Due - Reminders & Timers for Positive User Reviews

Feature Request...long-term and very happy user here. Have repeatedly returned to Due after trying other combinations...currently find Due + OmniSync the best for me...Due for almost everything and OmniSync for complex projects. Feature request: could you please implement logging of completed recurring tasks? I find it necessary to confirm date and time of these, and logging would help a great deal... Will post in reviews also... Thanks & Cheers, Tom.Version: 21.4

I Use This EverydayUse this for many things everyday and love it. The pestering reminders are priceless for those with ADHD..Version: 3.1.1

When you really can't forget somethingI use OmniFocus for "proper" task management, but for quick one-off reminders, or things that you really can't afford to forget, I love Due. Recurring, nagging reminders are terrific. For example, every month, it reminds me to pay rent. The alarm goes off, I'm not at a computer. I snooze it for an hour. It goes off again. I pay my rent, hit the "done" button, and the same task cycles forward a month. Simple but brilliantly effective. So useful, it's on my home screen. Get it..Version: 3.2

FantasticFantastic app. I run my life with Due. Have tried several other reminder apps. Due by far the best..Version: 2.0.2

Expensive, but so worth itI was looking for an app that can constantly remind me until I complete the task. The default reminders app didn’t quite work and I found myself forgetting time sensitive tasks. Due is very simple to use and does exactly what I need. I use it to remind me about my vitamins, exercises, bed time, watering plants, counting calories after the meal, or about payments. I like that you can mark the task done from lock screen. It would be nice add an setting to automatically mark the task done after midnight, for daily tasks..Version: 22.5

FantasticI've tried so many reminder/calendar/omnifocus type apps but I use this one all the time. It has helped me a lot, especially with the persistent alerts. Just one thing, PLEASE update the macOS version to look similar to the iOS version. And with larger text? Thanks!.Version: 3.2

This app would have received a 5-Star review if…UPDATE: The developer responded to my complaint, and corrected the bug. I now have everything unlocked again! I updated my rating to 5 stars, because as I mentioned below, this is an incredible app!! Tons of thanks to the developer!!! They had been honest from the get go. Signing up you’re given the impression that whatever you have access to upon purchasing, you will maintain after the first year’s subscription(included in the initial purchase) is expired, EXCEPT for the new features. I’m here to tell you this is a lie. Just a moment ago, apparently one year later exactly TO THE MINUTE, I noticed my widget for this app no longer works, and I must pay the annual premium to be able to use its widgets. I now regret recommending this app to the dozens of people that I have, I feel as though I’ve misled them in some way. I see that the developer reads this stuff. This app has literally been a lifesaver, and I will continue to use it because it’s helped me manage my ADHD so well. But the lack of integrity and transparency upon the purchase is really disheartening. I’m still giving it 3 stars, as opposed to the 1 I almost gave it, because it truly is an incredible app, and has helped me have a more organized life..Version: 23.2

Love itI use due to remind myself about everything in my life, bills, appointments etc. I love that it continually reminds you until you either mark as done or reschedule which is like having a 2yr old nag you until you give in and just give them what they want. I haven’t missed an appointment or paid a bill late since getting this app 🤣.Version: 3.0

Super coolWorks! Yeah, didn't find folders or categories to group reminders like you could do with Apple reminders App. But, it syncs perfectly well across devices (unlike the Applr one!), is easy, simpler and leaner to use than others like Wunderlist but at the same time more powerful when it comes to reminders (recurring etc). Not saying it's perfect, there's always a few things here and there you'd like differently or more but definitively NO regrets, am adopting it!.Version: 2.6.1

How on earth did I survive without Due?!Long story short: I love this app. I’m in the kind of business where people come at me from all angles asking me to do stuff, chase things up, call people back, complete small tasks, and up until now these things just went in one ear, and out the other. It took a good few weeks of practise but I’m now in the habit of adding absolutely anything I get asked to do, no matter how small, to my list in Due, and setting a deadline. If I don’t do it, I snooze it until I do, but either way my full task list is always there, and I no longer forget about stuff. Absolute life saver!!.Version: 3.0

Custom snooze now working again after updateEdit: Thank you for the response. The update fixed the issue..five stars again. Custom snooze not working...greyed or rather whited out, so can’t see how long when pulling screen down to adjust times. Pulling down on the bottom white part of the screen where there should be hours and minutes only gives the option of 2 mins, 2 days, 2 months..Version: 21.3

