✓ Service updatesI have been using this app for the longest of time and never had an issue until the most recent updates. The app no longer provides updates on delays and I think that’s crucial to the app. I found myself searching the app and being unable to locate this feature and had to resort to going directly to the go transit website. Here are some problems needing fixingThis is my second try with the GO Transit App. The first one was free but it never once worked for me and always crashed) Since I use GO Transit regularly, I decided to try again and pay the 99 cents for the second version. What a waste of 99 cents. Here are the problems I see in the first few minutes: 1. If you don't know the exact time of the departure, it will tell you there is no departure at all 2. If you look at the entire day schedule (example: Union to Hamilton) - half the schedule is missing. It starts with the 4 departures right after midnight, then skips right through to 3:15pm. All the morning departures between 6 and 3pm are missing. Why do they launch these things with they work so poorly, let alone expect us to pay for something so useless?.CausemarkVersion: 0

✓ Used to love this app but location services no longer worksI used this app daily for my commuting needs. However, I’ve realized lately that I can only see platforms at union and no where else. I used to be able to select the little button at the top right to select “locate” and switch to whatever station I was at. Now I just get “you do not have permission” which I’m confused by because I purchased this app YEARS ago and never had any issues before. Wondering if this a glitch? ✓ Potentially PerfectMany of the other reviews have already pinpointed the main flaws, but not all. First, the schedules [contrary to what is being promised] are not always up to date, and some schedules [like service on Sundays for certain routes] are completely empty. There has to be major focus on the schedules and you need to allow us to update them frequently or manually [assuming we're connected to 3G or WiFi]. Second, and this is not a bug fix, it would be beyond helpful to let us purchase our tickets/passes directly from the app. There are endless possibilities for how this can work: we can show the bus drivers the ticket on our iPhone, or we can have the tickets/passes emailed to us so we can print them, and so on. Third, you guys need to put "user" back into user-friendly, as the app's interface/options altogether are just way too limited for what the app is actually capable of. This is a major transportation service that is taking over the country, and you need to seriously think twice before releasing an app that has so much potential but only fulfills less than half of that potential at the moment. I don't use it yet because I can't depend on the schedules' accuracy. Please work on this app seriously, because there are many GO lovers [like myself] who are prepared to take full advantage of it..MnaroninVersion: 1.3.4
