I recently upgraded my IPhone two weeks ago. I ordered online for the trade in and picked it up at the nearest Apple Store during the window times that was available to me. There was no wait to pick up phone. I was in and out of the store within 6 min. Mailed my old phone back and the whole trade in process was complete within a few days . I love Apple and all of the wonderful things the company does. I do have an iPhone 11, and an iPhone 6, so obviously I try to preserve my 11 by using my 6, and is a little annoying as I can’t use the app without updating. ✓ Screen coverage case suggestionI think that when we press the side button (on/off button) the case should make a rough coverage for the screen by carving up the case. Sort of like a you’re the screen and the case is the blanket. Like you cover your feet, body and your head so you’re fully sealed in. I’m saying this because many many many people put their phone in their pocket, they don’t put in well, the phone falls out facing downwards and the screen just breaks.
