Well structured but too many user experience glitchesIn theory the app makes it easy to browse and order Nespresso products, but too often something gets in the way. The most annoying thing today was that I had compiled a large order, and when I got to the basket it said “Oops, one or more of the items you have chosen is out of stock. Please choose something else” but gave no clue as to which of the 20 items was out of stock, either in the basket or in the order page. I ended up deleting the whole order and building it up item by item, checking the basket each time. It turned out that everything decaffeinated was out of stock..Version: 5.29.8

50 capsules min order?The app is great, it’s easy to use and make getting your coffee refill an easy and quick process. But, the limitation of min order 50 capsules doesn’t allow me to use properly my £20 foe the monthly subscription!! I am considering if it’s worth keeping the subscription because of this! I would like to try new capsules to understand better the ones I like and don’t miss out on limited editions or seasonality capsule - I would like to be able to use the £20 each month to give a boost to my coffee routine, instead of waiting a couple (or more) months to place an order. And of course, this is not possible because £20 don’t make a 50 capsules order. Also, if the 50 capsule min order is not negotiable, why can’t we have free capsules pick up for the months where we are not able to place the order because of the above reason? These are all small bit to adjust to make the service get a 5 stars!.Version: 5.27.7

Payment issuesHave the app in my phone and it’s been good until few days ago, when I tried to place my new order, all my details and instructions for delivery are already there, I only have to put my payment information, but kept showing a message sayings “invalid name of your card”. I tried again the next day, no luck. I called customer service, and I was told to reset my password, an email would be sent to me. ??. I tried again with a different card and I received the same message. I uninstalled the app and installed again, didn’t accept my password. There clearly is a technical problem. Very inconvenient for me to go to one of the Nespresso shops after work, as they all far from where I work. Very disappointed.Version: 5.27.1

Terrible user experience.Sure the app features plenty of heavily photoshopped perfect photographs of every single thing you can buy, but the new features really detract from its usability. I attempted to add my machine by serial number manually and after going through about 6-7 different menus and flipping my machine over to get to the barcode, I find out the registration system isn’t currently working and I can’t complete the process. GUESS WHAT!?? Instead of there being a cancel button, you are required to reverse out of all 6-7 menus just to quit out of the registration. Incredibly frustrating and there is no need for terrible UI like this when it’s 2018!!!!!!.Version: 5.8.2

Needs improvementI'm reasonably tech savvy but I don't find this app as good as I think it could be. It's never black & white getting to where I want in there and is a time wasting guessing game for me to use each time. A full drop down menu on the side with every option listed would be much better. I've had to ring instead of using the app twice to order machines because it would not access properly. Also nowhere (that I can't find) to register/add the machine serial numbers. For all the money Nespresso turns over, it's quite disappointing. Usable eventually, but disappointing..Version: 5.7.2

Surprisingly hard to useSurprisingly hard to use. Actually, it’s so hard to use I end up going to the web page to actually order even though I have the app. I’ve just put in an order but it took me 85 minutes! and I’m going to have a cup of coffee to recover. The biggest hurdle is sorting out the recycling. I’ve done this five times now and I’m hoping that this, the sixth, will go without a hitch or need for phone calls or in store discussions. I can only do the recycle thing on the webpage, not the app, and my policy is if I haven’t managed to fix the recycle first, then no order. The recycle pickup on delivery doesn’t work; even when the store arranged it for me the bags stayed outside the front door for a week, then I took them down to Collect+, which does work but to get those labels you need your account number and you need to do it from the web page not the app. The delivery man says they cannot ever pickup. Go figure. The app looks pretty though and the coffee is good. Here’s a tip. The recycle pickup is hidden under Accessories, for some reason, and at the bottom of the list. The obvious place would be Services, and Services does have a Recycle section but this only talks about how, it doesn’t let you actually do it..Version: 5.20.6

Checkout process and phone numberC’mon guys, others have mentioned this and it’s still not fixed. When checking out you go through the process and even if you have your phone number in your delivery address it always comes up with an error asking for phone number for delivery. For those that are stuck you have to go back a page then in the remarks section enter your phone number. I’ve also noticed no more one day delivery which I understand from a business perspective but because I live in melbourne and have access to pods it makes the app less appealing as by nature I am not that organised and can easily get capsules faster now with a little effort.Version: 5.14.1

Glitches* Sometimes doesn’t show your most recent order in previous orders, and * always seems to take you past payment type, then to only enforce entering a mobile number, which means you need to step back in the process and work out how to get to the step to enter a mobile number (which is always by default entered/stored in any case - so a completely redundant exercise) in an unintuitive manner and repeat the process through to payment - why doesn’t it always take you through entering a mobile number as part of standard process, or better still recognise that the mobile number is already entered, or if a check is required ask the user to confirm the mobile number? Instead of wasting another 5minutes finding the number and 10mins writing this review!.Version: 5.13.8

Good overall but has some bugsThis app is intuitive to use and I’ve been using it for a couple of years now. You can order capsules of both types, accessories, and even machines. You can also set up recurring orders that ship automatically on your chosen day and at selected intervals (weekly, monthly, etc.). There’s a feature of recurring orders to change the next shipment only (also available on the website). There does seem to be a bug that occurs sometimes when you do this. Recent examples; I wanted to add a sleeve of decaf and it appeared to work but come to find out my original order was deleted and only the decaf was on the order. The order was subsequently canceled because I don’t think they’ll ship only one sleeve. Another time I wanted to add a recycling bag and for some reason they weren’t available. I canceled and when I happened to take a look at it again later, the order had changed to 12 sleeves (😯) of each coffee I usually order instead of the typical three of each in my order - 24 total for a cost of $264! Please fix this bug!.Version: 5.16.8

Great coffees; “App", not so muchI love the Nespresso machine, and coffees. Even the App was colorful, and mostly well-organized. There were some things I “hoped” to find... but didn’t (user manuals, videos of “how-to” make use of some of the features NOT covered well in the supplied documentation); but not too bad. THEN, I tried to complete my app on-line purchase, and “check-out”. The “ordering “ part of the app appeared to be written by a different company! After filling in (properly) all of my personal (and machine registration) information, I watched as the app changed my GENDER, re-parsed my ADDRESS (incorrectly), and refused to recognize ApplePay. You make great coffee; please hire someone to rewrite the “checkout” portion of your cellphone app! And, please, a little more info on how (precisely) to use the various features. The Aeroccino section, in particular, conflicts with what I was told in the Nespresso store..Version: 5.10.4

