But must say that an update is now well over due for those who have been using LCP for a long time. New brushes are need 100%, a favourites bar for the brushes when using more than one type repetitively, and to be able to manipulate colours to other directions if possible but really most of all just new brushes please please please I know I speak for others as well as myself. ✓ Fantastic app,This app is really good quality and provides great graphics whilst having fun, the designs and colours available are fantastic with unlimited designing possibilities. However as I was using the app (well messing around a bit) I changed the language to French. Being the default language, English, I expected to be able to change the language back to English but with my surprise, unbelievably there was 7 little circles with other languages not including English. So then I am stuck with using French in the app and cannot change it back to English. So another option is to contact customer services or re-install the app! ✓ ***** Five Star ProductThis I feel is one of the best pieces of content I have purchased for my iPad. Check Infinite Dreams' website for the video trailer that does a superb job of presenting the product, very professional. From a presentation stand-point, the interface is clean, simple and well designed, the blurred out background and soothing ambient noise all add to the very stylish interface. Diving straight in and creating my first pottery piece was great fun.... wasn't really sure what I was doing and initially was waiting for a tutorial to kick in, but to be honest, it doesn't need one. It is fairly straightforward how shape and sculpt the clay to form pieces and this is fine, but I am not the most imaginative and creative of people. so I was a little concerned how long I would stick to playing this, but with two different game modes... the free form as mentioned plus a mission based requirement to create pieces to order is fantastic. I think this title should be very appealing to fans of games like Zen Bound and should definitely be considered for purchase and it really makes great use of the iPad screen size with its photorealistic graphics. But what I love is creating a piece and once you have painted and decorated it, you can sell the piece in the game virtual auction house and how satisfying to watch the prices steadily rise until the hammer goes down. As you sell your pots you can purchase more and more fantastic patterns, the more patterns and colours and ornaments the better your prices. As others here have mentioned it would be great to have the ability to go back and look at previous pots you've created and see what they fetched at auction as often my kids want to be able to see their previous creations but also want to play the game and sell their pots! It's a shame that the app only email very small pictures of the pots since if these were full res shots I could then save all my previous creations in a Flickr Gallery or similar. Perhaps you could also consider setting up a Flickr Group to which users could submit their creations? :).Version: 0
✓ Brilliant, love it!!A brilliant idea, very well thought out; and, as far as I know, a unique game. You simply spin your own pot on a virtual wheel, fire it, and decorate it using an amazing variety of styles. Celtic, Greek, Japanese, (Native) American, even Neanderthal, to name a few, are all included. You sell your work to earn coins to buy the colours and designs. There are additional styles to buy for small sums (99p); including some lovely designs from the makers’ native Poland. I am totally addicted and love playing! For someone who normally just wants to do her own thing, I love the fun and challenge of the quests (commissions). The initial quests help you get started and buy your first designs. There is plenty of time to do your own thing as well. The only drawback is that you need to be on Facebook to sign into and take part in the forum, and show your work off to other players/artists. You can still look at others’ amazing work on the forum. The after sales support I also found to be prompt and helpful; in fact, I think it’s the first time anyone has bothered to reply to my query! ✓ Wonderfully RelaxingThis really is a great way to spend time relaxing. The time flies by and most importantly there is NO STRESS :-) I really enjoy trying the make the specific pots as requested. A couple of minor changes I would like to see would be to be able to pinchzoom on the photos of the requested pots (those of us with failing vision find it a little difficult to see the finer details on such a small photo). Also I feel the perspective change when you tilt the pad is the opposite to what I expect. If I tilt the top of the pad towards me I would expect to see to top of the pot not the bottom and visaversa (this has no impact on app at all, it just feels wrong and ruins the illusion form me... maybe an option to reverse it)..Version: 0

Which pot to sell and which to loose forever is becoming a real challenge but it's great fun waiting to see how much a pot sells for and seeing the total of coins rise. Everyone at work thought the graphics and the concept was amazing and some had a go too. One thing I'd say is that it took a while for me to figure out that I had to sell my first pot in order to get the SHOP icon to appear so that I could buy my first colour. Once that was figured out, I was on my way. So that's my lunch breaks handled for the foreseeable future. First, I would really love a way of storing favorite shapes once they have been “fired” so I do not have to try recreating them if I want to try a different decoration scheme. This is a brilliantly designed app- highly intuitive layout, no ads, keeps you not just focused but totally immersed in the process of designing and decorating your own pottery. We have spent whole evenings as a family having pottery competitions! The incentive to sign better pottery to unlock additional features is a superb life skill. One suggestion- would it be possible to save artwork of all created pots in a pottery portfolio/album which also shows how much it was sold for? The user could then share the image with friends much later, keep it or simply delete it. If the images were saved and synced with iPhoto, even better! (currently once pottery has been sold there is no way of seeing it ever again and we would like to refer back to previous creations). I love the realistic look, especially right after firing the clay, no marks or cracks in the sculpture ever look the same, there is so many cool patterns you can make even using the same brushes and slightly overlapping them to change the look! The only thing I wish you would do is make the shaping a little more intricate so I can make smaller and more indentures in the sides to make more interesting pieces! I’ve found that using certain brushes result in the highest value of pot, not necessarily the fanciest or more adventurous designs, so it can get a little dull if you’re trying to build up funds to buy more extras, I’d thought that the more extravagant patterns and expensive extras would give bigger ‘profits’ when watching the auction. I do find the game addictive and relaxing but I’m rapidly running out of things to buy, so I’m hoping that the developers bring in new things. Also it’s a pity you can’t have more than one ‘ornament’ option on a pot, such as a handle and a lid. ✓ Fantastic Virual pottery has never been so fun!I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with this. It’s relaxing, fun and a very unique experience. You basically start with a rotating cylindrical lump of clay that you shape with your fingers. When you are done you fire the pot and it’s ready for the auction. What makes this cool is when you sell your creations at auction you can buy new brushes and materials so you can paint them and sell them for even more! Another excellent feature is the virtual email system where you have orders from people with a photo attached so you can create what they have asked for. Instead of selling these you send them the finished product for their comments. I would love to see this arrive on iPhone, also as a future wish I would like to see some more modeling tools perhaps and more brushes, glazes etc. I also think it would be great to see some community based features, like selling your creations to people perhaps also through an auction, maybe vote on the best vase of the week or something? It's even making me want to take lessons in real life! Of course it can't be perfect so I have two things to say about it.
