Muscle Trigger Points for Negative User Reviews

Needs more trigger pointsI don't know how many times I've come to use this app only to find that the trigger points I'm looking for aren't listed. If it had more trigger points I'm sure I'd use it all the time, but for now you're better off using a book..Version: 2.3.1

Good app but keeps crashing :-(I love the concept of this app - when it does work, the information is fantastic - only problem is that it keeps crashing and takes a while to reload - not very good if you are in a consultation and trying to check something..Version: 0

Not being maintained. Does not display properly on iPad Pro 12.9”I used to like this app, but it appears that it is no longer being maintained and updated. It’s been a while since I used it and went in recently to look up an issue, and the images no longer display properly on the screen. I see that the last update was over a year ago, so the app is obviously not being maintained and updated. Don’t waste your money..Version: 6.1

Good 1st effort! This is a great app for anybody involved in physical therapy. Pictures are clear and points with referral patterns are well indicated. I would like to see in the next version origin/insertion and nerver supply as well as action in the top drop down menu! Great education tool for clients after all a picture paints a thousand words!.Version: 0

Trigger Points appVery helpful, good to be able to quick check on muscle groups etc.Version: 2.3.1

Poor points detailThere is no explanation for the layperson on how to locate each point precisely - and without that knowledge it’s “pointless” to try. Also there is no explanation of what to do if you are trying to press your own points - so this is useless unless you are the practitioner- and in that case also nearly useless as you need precise guidance on how to locate each point correctly..Version: 6.6

GoodA good app for basic reference. Would be far more functional if the process could be reversed; so you touch the area of the referred pain and it shows you the likely referring trigger point. I like the layout and associated info for each muscle for quick learning purposes..Version: 0

Good app. Worth the buy.Good handy reference app and well worth the buy but a little bit limited. Would like to see an update with additional TP's and maybe how TP's link as primary and secondary patterns to help unravel them!.Version: 0

Totally confusingIt does not even explain the dead basics: 1. What IS a trigger point? Is it the bit that hurts? Or something else? 2. What is a "referral muscle"? The muscle that contains the trigger point? Or some other muscle that could be the true source if the pain? Are the list of muscles a list of likely referral muscles? 3. What are the likely treatments? This glaring lack of straight-forward explanation of even the elementary basics, makes one wonder about the mental state of both the programmers and the other commentators that rate it so highly. It needs to radically alter the presentation so that it does not make it a struggle to decipher what it tries to explain. Absolute waste of time..Version: 3.0.1

No soundI am not getting sound on videos.Version: 4.3

Good referenceI think this app is quite a good reference to muscle trigger points and the areas affected by them, I use it to find the right trigger point to massage when I have muscle pain and have found it beneficial, saved me money on medical fees as well!.Version: 2.3

Good starting point, but Needs to be a lot betterThe developers have laid the ground work for a really first class app, now all they have to do is furnish it with more information. Things that are missing are explanations on how to treat the trigger points. Do the points need massage? If so what movements are best, is Acupressure better, if so how long do you need to treat the point? I look forward to the updates. As this info is added. Also bought it in the bundle and for me it would have been better to put the skeletal one in the Anatomy Master Bundle not this one. Find it a bit cynical they split the A&P Stuff so you have to buy some either separately or as part of the other bundle..Version: 3.0.1

A good start.. Could be betterThis is probably the best trigger point app available, however it could be better with more trigger points and muscle groups. So, it's a good start but it does need some revisions to expand the information as it simply doesnt cover everything..Version: 0