Slow & PonderousFeels far too heavy trying to sell me things I don’t want, while NOT “proceeding to check-out” despite “default” card data loaded correctly. Eventually, woke up and functioned after deleting and reinstalling app and re-entering card details. Two stars probably generous on performance today and not first time with poor response. Last time I gave up until the headaches pressured me to try again :(.Version: 5.8.2

Pointless App, really.This app would be useful, if the maintenance functions actually worked properly. However trying to perform the rinsing on my vertuo next machine does not work - it keeps saying that the machine is not in the right status and needs waking up - it is int he correct status (head locked and the light is solid white), but nothing I do makes it work. Therefore the only other need for the app is for ordering pods - which can be done on a website and a recurring order setup to prevent you from having to order each month. Fix the maintenance function bugs, and then maybe it’ll be worth downloading and keeping this app.Version: 5.26.6

Nespresso customer services.I have been on the Nespresso machines from forever, I always did my orders by phone. Then I tried on line. I would order approximately 1500 capsules per year, I’d call myself a good customer of the company. This company is at a global level of the Caviar and cracker ! But a lot of company’s can lose a lot of business in forgetting the bread and butter its as important as the caviar. No competition out there YET on capsules, A few in Australia , any company that give me the quality of Nespresso, I’ll be with you. As In forever, customer services is the pits. If your reading this, be prepared to lose the plot with telephone orders, on line and I just put in my Christmas order on the app £220. I’ll do another once I receive it. Last two orders took from one week and another 10days. I have a lot of the accessories and the odd free delivery, once I put in my order , a little special offer goes on my email. Too late I just spent £200. NOT ONCE in my orders did I receive a capsule free. Sorry you gang. Your services is Zero..Version: 5.12.2

Gets stuck on checkoutThe app itself is nice and very easy to use - I enjoy placing orders on it which I don’t say about many apps or even online ordering. However twice it’s given me an error on checkout asking me to add a mobile number for the delivery. My mobile number is entered with my address and it doesn’t clearly indicate any other area the mobile number needs to be added to. Customer service are friendly but never seem to be able to resolve. Usually after going back and forward through the screens it’ll eventually go through but it’s a mark against an otherwise great app..Version: 5.15.9

Time consumingOrdering is never smooth or easy. The present order took 2 phone calls to clear up. 1st, the names of the coffees have changed so I had to call and find out how to order them. Apparently, a notice was sent out to advise customers of name changes to country of origin but it passed us by. Why not just keep old names in parentheses on website until customers are aware of changes? Secondly, I couldn’t check out because the website wanted a mobile phone number but gave no place to enter it. WHen I called back, the assistant said the mobile number was already registered and isn’t needed in any case for normal delivery. It turns out the 1 day toll delivery had been automatically ticked (not by me, we never use it) and had to be unticked and normal delivery chosen before order could be placed. But if I had wanted 1 day delivery, I still couldn’t find a place to record the mobile number. Which you already have! So I agree with former reviewer, the site need some improvement..Version: 5.11.2

Good coffee, poor customer service & app functionsHave been a member almost 15years, but still not happy with poor app functionalities and customer service. Plus as I have been living in 3 countries I must have 3 different account besides create 3 different emails which make my life a nightmare and of course never be able to get any benefits from membership as I have to split the order amount 3 different accounts. App gives loads of bugs even if you often update it, however for me is even worst as I have to login/logout from 3 accounts. Pretty sure Nespresso don’t care about consumer journey, despite of enjoying the coffee. But miss the olds better ones Dulcao and Bukeela which were supposed to be replaced by Brazil and Ethiopia origins, but both don’t reach the same Quality as previous ones sadly.Version: 5.28.6

FrustratingThe shopping experience is frustrating as the sizes of the beverages are not displayed only the total box size and weight of box. I want to see clearly whether it’s a 1oz or 2oz espresso shot, or 5 - 7 oz coffee, etc. When you go into a store they have a double-sided sell sheet of all available products with size, intensity level and symbols relating to its flavour notes. No size of pods or flavour symbols listed on the app. Should be consistent. The app also froze but thankfully our order saved..Version: 5.24.2

Machine connectivity is secondary & needs improvementI have both a connected Nespresso machine & the connected Barista milk frother. I also have a machine without Bluetooth connectivity. My machines appear in the order I added them, not allowing me to rearrange their placement. I don’t need to see my non-Bluetooth machine, so I’d prefer to make it last in the list. Instead I have to swipe past it to get to my connected machine. It takes multiple taps & swipes to brew my drink though the app. With the Barista machine, the recipes I DON’T have programmed in my frother appear first. Why? I don’t want those, so instead I have to swipe past to get to the recipes I do have programmed. Finally, there’s only 1 screen that accesses the machines & it’s the first screen. So if you move to another section, it’s then multiple swipes & taps to get back to your machines. Seems this app is only truly good for ordering—the rest of the info is practically useless. Clearly secondary is the machine connectivity section, which is very disappointing considering that’s the primary reason I need this app. I can order capsules online, so that should be the secondary use of the app, in my opinion. And since this most recent update, the app crashes upon trying to launch, so now there’s that. First world problems I guess.Version: 5.17.4

FrustratingI found it frustrating to navigate around when placing an order for more capsules. Then again when selecting delivery address and adding a new credit card, had to enter it at least 3 times to get it to actually save to the order. No free coffee samplesI love my nespresso coffee, but not so much the app. The last several times, I have purchased coffee on this app, the checkout page does not give me the option to add recycle bags, or to get my free samples. I can go in to shop and select accessories to get the recycle bags, but there is no place to select a free sample. Very frustrating. I buy a lot of coffee and I enjoy the samples because they’re almost always a flavor. I don’t buy or haven’t tried. It used to be really easy. Just click a button on the checkout page. Please fix this. Also, I noticed there’s a difference between the website and the app. The website tells you about coupon codes available on the home page and includes the recycle bags and samples during checkout..Version: 5.30.0

Good app, some interface bugsGreat way to buy more capsules, but every time I add something to my cart I have to repeatedly dismiss a pop-up about not having a multiple of 200 capsules, sometimes as many as four times for a single cart modification. This should appear at most once, TOTAL, while loading capsules, and then once when trying to check out if the selection is inappropriate. Having it appear after every single variation is added to the cart is just stupid..Version: 5.8.1

Needs work1. If you order something out of stock, it doesn’t tell you WHICH ITEM is out of stock; 2. If something is out of stock, there’s no indication of when it will be back in stock; 3. There’s no way to order something out of stock for future delivery. 4. You get all the way to the payment screen before it tells you something on your order is out of stock (but no idea what)..Version: 5.20.2

