Muscle Trigger Points for Positive User Reviews

DoyenneI use this app regularly & love it!!!.Version: 5.4

Practical AppThis app has helped my family and myself so much and given great value. Thanks.Version: 4.3

Iphone 8 userGreat app video are really useful!.Version: 5.8

Quick and helpfulThis app is much quicker and simpler to use than websites I would search for trigger points before. I can usually find my main trigger and release it within a few minutes after opening the app. A couple of angles are hard to determine where the point is, such as the top of the trapezius gives a 3/4 side view. The maps the app has have always been very accurate for me for referral pain..Version: 5

This is an app that keeps givingIt has become my primary go to whenever I have any pains in my body. And the suggestions have worked every single time. So glad I found this app!!.Version: 6.6

Great useful app for referencing.I’m manual therapist and I use it as a reference for trigger points and also it’s useful to show clients where their pain can be coming from..Version: 5.8

Used for yearsI’ve used this app for years and it’s my go to trigger points app. I love it. The added comments section is something I’ve been waiting for. I highly recommend the app for trainers, PT’s and any other body workers..Version: 6.1

Top stuffI really like this app, I think that some of the criticisms are a bit harsh considering it is quite clearly an inexpensive quick reference tool to be used alongside a more comprehensive text. If it is used in that way it's really handy.Version: 0

Handy dandy APPI don’t have to carry my book, my phone fits right into my pocket! I am on the journey to be pain free and use this for practice on my clients and bf who have limited mobility ! I would have paid double . Body is worth it and I plan on living maybe 70 more years ! 🥳🙏.Version: 5.3

Incredibly usefulI use this app all the time to find trigger points that are linked to pain and immobility. I have occasionally gotten acupuncture to treat a severe spot but most of the time I can just massage/roll the trigger point to get relief. It can be a painful process but gives me relief!.Version: 6.6

A great, convenient reference! This app is a great reference, both for checking where a trigger point may refer, and for checking what trigger points may be contributing to a particular pain area. It also gives some video tutorials/ideas on how to treat trigger points! It’s well worth the price!.Version: 5.7

Very useful👍🏾.Version: 5.7

Very handyThis app helps with quick identification of trigger points for both myself and my clients. The images are great for recognising the muscle fibre direction which in turn helps with the technique..Version: 3.0.1

ReviewGood.Version: 4.3

Great handy appI'm a chiro student and find this app very handy to quickly reference muscles and their referral patterns and locations and innervations.Version: 4.3

Great Portable Reference for Treating Trigger PointsI have a huge trigger point therapy book which is excellent except there are no videos showing you how and what to do. This app has everything you need to start treating your own trigger points. The app is well designed, easy to use and not overly complicated. You will need to learn basic anatomy terms to use it. If you are using it to treat yourself just use a tennis ball and wall or floor to roll against. Speaking from experience, start out gently and gradually apply more pressure as you show improvement..Version: 5.3

Trigger Points Hurt! This app is my go-to guide for finding relief from chronic pain. The app contains full body illustrations identifying where painful trigger points can be found body wide. I can quickly identify those spots that radiate discomfort and massage those trigger points away..Version: 6.1

Easy to useHelpful reference. Like that I can search by the area of pain. Thanks. MB physio clinician and instructor.Version: 4.3

Great visual referenceMissing some trigger points that other references actually have, and I'd prefer if there was some way of seeing tps for an entire muscle group, eg. All quads. But other than that it's a fantastic tool.Version: 2.3.1

Great appI recommend this app, very happy, well done..Version: 6.2

AmazingThis app is amazing. Great graphics! Easy to find muscles and their trigger points..Version: 5.8

Very goodNicely presented with good background text too. My only grumble would be to add more "anatomical areas" to enable a more focused list, e.g. Adding medial/lateral pain referral areas as well as anterior/posterior. Wouldn't it would be that difficult, maybe adding a text list of these areas too?.Version: 2.3

