✓ Great appA brilliant app for anyone who wants to keep up with the footballing world. Provides news, scores and stats in a simple and sleek way, perfect for glancing over what’s going on. Only issue I have with it is that the screen’s position seems to ‘jump’ up and down what I’m scrolling through (I assume this is as adverts load in). It is frustrating, especially when I’m trying to read something. Also, a dark mode would be nice....Version: 13.8
✓ Giving information I haven’t asked forI am a Celtic fan and as the one football app used to sponsor Ryan118 I subscribed I stating I only wanted to hear news about Harrogate Town the club I support in England it was wonderful getting team news score updates etc but in my subscription I stated I wanted to hear Celtic news but not get Celtic score updates as i subscribe to Celtic tv who show the Celtic game hours after the game, however even though I have stated on my preferences I don t want to know the Celtic updates, spoilers of the Celtic game come through, not appriciated or wanted..Version: 16.14.1

✓ Love the new lookI think the new overhaul made the app’s look much cleaner. But I think having the teams in the same line in the Games section would’ve helped the user grasp more information. Having the teams below each other with a very faint line separating the matches requires slightly more time to understand what’s going on. Every UI uses a single line to depict the fixtures for a reason. It’s not like more information is being displayed with the extra space each fixture gets. Now it also takes more scrolling to see the future matches. I hope this feature is reverted back. Besides this, I think the app is much better..Version: 14.0.2
✓ Good app but one thing wrongThis is great app but I think the live ticker system is much more in depth for games in the premier league than the other top 5 leagues, for example, even for a small game like Huddersfield vs Cardiff, they give in depth descriptions for what is happening while in La Liga for example, small games get commentary like “corner conceded. Villarreal.” Or “ Goal. Getafe. Left footed shot into top corner” This commentary is frankly boring while in the peen the game I mentioned before gets stuff like descriptions of the buildup to the goal and there is more emotion in the commentary. It’s just a little complaint not a big deal..Version: 12.6.2

✓ Amazing football news appYou need to get this app because it tells you the scores for your national team and premier League team! I was happy about Liverpool winning Newcastle 4-0 and Liverpool winning man Utd 3-1 as you can tell I am a Liverpool and England supporter. If you noticed the scores it means you know I downloaded this app in 2018. Although there have been a miss out that I think they need, they need who actually scored the goals. I also think they need the premier league score board. But anyway it is a great news app for football..Version: 12.6.2

✓ Great app, just one problemI’m not sure wether this is just for me or not, but I’m experiencing a glitch where half the screen is black and I can only control the half that is showing, meaning I can’t see a fair amount of the app. I’ve tried going on and off the app, and I’ve deleted it and re installed it again, but still no luck. ✓ Waiting for articles to loadI really like this app and would give it 5 stars but there is one problem. When I am reading the news articles, after about the first three that I read; I click on an article and then the page goes blank with the loading circle in the middle for a long time. Usually 2 or 3 minutes. I have had this app on two different phones and used it on countless different WiFi’s. So the problem is not my phone or internet connection. ✓ ExcellentI kept on seeing ads for this app on youtubers whom I watch often. I don’t know what I was expecting, but certainly wasn’t this. This app defied every single expectation I had for it. The articles were relevant to what I wanted to know about, and it gave me great statistics on the matches I watched. My only complaint is that the lower EFL leagues (1 & 2) aren’t available for following. But the following of those leagues is a lot smaller so I can understand why that isn’t a feature..Version: 12.6.2
✓ Suggestion for improvementI use this app nearly every day to check all the news of my favorite clubs Everton and Barcelona. I have all of the news from the local newspapers and online blogging sites from English sources(because my phones preset language is English), but I wish there was an option in the app to aggregate articles from multiple languages such as Spanish or French. There are many more articles and perspectives available for teams in for example, Spanish speaking countries that many people miss out on because they have a different default language set on their phone. One of the only thing I think the app could improve on is adding an option to include news outside of countries that speak the phone’s preset language like a multi-lingual option. I love how they mention the source and how legit the news is, rumors are rumors and news are news. Used to GoalDotCom user (which was horrible, biased, and only seeking profits) but now I’m way more satisfied with OneFootball. My only suggestion is giving the option of rating every player in the match and choosing the Man of the Match at least late in the game till after it for a while, this way users will less likely pick their favorite players despite their low form. The goal updates are faster than other apps I have used and the news on the home page is actual football news and covers an extensive range of leagues. Also, as a bit of a football stats nerd, the live statistics feature definitely make this app stand out. ✓ Great coverage, awful newsThis app is fantastic for keeping up to date with live matches in pretty much any competition, it’s easy to navigate between match days, the live league table and individual club records. My one problem with it is the home feed and the articles shown there. These are the most boring, dry, one dimensional articles I’ve ever read. Each one gives you next to no information and the style of writing is so difficult to read without rolling your eyes. If you want to get news about football, download twitter, subscribe to the Athletic or watch sky sports news. This is not the place for it. I’ll continue using this app though, because the match feed is absolutely unrivalled- I currently keep track of 6 teams and this is managed without any difficulty, and this is the reason I got the app in the first place..Version: 14.6

I’m a lifelong Borussia Dortmund fan, so I constantly need to check for the latest Marco Reus injury, and with this app I get notifications almost instantly. ✓ Good app but has issuesI’ve used this app for years, generally works well, but unfortunately recently it’s not been up to scratch. The team line ups are not always there on time and i find myself looking elsewhere to get the information. The live scores are sometimes stuck on a certain time, for example it would say a team is 1-0 in 37 mins where in-fact it’s 3-1 and the 75 min but for whatever reason it doesn’t update. The most frustrating one of all is if I’m scrolling on an article and an apple music advert is there, I don’t even have to touch it, it just opens itself and tries to get me to sign up for the music app. Then won’t close! ✓ It only gets better with time!!I really love using this app! There are some small stuff that I liked, which is the fact that they put the opening and closing tournament into one for Peru. I’m hoping they can do it for the rest of the leagues in the Americas. I also love how they keep adding more leagues and other preseason tournaments that aren’t even official. It makes it so much easier to follow than going on a social media app or the web and being bombarded with irrelevant posts and ads. It’s all set up in a simple and organized way. These sort of things are far more important for me than some of them other statistics on there. Also, its harder to quickly get to one of your followed teams or leagues quickly without searching it or clicking the ‘see all’ button on your profile tab, which I find an unnecessary update and makes the app slightly more frustrating to use. However, I have to address a couple things. For one, it would be nice if all of the teams on the app were well-accounted for and included all of the team members in the rosters. Great layout with sections for live matches, transfer updates and videos. Good notification system as well. However one small problem, with the lineups it often shows a formation that the team isn’t using. Of course the app does not know which formation the team will use but it will sometimes show a 4-3-3 when clearly it would be a 4-4-2. ✓ SO Helpful, but not too trustworthyOnefootball is a great app. They work so hard to give out news and I love the quirky style they use to tempt others to choose it. The notifications are right on time but a lot of the things they post, are untrue. Sky Sports Football is 100% True but Onefootball take stuff from some really unreliable resources and use it. During all football being off due to COVID-19, it has news stories from a parallel universe from around the world, and it is funny, but they are quite unrealistic. For example, they said that in Leicester v Chelsea this weekend, Chelsea fielded their under 9s and were dominant in the first half. Then they said that Vardy scored for Leicester and the decision went to VAR and it took 4 hours to make a decision. Yes, it was funny, but very unrealistic..Version: 13.9