A case of too much and not enoughIt took me two days to create my account. There was an error message every time I tried that they could not resolve. And frankly, they didn’t seem interested in resolving it. I told them that if the app wouldn’t allow me to create my account that I would return the machine. So, all their effort went into them creating my account, which I could not log into. The sale of the machine was all that seemed to matter, not any of the problems I needed resolved to actually use it. Not a great experience. In the modern world of technology support is everything and theirs sorely lacks. Also, the manual that comes with the device is a joke. Time has passed. I can’t say I’m any more impressed. Another day and more time and I was finally able to create an account. So I ordered product. Two weeks, yes, I will receive my order in two weeks. So since I have no pods I can’t even use my new modern device. Sheesh! Gave it time. When it works, great coffee. But, in the short time I’ve had the machine, just over three months, I have had to call tech support way-too-much. They are very polite and helpful, but I have to speak with them too often. First thing in the morning I just want my coffee, not to have to call tech support first so that I can make it..Version: 5.21.6

Woeful recycling optionsThe app is fine but where Nespresso really let everyone down is in their hype about recycling. “100% of our customers have a recycling option nearby” claims the app… except they don’t. Two of my local florists that were recycling spots have been told they cannot be anymore so my nearest “recycling option” is 7km away inside a shopping centre at a Nespresso boutique. What is the point ordering via the app and getting pods delivered to my home if I then have to drive 7km to Chadstone, find a park, and head inside the shopping centre (assuming no lockdown) to return my pods? Useless appThis is literally just an app to throw you advertisement on a non-stop basis. Linking this app to the machine is impossible and were just getting error messages. Returning the machine to WalMart immediately..Version: 5.28.4

UnimpressedI despise this app. I feel it always offers poor or nonexistent answers to the problems it addresses with me. I've tried to order accessories in the past but it wouldn't let me. Turns out I was ordering cups the app didn't think matched my machine. If it had told me that at first I could have easily modified my order. It never told me any solution so I scratched my head and tried many options before I figured out the problem. Today when I pushed 'place my order' red letters came up at the top of the order page telling me to review my info tho it never revealed to me what info might be wrong! Misspelled address perhaps? Wrong payment info? Shipping unavailable to me? Perhaps the app thought I was ordering coffee that did not match my personality or felt that with my increased agitation I didn't deserve any coffee at all. Whatever it’s supposed to do it’s not.Bluetooth connection is dreadful. Apparently it’s Venus something or other. Nothing in the documentation and your a braver man than if you are going to allow you phone to establish a connection to a random Bluetooth device calling itself Venus. Once you do connect, you then have to connect to you WiFi but app does remember password entered (I use complex passwords). Terrible waste of time as app keeps telling you to re-establish Bluetooth and then WiFi connections; keeps sending notification to open app and the final straw yesterday sending me a notification about a Nespresso boutique being nearby. I never use them and unlike reputable apps doesn’t provide an easy way to cancel notification e.g., swipe left and click delete. Acts more like spyware than something useful. Deleted from my phone today..Version: 5.23.4

Needs some improvement!I have used the app to place an order 3 or 4 times since receiving my Nespresso machine as a gift. Each time I have run into a problem and have had to call the customer service line for help (and I am very experienced in placing orders online and via apps). Today the problem was the default on shipping. I ordered over $50 in sleeves, but my basket was showing $6.95 in estimated shipping, which I did not understand. The very helpful customer service rep explained that I must have chosen 2 day shipping. When I worked through the checkout process again, I discovered that 2-day shipping is the default! Seems to me that the free shipping should be the default if over $50 in sleeves is ordered, allowing users to upgrade to 2-day if they wish to do so. I saved my preferences in the cart so I hope that will apply to shipping selection as well, for my next order..Version: 5.10.0

App could be a bit better - recycling bag?The coffee is great. The app is attractive, but a little clumsy in use. Here is one beef: I just ordered $178 in coffee. Being a wonderful person, I like to do my bit in recycling. The free bags are nowhere to be seen through the coffee ordering process. I go through each step slowly in the checkout procedure, no bags anywhere (were they discontinued?), and then I pay. I go back into the app, search around, and Finally find the bags! Add to order? Nope - says I already ordered within in the last 15 minutes - try to order anyway but can’t continue because you can’t place a zero dollar order, (the bags of course are free). A few years back, the bags were right there in the checkout process. OK, the people on the phone are always great, (expected as this is a premium product), and I’ll get the bags that way, but why do we have to waste their time and my time?.Version: 5.17.8

Clunky and ClutteredThis app is as clunky and cluttered as the Nespresso web site. This is so disappointing as I downloaded the app to improve the buying experience having lost a promotion deal after the web app timed out. Where the “App” let me down was the live chat function. Firstly it does not pull through your account details even though they have been verified when opening the app. Secondly this results in yet again typing your first and surname plus your email with no auto-populate functionality. Thirdly having secured a six minute wait for a chat you cannot browse the site whilst you wait ( what a lost sales opportunity). Having lost the chat and having then repeat the whole exercise to get through on chat - I am then faced with the joy of a 17min wait. FFS this is basic stuff. None app problems are min order quantity of 50 capsules. Just in time stocking in these days of inflation should extend to your customers. Indeed I feel now the machine is going in the cupboard until I can buy Vertuo in generic form especially as I can’t even get these in John Lewis. Nespresso your boutiques are few and your franchise only now seems to stock machines:(. Poor service for a premium product and poor App driven me to my old Italian gas top brew….Version: 5.28.4

Easy to order, but first time and special offers are confusing.I was supposed to receive a free offer of capsules with the coffee machine purchase, but by the time I returned from holiday, I found the offer had expired. My first order attracted a “free” offer, but this did not show on the order. I am confused!.Version: 5.29.0

Review refused to publish until I added a starI wrote a 2-star review because of the difficulties checking out. When I hit the Send button I kept getting the message “Nickname already taken”. I tried about 10 different nicknames before I gave up. I finally added a star to see if it would publish my review. Below is my original review: The checkout pop up is terrible. The app doubled my order the first time I tried to use it. I fixed the quantity and tried to pay. The screen was only partially visible no matter which orientation was used. I couldn’t enter my CVV because there was no visible place to type it in. At one point I was seeing half of one page and half of another. Either half was unusable. This went on for several minutes until suddenly the app normalized. I hope nothing goes wrong with my order..Version: 5.13.7