Excellent appAs an app designer for a big technology company, I’m qualified to say this app is too quality! I’ve used it for years now..Version: 6.1

Brilliant app!I often use this app to help patients understand the way trigger points can cause pain in remote areas and to explain their condition. It gives them the aha...!.Version: 6.1

Muscle trigger pointsA wonderful app. Very well researched and presented. Easy to use..Version: 4.3

Great appMuch cheaper than a trip to the osteopath's clinic! Feeling some relief already, and this is after using the app only once. The app indicates the most likely sources of muscle pain, starting from the most common to the least common cause. I tried the first few suggestions last night and for the first time in months, I slept almost pain-free! Superb. As someone who suffers with tension and anxiety, I can see this app helping me out a lot in the future..Version: 4.2

Helpful, Succinct, InformativeGreat for anyone! This app was a five star value before the videos were added. Too bad I cannot add a star now that it has instructional videos. (I would like videos for a few of the muscles yet to have one attached, because the current videos are so helpful.).Version: 6.6

It's simple and effective, use it as you will 😺Really useful app. Love the layout and how accessible it is to use... Great work guys!.Version: 2.4

Fantastic appExtremely useful, well designed and illustrative. Would highly recommend.Version: 6.1

This app is amazing, it makes it so much easier than google (lol) to find the causes of muscle pain!.Version: 4.3

Love getting to the pointThis app has been very helpful inIdentifying where the real pressure points of the pain that I intermittently have. Once I find the right point the pain is gone. I either lay on a field hockey ball at the point or I have a hand plastic implement with Different size by balls on it that are used to get to the point. I let it sink in for 5 to 15 minutes and the pain is gone. Couldn’t do it as easy without this app..Version: 6.1

So helpful!Thank you for creating this amazing, simple to use app! relieving painful trigger points at my fingertips. No long drawn out explanations in the video...just to the point, valuable and effective suggestions for getting rapid relief. Great reference for therapists and their clients!.Version: 6.1

Good appThis is a really good app to learn the referral patterns of TP's . Very handy to show pt's why a TP in the neck would refer pain to the forehead for example , would recommend for any chiropractor , osteopath or physio.Version: 2.3.1

Love this appThe videos are great and the way the trigger points are outlined is perfect. Great job!.Version: 4.3

Amazingly HelpfulI stumbled upon this app and so far I love it. The one negative is that I have not been able to figure out why the videos have no volume on my iPhone though they work on my iPad though with a delay in sound. It is still a great platform for the amount of information provided. Thank you developers..Version: 4.3

Excellent app for practiceI am remedial massage this app very useful for me to learn and practice.Version: 6.1

Handy Therapist’s ToolAs a massage therapist this app as proved beneficial for both me and clients..Version: 5.4

Extremely useful as an LMT and for lifeI bought this app years and years ago when apps were just starting to be a thing. I had no idea how frequently I would use this. I refer to this for migraine causes, send screenshots to friends when they are complaining about muscle pain and I use this to quickly identify trigger points for referred pain in my massages. The cost of this app is nothing in comparison to the information it is actually providing..Version: 5

ImpressedIs a very informative app. I hope more points will be included. Is very good with detail and notes. Looks very good on my iphone.Version: 6.6

Disabled Army Veteran Must Have ToolAfter 21 years of military service, which included deployments, my body took a beating. Changing my life!I have a lot of chronic pain that often interferes with my daily life. I have used a foam roller for ages to relieve painful locked-up muscles. With this app I can target the source of the pain. I have found incredible relief with this app! I was blown away when the first day I spent three hours working through the trigger points and noticed a drastic improvement in many problem areas. I can now easily spend a couple hours slowly going through my problem areas point by point. It is seriously a life saver! Thank you to the creators of this app, I am so grateful to have found this and recommend it to everyone!.Version: 5.4

