✓ I have no idea what happenedSo i created an account to see what it was about i submitted 2 photos of myself (just pictures of my face) as it asked me to. I couldnt use the account until then. So i got a notification saying i could use it about 3 hours later. Soo i went on it to find that my normal photos have been rejected. So i tried another normal one. (I have these on my social media/pages) and it kicked me off the account. I looked at my emails and it says my photos had violated the terms i agreed to.( Which they did not at all) and i was so confused and then they banned my whole account 😅. ✓ So soThe interface for this app is reasonable but there's nothing here to make me want to keep using it. Perhaps the biggest disappointment is that it doesn't show full profiles so I'm left judging people on a single profile. There's also no automatic notifications within the app itself so the only way I get to find out when someone has replied is to keep checking my inbox. ✓ Amateurs!My location won’t change to my GPS. It still thinks I am in another country. I had their Admin change it on my profile but it still shows I’m in a different country. I tried to pay for a 3 day trial so to see what’s it’s about payment didn’t do through, I tried several times. Is this their ploy to get you pay for the monthly or 6 month membership? On top of that. If you don’t take up the offer for the 3 day trial within the given time frame (1hr) they will simply delete the message so you won’t know if the real or fake person wrote to you. This site is a total scam and finding a real person to talk to is just a fluke. ✓ Do not sign up for membership.Got the app, signed up a month to get more features. Was aware of the billing. Beware lots of bots vs real humans. Cancelled back around April with email confirmation, looked at account and still getting billed. Had the bank issue me a new debit card, updated in phone and somehow Cupid is still billing months later. Talked to the bank again and the only way is if I close my checking account and open a new one. The apps not bad, just don’t sign up for advanced features unless you want it for life. I’ve emailed them since and no response to email. I call it very fraudulent activity once they get your account number you can’t get out. I’ve requested refunds but imagine, no response.