Would be good to have a star or like systemLove the app, works great. But would love the option to Star the coffees I’ve tried and liked and maybe put a rating on really like or like more than most etc. I’ve only just started drinking Nespresso and have found that with the starter pack it’d be great to be able to keep a track of which ones I like the most so if I forget the name of it I can easily see my favourites and re order them in bulk for the future. Often crashesI unfortunately have not had good luck with this app. It crashes on me often. And I also have not had good luck with the company getting my order to me when I use the app. Although the company has great customer service, their shipping department has failed to fulfill my order several times. This is disappointing when I try to order in advance so that I do not run out of coffee and then my order never gets mailed. by the time it all gets worked out after I’ve had to call and find out about my order I am then out of coffee. The only reason I now try to order from this app any longer is to get the recycle bags, but it’s beginning to be more of a hassle with the app consistently crashing and my orders not getting to me.😒.Version: 5.20.6

There is a lot of room for improvementThis app is to say the least not great. Ordering and putting items in your cart is easy BUT that’s really all that’s good. Then comes the bad. You CANNOT apply any Promo codes to your cart, it simply doesn’t let you. On the website under troubleshooting they say that if this occurs then you’d better order via the website. Then why have the app at all? Another bad point for ordering via the app is that you will NOT get an Order Confirmation Number which they ask for when you call them about where your package is. Duh!!! Called customer service and they said that if you order via website you get order confirmation #. Again, why have an app at all then?? Another bad thing Nespresso will never send you a shipment tracking info. But that’s both for website and app as well. This also means that you will have to call them if you want to know about when you would be receiving your order. And it’s a problem if you don’t know your order number. To me this is very dumb. Unfortunately for me, I have to find out where my package is because there are a lot of packages disappearing in my building. Really Nespresso???? Big enough company to make sure all these kinks are worked out with the app. So, get to it, Nespresso!.Version: 5.17.1

Keeps disconnecting from BaristaEvery time I try to add a “Flat White” (or other recipes), it tells me I can’t connect. If I remove the Barista from my app and restart, it erases all my recipes. If I “reset to factory” the Barista, the default recipes come back, but as soon as I add the Barista back to my app, it deletes all the recipes again and won’t let me add the ones I want from the app. This is a complete fail for connectivity. I can order more coffee through the app…but that’s just as easy from my comp or calling in…and even quicker if I just go to the store. Sooooo.Version: 5.23.4

Terrible systemThis is the worst ordering process I have come across. First of all I had already registered when I bought the machine but there didn’t seem to be any record of that. So I had to reregister. I had to enter my email several times, then my password was t good enough Why????? I’m trying to order coffee for goodness sake, not give away state secrets!!!!! Then when you finally get to the app, the ordering process is complicated. There’s no details on the specials of how much is in the pack, the windows keep jumping around, I keep loosing the order I had already put in and had to keep logging in..... all took me about 30 mins, just to or some pods for the machine!!! Fraudulent company not honouring warrantyHonestly if I could give zero stars I would. My machine has been broken for two months, I have contacted nespresso countless times within these two months, constantly being told I’ll receive a call back to no avail, everytime I call I say I’ll wait for a manager to take my call, to which the ‘internal team’ says this is being looked into by our managers and you’ll receive a call back in 24 hours. This was what I was told today, the reason I called was because I was waiting for a call back already from calling in yesterday, but again no one called. Their managers don’t want to take your call. They deem our issue less important than others which is why we have not had ours fixed. I’m absolutely fed up of this company and their service that is non existent. There is no due diligence with Nespresso, in fact it’s absolute incompetence at its finest. Have gone through all avenues to get some form of a response and always get ‘contact us’ to which I do and again end up in the same position I’m in now. A broken machine, waste of money spent and no one taking any responsibility in this entire company. Not honouring a warranty is fraud! And it’s very clear to see that many others are having the same experience with Nespresso so I suggest you start fixing these issues sooner rather than later..Version: 5.31.0

AwfulThis app is no more or less than I expected from Nespresso. The coffee is fantastic everything else is a disaster. It’s nigh on impossible to send feedback via this app, ordering coffee is a trial to say the least and then you get to the machines. They are simply awful, they work brilliantly for about six months and then just don’t. You then get sent into a world of trying to decipher flashing light codes that would have Allan Turing head butting a wall. You then buy a descaling kit albeit I live in an area with water softer than a gossamer clad newborns bum. You finish The Times cryptic crossword in record time to then make yourself feel like a mental midget by trying to descale your machine. Once you’ve coerced your next door neighbour (Sheldon Cooper in my case) you finally run the program. Guess what? The light stays the same! I suspect it’s all a Marketing plan by Starbucks..Version: 5.17.8

Still waiting!Well I ordered my capsules on Wednesday before a long weekend. Still waiting & I’ve run out of capsules? I’m pretty annoyed to say the least. I have spent thousands of $$$ over the years & this time I have had enough!!!! It says my order has been in transit since Friday morning?!!! 0 for service to this very loyal customer! App is uselessMy old credit card expired so I updated my account with the new one. Waited for my usual delivery and nothing arrived so I called their CS - updated card details again and was told I didn’t ‘link’ my new card to my recurring order. CS told me everything was fixed and new order would arrive in next few days. Waiting… no delivery or email confirmation so I checked my Nespresso account and found no new order had been created and my old credit card details were still in the system ! Tried to change them again myself on my recurring order - came back with error message - an error occurred whilst trying to update details - three times. I gave up trying to fix the recurring order and just made a single order. The app is slow and clumsy and it is not immediately clear where credit card details are located in case you need to change them.Version: 5.31.7

AccessibilityMy family and I love your coffee, your machines, your recycling...but my children who are all blind used to be able to make orders using your app, they have not been able to do so for 18-24 months (at least). If you fixed that, you would have 5 stars! You also risk losing our custom (and potentially the statistically recognised 19 others connected with each person with a disability)!! There is really no excuse: there is legislation and guidelines in Australia outlining requirements of businesses and app developers; agencies, education facilities and organisations for those with vision impairments in each state to advise; and this is the second or third time I have requested this be addressed. The payment section must also be accessible; the option to have identical, repeat orders should be an option as it is for others (not the sole avenue to order) Lovely coffee, but still not equitable for all.Version: 5.21.5

Getting betterThe app looks and feels great and on brand. I have only really used the ordering function so review is based on that feature. Previous versions were a bit cumbersome and buggy, network errors constantly appearing on launch. The pick up point location selector still needs attention, it's easy to zoom in but I feel it still needs refining to make easier - maybe a save this pick up point function?? Wording on the CTA buttons is odd 'Validate' seems odd, what's wrong with Continue! But that's minor. Can see lots of improvements and obviously lots of attention is being given to the app, so hopefully it keeps improving Amendment to this review - pick up point feature just crashes the app. Very annoying as now can only order by home delivery which is more expensive 😡.Version: 5.8.2