I really like itVery good app! Easy and clear to use 👍🏻.Version: 4.3

Great appHelps you work out how to treat your aches and pains at home.Version: 4.3

Professional trigger point appThe trigger point app on the iPhone is professional and would suit most therapists interested in solving complex musculoskeletal pain. However, remember chasing pain is not recommended. Although I do think that trigger point diagnosis and treatment is beneficial in addressing the multifaceted aspects of chronic pain. I hope this helps? Ta Nic.Version: 2.3

Trigger PointsHelped me locate the source of some of my pain and provided techniques for relief of that pain. Also aided my pain specialist with a visual reference and starting point to work with some of the others..Version: 6.6

Useful AppThis is a fantastic app for anyone wishing to use it as quick reference and/or refresher. The graphics are good and the app is easy to use. I use this app daily at my clinicI use this map daily, it's useful when creating treatment protocols for my patients, when writing my notes and it is a great visual aid when educating my patients and explaining certain aspects of their condition to them. I find it very helpful in identifying the exact muscles involved in tension headaches..Version: 4.3

So convenient!I’ve been using this app for over 5yrs now and it’s a really good resource. I am a yoga instructor and after taking many anatomy classes and learning so much over the years, this app on my phone is an extremely convenient way to look up information to help myself or someone else find a way to deal with pain or discomfort. I used it last week to help my daughter with back pain and how she could alleviate it. Today, I used it with a friend to explain what could be causing headaches because of neck pain and also to explain the nerves and muscles involved. I have also been able to reach out thru the app to get more clarification. Great work!.Version: 5.4

Very good.Needs a few tweaks, good for those with limited knowledge. It is not exhaustive of all TP's but it does not claim to be, if the updates are as good as v1 it will turn out very useful..Version: 0

Great appI use this app on a daily.Version: 4.3

Has really helped using my Body Back BuddyI bought this app when I bought my Body Back Buddy to help my sore back. That product came with a booklet but this makes it easier to find the spots I massage/apply pressure so thank you! Definitely worth the $2.99..Version: 4.3

Foundational causes to spinal injury patternsIf patients knew how bad their doctor needed this information to help them health care would have paradigm shift for the path to excellence! With this information my testing of patients and diagnosis accuracy has skyrocketed to new levels of excellence. Helping the athlete or health searcher buy this app is a breeze!!.Version: 4.3

I love this appThis app is great and after using it for several years can’t do without it - the ability to view pain in zones is excellent, and often helps pinpoint the troubled trigger point. Updates always improve things, too. Videos, muscle pronunciation and medical information are all outstanding..Version: 4.3

Great quick referenceThis app is a great tool for a quick refresher on specific TriggerPoints for a large number of muscles. I’ve used it to show clients what I’m doing, which helps a lot of them to understand better the process and what thinking is behind it..Version: 6.1

DrAs a busy GP with an interest in musculoskeletal pain , this is excellent to demonstrate pain referral patterns to sceptical patients. Pretty good for teaching young Dr's as well! Quick ,easy to use and reasonably comprehensive , though more neck area TP's would be great! If Real bodywork could include spinal facet images as well as dermatomes and radicular patterns of pain - Perfect !! As is, I highly recommend it to every young Internist / ED physician. When the cause of pain is obscure - think muscles and check the App...Version: 2.3

AmazingI love this app!! It helps tremendously for asking clients where their pain is by having them identify it with the trigger point markers. It helps me visualize the muscles in the body as well and the information is accurate!.Version: 6.1

Great app.Great app. Easy to use and understand. Great for patient education..Version: 3.0.1

Amazing!!!!Love that it actually works. Instead of popping a Tylenol … u do some hard work (the app makes it much easier cuz when you know, you know) and the pain gets better! Who knew? PhRma doesn’t solve all our problems haha.Version: 6.6

