✓ The poor players spoil this gameThe app is ok but because the chips are (free) to some degree subsequently the players don’t play realistically. I had trouble finding a sensible game eg. Who in a real game goes all in every hand pre flop because they have accumulated more than other players when that doesn’t take any skill at all nor does it allow you to hone your skills. ✓ Couple issues with the app.Edit: I am reporting my factual experience with this game, not making baseless claims. If you spin the slots too fast (not auto-spin), the winnings do not pay out. And frankly, i think the animation bug is ridiculous - the animation (ie dealer shuffling or handing out cards) does not HAVE to finish in order to allow people to play. It’s a terrible experience trying to pick between playing the game or leaving because of a 5 second task. I noticed 2 bugs in the game. Firstly, if I leave the app for a few seconds and return, the animation (ie handing the cards out or finishing the shuffle) has to finish, and it cuts into my time to bet - you can’t leave the app even for a few seconds or you may lag and forfeit your hand 🤷♀️ it would be nice if the animation would just cut and leave all available time to bet. Secondly: if you spin the slots too fast, the winnings don’t pay out. It would also appeal to the fan base and their continued support if the game did not feel like “pay to win”. ✓ CheatAs most people have stated, after playing in this app for over a year now, I have learned that game favors those that bet hard and bet every hand no matter what kind of hand they have and still win whether I have a better hand to start. I can win at Boost Poker or Blackjack but have lost over and over and over hundreds of times to the dumbest hands in the tournaments It so very discouraging that your algorithm allows this to happen over and over. I have also noticed that the player with the least chips normally wins and the player with the most chips losses. I got on this app at my wife’s suggestion and now she is losing as much as I do. ✓ Fun but terrible gameBlackjack is absolutely fixed, the game toys with you it gives you money and takes it off you whenever it wants, it’s quite obvious the game pulls out whatever card it wants to beat you and take all of your money hoping you are going to buy more chips, stupid. ✓ Pokerist Texas HoldenI use to enjoy this game but I found that the more chips you purchased the more the game took back from you...it seems like no matter what cards you have the guy with the most chips usually win...you need to play awhile to realize this...I am very disappointed. ✓ DO NOT Recommend!I had spent at least few hours a day on this game with my friends and my account balance was decent amount. However my account was suspended just because I was having fun setting a private table with friends and because my friends lost so much money to me and his account balance went to zero so I decided to play several round just to return the coin back to my friends so we can continue playing on this game. Now since they suspended my account, I cannot play with my friends anymore because they cleared my friend list and blocked me from adding friends. Immediately I received their suspension message, I went ahead and dispute and they sent automatic message (like within 1 second) to me saying after review(which never happened), they decided not to change their decision on my account suspension. ✓ Good for poker, less so for other gamesGood poker app. There are other games one can play with same money which is bonus. Other games don’t seem to have such great odds. The Blackjack rules make it a poor payout. The slots vary. I was on a losing streak on one slot game and thought I would see how long it could go. My mistake as it continued until all money gone with hardly any wins to even out. I played max bets so I expected better odds. I wrote to support to inquire and got defenses of the randomness of the slot reels, which I did not question. I eventually learned odds are same on max bet or smallest bet. Lessons learned late. I recommend not playing slots here. Otherwise app is good. Occasionally crashes and I lose games as result but no more than others I have played on..Version: 34.8
✓ TrickyGuided algorithm controls everything. You will notice players win every hand just because they bet high so the algorithm makes them win most of the time as long as they keep on raising. You’ll notice too some players leave the join the room to trick the algorithm. If you buy chips, you won’t win much or eventually lose so you buy more chips. It’s funny how you never win and this chosen player - by algorithm apparently - wins every hand (eg you finally and after 17 games get this big combo say a Full House; but no the “winner” would suddenly have a Four of Kind). ✓ Broken RNGIf you draw a pair, I guarantee you a different pair will come out on the community cards. I’ve been taking screen shots, and since I started paying attention, it’s happened the last 34 times I’ve drawn a pair. 34 out of 34. 100%. The last 20 of which I have screen shots of. If I could pick lotto numbers as predictably as these cards, I’d have money to waste on this broken game. Mind you, whilst these patterns become obvious quickly, they invariably work against you. ✓ Misleading advertsI paid around £2.49 for 10m chips in an advert. I never got the chips and was told some stuff about an event. I looked and can’t find how to enter ‘event’ I asked the staff in the chat and never got an explanation. I got told they can’t help me further. My £2.49 is not being refunded. It’s been stolen. I asked for it back a few times as I don’t know about event. The advert said 10m chips for £2.49 or £2.95. And that’s what I wanted. 10m chips. Not ripped off.Version: 47.15.0