Needs improvementThis app freezes all the time. It is pretty useless really. There needs to be a clearer and more straightforward method indicated on the app for emailing or contacting Nespresso directly. It is also unable to count!! I added 70 festive capsules and 20 additional ones. My maths isn’t brilliant but in my book that is 90 capsules. It absolutely REFUSED to take my order saying constantly I needed to add a further 20 capsules as the minimum order was 50. I kept adding the required capsules then deleting them in the vain hope that is would rectify itself. It didn’t! Good app bad coffee !!!The three stars are for the app. I know that this rating is supposed to be for the app, but since the app is about the coffee then I feel like I should rate it as a package . App is fine . I use it to just order the coffee , and it does it’s job perfectly fine . Coffee on the other hand is horrendous . I have ordered every single vertuo cup they have . Coffee is very weak . It doesn’t have body . Also not sure why almost all of their coffees are bitter . The machine spins the cup fast in order to incorporate air in the coffee …that way the coffee comes out with lots of foam. People associate foam in the coffee with good quality coffee. Since the coffee is so weak , I can’t help but assume that they’re adding something in there to make it seem strong…and in the process it makes it bitter . I’ve actually tried to drink 2 vertuo cups every morning for a week, and 2 cups of Turkish coffee that I made myself . I had heartburn almost everyday after drinking the vertuo cups and no heartburn with the Turkish coffee . I also tried it Starbucks coffee , that a lot of people think it tastes burnt . Error 2102 on login and no Bluetooth pairingI have recently purchased an Expert&Milk. Great machine BUT I cannot pair it to Bluetooth on my iPhone 6 (iOS 10.3.3) and I get an error 2102 every time I try to login to the app. Multiple calls to Nespresso support have said "it's an app problem" - no indication of when it will be fixed. It means that none of the functionality that is supposed to operate via the Bluetooth link works. For the money I paid I would have expected better. Am considering handing the machine back as not fit for purpose. Update: Bluetooth now pairing (but only works for some functions) following recent app update. Error 2102 now appears fixed. I'll give it another star for sorting out the pairing, but app still not the finished article (and I'm beginning to feel like a beta tester). IPad app checkout extremely difficultThe website was easy to negotiate around until checkout. The pop up screen was too small for all the information and we couldn’t see why out order was not being accepted. It was a walk in the dark touching the edges of the pop up screen to open up the secondary window to confirm the delivery method (of which there was only one option!) and then additional credit card info. The button to save my settings and to accept terms and conditions was mostly obscured by the edge of the screen. Love your coffee and your recycling scheme..Version: 5.12.2

It’s ok but could be a lot betterIt shows last orders only as complete orders. Usually what I want to do is reorder specific items but there is no quick way of finding my favourites to reorder. It doesn’t connect well with special offers. I received a discount on my last order but I have no idea whether it relates to the offer that I’d just received by email. The link through from the email took me to the website which said the link had expired - five days before the expiry date in the email. The app said nothing at all until a discount appeared at checkout. And why does the app show a special offer for vertuo capsules when I’m in the tab for original? Confirmation email utter jibberish...Yes, I was able to log in and place an order. Yes, I received an email confirmation. No, it was not in any recognisable language - complete jibberish and a great deal of it, too. I tried responding, asking for a confirmation in English (or Spanish or German or French or Swedish...) but had an automated response telling me that the email couldn't be received. I went online to find an email address for Nespresso UK - there is apparently none. There is a form. I tried to look up email address or phone numbers for the stores - they apparently have none. Minus 5 for "customer service". Update July 2020: I tried again. This time everything went smoothly until I tried repeatedly to log in to PayPal to complete my purchase, and the app only returned me to the “log in to PayPal” page. I left the app, did the transaction on the web with no problems at all (same form of payment). Why on earth would you create an app which makes it more complicated than just using the web?? Great look but sluggish and BUGGYUPDATE. Dead on the iPad starting system v13. On the iPhone shopping cart is miscalculating the number of capsules or pulling old orders. Face ID activation locks app DEAD. In this day and age could Nespresso spend less on the overpriced actors and actually build an app that works as good as there coffee? We are actually buying and using your product so get better software development to match the product. OLDER review. Great photography used as in all Nespresso marketing:) App does work but there is no easy way to modify your order. The previous order pops-in uninvited and you have to kill items one by one and then close window and add more and verify the hidden items in the list. I am sure that app developers or Nespresso management never tried to use this app but just watched some video presentation. Awful appI have to say that I love the coffee and have 3 machines. But the app is awful. Difficult to use. Very odd colours and difficult to read given the colour scheme. The app is unstable. It logs me out then I can’t log back in it tells me it doesn’t recognise my password. So I change my password then it says the account doesn’t exist. And god forbid you should have to call customer services or go into a live chat. Maybe spending less money on George Clooney and more money on the app and ordering experience would be prudent? Overall a good company with quick delivery. But the overall experience is very frustrating and annoying and if there was an alternative out there I would probably switch just to make my life easier. Glitch when orderingIf I select (for example) Toll company for delivery, the app will give me an error message because I have not provided a telephone number. However, the app has skipped the step in the ordering process where my number is displayed/entered. There is no way to add the telephone number from the error message page because I can’t navigate to where it should be: pressing the back button skips the page, and there is no link from the error message to take you to the step where you enter your number. Unless you go back and select a different option for delivery (for example, unselect Toll, then select Australia Post, then re-select your preferred choice of Toll) will the telephone number step appear, and the order can proceed as usual. The PayPal redirection is also clunky and usually times out or stops working (which doesn’t happen as frequently with other apps as with this one)..Version: 5.15.3

Time consuming and annoyingMobile phone number entering but not accepting. The app is simple to use apart from getting to payment and delivery. It continues to ask for a mobile number for this order when I have two listed. It won’t let you go any further with the order. Honest Feedback - not terrible but not great needs some helpI have been a long time customer of Nespresso, and I have a few recommendations. Order History, it only shows us the top 3 and seems to remove any other information. In addition this seems like the only app where you’re not provided a tracking number, and you have to dig through your email from 1 of 3 emails to track your order. I have left this feedback when my package arrived late multiple times to the Nespresso team, in which 1-2 times I wasn’t even sent a tracking order email. Additionally, after leaving the big city to a different state when I input *new* address and checkout to “NEXT DAY” free shipping but apparently that’s not for all states. It’s very misleading. I would love to give the app 5/5 but that would be a lie. It really needs fixing. And the “grey” color scheme when clicking on more makes it seems like you cannot click on anything, it’s atheistically unpleasant and confusing; as that color scheme is often used to let a user know the feature or option is unavailable. I wish the app would mimic the website, it has more features seems more up to date. Also intensity seems to be missing from some vertuoline products.Version: 5.17.4

