✓ Excellent appReally like the app as it is very clean cut and obvious to everyone who looks at it what my shifts and availability are. Only issue is that although I can write a longer note it will only show me a short clip of the note unless I click edit despite there being plenty of space underneath to just show the whole note when I click on the date.Version: 1.6.2

✓ SimpleI do 4 on 4 off, the 4 on are 2 x 12hr days and 2 x 12hr nights. This is an 8 day rotation that was easy to set up. Even if I had struggled to set up my shift pattern there’s a comprehensive help section. All for the price of a coffee. So why only 4 stars? I’ve not fully tested it and iOS updates are rumoured to disrupt how the calendar functions and you may lose the pattern you created..Version: 1.6.2

✓ Love it been needs maintenanceI love this app I love how you have solid colours and symbols to show an easy overview for the month of what you’re working, it’s simple and that how i like it not to over complicate it. However the app hasn’t been updated for the last two years I think it needs a little bit of TLC I think it just needs some extra little features such as more colours, more symbols, dark mode, backup to iCloud support and more detailed notes (seems a little bit of a headache of the way you have to access the notes) otherwise it’s a great app..Version: 1.6.2

✓ Great app - worth every cent!This was the very first app I ever installed when I bought an iPhone, after a colleague recommended it. Now I've been using it for years, and I love it. I can see at a glance if I'm working early, late or night, if I've got an important reminder or an appointment. I find the colour coded notes function particularly useful. My only complaint is, I wish it would sync between my devices 😩 I use my iPad to book travel arrangements, make appointments online etc at home, and it's so annoying that it doesn’t automatically update on my phone. The backup to email function is a good stop-gap, but unless I backup every time I make a change, it’s easy to lose track. Overall, still far & away the best shift tracking app I’ve tried, thanks for creating it so well!.Version: 1.6.2
✓ Basic but adequateI was hoping this app might let me put mine and my partners shifts alongside each other on the same days but it only lets you put one shift pattern on, you cant overlay another shift . Other than that its fiddly to set up but once done its very simple to use..Version: 1.6.2

✓ Love itI spent ages looking for a rostering app. I found most are weighed down by way too much unnecessary rarely used functionality. ‘Shift worker’ has its limitations but is just the right balance for my needs. If you want a rostering app with all the ‘bells and whistles’ keep searching and expect to pay a lot more. FYI - We have an ‘ad hoc’ roster at my place of work and when the new monthly roster comes out It takes me no more then 3-4mins to add it to ‘ShiftWorker’ I can then access it easily and make further shift adjustments as required - no hassle. ✓ Fantastic appThis is an absolutely fantastic app! I have been a 12hr Shift Worker for 16 years & have used this app since it was launched. It’s easy to use & fully customisable with colours, notes & creating a Shift pattern/rotation. The ONLY thing that is a slight bother, because I have a family now, is that you can’t sync this with iOS calendar or other calendar app like Family Calendar as this would help my wife with knowing my shifts & planned events. Whenever I am trying to make plans with friends or family, I can share my schedule that includes a legend of what all the icons indicate so there is no misunderstanding of when I am working. We need a way to somehow export this apps events to Apples calendar or the other way around. For the first 20+ years, I used a printed shift schedule stuck to the fridge, and before that a standard calendar with my days and nights, vacation and overtime, penned in. I basically use it as my calendar for everything. It did have some issues a while back but these have been fixed ( possibly a phone issue rather than the app itself!). Just two small suggestions to make it even better: 1) If the notes section could be bigger in calendar view so I could see all that I had written without pressing to “edit” the note to see what else I had written. 2) If you could add two different rosters to the same calendar, or be able to post two different symbols on the same day. ✓ A must have for Couples who are on Shift WorkI could not do without this app and neither it seems would half my department. It makes my ever increasing shifts and rota as a radiographer in the NHS easy to input and change. My boyfriend also has it and found it easy to set up his rolling shift pattern. We can send each other our calendars and check our schedules making it easy to plan things. The only thing that I wish they would do is find a way that I can check my boyfriends shift quickly against mine so I don't have to keep going out of my calendar and into his, but maybe that's just being a tad bit lazy!.Version: 1.5.4
✓ Works for me!I really like this app and find it easy to use. Being able to choose different icons for different shifts is great as I can then just glance at the calendar to know what shift I'm doing. I do wish it had a widget, ability to add 2 shifts on one day and recurring notes (pay day reminder), although I feel like the app won't be updated again to add this stuff in. ✓ Would be perfect with one improvementI love this app. It makes adding and removing shifts so easy so that I can organize my life month to month. Because I rotate myself around the shifts within, I feel the need to add personal and social activities alongside shifts so everything is accessible on the same page. Unfortunately the coloured tabs just aren’t enough to manage this; they make multiple activities messy to read and adding events is a multi step process. ✓ Excellent appFirstly, this app should not be solely relied upon for keeping important 'diaries'. The app is really good for shift workers, especially those in a couple as you can have both shift calendars to hand (subject to both persons downloading the app and creating their shift patterns). The app developer is very good at giving advice and is understanding on the bugs. He is willing to listen to suggestions and generally offers guidance to those in need. Since downloading this app a few years back there have been many updates which are fairly regular to keep the app stable. Unfortunately, yes, on iOS updates, the app will delete it's data, but a backup should be made in paper form (as even the email method within the app does not restore properly after an iOS update). Overall a great app and fit for purpose the majority of the time!.Version: 1.5.4

✓ Best app for shift workersHaving tried every single other free alternative, I can say for certain that this app is worth the couple of quid. By far and a way the most user friendly and easy to use app. I have a very ‘all over the place’ 12 week pattern, which alternative apps do not allow you to accommodate in to the calendar, however this app allows you to completely customise the shift pattern to whatever yours may be. The single thing I would like added is a ‘today’ button on the bottom of the calendar screen (there’s plenty of space) - to take you immediately to the current day. This would be very useful when you’re looking months and months ahead for what you’ll be working on a specific date, as it will take you straight back to today rather than having to manually do it..Version: 1.5.4

I love that you can create your own colors/shapes for your types of shifts ie) days, evenings, nights but you can creat different times and even add ones for vacation or a day you were sick.