✓ Game was fun until I figured out it was NOT randomI downloaded this specific app cuz it said RNG certified so I’m thinking ok cool this will be fun then. Realistic Poker right? Not at all. It was fun for awhile until I realized it is painfully obvious that it is NOT random. Not only are there more straights and flushes and full houses than you’ve ever seen in your life but it also pre determines who is going to win the hand ahead of time. There are so many times people hit unrealistic straights or flushes to beat your monster hand. And I’m not talking about hitting a lucky card on the river lol. ✓ RiggedI have an account with over 30 billion, all won fair and square over time without ever purchasing. They obviously don’t like a player such as myself and so decided to ban my account making up some rubbish about me breaking the rules and now unable to play using that account. ✓ Stay away if you like REAL pokerThis game has nice layout and feel to it for an app but positive things end there. Says real RNG which is impossible if you play Texas Holdem in real life. There is no way you keep getting same exact cards 2-3 hands in a row. There is no way someone hits a straight every single time there is the possibility. There is no way someone hits a flush every single time there is a possibilty. There is no way every single river card in every hand you play hurts you but never helps you. There are many other oddities which are literallly and statistically impossible. ✓ Avoid at all cost“RNG certified”, “independent auditor”, “we can totally send you a jpg of the certificate you guys!!!” How often have you heard their nonsense like the above before? Look, I’m not a World Series poker player but I’m well above average in terms of play (in real life anyway). I’ve played thousands of games in real life and have solid experience with what the game of real poker is like. So here’s the issue (or issues) with this app: 1. I quit my old account after I started to notice a drop in wins after I made a purchase. All downhill from there. 2. Decided to open a new account and see if they’re any better but it’s actually even worse. If you play conservatively and happen to have a big win - ie ONE good day which I like to call “the hook” - believe me, a number of bad days are coming and you best believe that no matter what you do or what you have, you will lose. 3. I recorded hours of play for evidence. In no way, shape or form do full houses, straights and flushes happen this often in real life. End of story. End of the damn story. Don’t RNG me. You know it’s nonsense. AAA is beaten by straights, full houses and flushes 90% more often than it wins. So much so that I started to fold them if someone raises a lot. Hilariously, the 42s and similar hands are SO damn useful when folded but mostly useless when I do bet. In one video I took (it’s about 2 hours long), I called the preflop bet 6 times and of course got nothing (I did so on purpose for the sake of the video). I folded the same hands 5 times and guess what? Would’ve been flush, straight, straight, straight, full house in that order. In another video that’s 45 minutes long, exactly 29 games happened. Out of the 29 games, a whopping 25 of them had a pair on the board. In what universe does this happen in real life??? In what universe is this random? 4. Another video was recorded on a bad day. The video is 1 hour and 45 minutes long. In that time, I lost 64 out of 68 games. The only reason I won the other four is because I intimidated them into folding. There was no other way to win. 5. Boost poker the first time I played was glorious. I won 1 in 3 games on average and it seemed like pretty realistic game play. This was my first time. My second time, something weird happened. Suddenly, 90% of the “random” tables I joined, the jackpot was the bare minimum where everyone insists on going all in. So you’ve no choice. You can either go all in or lose by folding till you’re at zero. The third and last time I played, I lost 37 out of 37 games till I zeroed out. Again, pray tell, in what universe is this realistic? Especially for a player that’s well seasoned and actually pretty good in real life. 6. Their reporting function is a joke. The players never get flack for it. I had my friend create a fake account and send me mean (like really mean) messages. I reported them. My friend never even heard from them. There was a player with the username KKK. He was clearly a skinhead with swastikas in the pic and his status was “arbeit macht frei” which was a Nazi slogan. He made fun of me because my last name - Abrams - was in my username and said some pretty derogatory stuff like how he’d like to make soap out of me and how he has an oven just for me. I reported him. Guess what? He’s still playing ... same username, same photo, same status. Shame on you..Version: 32.7