Does not work with my Expert machineSo I upgraded my machine for the Expert as I liked the idea of using it with Bluetooth for extra cup size settings etc. However after pairing with the app not all the settings are there after 40 minutes on the phone with their technical team (reinstalling etc) it’s still not working correctly. Been told need to call back again tomorrow. Not great when paid out a lot of money for the machine. Update they called back and said the issue is the app not the machine and they are working on a update for the app to fix the issue. Not great after spending a lot of money on a machine sold for its connectivity to the app! Further Update: Nespresso replaces my machine (Expert) however still have the same issue! So it is an issue with the app and not the expert machines! No indication on when the app will be fixed! This is really poor service! A great machineI think the taste of the Coffee is great, but I agree with the Reviewer that mentioned the Sample Coffee offered and then described how they were out of stock! I think this is an easy fix and suggests the lack of concern for the customer! I am currently on my third Frother, each one simply quit Frothing! They replaced it each time after a long telephone routine... with full history online... and the last time they acted like they were doing me a favor, pointing out the Warranty was nearly at its end! I asked what happens when this 3rd machine quit Frothing and was told, “You may be given a coupon to buy a new one!” Each Customer Service Agent was nicer than the next and I elevated the discussion the last two times to a Supervisor and a Technical Service person... again... one nicer than the next! What that tells me is the company simply does not care about the actual complaints and resolving internal issues to the Customers satisfaction! They have convinced me of a perception of care, but perhaps I am a little to gullible! Perhaps it is time to shop for a new machine, even though I like the Coffee... Once you find your fave, you’re goodI really enjoy my Nespresso and, unlike most, mine has not yet broken and I’ve had it for almost four months. I also am really careful when I open it and do not let it spring up. Maybe that has something to do with its reliability. Also, I’m generally using it once or twice a day. So here is hoping for longevity. In the website, I find it sometimes difficult to find the capsules I want and I do not enjoy the random extra free capsules sent to me when I order. I have found the types of coffee I like. It is maddening that I have random capsules I will literally never drink piling up in my house with no way to decline the gift. I do not enjoy overly “intense” or super caffeinated coffee and I recognize this makes me weird. There is quite the variety of intense coffees and the intensity scale is pretty accurate. App is ok, content could use a lot of workIt’s functional. But wow, they make it hard to find things. I’m a Vertuo owner, and being able to find the serving size (or “tasting mode” as they call it - but espresso, mug, etc.) is hit and miss at best. They’re kind of grouped by size, but often things are in the wrong group. The little symbols for the cup size are indistinguishable. A nice-to-have would be if the app would remind me to order recycling bags and a recycling collection if I forget when I order capsules. But more importantly, why do Nespresso make it so hard to find reviews of the different coffees? Some kind of review function is pretty much table stakes in most retail apps, but I have to ferret around online to see whether some new (to me) coffee is worth trying. Total FAILI suppose there’s no real value to this app except to nag you to buy more coffee, nevertheless I was curious to pair it with my new Vertuo Pop+. After about 20 attempts I delete the app. There are some fundamental design flaws. 1) You should be able to type in your WiFi password and have the app save it in case you have to make several attempts. It’s nearly impossible to type in a typical cable ISP WiFi password with 25+ characters on a smartphone with no keyboard, never mind having to type it in 20 times. (I resorted to cut-and-paste after the first attempt). 2) Once the app builds a table of your WiFi network it should default to that list because it takes too long to scan the network and the coffee machine times out before the connection is made (I suspect that’s why mine never connected). 3) The app also takes an extraodinarily long time to open too. 4) Once open, you should get immediate feedback to verify your coffee machine is connected, either via bluetooth or WiFi. And, if not, it should have a promot to do so wihout having to navigate to the set-up apps. Again, this is too hard to do on a small smartphone. Not ready for prime time. BugsI had my cart ready, but needed to modify my address. Deleted a section, clicked save but it was still there. Made me wonder if they store our old info even when we delete them - Big security issue!! I closed the app because I couldn’t go back to my cart! Opened it again and saw that my order was doubled! Then tried again just to confirm, and it happened again.. I don’t think they have tested this app thoroughly and I have security concerns now. Customer Service is majorly lackingWhen I ordered coffee like I do every single month, last time it took 8 days to arrive instead of the usual 4. Then I open it and it’s some man in San Bernardino, California’s coffee. I tell them how long I’m waiting (and being a small business owner I know how important not only customer service is but, also reviews) and that I expect as a long customer for it to be sent at the least, two day. I’m told “oh we can’t do that”! Then when I said so then you’re not doing anything for me as clearly I’m annoyed and the guy on the other end says “yeah we don’t do that either!” I ask if I can pick it up at a store 45 minutes awsy (at my own expense), nope can’t do that either! I asked so should I just tape this up for Mr. B who also has been waiting 8 days for his coffee as the bill is in the box? “Oh we don’t do that either just throw it out!!!” Say “what?” you’re having me throw out ten sleeves of coffee that haven’t even been touched?” Plain ridiculous! And yup my coffee took another EIGHT DAYS to arrive!!!!!.Version: 5.27.8

Could be so much betterI have a number of issues with this App. Firstly I get push notifications telling me about offers etc but when I click the notification it just opens the home page of the app and doesn’t show the offer. Secondly, the machine maintenance functions are flakey. In most cases when I tell the app to start rinsing my machine it says the machine is not in the right state despite me having followed the instructions - same for descaling. If i repeat the steps over and over eventually it will work. Thirdly it says my orders can be added to my inventory but there is no way to see the inventory or check what coffees you have used in the last month. Nespresso are clearly tracking what I buy and what the machine (mine is a virtuo) used so it can’t be hard to tell me what I’ve used in order to help me order enough capsules for next month. Having said all that, the machine makes great coffee :-).Version: 5.30.4

Never straightforwardToday, I put my order in 3 or 4 times, it kept saying call Nespresso. I didn’t. I never had to before and I placed my previous order on the 6th November 2019 which went through and my details hadn’t changed. My order only went through today after I linked a credit card, which they already had details of. I’ve always found selection is difficult. Also last delivery in November was supposed to arrive the next day, it was 5 days before my order arrived. Can’t blame that on the busy Christmas period..Version: 5.16.6