This is an amazing app! Very simple yet very informative on effective Pau solving solutions! It’s good to use as a quick reference tool while you work on a friend or a client as PT, CMT or or other kind of bodywork practitioner. A Great App That’s Only ImprovedThis app along with a few small tools has been very handy for finding the referring TPs and self treating my chronic pain. I wrote the above years ago when I was still working. My pain improved when I stopped working, but has worsened again. This app helped before, so I’m using it again. I’m finding the videos especially helpful this time around!.Version: 6.6

App ReviewFantastic and thorough app!!.Version: 4.3

Great reference guide and designThis guide directs you to through all muscles and their TrPs mostly likely to be the source of referral pain or tension. From most likely to least likely. The app is easy and quick to use. I discovered a number of new smaller muscles and TrPs that I have missed in the pass. This made all the difference! This is a must for self care and to communicate to a therapist or acess their level. For self care I recommend education the following gear; theracane and theracane travel, rollga foam roller in pro, occiput, hypervolt by hyperice, and your fingers..Version: 5.4

Love this appIt has helped both my partner and i out greatly, significantly cheaper than a physio appointment too :) thank you! <3.Version: 6.6

Massage toolExcellent quick reference and handy to show clients who come for massages.Version: 2.3.1

Quick and easy to useI am a massage therapy student and was referred to this app from a licensed massage therapist and love it! Learning TrP now and this gives many ideas of what may be causing there restriction. Thank you for creating this easy to reference app..Version: 6.1

Great as a quick referral guide!Easy to use and great to have on the go when I’m with clients..Version: 4.3

Clinically useful appI am an Acupuncturist and I use this app often in my practice. It is a great quick reference for trigger point referral patterns. What I like and find useful is that it has referral patterns for each individual trigger point in a specific muscle..Version: 4.3

Excellent appI am aware that the app seems aimed at professional therapists so please excuse this layman for presuming to give it a try. It’s been well worth it though!… I’m using this alongside à do-it-yourself trigger point manual to deactivate my (oh so many) active trigger points (Myofascial pain syndrome). This in turn will allow me to strengthen/stretch certain muscles in order to correct my posture (I have lower crossed syndrome which has gradually developed since the dislocation of my left kneecap three years ago). The 3D imagery in the app is great to more accurately pin point each TrP location more easily than a 2D image in a book. Each muscle group has a video which outlines a different methodology to that I’ve been following in my manual (Davies’ 3rd ed.). The navigation is simple and the imagery is clear. The videos are clearly spoken and easy to follow with good pacing. Due to my lifestyle (single mum of two, running a 95 hectare (230acre) cattle farm) with very little time to sit and relax, I find the 1-2 minute press per TrP to be easier to accommodate with good results (less pain in the TrPs and the muscles are staying relaxed for longer), than the massage 10-12 times per point 3-6 times per day which simply not doable for me. I haven’t got a clear priority to follow as to which muscles to work on first, but I’m targeting pain first (lower back - gluteus medium has done the trick, thanks!) and I’m now focusing on muscles linked to the lower cross syndrome. Walking is still painful but I rarely take painkillers now. I’ve only be using app for 2 days but it’s gotten me further than I had with the manual alone. Suggestion: I’d love to see anterior pelvic tilt in the list of problems, to give me a clearer priority list. I know it’s not necessarily a sharp pain problem but it’s chronic pain with a reduced range of motion. The problem-lists in the Davies’ manual is more comprehensive, however I can understand how a massive list could be unwieldy on a phone app. Perhaps a main menu or problem area, then sub-menus for each? Well this is the biggest review I’ve ever written! But TrP resolution is life-changing for me and nobody from my local healthcare (GP, physiotherapist (so disappointing), rhumatologist) seem to be aware of TrPs at all apart from my osteopath, but he doesn’t work them (!). So I’m tackling it myself with tennis ball and a theracane-type tool. You have my deepest gratitude for developing this app. I saw it a couple of weeks ago and am so annoyed with myself for not downloading it then. Please keep up the great work in continued development and support of this app. It’s going to change other peoples lives. Thank you and best regards..Version: 6.4

