✓ Forced Background Processes...Hold up! Now i'm forced to run this app in the background! I would like the option to turn off the background process. What impact does this have on the battery? Also we need a sharper Icon for the iPhone 4's retina display! Old Update: We need intergration into NAVIGON's Mobile navigation. That way we can get turn by turn directions and we wont have to use google maps. NAVIGON announced the availability of AppInteract, an open application interface for iPhone application developers. AppInteract provides a simple script that embeds a link into any app to launch NAVIGON’s satnav with a simple tap, and at the same time transfers an address to instantly deliver turn-by-turn directions..Version: 0
✓ Good but needs an on off for the GPSThis is a very good program but now you just need to make it where the GPS is only active when a ping or a request is made for the current location also without an alert. The GPS uses way to much battery life to have it open and running all the time. If you can fix this issue this app will be the best out there!.Version: 0

✓ MrWould not recieve verification email using my btinternet email address, tried to many times to mention. When I used my gmail email address it sent the verification email through straight away. So maybe you have to use certain email providers for it to work?.Version: 2.4

✓ Location rarely currentI have tried all the family trackers, I would rate this #2. Although it is supposed to be "running in the background," when i check my son's current position, the information is usually several hours to days old. Needless to say, I don't need to know where my son was yesterday. It helps that I can "ping" him fir an immediate location, but he can always say he had his phone off, didn't hear the ping, etc. I have found the app that's most reliable is life360.Version: 3.0.1
✓ Nice But Battery Life Is Very ShortThe application is nice but simply shortens the battery life although I would change it to driving. When not driving, and the battery is set to the default, the battery would drop 1% about every 2-3 minutes due to location services. I had to remove the application from both mine and my wifes phone and we are using the 3GS model. I would like a refund for the application or if the vendor could correct the issue with the Location Services would be great as the application has potential. Are they any other automatic location services for identifying the location of family members out there without having to have user intervention as this program does?.Version: 0

✓ What's up with the power usage?I realize that this thing has to be on all the time to actually work but I wouldn't think it would use so much. Brand new phone and I'm useing about 5% an hour my wifes 2 yr old phone is pulling about 10% an hour. ✓ Tried contacting support!This program tracks people as stated, but it has an enormous battery drain problem... Like 1% every five-ten minutes. Their website says that when the program is set on "driving only" that it will only lose 3% every several hours. I emailed support more than 10 days ago at the address listed on the app page, and I've heard nothing back. They shouldn't say on their app page that they reply to "everybody" if they don't do it. ✓ Beware!!! Doesnt workI loaded the software and to be far it updated my family's phones immediately. Locations were correct and all. Looked like a winner to help me keep track of my family and ensure their safety so I went ahead and purchased a 12 month Pro subscription. 27 days later I am still waiting for the software to update the original positions. ✓ DisgruntledNot worth a dime. I seriously question those who left positive reviews. My belief is they were left by friends, relatives, or even the creators themselves. The problem with this app is that it fails to recognize your email address, no matter how many you try to use. Another problem is that if your family has one email address, but more than one iPhone, the app will not work because there is a conflict in reading the location of the iPhone. I reported the problem several times but no one has replied. When I investigated the company further, I can't seem to find an actual company with a valid address or number. ✓ DisappointingThey've got a great product unfortunately I quickly found out my battery was nearly dead in a short period of time. I should have taken the time to read some of the reviews before spending money on two downloads. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone unless you have a constant steady power source otherwise your iPhone battery will be dead within hours. ✓ Great start but could be much betterThere is no way you can use this to track your wife or child without them knowing. That's because the will have to accept a push notification before the app can update their location. If the app developer could add an option that you setup in setting to automatically accept all push notifications from a cell number then you could track without them knowing. Would require that you set up the person you wish to track's cell phone. Please make change, this would allow to track my daughter even if she were obducted and couldn't accept a push request..Version: 0

✓ If anyone could help....I bought this app, I received the "verification of e-mail", I verified my e-mail address, but when I re-open the app on my iPhone 4 it doesn't do anything, it's like frozen and subsequently it doesn't work. I've tried everything from deleting the app and re-installing it, to turning the phone off and on, but it literally does not do anything... if anyone could help me I sure will appreciate it.... ✓ Good idea, but poor performanceThe makers of this app should give a more realistic description of what this app does. For me, the gps ONLY worked when I would send an alert to the other person. Otherwise, the notification would tell me that the last update woul be from as much as 16 hours ago. What good is that information? If that person is busy or their phone is off and they don't receive the alert then it's pointless. As well, the gps would show me the person was in a bayou or at the hospital! I swear I'm not making this up. I actually had to call to make sure they were okay. On the customer service side, they were very prompt in responding to my concerns about the performance. I repeatedly checked all of my settings on our phones to make sure they were set correctly, but it never worked. In the end, this app is inaccurately described and a waste of money. Life 360 is free and reportedly works better, so I'm switching to that..Version: 3.0.1

✓ Still not usableThe latest rev does fix the problem of the app not updating while in driving mode, but it comes at the cost of ridiculously large battery drain. While I haven't done a precise measurement, it actually seems to me that this drains the battery even faster than the Always On setting, which makes no sense. Put it this way, with this on, I can't get through the day on a charge on my iPhone 4. It's now 1PM, and I've had to plug it in. Until this bug is resolved, I'd pass..Version: 0
✓ Not bad few tweaks neededWorks ok But could do with auto track allowing someone to track without ping request upon user initial authorisation. ✓ Not impressedThis app cost me four dollars so I figured it would be legit. It's not. It does have its moments of accuracy. But most te time it is off by more than four blocks. Sometimes more. I do not recommend this app to anyone unless you have money to blow and don't care that it is faulty. I on the other don't have money growing on trees. My device tracks better with aroundme app. And that one is free. I installed this as a way to help save my damaged marriage. This only caused more damage. Thanks folks..Version: 3.0.1
