store and they were a complete waste of time because I had to go back again. Apple Pay on the app makes it super easy to checkout, I don’t have to put my address or card number in. Also the app allows you to track shipping and returns. My gripe is as a user of the app there’s a few things I wish were different. 1. I wish that we could heart more things than 50. There’s literally just 90 items in your sleepwear collection- have you seen the cute waffle sets? I just need to have a limit of 100 at least! 2. It’s a bit of a bummer that the order history doesn’t go back further than 6 months. I’ve been digitizing my closet to track the cost per wear and I really want to go further back into older orders to see the cost and date of the items I bought. However, I do love how simple it is to filter through items and how the main shopping page is divided into categories. That experience is great. Mainly two things: when I attempt to look at my order details it often goes to a blank page- which either a) doesn’t do anything, or b) eventually shows my order after about 30 seconds of staring at a blank white page. You can’t see the items in your order, just the totals, until you select it. Then you find out that wasn’t the items you were looking for, so you select the back button, only to have it kick you back to the home page to start all over again. For someone who relies on shipped items and returning/exchanging on a regular basis, this is pretty annoying to deal with. I dread it, every time lol otherwise, it’s a great app. If you could change the back button on the top left to actually take you back to the page you were last, not the home page, that would be awesome..Version: 7.11.0