Muscle Trigger PointsVery good app, great videos, clearly shows trigger points, lots of helpful information.Version: 4.3

Excellent appGreat detail, easy to use, it picks out the pain points accurately and the videos for each muscle and their range of motion is explained well..Version: 6.1

MédecinTrès utile pour moi et facilite la compréhension des patients.Version: 4.3

.Probably more info than most people would need, but not enough for the few to become professional other than a reference guide, overall good balance, Updates should include evermore trigger points and navigation for additional info...would eventually deserve 6 stars, but 4 for now..Version: 2.3.1

Became a better therapistAfter getting out of massage therapy school and working on clients; I learned everybody pain was always in a different place and I would always go to the site of their pain never fully relieving them. Upon discovering this site and navigating client issues it aided me in being a better therapist..Version: 6.1

Most informative free appI've used this app for the past five years or so and it's been phenomenal. Easy to use interface, just the right amount of info up front to get you headed in the right direction and some great background/more in depth info for those that want to dig a little deeper knowledge wise.Version: 4.3

Great Little AppThis is a great little App to have on your phone as a reference on the go, or to show clients the area that you are treating..Version: 4.3

Student HelperThis app has been a great point of reference! When applying dry needling techniques, the specific breakdown of the location of the TrPs as well as the origin, insertion, and action slides have been a handy tool. The referral pain patterns indicated are also a help in understanding the scope of pain caused from the TrPs. I use this app daily, in class and sometimes in practice! Any student studying remedial massage or myotherapy should have this little gem!.Version: 2.3

Such a great anatomy appAwesome apps with general anatomy and you can change languages to suit your needs..Version: 5.7

Great app for understanding and using trigger pointsAccurate information combined with an intuitive, easy to use interface make this a great app for understanding and using trigger points. Perhaps the greatest advantage is that one can almost immediately use the trigger points to release muscles and relieve pain. You don't have to read a lot of information to be able to get relief. This app was worth every penny. I would happily buy it again..Version: 4.3

InvaluableBest and most important app I use. I travel and wind up with pain in numerous body locations. Using this app makes it possible to mitigate the pain so that I can feel relief. My wife has lots of pain and this app helps me get her feeling better between massage therapy sessions..Version: 4.3

Very good appVery good and useful app. Very easy to use. I’ve been using it for over four years. Very satisfied..Version: 6.6

Five statI read a lot of app, this is one of the complete information about muscles, video is great and explained well!.Version: 4.3

Trigger pointsVery good 👍🏽.Version: 4.3

Good pressure points, UI clunkyGood info and the pressure points are great. But the user interface is a little clunky, I wish the zoom was easier and more 3dimensional around the main body. Also more locations on the main body would be nice as you zoom in or out. I see a lot of potential but $3 doesn’t buy pretty design, just accurate anatomy.Version: 6.6

Most useful health appI use and recommend this app regularly. It has truly made a difference in recovering from pain and injury and is so helpful in talking with healthcare providers.Version: 5.4

Love the appLove the app. So useful for myself and also helping others..Version: 6.1

Great appBeen using this for years. Simple and great tool for an athlete. Hasn't missed a beat 👌🏻.Version: 4.3

GoodThis good I got as I enjoy learning about the body, all I'd say is some of the words I can't understand, and would be good to know what is common courses of pain, other wise it's a perfect app good value for money, very ideal for a medical student ( I'm not one just inquisitive ) but love this app.Version: 2.3.1

Excellent AppI have been using The Human Anatomy apps for 5 years and this Trigger point addition is an excellent addition, much needed. Easy to use with relevant information and links..Version: 5