Almost perfectGreat app. Would be perfect if it had a widget feature which shows upcoming tasks and the ability to add tasks to repeat on certain days..Version: 3.3

5 starsThis app just gets "slicker and slicker" with every upgrade! If I could give it 10 stars I would! Thanks to the developers. Still awesome after all these years!! Last update with ios14, very buggy. Please fix I used this app a lot. Thanks.Version: 20.10

Fantastic appI’ve been using this app for just over a year and have just resubscribed to get access to the new widgets - but this is one app I’d willingly pay the subscription for even without new features. (Note: although it’s called a subscription , and will auto renew if not cancelled, you have permanently bought the add ins - so they are yours in perpetuity regardless of whether you continue to subscribe.) I have a handful of apps that just make my life and work so much easier and more reliable (eg. Dropbox, Calendars5, Hour Tracker) and this is right up there with them as one of my daily essentials. I particularly find the snooze function brilliant as I can finish what I’m doing before having to address the reminder - or easily move it forward to a new day/time..Version: 20.10

If it’s important to remember - due itA great app. If you have ever forgotten to do something this is for you..Version: 22.1

Saved my life =]I use it everyday, helps me remember to do everything.Version: 1.3.1

Due is my life’s short term memoryI always struggled with a place to put reminders or notes that I needed to remember. Due is that place. It capture anything in my day to day and reminds me right when I need it. The automatic date capture helps massively in natural typing..Version: 23.5

Excellent appI really love this app. I use it constantly for reminders. The new checklist widget is really excellent. However, it would be great if you could create another widget that is twice the size (i.e. 2/3 of the iPhone screen) or even a full screen widget. Then I could see more of my reminders, or use the bigger widget on my iPad..Version: 23.8

Best companion for someone with ADHDThis app has changed my life completely! I was diagnosed with ADHD back when I was 5. I’m now 26 and in the past few years I’ve been learning a lot about my disorder. Learning things like how to remember to complete tasks on time and how to prioritize them. I’m not gonna lie, I sucked at remembering anything no matter what I did. Hence, having ADHD. Though, since I downloaded the Due app, everything’s changed. It’s like your own personal assistant hired only to remind you repeatedly of your daily tasks and to keep you on track. It’s default setting is to remind you every 5 minutes of a task you need to complete/start and it won’t stop reminding you until you act on the notification. Example: I set the app to remind me to upload pictures of our new employees to our website. When it reminded me I was out grabbing lunch so I tapped the “+30 min” option so it would remind me again in 30 minutes. Then when I got back from lunch it reminded me again but I was busy talking to a co-worker at the moment. So then 5 minutes later it reminded me again and I had to tell the co-worker I needed to go work on something. When I was uploading the pictures it reminded me once again but this time I tapped the “Mark Done” option. I know it seems like it would get really annoying but if you’re a person who’s really forgetful, this app will change your life! Highly recommended!!!.Version: 3.2

A great way to push you if you’re a procrastinatorI found this app the most app that worked for me, I don’t have the most consistent job or routine so many to do apps have the underlying assumption that there’s a clear structure to the week. This app does a fantastic job at making that barrier to entry more realistic where we all can benefit from easily reprioritizing tasks if things move around, while also making sure you get reminded often, sometimes relentlessly to do what you might have snoozed. So that balance is something this app does that made me more productive..Version: 21.0

Confidence in life!I find that Due gives me confidence not to miss things. Even if I’m talking to someone with a phone on my desk, Due can buzz up at the right time to give me my ‘casual’ agenda without needing to touch the phone! Priceless! More importantly I just don’t miss things. Yes there are times are clog your phone up with buzzing, so 5-10 reminders accumulating, but that’s Just a case of being on top of deleting them the moment you feel the routine is in your memory or is negotiable in importance!.Version: 3.2

Still 5 Star - But Volume IssueSo I wanted to quickly rate this app. It is really good in the fact that it does bug you with the constant notification which you can setup for up to 10 times. In most cases now with my Apple Watch it keep up to date with all my reminders. The only issue which might just be me but who know is that the notification sound seems to be lower so you don’t always here it when you away from your phone (without the watch as well). Might just be a setup issue but I cannot find it. Overall though, concept of the app works really well. Recommended.Version: 3.3.1

My favourite appLots of apps try and be clever and force you down their perceived way of organising reminders, whereas Due has kept it simple, allowing the user to do so in a simple, reliable interface that is quick to use and can be counted on to alert. I use Due all day every day for routine and important reminders and I can’t recommend it enough..Version: 3.0.1

