✓ The app doesn’t work yetI have an iPhone 7+ running system 13.5.1. I just purchased and downloaded Living Earth version 4.10.2 and the most basic function doesn’t work. I can’t select any city with a single tap. The preloaded cities are the only ones in the list. I restarted my phone, and deleted and re-installed the app. No selection of cities. The other functions are displayed in a row across the bottom of the screen. Can the developer help me out? My Google searches only come up with issues that occur AFTER selecting new cities. ✓ Temperatures are not accurate for current locationI was very excited to use an app with live clouds and tropical storm alerts, however the temperature for my location is off by nearly 20 degrees. I can't use an app that forecast inaccurate temps. Oddly the temperature for places like chandler Arizona and Den Haag holland were correct. Hmph! Guess I paid 2.99 for other accurate information. I have been cross referencing the information with weather underground, which I have been using for years and LOVE, as well as the weather channel app. Purchasing this app is your choice but I would like my $$ back. I purchased this app because I wanted the sunrise and sunset times for each day. It was a bonus when I read it's other features. ✓ Where are the clouds? They've disappeared....!!!I've been using this app for years, and absolutely love it. I'm particularly smitten by its capability to show me the general weather conditions, and more importantly, cloud cover formations above any part of the globe within seconds of activating it. I delight in showing Luddites how far technology has taken us, to the point where we can stare at a pretty realistic and weather condition accurate image of our own planet, on an iPhone in our hands! Let's be clear, this is a 5 STAR app. However, I've accessed it today and the clouds are gone. All gone! I've waited patiently for about 30 minutes for them to appear....but no. The clouds are gone. I'm sure it might be a glitch....but this app is useless to me without cloud cover, hence, 3 stars right now. Put the clouds back and it's 5 stars!! ✓ BugsPurchased the app a few months ago. It pretty good but reported bugs have gone un-acknowledged from the developer. Looking at the last updates it would appear this app is no longer supported. Graphical errors if the app is left to run for a few hours as an iPad screensaver. Reply to the developer: Here we are MONTHS after I contacted you numerous times (still no reply) and the graphics of the app are still broken after it runs for a hour or so. ✓ Ok but not great!The app visuals are really good but few issues for me: - the dot that shows the city you are looking at its like a small light that you can easily miss! I have hard time findind it in the map - the map wont allow for you to touch a country or region to view that location. I think this a a big miss! ✓ Used to be greatHad this app for years and found it to be very accurate; however that changed in the last few months. It’s got extremely buggy and inaccurate. It’s told me the temperature is below 0°C when it’s actually plus 13. It even gets the day and time wrong, sometimes behind, sometimes ahead. Just now is 1315 but it’s giving forecasts for 1900. Previously on Tuesdays it’s shown the previous Saturday’s “forecast”. Other times it will just tell you no forecast available. It’s been updated several times since these issues started but it’s still just as rubbish. ✓ No longer accurate(I virtually NEVER write reviews anywhere, but . . .) Beautiful looking app. Has been my go to weather reference on the main screen of my iPhone for a number of years now. All other such apps have been relegated to a WEATHER folder way back on the third screen. BUT in recent months I have noticed that the forecasts have been significantly different from what was predicted on local Tv stations. So I started comparing it against the forecasts on THE WEATHER CHANNEL app. Those matched the local Tv station predictions, which again was a stark contrast to this app. I travel extensively for my work to major cities all over US and Europe. And I have been checking up on this everywhere I go. Pretty much the same disappointing result. I do not know where this app gets its data from, but I simply cannot not trust it anymore. ✓ A lot to like; one critical omissionThere’s a lot to like about this app, and I’ve been using it for at least 6 years. After all this time my one complaint still remains: the weather data isn’t quite detailed enough to be helpful when there is a pending weather event. For example, our forecast shows 90% chance of snow but I have to use another app to see if that snow event will yield just flurries or if it’ll be a crippling blizzard. Same with rain; you can see the likelihood of rain when it’s in the forecast but can’t tell if it’ll be drizzle, or torrential rain and flooding, or something in between. Would love the ability to see these details in the weather, even if I have to tap through to a new screen to get it..JP_SykesVersion: 4.09

✓ Wrong days showing, useless appWhen checking the weather on a Monday the following day is shown as a Thursday then Friday and so on. I have emailed a description of this problem to the support email contact twice now and have not received any response nor has this problem been corrected. ✓ Was a good appOver the past few months I have noticed that the app gives ridiculous temperatures. For example, the forecast for next week is showing that daytime high will be 36 Celsius and the overnight temperature will be -32 degrees Celsius. This is happening on a continuous basis. When I compare this apps temperatures to other weather apps, this app is always off. I liked this app because it allowed you to delve into the forecast over a 12 hour period. It could be an excellent app, and I would upgrade my rating to 5 stars if the following were done: (1) Make the size of the time adjustable. ✓ I have a questionSo... I just got this app, but it’s kinda strange, and hard to understand. Also, I am in Colorado, USA right now, and it seems to think that I’m a little bit off the coast of Africa. I’m not quite sure if users can just input cities if they want to, or if it’s just unprofessionally made, but, I searched for Manhattan, New York, NY, USA, and there were two “Manhattan”s in New York, But one of them was written with a lowercase M, like this, “manhattan” I wasn’t quite sure what to say about that. I tried searching some cities at one point as well, and there were a few cities that did not show the city overall, but showed things like airports or hotel’s there. Please respond, I’m very confused.