Amazing resource!!There is so much value in this app for the price! My massage therapist used this app during one of my appointments, and so I bought the app for myself to use at home between appointments. I really love the how you can click on a trigger point in the diagram and the app will show you which muscles are tight and where you might feel the pain. The instructional videos are great too! I recommend this app to all my friends who need massage therapy!.Version: 5.8

The illustrations are great!! Easy to understand!!This has to be the best app I have ever used in regards to sports therapy. Literally just pull your phone out check out the athlete's tight spots and press away.. Athletes are back playing in no time! Understand an injury is way more easier now....Version: 4.3

Really helpfulI’ve had major TriggerPoints for most of my life. This app is very helpful for locating them. I’m grateful it’s affordable. One suggestion I have is to have a reverse map and show the referred pain areas and then the corresponding trigger point. Great app! Thank you!.Version: 6.6

The best appLove the videos.Version: 4.3

Great appReally helpful app! Love it.Version: 6.6

Critical in understanding points to release tight musclesI have been working to improve flexibility after years of exercise while mostly neglecting flexibility. This app allowed me to understand my muscles and where to release then using trigger points. I recommend using hard rubber lacrosse balls (use your weight on top of them) and a trigger point stick along with some additional videos for self trigger point release. Actually I wish they included videos like that as well as the therapist videos (which are very good). Thanks!.Version: 5.3

EducationalI love how I can look at areas that are painful and get the general area that pain generally radiates to as well as further information on the muscles in question..Version: 4.3

Love this app! Helps me & my drsI have cervical dystonia & this app helps me understand what is happening in my head, neck, shoulders, chest, etc., and to show my drs what I am feeling and where it may be coming from. On more than one occasion I have shared the name of this app with my drs, since they are also impressed by the referral details and the visual presentation. Thank you for helping me on my journey!!.Version: 4.3

Love ThisSo helpful in identifying what points to work on for problems with specific muscles in particular areas. Love how it's illustrated with the muscle and trigger point(s). Educational for sure. As a retired massage therapist, I wish it was around when I was in practice...Version: 6.6

Trigger PointsI really like this app. I use it on my iPhone and the Surface3 almost on a daily basis. I am a physical therapist and it is great for patient education. It has great application overall. The only downside I have found is that it doesn't have some of the deeper layered muscle groups. But as far as ease of use and quick visuals for most cases it can't be beat!.Version: 4.3

Great appGreat images and info.Version: 4.3

Trigger point appAmazing app!! I love it!.Version: 4.3

This app is essentialThis is my go to .... for pain relief. I swear by it. I’ve used this app for about 7 years. I wouldn’t want to be without it. I’m not a professional. Just a person that knows it works. For instance, I used this TriggerPoints app on my nephew that couldn’t straighten his arm for over a year. Within 10 minutes he had full range of motion. It is amazing how simple, yet very effective. Do yourself a favor. GET THIS APP!.Version: 6.1

Needs a little moreIt’s a shame that you can only turn the body 2 ways and not have 360 control over where you’re looking. Other than that, the images and info are solid as heck. Would recommend..Version: 6.5

Best app to help with pain!I suffer of chronic back pain and I’ve been using these applications for years to help me control and reduce pain associated with it. I’ve also used these applications to help coworkers with their “normal” pain. I work in an office environment and we are sitting in front of a computer eight hours a day. We suffer from back pain, and wrists pain, and shoulder pain, etc, and I’ve used this application to help with all of those. I really like the videos that help you know how exactly to do what you need. I recommend this application to anybody that has bones and nerves and pain :).Version: 5.3

Muscle pain and dysfunctionLove this app! My only complaint, is not being able to place notes on the various muscles. I use the app to educate my patients on why they are having pain. I also use the app to explain why I’m not working on their area of pain. The app also helps to explain why they feel a sensation in their back when I’m working on their stomach. I have been doing manual for 22 years and this app is a great tool have in a clinic. Joe.Version: 6.1

