✗ Suddenly I need to pay again?I’ve used this for years - fab app, really reliable, and I use it to scan students work. I bought a premium copy of the app years ago as I felt it was worth the full price. All of a sudden the app has updated I’m being asked to pay a monthly subscription? Guess I’ll be going over to Google Lens which is not as good but which I’m not being asked to pay for, let alone twice..Version: 5.17.5
✗ Charged £90 in 3 daysThe app itself might be great, I don’t know as I didn’t need to use. I downloaded it looking for a way to help my boyfriend copy contract text faster. He downloaded it via iCloud (which normally means we pay for anything just once as “family”) and 3 days later we both got charged £45. My boyfriend ended up not using the app and we blissfully forgot about cancelling it. And somehow we got charged maximum annual subscription, but also BOTH of us. Tried to get a refund but Apple said no and also that they won’t explain why:) I mean come on guys! If you sign someone up by mistake - let them go! And don’t charge £90!!! It’s really really crap customer service..Version: 5.14.2