✓ Poorest Tech Support EverBuyer beware! Do not buy chips in this app or patronize any of its other game advertisers. I have made several attempts to work with tech support for this game that has now cheated me several times. Before you move on, read this! When you buy in to a multi-table tournament, if it is during a high volume time, the servers can’t handle it and will not seat you after several attempts. That said, often now, it will also take your buy in chips, not seat you, keep your chips and tell you there was no room at the multi-table tournament table. Tech support will tell you it’s your network connection, even when it’s not and basically tell you tough luck. They will own nothing and provide you no help. I guess because it’s not real money they can get away with this, but if you buy chips, this is considered fraud. Don’t play this game!.Version: 44.6.0

✓ Unfair advantagesThis is a good running app. For the most part. One thing I noticed is people that have a couple hundred million chips tend to get better card win more hand on the flop and overall have an advantage....I get the app is about making money so if you spend money they make it more fun by giving you better chances. I am sure this is what’s happening cause every time someone gets flush after full house after straight, I click on their name and go figure they clearly have made purchases in the app. I haven’t purchased anything and I NEVER get a lucks flop and it seems whenever I’m betting against a guy with hundreds of millions of chips they ALWAYS get the flop, if I have 3 of a kind they get a straight, I have a straight they have a flush, I have a flush they have a full house, 3 time I had a full house and was beat by a 4 of a kind on the flop, and since I been playing the app for about a week that’s almost impossible to happen odds wise..Version: 31
✓ Game is a total racketDon’t bother wasting your time and money here. This game is completely set up to ensure you lose. Too many times it rewards underdog hands ( inside straight draws, full house draws, specific card needed to make a straight flush, etc.) on the river. Statically these hands are 1-5% odds yet these occur not just regularly but almost every win. Think you can slow play, nope rivered; bet heavy upfront on pocket aces, they get 3 of a kind on river. It would be reasonable for these events to occur but not multiple times every single game. However the most insulting thing is after the purposely ensure you lose, their gift back is 3.8 mill on a 800 mill loss. Nothing says haha thanks sucker, like here’s half a dollar sorry we took 300, but please keep playing. ✓ Scam!!! Do not download!!The game is rigged! It I’ll take your money. Game starts off good and is enjoyable to begin with. It lets you win for a minute then it will take all your money. You play against Bots a lot. You only win if game wants you to win. I emailed support and they were rude and basically don’t care. The slots slow down and speed up and will change right before you win. Poker hands will most the time be lower suited hands very rare do you get face cards like everyone else. You’ll also notice that one player at the table wins 90% of the hands. They say cards are random and you’re playing against real people but anyone with common sense can tell after a few minutes of play that is 100% a lie! The number of times you get beaten is unreal out of approx 4K hands lost on 60 hands while holding full hand or better if you fold your cards before the flop 80% of the time you would have held the winning hand with 2p or better and take note the number of times you win and share with an opponent with identical cards. ✓ UnfairI’m writing this because I just had a really terrible experience 2 times in a row on the same table. Usually when you have the same win as someone (like when you both have 2 pair) usually you split it as far as I’m concerned. But I was just playing and the pot was 20,000 dollars which was a lot taken that I only had 2,000 left. I was pretty confident I was going to win because I had 3 of a kind, all nines, so I put all of my money in. When it was over, some other person won but with the same hand that I had. She had a 9 and a 7 and I had a 9 and a 5. We both had a 3 pair of nines so wouldn’t we split it, even though the other card higher. And even in the next round, me and some other guy both had 2 pair and we split the money. I just think the game is unfair with how they split the money. ✓ Account wipedI’ve been playing this app since 2017. Never had any issues and always found the layout easy to use and simple enough to just hop in and play some poker. Just logged in for the first time in a few months today to find my account suspended and all my chips gone. No explanation for the “ban”. Oddly enough it shows that my max win is over 1 billion and I know for a fact I’ve never won a pot that large. None of my settings have been changed or purchases made via the app so I am unsure if I was hacked or not. Regardless, reading around on various forums it seems like this is a pretty common issue with people’s accounts being suspended and wiped for no apparent reason. ✓ BEWARE; Rigged, Unrealistic card hands, Sex StockersFirst off, this app allows players to give “gifts” which range from nice like a kiss, to down right mean items like a cockroach. Someone sent me a pig, so I said, “thank you, I love pigs” and the support team accused me of being racist! I asked for an explanation and was rejected saying “we have said all we are going to say”. Secondly, the cards you are dealt mean nothing because if they don’t want you to win, they will make sure that your stellar hand still gets trumped. there were 3 