Works super wellExactly what I was looking for to switch away from calendar notifications and works great with Apple Watch..Version: 23.3

My Favourite Task Reminder AppI have tried so many reminder apps and nothing compared to Due. I struggle with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and have a difficult time staying on task or remembering what I need to do. I could not function without this app. Love it!.Version: 3.3.1

Better at nagging than my wife! This is the only app I have found that keeps me honest and ensures I get stuff done. Over the years I think I really have tried all the tasks / job manager apps. For the first time in all that time I finally have an app that makes sure I don’t forget anything. Thank you Mr/Ms Developer..Version: 22.0

I literally run my life out of here.Persistent reminders are such an absolutely killer feature. I don't exclusively use Due, I combine it with other apps more suited for other tasks. But for day-to-day, week-to-week, tasks that have to get done and are easy to let slip by, there is no better alternative. Essential app for any ADHD adult. And likely helpful for non-ADD people too. I wish the timers feature was a bit better - I do use other apps to track timers since the alerts for Due timers are just not noticeable enough for most things that require timers, and if you have other Due alerts stacked up, the timer alert can get completely hidden/eaten..Version: 22.12

Amazing app! DEFINITELY should buy! Only a few bucks.I use this app probably 5 to 10 times per day, every day. I get so busy as a college student and husband and a father of a two-year-old girl that I can get so distracted by one thing that I completely forget another thing that is also important. This app keeps reminding me until I actually get the task accomplished, so that is the primary way that it is better than simple alarms that my iPhone comes with. I can have it remind me every minute every five minutes every half hour every hour or once a week or once every two months; there are so many options. Buy it. You definitely will not regret it..Version: 24.2

Almost perfectLove the app -love the recurring reminders and the saved timers! App is almost perfect! Would love it if there was a widget and also options to have a reminder repeat multiple times a day :D.Version: 3.3.1

Simply PerfectI have downloaded and tried almost all similar apps. If you want the sweetest, simplest and most cleverly designed get this one. You'll use it all the time. It works brilliantly with the Apple Watch too. It may be minimalist but it is smart .. for that I love it! Great design whoever you are!.Version: 21.6

Fast, easy reminder entry and good recurrence / timing options.I’ve tried a number of reminder / task apps and while others do much more, most of the time that extra functionality just gets in the way. All I need is something to nudge me to do something, and keep nudging me until I acknowledge it. Due is perfect for this. Creating a reminder is quick and simple, and then it gets out of the way. Great!.Version: 3.1

Inspirarional!Due helps me focus on the important things when I am innundated with many things to take care of in a typical week. There is an interesting effect about writing down what to do and being reminded of it again and again as I sometimes end up not feeling like doing it. I may choose to delay it by an hour, three hours, or a day, but I actually end up doing the task eventually more than likely (I began to think more seriously about the power and benefits of writing down long-term goals and recite it every morning, too). Another huge takeaway from Due is its elegant design and intuitive UI and UX. I make a living as a programmer and often feel challenged or lost when trying to keep the UI clean and simple (Yes, I have enormous respect for those UI and UX designers who make this internet-driven, device-saturated 21st century a better, more livable place). I find Due a highly inspirational app especially for programmers..Version: 2.6

Amazing for people with ADHDThis app is a life game changer for me. Whatever reminder I set up, it notifies me over and over until I check “done.” I can snooze it or move it to another day. It’s way more helpful than a one time reminder. I use it for repeated daily things like plan my day, when I need to leave the house for an appointment, routine house chores like taking out the food waste every 2 days and don’t forget to eat lunch. I have ADHD and it helps me be on time for meetings or events and not forget important things. Just now, I got a reminder to take my medication. I went into the bathroom, got distracted, and forgot my med. Due reminded me again so I got back up and took it. I recommend this to many friends..Version: 24.1

Hi Due I ❤️ you!I have used so many todo apps. They all have their strengths. None nag like Due. At first I couldn’t quite imagine how this would help. But Due pesters in the simplest and smartest of ways. Sophisticated and elegant to use. It has transformed my ability to stay focussed. Due is now my trusted todo companion and I feel like we’ll be working together for some time come..Version: 3.1.1

IndispensableMost comprehensive alarm/timer app ever. I use it several times a day, every day. I particularly like the way it converts system reminders into Due alarms – means you can set a Due alarm by telling Siri to remind you of (something) at (some time). Not so likeable: sometimes an alarm acknowledgement takes time to percolate through to other devices..Version: 2.3