Quick reference in between patientsGreat reference tool.Version: 5.8

Very usefulGreat app, all you need to know is here. Massage the points with a roller or massage ball (I like using a cricket ball/ baseball, works wonders) or better still get a friend or partner to do the hard work. Could do with a slightly better user interface though. I imagine this could be a little alien to a complete beginner..Version: 2.3.1

Good go to appGreat for thinking out the box I. E what other areas might be causing the pain or be affected by the injury.Version: 6.1

It’s goodEasy to use.Version: 6.5

The sound on video doesn't workExcellent app, I recommend it, after the last update it looks much better but please fix the sound on video The video play without sound, I will be happy to rate 5 stars after the sound fixed, thanks in advance.Version: 4.1

Very useful outstanding applicationThe latest update provides extensive information about most clinically important trigger points: details of muscles involved including innervation, action, referred pain charts. And videos clearly demonstrate trigger points deactivation techniques. In my opinion it is an outstanding application very useful in clinical practice. I highly recommend it to all practitioners treating musculoskeletal problems..Version: 4.1

Really helped manage pain and headachesI saw this recommended by someone with chronic pain on tiktok and it’s been a lifesaver.Version: 6.6

Great appAmazing app use it all the time.Version: 4.3

Best App I’ve boughtSimple and straight forward. If you’re a massage therapist like myself and you treat trigger points, couldn’t recommend this app enough, not only does it benefit you from the info they give it can also help you visually show your clients/patients exactly what is going and why. If I could give it a 6 out of 5 I would, price point for the info worth every penny..Version: 5

FantasticI have fibromyalgia and use this app a lot. It has helped me identify triggerpoints causing pain and the instructional videos provide further support to self treat or instruct someone else when I’m unable to reach one myself. A great self-help tool that has improved my quality of life!.Version: 6.6

Very helpfulI’ve been using this for years. It has helped me figure out a lot of difficulties myself when I didn’t have access to a massage therapist. I’m grateful for the help it has given me..Version: 6.5

Great reference pointI have been practicing on sports therapies for over 5 years and I still do check this app for reference purpose, I also show my clients where I'll be working on and they love to see the actual image..Version: 2.3.1

Not Complete, but still worthyI’ve always prefed T & S to J St. J & will always prefer the full vol manual (when accessible. The app doesn’t cover every TrP but does cover quite a lot. This far, it’s the closest app (I’ve found so far) to carrying around T&S MP&D TrP Manual Vol., I&II. Highly recommended for on-site reference where manuals & charts are not available..Version: 6.1

Great resourceI use this to pinpoint where I need to focus my stretching or post workout rehab if I ever have pain or something that feels a bit tight. Super helpful.Version: 6.1

Graphics & AnimationI am a visual learner & this app helps me a lot! Thank you, gene lebumfacil nillas, RMT- BC CANADA.Version: 4.3

Love it!!I love this app!! I use it all of the time. Not only does it help me target the correct trigger points to find relief from pain, it also has helped me learn anatomy, which makes it easier and more efficient to communicate to my chiropractor what I’m feeling. I have found it to be very accurate, and the graphics combined with the videos and written descriptions really help me better understand my body and how to make it feel better..Version: 6.1

Very goodExcellent app, use it constantly. The addition of videos makes it even better. Highly recommend. Still one of my most used apps, a must have!.Version: 5.4

Great App!Love it. Have used it for years. It’s always right..Version: 6.1

Good appGood app.Version: 4.3

Highly RecommendedI would highly recommend this app for it's precise, detailed, up to date anatomy info'- it is very clear & easily accessible when needed quickly :-) Keep updating your useful APP-MMM.Version: 2.4

Useful appReally useful app. As a weight room regular, really helps to identify where a pain might actually be, which is not always obvious..Version: 6.6