people at one table that all got a full house. You know what the odds are for that to actually happen? Plus, their algorithms are incorrect to where the higher “kicker” card has to share the pot. Lastly, I bought some chips and therefore what I do with my chips should be completely up to me. If I want to give them all away, then so be it..but no! This app bans you from giving others your chips calling you a cheat and will ban you and take back any chips you gave. And one more thing...this app has too many sexual stockers and rude, crude individuals who taunt at the tables and nothing is done about it. Reporting someone gets nowhere. ✓ Table mins and maxes need to revertFirst, i like the look, feel and play of the games. Poker plays well (especially sit n go) and the table games have the casino feel (until you get to my below notes) I would rate 5 star, but the min and max ranges need to be adjusted. Example, craps now has a $100 minimum. For every bet! Prop bets (center layout) are typically $1/$5. Additionally, you would usually bet a $6 multiple on a 6/8 place bet (to pay properly ($7 for each $6 bet) you need to hit $300 now for this to pay proper. Other games like 3 card poker have a $400 min $1200 max with the smallest chip at $400 with $200 chip increments to $1200. Really? And one other annoying UI item, blackjack still uses the horrible slider betting mechanic from the early edition on the poker game without the increment +\- buttons poker has now. I guess the mins were changed to get people to grind down their bankroll faster on a negative expected value game, but it really makes the table games unenjoyable. I guess I’ll stick with poker for now until this gets looked at..Version: 39.5

✓ Devs need to auto fold playersThis game is well made BUT ruined by how excruciatingly slow it is to wait for players who leave the app to get kicked out of the table. There seems to be two timers in the game, one for automatically folding the player if he is still on the app and he doesn’t decide what to do in time, and another longer timer for kicking a player if they leave the app. The problem is that if the player leaves the app then the player DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY FOLD for some reason! It’s like the game waits for the player to come back to give him a chance to make a decision EVEN IF THE AUTO FOLD TIMER IS EXCEEDED. Why?? Just auto fold the player but don’t kick him out of the table if he comes back and let him play the next hand! If you are playing a 9 table game of poker then you will inevitably be waiting for hands to be folded because people leave the app far more often than actually playing poker. ✓ Completely riggedIt’s very sad bc it’s a great site as far as the games they offer and the pretty seamless games BUT if you ever spend money there (for worthless chips) they will let you win for less than 24 hours. They control every aspect of the game and when they want you to spend more money there they’ll be sure you lose it all, no matter what. If you pay attention on some of their poker games, like boost, you will see the same hands every single game. For example, if you are dealt a pair, someone else at the table was too. If you have 2 pairs on the flop or the turn, someone will get a flush or straight on the river. Every single time. Rarely you will be on the winning end of that scenario. The site wasn’t always this bad, a couple of years ago it was way more fair. Oh and blackjack is the worst so if you prefer to play blackjack this is NOT the game for you there. The bonus structure also is horrible. And for the boost tournaments, the wheel spins but it always lands at the lowest possible pot. How ever, you have 2 kinds of people at the table when you play. 2 or more are just trading large amounts of chips back and forth constantly, forcing anyone else at the table to “all in” just to see the flop with a 75% chance you lose. Or people with low chips and they just all in till completely broke. Now there is a catch 22 for this. This game has some stupid insurance policy enforced which makes it pay off to only “all in”, because there is a highly likely chance you will get some of your bet back for “all in” should you loose. Devs. You have a solid game. You want to get people to spend money, stop allowing the chip trading (remove the social aspect and friends) and remove the option to “all in” bet before the flop. This allows people to atleast attempt to play poker. Also remove the insurance policy. If I only have 6k chips and you all in with 500k chips and I win, I should receive 506k chips. It’s not rocket science. If the other person is dumb enough to bet like that, then they should lose and learn. If you want to curve this, simply make it either A you have a max chip stack at the table, or B you can only max bet the max of the next highest stack at the table. ✓ WoodyI do love this game and have played over 500 hours ,I’ve been stuck on the same vip blue 7 triangle and same level for a long time so it’s very slow to move you up to higher levels and vip .it is really quite expensive and I feel that the house should reward long term players with more free chips . My main complaint and it drives me mad is when the game just drops out and it happens at any point and it can take about 10-30 seconds to come back on ,and on a few occasions when it’s come back on and I’ve been knocked out of the game losing bundles of money..Version: 49.4.0
