✓ Was great!I did a stupid thing and updated. Now every time I open the app I have to click past a stupid pop up that says my subscription expired (never had one) and an ad for Pro version and Spyglass. Also, it used to work consistently on airplanes. But no longer. It’s intermittent at best. Even holding the phone up to the window. Response to developer response: Yes, there is a “Your subscription expired” pop up window with an OK button on top of the ad to upgrade. Wish I could post a screenshot. And no way I paying ransom money to get rid of the popup..Version: 3.17
✓ Very ObscureThis has the potential to be a very good app however the developer has overlaid it with some obscure symbols and data that are almost meaningless. The documentation is useless slso as the developer has used this as an opportunity to up sell other features while obscuring the very features you need to understand. Also, incomprehensibly from all you destinations you can’t select one to track but have to go into adjust each of the settings. Lastly why why doesn’t it allow you to get a read out of your current location? For what I needed this is next to useless..Version: 3.9.9

✓ Cool, but....There’s a lot of stuff in this app. However, I can not get past verifying the compass reading. It must be that my hardware is sending the wrong data to the app because the reading are 30 degrees off. I have checked location services and verified it is calibrating. The app shows that it is not Calibrated but no amount of twisting helps. Would like a suggestion on what to do from the developer..Version: 3.9.9

✓ DisappointedAll black and white....even the maps. Couldn’t work out if this was because it was a free version. Tried to locate the paid version to resolve but was directed to a different app. Ended up using Google maps to do the waypoints etc that I needed. Can’t help thinking I’m missing something given the good reviews, but it shouldn’t be that hard. Anyway, 2 stars because it’s free and better than anything I could do. Thanks anyway..Version: 3.9.15

✓ Very Pretty AppThis is a really nice application. It’s quite clear a fair amount of work went into it. I admire that effort. Unfortunately the user guides and “manuals”are so utterly bad and poorly done I could not even get angry! I was so amazed I had to laugh! I figured it out - but even the most basic guide written logically would have flattened the learning curve considerably. I really like Spyglass but regret that I’m unable to rationalize buying it in its current state. I suggest hiring a professional technical writer to assemble your manuals. You have a good product. ✓ Looks GREAT!...."but...."Installed it this morning...haven't had time to use it..I'm in Beijing China and I'm small town country boy...have spent lots of time in woods. Now I'm in a concrete jungle...facing fear to stray more than a few blocks from my apartment. There are not many days of actual visible sun here and seeing it rise is best on a tv screen apparently. I have opened the app 4 times now. And each time I've noticed it shows North in a different location in reference to the alignment of the floor tiles? ✓ Good idea, doesn't really work thoughThis app has been well thought through, but it just isn't accurate. When testing it, the sun and a manual waypoint were 90 degrees out. It also seems to get confused once rotated over vertical, even on an iPhone 4. I'm sorry to the developers, but I wouldn't recommend it if you want an accurate app to be used for any kind of navigation. I'll keep it for now and hope for some good updates, but maybe it's best to stick with other apps available..Version: 3.3