Convenient when it worksMakes it easy to order and re-order supplies. This version of the app is easy to use and works well. UI is trying a bit too hard - less effort at matching the brand look and more effort on following Apple Human Interface guidelines would make it a little easier to use, but I just re-ordered capsules in under a minute with billing and shipping info automatically saved in the app, so my complaints are really minor. Update: can’t reorder any more; just get an error alert saying “an error has occurred, please try again in a few minutes” (for months). I’m sure deleting, signing out and in, etc would fix it, but again attention to functionality over prettiness would greatly improve this app. Downgraded to a 3 for lack of attention to functionality..Version: 5.11.0

Getting better but not quite there yetThis version is much better than previous with a lot more on it. I had the same problem with the greyed out confirm order bar as no helpful message was presented. I went on to the main web site and realised that my order had to be a multiple of 50 capsules which it was but I had included a small order of the special capsules in this which don't count as part of any 50. The web site tells you this but the app does not. Also still missing is the ability to order a recycle bag and a recycle pick up so like any others I still have to use the main website to place my order. App has some issuesLet me first start out by saying I am a daily Nespresso coffee/espresso drinker so I find myself reordering more coffee regularly on this app. The best I can say about it, is that it doesn’t work as it should. Just tried ordering coffee on my iPad and the app never showed me the delivery options for me to pick one, but wouldn’t continue without my delivery option selection. So round and round I go, until I decided to try it on my iPhone. The first time, same thing happened - no delivery options to select. The second time, delivery options appeared! This coffee is not cheap, but it is high quality coffee. You would expect something as simple as the reordering app to work as expected. I don’t like wasting time - and there have been times where this app has not only caused frustration but has also wasted my precious time. Also, I noticed when using the app as opposed to ordering online, you don’t get to select your free sample. My recommendation: Best to just the online store..Version: 5.16.6

I end up having to force quit the app, it loses my basket and fails to launch for about 25 mins. I try using the website instead in the interim, but that tells me my password is wrong...it's not. But I reset my password as there's no way past this bit. The link I get in the email to reset typically doesn't work first time, then I reset. Ironically it doesn't allow me to reset to my old password because it remembers it! I choose something new and when I try to login with it, it still tells me it's incorrect! Meanwhile, the app relaunches. It's emptied my basket! I re-add the continue button looks good this time, but alas it's not logged in....I login...the password works! But the spinning icon continue button is back! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Nice work Nespresso. If it wasn't for the subscription, I'd have binned you off ages ago..Version: 5.21.6

Nespresso account holderI have a large credit balance with Nespresso….as I was not using it and can get capsules for a lot less than they provide plus they do not seem to have many new machines for the original capsules I decided to close the account. I spoke with one of their agents last week, the 6th and after a very lengthy chat he agreed that I would be refunded my balance within two weeks. As my account still showed the balance I again contacted Nespresso and again after a very lengthy email chat was advised that I was not entitled to a refund? Even after querying this as their colleague had promised me the refund the referred me to their legal web site. So suffice to say I do not recommend anyone joining or subscribing to Nespresso credit system. Oh and by the way it appears the original agent had not updated the account with our phone call or his agreement to refund me?.Version: 5.29.8

American appWhy let Canadians download the app when the address part only allows you to register being in the “United States”. It lets you register as a Canadian on the Nespresso website but then the app doesn’t recognize the username and password that’s been created..Version: 5.28.6

Hit and Miss… be careful when orderingThree times I have not received my orders placed through this app and have had to have the nuisance of following up with a phone call to try and track down what happened. Once I waited over a month to have it sorted and receive my products. I have also had success and the order was delivered and uneventful. They seem to have a lot of challenges around busy times like the holidays. Take your chances..Version: 5.32.3

Out of stockWhy does the app not alert you when something is out of stock?! I have to take the items out of my cart one at a time to find out which item is out of stock and then add back in the items that are not. Frustrating!.Version: 5.20.2

Buggy sometimeI love nespresso, so being able to use an app to order pods is great. It seems, though, that every time I use this app it is buggy. Today I got an alert that some of the pods in my cart may not fit my registered machine. I checked and my machine in the system is vertuo and my cart was all vertuo pods. Except the free original pods that I couldnt delete. Also - the delivery options are different every time I order. I understand perhaps what shows may be dynamic based on some variable but as a customer I have no idea why. A couple orders ago I had to go into the store to get pods because the app was completely non-functional trying to check out. Its really inconsistent and Id love to be able to make my orders knowing ill have consistent delivery options and timelines. Ive used the autoship option but my orders can vary so Id rather shop each time..Version: 5.27.7

IrritatingThe app looks really nice and very inviting. I pick up my iPad and look forward to ordering the next batch. I make my selection; 10 capsules from here and another 10 from there. Then the app freezes, no reason given. Then it shuts down. I restart it, and phew my selection are still there. I continue doing this at least three times to complete my order. Now, after irritation phase one, my order is done. I click on the shopping basket, and the app says oops one of your selections - which it let me choose in the first place despite knowing - is out of stock. Worse, it doesn’t tell me which one. This is irritation phase 2. I had to remove them all and start again, this time checking the shopping bag at every stage with multiple restarts and irritation phases 2,3 etc..Version: 5.24.7

It’s ok, could be betterThe app is ok, definitely easier and quicker than using the website but some key features are missing and would make it much better: 1. Ability to add favourite flags on certain products. Including recycling bags and recycling collection 2. Ability to order 1 or 2 sample capsules (I’d pay for it) instead of committing to a whole sleeve. We used to be able to try flavours at the store but that’s no longer possible in covid times 3. Notifications that limited edition capsules are running low. I just missed out on ordering lots of coconut coffee. I just bought one sleeve to start with and now they’re already out of stock 4. Customer ratings of products on a 5 star scale with comments.Version: 5.23.4

Pretty unusableClunky, slow and badly set out. The recurring orders feature is difficult to set up then virtually impossible to edit. You cannot seem to bring the delivery date of your order forward or put it back, you can only skip it or cancel it. Each time I tried to change the date it wouldn’t give me the option to save so I just had to cancel it in the end and manually set up another delivery. Lots of spinning wheels and waiting when it came to paying too. Also every time I order I cannot order any less than 50 capsules without being told I need to order at least 50 to be able to have them delivered. But, I don’t want 50! Why am I given the option to order less if you can’t deliver them? I’m actually better just taking to bus into town and going to the shop to get the pods.Version: 5.24.7

App is good, until you get to payment with PayPalI use PayPal whenever it is offered, so I try to use it with Nespresso, but it always fails. When I get to PayPal I ok the payment, then a dialog box pops up saying “Return to Nespresso?”, with ok and cancel as the options. I click on OK, and arrive back on Nespresso’s website, only to see an “Oops, something went wrong” message. I try this several times, once using “cancel”, but then the PayPal progress wheel spins forever until I close the browser on PayPal and manually return to the Nespresso app. Then in frustration I choose Credit Card and all works as it should. I use PayPal for lots of transactions, and only Nespresso doesn’t work..Version: 5.14.0