Great but needs calendar integrationThis is easy to use and has a good UI. However, it really really needs to integrate with calendar so it can show what’s also due today, otherwise I have to always check due *and* my calendar every time I need to check my schedule. Can we get this added? It doesn’t need to be editable, just visible..Version: 3.4.1

Good so farI am using the app on my phone and am loving it. However could greatly benefit from the Mac version (syncing). Just found it but had a question for the developer. The Mac version is quite expensive and the reviews are mixed, was hoping to get a trial before I buy. However as all the others said, no word from the developer. Not a good sign. Where are you???.Version: 3.4

Home page appWell thought out. Definitely a worthwhile spend to replace the inbuilt timer/click app.Version: 1.4

BrilliantFinally a reminder app that really works! Apple’s one is woeful and though I don’t usually pay for apps this one is totally worth it. Very easy to set reminders in a variety of ways, and the best thing is you just can’t miss them as they keep reminding you and you have to go into the app to make them stop rather than just swiping away (which just snoozes them item). Would recommend unreservedly..Version: 20.12

LCWWith a busy lifestyle, often it’s the little to do things, that one forgets.....not so any more, with Due. Downloaded the app only four days ago and I’m loving its, ease of use. Thank you Due3..Version: 3.2

My goto reminder systemBrilliant app loved it from day one, handles all my reminder requirements, so easy to use, no issues whatsoever and I never miss a thing!.Version: 3.1

Due for iOS 17Love the app and been using premium now since it was introduced a couple of years ago. Please can you add the feature where the user can add a photo to a reminder? This would be incredibly useful. Thank you.Version: 24.2

The app that helps be the mostThere are lots of reminder apps around. This one is simple to use if you just want a reminder to do something. Has good snooze settings. It’s easy to set and change and set again for the next day..Version: 3.2

The organization app I actually useI've tried using a calendar app or some kind of fancy to-do list, and while a lot of them are really cool I eventually give up on them cause they don't do enough for me for how much time I spend writing stuff down. The only exception is Due, which makes it so easy to set reminders that I don't even really think about it. The notifications give you a bunch of clear options on when your phone should bother you, and auto-snooze means it'll gently bug you until you get thing done. I've relied on this app for a really long time and I love it as much now as I did when I first started using it. Dev keeps on top of things too. Good stuff..Version: 3.0

Amazing! Thanks for supporting the smart widget on launch! One suggestion: making it more clear in the widget that events are actually due tomorrow and not today, but other than that, it’s perfect!.Version: 20.10

Can’t live without!I have had this app for years and learned recently how I absolutely cannot live without it! I recently turned it off while on a vacation. Got back and was super busy. Forgot to turn it on. Boy was that a mistake! I missed so many important items. Stuff that repeats weekly monthly quarterly annually you name it. Sometimes you forget how many reminders you need, and how many you have set up. I encourage everyone to support this app and purchase the upgraded version. It is super cheap and is a fantastic app. Most apps are so expensive and not useful. The creator really cares about this app as well… most apps never do fixes or listen to folks using the app trying to get help with problems. Not this creator. Always reading and fixing issues in updates. USE this app. PURCHASE the upgrade so we can all continue to save our lives and stay organized with these awesome reminders!.Version: 22.11

The only reminders app that worksWithout the constant reminders things get forgotten. This app revolutionises reminders..Version: 21.5

A convertUpdate 29 March 2022. Due is also available on the Mac. If you have one, don’t wait; rush to the AppStore and get the Mac version. It makes Due even better. Update 17 Sept 2019: I deleted the Apple reminders app from my phone. Now if I say “Hey Siri” (and what I’d like reminded) the reminder is added to the Due App. Nice upgrade to my still goto reminder app. I heard (Thanks to Kelly Gumont via the MacObserver podcast) about the feature that an entry can continue to remind you until the task is completed. I jumped in and purchased the app (admit that I was hoping it would be free with access to all the features via an in app purchase) and am happy I did. It is now my go to reminders app..Version: 22.4

DueDue is one of the best reminder apps that I have seen in a long time, super intuitive, great concept with all reminders flowing down the screen, the next reminder at the top and later as you scroll down. Brilliant! One thing I would like to see is the ability to backup to your PC or iMac, only iCloud or Dropbox are available. So frustrating (and expensive) when you have a 6 Terabyte drive available but unusable! Are subscriptions a conspiracy?.Version: 24.1