Great AppWorth every cent!.Version: 4.3

A precision tool to help me manage trigger pointsMy massage therapist recommended this app to help me manage week by week trigger points relating to my workout and I’ve found this excellent. I can identify pain areas and learn what muscles are possibly causing them then apply pressure with a noodle or theracane. Most importantly I can do stretches for these muscles now that I know where the referred pain is from, and I can be more aware of improvements of form in my workout that are causing these muscles to overwork unilaterally. The description for each muscle and common conditions is also great. I like that I can slowly learn more anatomy with the whole suite of apps. Definitely recommend this if you are a strength strainer and commonly get trigger points in your muscles that can make you miss workouts..Version: 4.3

William BoultonI have found this app quite useful in gaining a better understanding of where a lot of the pains that I suffer from are coming from. It has enabled me to target my massage more accurately to relieve the pain more. I would recommend this app to anyone who suffers form muscular problems.Version: 2.3

Hand painI have found this extremely helpful. It helped me pinpoint the muscles to work on to target the pain in my hands. I have had good results..Version: 2.3

Perfect tool for getting to know your body on the inside!I have recently become passionate about wholehearted living and because of this I have come to the beginning of learning "what's connected to what", and "what is where" inside of my body. I'm on a mission to take great care of my body and release my trigger points. Especially because I'm lifting weights on a 5 day split and I love working on my specific areas so that I can recover more quickly and also deepen my stretch/flexibility. this app is SO worth the price. it seems a little spendy but if you're committed to being your best, it's worth the investment..Version: 4.3

Very useful toolAs a sports therapist this app is a really useful tool for helping to pinpoint where a clients pain is coming from. Easy to navigate. Clear & concise. Great price too :).Version: 2.3

Great app, seriouslyI use it to understand why it hurts, and show my massage therapist where to work on. Now I can talk in the same language as my number of specialists. Because of this app, I'm getting better..Version: 4.3

Highly recommend! My exercise physiologist recommended I get this so I could work out my muscle soreness with an exercise ball, it has been a complete gem of a purchase! Because of the knowledge it contains, I’ve been able to pre-emptively head off muscle freezing and manage my chronic aches and pains better at home. I showed it to my GP and she bought it on the spot, as have several of my other chronic illness buddies. 10/10 DO RECOMMEND!.Version: 4.3

Kwadd, PTLove this app! I refer to it regularly and have used to show patients the area of trouble. I find it always helps people to understand “why” and being able to point out connections increases compliance with treatment plans and therefore, success..Version: 6.1

Excellent for teachingWell done guys. I use this App frequently to show my patients what is the matter with them. They really appreciate it a lot as they know that their condition is not as serious as they think. Thank you for an excellent App. 🤗.Version: 6.5

Handy little appI am a physical therapist who treats trigger points. This is a great little app to check patterns for trigger points I don’t have memorized, and for showing patients. I like the manual therapy videos, but would really like if the app showed self management exercises using a tennis ball or pressure point tool and stretching. That would make the app really useful, as well as informative..Version: 5.3

Great reference toolGreat reference tool.Version: 6.6

Super resourcefulThis app has came in to great use to explain to clients what muscles are being potentially the cause of their pain and to explain what muscles are being treated. Thank you..Version: 5.3

Very helpfulI’m currently studying to become a Remedial Therapist and I am finding this app. very helpful locating trigger points. Useful and informative videos offered are a great addition to some of the muscle groups but are not included in all of them. Please continue to add video tutorials to the others :).Version: 4.3

Terrific appAs a massage therapist I use the app to show my clients what and why I’ll be working on. It’s much easier and quicker to show them than just words..Version: 5.3

Very well presented and detailedThis app is great not only for people with extensive knowledge about human musculature, but for people who don't know much about muscular anatomy. It is easy to use and offers plenty of guidance and information regarding all the different trigger points and the referral points..Version: 3.0.1

Best app ever createdWhen I’m trying to study for anatomy, this has been incredibly helpful, allowing me to see the origin and insertions but also the action of the muscle as well!!!!!!.Version: 6.1