Better but far from perfectThe user experience and process could definitely still be improved. It’s a lot better than it was but you can’t leave clear preferences on like leaving in a safe place on delivery. It also doesn’t let you simply reorder the same as last time, which is not the same as a subscription. Our consumption doesn’t fit the timelines of a subscription well yet we’d lie to be able to order the same types and quantities simply each time. Finding some things like recycling collection should also be made easier, rather than sit with actual product offerings, not intuitive. It should in fact be suggested at point of order each time to encourage it!.Version: 5.22.5

Always something broken in appEvery time I open app now I get some error message about network connectivity, tapping ok clears it and app seems to work just fine. At other odd times, I’ll get an error popup, but at the bottom where it normally would say, “ok”, “continue” or whatever, there is simply a blank space. It’s so irritating that when app does seem to work ok, they do an update and it’s broken again. Thought it was maybe just on my iPhone, but it’s messed up on my iPad as well. It’s irritating when a dialog or error box that pops up has nothing below the dividing line. I entered my credit card info but had the wrong type selected, again an error box pops up with no text visible in the option sections. Tapping on the left or right bottom blank space luckily works to clear the message, but it aggravates me this app is not better tested before they post it..Version: 5.21.3

Basket not workingMy bank, that in all other regards are hateful, have an app that has made moving money a trivial experience, with no errors. So why can’t Nespresso, that in all other regards are delightful, have a basket that works without errors on an up to scratch iPhone? It took me an hour to order my coffee. Restarted the phone, logged out, logged back in, threw the kitchen sink at it, still got an “Error calculating your order”, or words to that effect, with no further information forthcoming for me to correct what was wrong. I finally logged out and logged back in manually (ie, not using the password stored on my device) and it worked. Now, you might say that the error was in the stored password. I disagree: the app accepted the login details, I could access everything... except buy coffee, which I thought was the bloody point. So no. That tells me the error was in the app. Great coffee, crap app..Version: 5.19.5

Good idea but constantly crashes.--Update-- It still doesn't work! Tried the app again (repeatedly) and couldn't place an order for collection point pickup, because having chosen that option I'm asked to validate my mobile number but never given a chance to select a location - I've removed the second star from my original review because they've had years to get this working but it's just, frankly, incompetent for a company this size to fail so miserably at creating a working app. --Original review-- I've given this a second star because the idea is good - in theory you can order your next box of coffee directly from your phone. Unfortunately, the supposed convenience is ruined by buggy software. Although there are some unnecessary pages and product layout could be simpler, the process of getting coffee in the basket is simple enough but from there it goes downhill quickly. Try to select a collection point? App closes, try to change your payment details? App closes, you get the idea. Be prepared to attempt payment at least half a dozen times (at least in newer versions it remembers what you wanted to order, which is a blessing!) or better yet, save yourself the trouble and just use their website!.Version: 5.11.0

Latest update broke orderingThe app never handled no-longer-available items very well, but now it’s worse. When I open the app it shows the basket count from my last order, then when I go to the cart it says it’s empty and shows an error that an item couldn’t be found. Then when I add an item. The basket count updates to the count of the item I added (as expected), say 40. Then when I add another, it briefly shows the correct count, before changing to the count of only the second item (say 20), and in the order window, the count of my first item reverts to 0 (+ sign). Then if I go to the basket it says it’s empty and gives me the same error as before. Update: Found a workaround of sorts: Order from the website, which cleared the unavailable item, and now the app appears to work normally again..Version: 5.14.1

Kept encountering an errorI wanted to order online and pick-up in store, but kept getting a message at checkout to say that an error had occurred in the cart calculation. The only way around it was to add up to 100 capsules (clever), therefore qualifying for free delivery, and then I could process my order. I ended up with more coffee than intended, but I think that was due to a technical error rather than a marketing strategy. It’s quite frustrating so you might want to look at that.Version: 5.22.0

Terrible customer service!Nespresso makes it difficult to simply add a free sample (though they advertise this option everywhere!) to your order or they “forget” to add it to the box. In addition you can’t even send a letter to management. They don’t really provide an avenue to make official complaints. TERRIBLE customer service, online and in stores! Love the coffee but looking for an alternative due to lack of customer service. If you participate in their recycling program the actual customer, who collects they dirty capsules and transports them to the postoffice, doesn’t benefit from this good deed at all. Nespresso in turn, advertises their recycling efforts and rewards NEW customers with recycled coasters from old capsules that existing customers have collected and returned. How is that for customer service?? While trying to submit a one star review, apparently every nickname I could come up with was already taken and wouldn’t accept my one star review. WHERE’S MY LOCAL Boutique?Where’s Westfield Carindale’s boutique? Months later, my local boutique still doesn’t show on the app , even with the latest update!? Why the only option shown on the app is 14Km away, when the new boutique is less than 2km!? Previous: WHERE’S MY ORDER?? You must include Order ID N° on the Order Confirmation email as well ! (not just on Order ready, or the Receipt emails) I got two emails on Tue. for two orders, but only got Order is ready email, for one of them! 3 days later, I’m still enquiring about my second order, which “cannot be traced without Order ID”. Yet I got charged twice and got two Order confirmation emails , but these are very vague without an Order ID n° ! Who missed this gaffe ? If you send an order ID n° on the two subsequent emails, WHY NOT on the first email too? Fix this ASAP and deliver my order..Version: 5.32.1

Great – until you try to payThe pop-up screen is too small to fit all the information. Asked for extra information but the part of the page where you enter it does not appear within the pop-up box. The page cannot be moved or shrunk within the box to see the information. Bit of a pain….Version: 5.12.2

BasicUsing app to purchase coffe A+, trying to pair machine with iPhone epic fail! Says iPhone Bluetooth is off when it clearly is ON. Like I said, to order coffee only, anything else is not worth trying!.Version: 5.32.3

Unreliable and missing the basicsApp is unreliable, never works the first time when trying to place an order and is missing the basics such as being able to auto-fill credit cards and addresses that are stored in my device. For a company that tries to make things easy, this is frustratingly difficult to use..Version: 5.15.9

Hit and missI mean the app is great to create/replicate your previous order really fast but what it lacks is I’m still not able to view tracking information via the app (only via web login) plus the contact form is not easy to fill in via an iPhone as I’m required to scroll left and right to be able to fill certain fields..Version: 5.15.9