Indispensable for naggingProbably the one absolute 'must have' app on my phone. Depending on your needs, with Due, you can more or less give up on using the calendar if all you need is a nudge. It's packed with hidden features that still pop out and surprise me a year after installing. Overall, simply outstanding..Version: 3.4.2

One of the few indispensable appsThis app is probably the most used in my productivity portfolio. I use it for anything that I MUST do: take meds, call someone, check on something at work. It is so effective because it does one thing better than any other app I’ve ever found: it bugs the you-know-what out of you until you get something done. For example: I take medicine every day at lunch. But my lunch time varies, anytime between 11-1. I have a reminded set here for 11, and it reminds me again and again (based on an interval I select) until I mark it completed. So, at 11, it dings me. If I ignore it, or don’t hear it, or don’t have my phone on me, it will ding me again, and again, and again, until I mark it complete. This is the behavior I need. An app that reminds me once and then ends up in notifications is useless to me; I need constant reminding until I have the time and focus to mark it done. This will be the best $5 you spend in the App Store. I’ve been using it for years now, and, as I said in my review title, it’s indispensable..Version: 3.1.1

Overall a great appOverall I love this app. Easy to use and set reminders. Love that I can also link it to my phone. Just wish I could link a photo or file to the reminder.. eg bill, invitation etc. my only other wish is that the phone app had more options (eg. 1 day etc) when a task is due..Version: 3.2

Would be good to link photos to reminderBut overall a great app!.Version: 1.4

Excellent reminder app!Really great app, good design, does exactly what it needs to do. Tried other reminder apps, but none are nearly as good or well polished as this one. Well worth the money if you are after a good reminder app..Version: 1.2

Due is the best nagging reminder app!If you are like me, you need to be reminded constantly to do the things that are important to you. I always get distracted by something shiny but Due is there to remind me, repeatedly if necessary. The latest upgrade to the app makes it even more wonderful to use on a daily basis, making snoozing of reminders much easier and with more options. It’s still minimalist, which I like, but has just enough additional features to improve on perfection. Can you tell, I really like this app! I’ve tried practically every other to do list and reminder app, but none of them come close to being as effective a reminder to me and my procrastinator behavior. Due never gives up reminding me! And that's a good thing..Version: 3.0.1

My most used AppI used this app several times a day, every day. I use this app for a simple personal thing like buying milk and paying bills on time, birthday reminders, etc and for business reminders, like setting future employee review meetings and other complex reminders. The app is very easy to use and the snooze feature is awesome. The developer is constantly updating the app so it stays current and relevant. One feature request I would like to have is having integration with my google calendar for appointments (or any other calendar application for that matter) in just one entry. This would eliminate a double entry and work with two different apps. I hope the developer like this idea and use DUE on the next upgrade 😉.Version: 3.3

My MOST common & used app !!!I CAN NOT imagine being without this MOST amazing iPhone app !!!!!! It's recent features COMPELS me to write a review when I am the laziest person to write reviews !!!!.Version: 23.8

Very coolVery rarely leave reviews unless I’m seriously disappointed or seriously impressed. This is a very clean app. Love how easy it is to set tasks, edit tasks etc. You genuinely cant forgetting anything because the tasks don’t stop alarming. By that I mean, when you swipe the notification away because now’s not a good time, normally that would be it for other apps and you forget. But with this app you’re just ‘snoozing’ the reminder. It’ll remind you again, and again, and again until you say it’s done or you change the due date/time (though the snooze time is editable). My only criticism would be that it would be nice to have other colour themes to pick from because grey looks a bit drab and the only other option is white, but seriously - well done. Love this app..Version: 2.6.1

Best way to not forget anythingAwesome app..Version: 20.2

Great appSimple, effective, allows you to see all appointments, receive alerts and set repeat events..Version: 21.7

It's annoying, and that's why I LOVE it!Fantastic! I wish I had found it before. You won't forget or miss anything anymore. Definitely recommended (especially for ADHDers! ><).Version: 23.7

End date for repeatsHi, I’ve recently purchased this app and find it very useful and easy to use. One feature that would be helpful is to have an end date or number of times for repeats. An example would be for sports training that runs for a season rather than indefinitely..Version: 3.1.1

Love itDue is well designed, flexible, reliable and consistently updated. And I love its payment model, which is so refreshing in a world of almost universal subscriptions..Version: 21.10

