✓ Needs a real dictionaryThis is a great game. However, the word pool they draw from is completely random. Many real words are missing and many random, inconsistent forms of words are included/missing. Totally strange they don’t just use a real, modern dictionary. That is so annoying I’m looking for an alternative game..Version: 2.2.7
✓ Software issueRecent Apple updates have resulted in an inability to review the list of accomplishments and other select topics. As an example if I touch the podium to see who has the best score the only thing that happens is the noise it makes and then nothing. This is the same for both links. Hope you can figure out a repair. I do enjoy playing this game; so please do not take the 1 star seriously as I am only trying to catch someone’s attention. Thanks!.Version: 2.2.4
✓ Loved until...This game was awesome & addictive, worth 5 stars. Recently, however, I've noticed a lot more urban dictionary slang, and non-English words that aren't in common English use. It's frustrating & irritating to lose and find out that the key word was Turkish or Japanese....Version: 1.8.1
✓ FrustrationI enjoy word games so I had high hopes for this app, but there are some serious problems. First, if you correctly complete a game screen, filling each answer spot, the game automatically bumps you up to the next level of difficulty. You cannot stay at the level that best suits your ability. So, within an hour, I had reached my level of frustration. It wasn’t fun anymore. And there was no going back. Second, there is inconsistency in word validity, as others have noted. Words are not accepted when I know they are words. Occasionally proper nouns (names) are expected. Some suffixes are accepted but others are not. Some Greek is accepted but not others. Please fix #1. That is essential..Version: 2.1.1

✓ It could be betterI loved the original jumbline and this is just as good, especially with the extra games. However it could be better by adding some of the features from the first jumbline. E.g; when you tap a letter and it automatically moves to the end/right of the selection. I also hate the sound it makes when you've already got the word. ✓ What goes on here?!I'm puzzled. Oftentimes, here of late, when I tap on a word I don't recognize to bring up the definition I receive a readout stating no definition has been entered; maybe Wikipedia would have the answer. And like as not Wikipedia doesn't have a definition for the word. I would think that if a word has no definition, by definition it doesn't exist. It follows that a nonexistent word doesn't belong in the game. So what's going on here?.Version: 2.1.1

✓ Used to be goodNow it's full of foreign words, which would be fine if I were playing under non-English settings. For Pete's sake, there are thousands of 5, 6 and 7 letter words in the English language; the developers shouldn't have to resort to Japanese and completely made-up words just to make the game challenging. ✓ DisappointedI loved the original Jumbaline. I played it for years, competing against myself. I never tired or it. I really do not enjoy Jumbaline2. So many words are either foreign spellings or non-existent that it really isn't even worth the time to play. Sorry. You had a good thing but not now. I still have the old version but like a previous poster mentioned, I get the big white rectangle and have to reset after every word. ✓ Pretty fun, though sometimes frustratingI love the timed version where you have to find the (or ONE of the) longest words. Though it’s a major bummer to lose on a word that is so obscure that maybe one out of 1,000 non-scholars would know. For instance, I’ve lost on words like “Nutria”, “Fecund”, “Abseil”. Who knows those words? I would be less frustrated if there was some sort of feedback system. But there isn’t..Version: 2.1.7

✓ Good game butIt uses too many American short forms of words which are arcane or are not real words. Somehow it keeps telling me that I have got all the words in a group which covers the words and is very annoying. I can see when I have got all the 4 letter words and don’t want to be told so. Many well used English words are not included . Adding words seems possible but these words are never adopted..Version: 2.2.7

✓ SO DISAPPOINTED :(This game is a terrible disappointment. The original Jumbline is my MOST PLAYED APP in my phone, so I purchased Jumbline2 without hesitation, now I just want my money back. It's difficult to manipulate the letters, the submit button is on the right and can't be moved which is painful for me as I'm left handed. Can't believe developers released this app :(.Version: 1.7
✓ American spelling!!We could do with a British version of this. I found it very frustrating to continually have words turned down and others accepted because of the difference in the way we spell certain words. There are also numerous words obviously unfamiliar in America which are common in the rest of the English speaking world!.Version: 2.2.7
✓ Fun but IncompleteThis game is fun. However, some common words aren't allowed. In some cases proper nouns are used, but not in all. They use old words sometimes, but not all the time. If there is a word that has two spellings, a lot of times one isn't allowed. Many times I checked the dictionary to make sure I was spelling a word correctly, and found there were two spellings of the same word. They use scientific suffixes and prefixes, but again not all of them, especially if they are more common. Just know, it might get irritating when you know you spelled a word correctly, but it's not there. Otherwise an enjoyable word game..Version: 2.2.7
✓ UPDATE THE APP!!!I actually really like the way this word game is laid out - and I’ve tried a lot of word games. But the creators didn’t include so many everyday words that it eventually gets really frustrating to type in a word that is obviously a word and have it not be accepted. There’s a feature where you can “add a word,” but I’ve been “adding” words for years now, and none of them have been added to the game’s lexicon. However, there ARE many words that only a scientist or someone who just finished college level science classes and hasn’t yet had time to forget the terminology would ever guess except by trying letters together in logical but random orders. This is a game that Word people will want to play, not that Science people will want to play. Know your audience..Version: 2.2.7
✓ In need of fix!!!🤬I’m enjoying it for years but only 2 stars because it keeps nagging me asking to join the Game Center every single time I’m using the App while my Game Center is turned off. It’s a real turn off and wanting me to just discard the game.
