β Not Bad, Not Great NeitherThis app isn't as bad as some of the reviews here make out. Firstly to go back from a regional map, you press the arrow in the top-left corner. It's not very easy to see, I know. The advert is irritating yes. However, you are getting the app for nothing. The creator has to expect something in return for spending the time making it. That being said, the app is rather simplistic and the iPhone's screen really isn't the best way to view a full globe atlas. Unless you want a way to quickly view geo-political maps offline (which can be helpful if you need to find the capital of somewhere). Just stick to Google Maps.Version: 0

However, I was astonished that for a world atlas, it has not recognised the individual countries that make up the UK. Why are Scotland, England and Wales and their individual capital cities not highlighted?? Instead it has been illustrated as one country with London as the sole capital (I haven't mentioned Ireland as this has been shown correctly). β Not worth it, even freeI hate to bash something free, but it starts by asking you to upgrade to the .99 version all the time, and has ads on every page. So it's free, but at an annoying price. Plus, even once I did upgrade to the "Pro" version, the maps were very simple and limited to just individual areas. Not much better than just having some jpgs on your ipod. If you wanted to go from North America to Central America, you have to exit the program and start over. I think there's got to be something better than this for the amount of hard disk space it consumes. I'm going to keep looking..Version: 0
