✓ Would have given a five stars if not for the UXThe app is great for it contents, especially for the regional languages. I subscribe to the app for my mother, so she can listen to books in Malayalam. I do have some issues with the UX. If I select a preferred language as Malayalam ,I only want to see my recommendations in Malayalam and not in any other language. I tried to explain this to their support center in India, but I don’t think they understood what I meant. The UI is not very user friendly, and especially not for older person. I think it would be a good idea to revisit the UI and not lose out on an entire market segment..Version: 4.14.3

✓ App is empty when I open itI remember using this app a long time ago and it was pretty co. I decided to check it out again recently but upon launching it, the Home/Search/Bookshelf/Profile buttons are there but everything is empty. I don’t know if this is because I’m not subscribed yet, in a sanctioned country, or if the app is secretly discontinued and I just don’t know about it yet. ✓ Tremendous Content, but User Experience Needs Improvement"I absolutely love Storytel due to its incredible content, setting it apart from its competitors. However, the user experience leaves something to be desired. For instance, the placement and color of the save and listen buttons can be confusing, leading to accidental unsaves instead of plays. This lack of a double-checking feature can result in mistakenly losing downloaded content while you're on the tube. Additionally, the app repeatedly recommends the same book title from different publishers, even if you've already read it from another publisher. There's also the issue of not being able to manually select what you've already listened to or read. The list of concerns seems to go on and on. I hope they take my feedback into consideration and address these issues in their future updates..Version: 23.29.0
