✓ Does the job but is buggy.Does the job, but the latest version has the following issues: 1) keeps asking for access to all my photos. (Yeah that’s not happening). 2) has poor memory management - sometimes won’t open saying there’s not enough memory so I have to force close my other apps. ✓ Bad updateLatest update has broken event record playback. There is no support for product anywhere, avtech's website just tells you to go to your engineer which doesn't help if you install the system yourself. ✓ No Record DataAfter updating to 1.0.3.8 I started receiving the ‘no record data’ when trying to playback push video. I was however able to view from notifcation area. I hoped version 1.0.3.9 would cure this but only made it worse as notifications wouldn’t work either. I tested on other phones and all worked fine so assumed corrupted database on my phone. Removed the app and data from my phone and reinstalled but no joy. Old data still there. Tried to erase phone and restore with iCloud which reinstalled corrupted data! So if you have same problem as me the only solution is to erase phone and start from scratch which is a major pain but all working now. Hope this helps others.Version: 1.0.3.9

✓ Doesnt workIn principle a very good idea but badly implemented. When connects flashes a cam very quickly on and off. If try to select chan menu takes loads of attempts and then doesn't do what you've selected, normally crashes. I tried free version but assumed paid would be better, but no, I guess my fault for making assumption. Could be 5 star app if actually gave me access to my CCTV, but it doesn't !.Version: 0

✓ Dont UPDATEUpdated from below 5/8/12 I sent Avtech support a email , they asked for my external ip address which I supplied, they said everything is fine there end. They told me to restart my phone. WELL SORRY IT'S NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM I use a iPhone 4s and this still does not work on 3G this clearly needs a fix it is very hit and miss and 9 times out of ten it still does not work The previous version used to load every time you asked it to, and was perfect untill the update ------------------------ Ive had this running for two years with no real issues, i have Avtech CCTV and since i updated my iPhone 4s to this latest version i cannot access my CCTV when i have 3G and a full mobile signal strength . Yes i do have and always have port forwarding set up on my router, its very clearly a issue with this software? I have three other mobile phones also set up with this software, all worked perfectly until the update, nothing has changed in the phones / iPad etc, i checked that my port forwarding is ok and clearly it is all ok. This software did work perfectly well and was always reliable sadly not working at all now only works on wifi when i am at home, useless PLEASE AVTECH SORT THIS LIKE I SAID NO PROBLEM AT ALL UNTIL YOU UPDATED THE VERSION? ✓ Don't buy the plus versionIt all works fine on wifi put not 3G on my iPhone 4. Paid for the plus version to be able play back while on holiday and it will not. Had reloaded loads of times and nothing. The support emails iv sent never get answered, so the plus version is the same as the free one. ✓ Can not view over 3GBefore this update I was able to log in to view my cameras over wifi and 3G. After this update I can only see them on wifi. If I switch to 3G it never loads. I decided to purchase the paid full version of the app so I could watch previously recorded content. The paid full version of the app doubles and squashes the same screen in playback mode. ✓ Can not connect to fixed IPWas using the free app fine for months connecting with IPhone 6s and IPad. All of a sudden both devices stopped connecting and keep telling me the IP address is not available. I thought it was an issue with the free version so upgraded to eagle eyes plus but the issue still persists. On rare occasions I can connect to the IP when I’m next to the router that hosts it. Ive had long discussions with BT support and remote assistance to make sure ports are open and no firewall is blocking the connection but the issue still persists. I can’t seem to find any support for this app which doesn’t help... Avetech please sort out the app or refund what I paid for upgrading 😡😡😡.Version: 1.0.5.0
✓ Worst App EverWas this App ever bug tested? It constantly crashes, the connected device fails to connect more often than connect. The historical videos hardly ever load (problem with host server) and you have the 24 Hr server clock set 12 hours ahead. Very basic stuff really.