Great designThe same core features as Due 1 but with a modernised interface; everything here has been carefully considered and it's a pleasure to use. Integrates well with other apps. UPDATE v3 This must be the oldest third party app on my phone that’s still in constant use. V3 looks great and brings some nice new snoozing features. This is app that has a small, but perfectly crafted, core feature set - it’s just brilliant..Version: 3.1.1

Safes my bacon on a regular basisGreat app, use it multiple times on a daily basis..Version: 3.4.1

FantasticThis is the first review I have taken the time to write. Of the countless of apps I use, the developers of this deserve the feedback and praise the most. This app is easy to navigate, works flawlessly with my Apple Watch and keeps me forgetting pretty much everything. The snooze functions are life saving and the repeat occurrence feature is amazing. The only fault is that the app doesn’t actually download reminders directly from my brain. Occasionally I forget to put reminders and tasks into the app and then I don’t do them. So maybe in version 4.0 they could have some sort of brain hook-up that just takes the reminder of the task or appointment I have right from my brain the moment I have it...? Just an idea. Aside from that I can’t recommend any tweaks or changes I would make. Five enthusiastic stars..Version: 3.0.1

Fabulous if it just…I love this app…I was using Alarmed and it was one of the top 3 apps I use on a daily basis…a HUGE part of everything I do daily and hourly. However with the new update and some inconsistencies I was experiencing I had to search for something new. This interface is so easy to use and EXACTLY what I need EXCEPT…I used mine for EVERYTHING…lists, errands and even scheduled reminders but I had a place to write notes within my reminder and this was a key feature. For instance…Errands as my reminder and then I listed out my errands to do in the notes, homework…listed out each piece of the assignment, groceries…my list that I needed and I could view it as needed while I had my reminder open. This is where I feel like I may be toggling between 2 apps and I don’t want to do that but since I paid $6.99 I feel it’s wasteful not to use this app…I’d really say 3 1/2 stars because of that issue. If you have a few words for your reminder and nothing more…go for it..Version: 21.13

Could not be betterThis is one of my favourite apps. I use it all the time. I concur with other reviewers. What I like best is the fact that the reminders pop up on my lock screen at set intervals until the tasks are completed and I delete them so there is no way I can forget or avoid them. Reminders are easy to set up and can be as easily edited. My efficiency has increased significantly..Version: 3.1.1

SuperbIt can gently remind or mercilessly nag when that is needed - whichever way is up to you. It works for me. Simple and effective..Version: 1.8.3

Remind me to write a review about Due!With this app you’ll never forget anything that’s really important ever again. Just add it to Due and it will be taken care of. There are so many nagging options so use this app with attention. I don’t add all my reminders to it, although that is an option too. Just the ones that are important one-offs plus some simple repeating tasks. The app now has the best subscription model available. Pay a small amount for a year and whatever new is added before your subscription runs out is to keep, even if you decide not to renew. I am looking forward to some cool things being added to this app in the near future. New Shortcuts have just been added. Great. I must also mention the Watch app. It’s so useful. Every time Due wants to remind me of something I get a tap on my wrist. Again, and again, and again. I can mark the task off, snooze it, or reschedule it. I can also set a task from my wrist if I feel like it. This app is THE best at what it does. I am very happy that I can support this developer with a small subscription each year..Version: 20.5

Fantastic - makes life easier!I love this App, it is definitely the most useful & most used App on my phone. I need to bring order to the chaos of my modern life, which is often characterised by poor time-management skills & a desperate attempt to juggle everything... this is the solution! I am hugely grateful for any App that can help me manage my life better, & also love being able to customise just about every conceivable setting to get the results you need. This is a definite improvement over the default Apple reminder offering & also beats the competition hands down! The App has received some great updates & features, so I’m encouraged that it will be well maintained. I’d love to see an update add a feature to optionally colour-code entries in your list; the addition of a translucent background colour could serve to categorise reminders without the need to navigate separate lists. Definitely the best!.Version: 3.0.1

Can’t live without this appI use this app for quick things I want to get done, and then repeat it daily/weekly/monthly ~i.e. daily meds or weekly bathroom clean. For weekly bathroom clean, you could set it to repeat every Saturday at 9am no matter what. Or set it to repeat at exact time of completion such as exactly one week out from complete day. The swipe gesture to complete a task is so satisfying. Swipe it away, and next week it’ll be there again to remind us to clean bathroom. The postpone window is also quick and easy. Not ready to clean at 9am?! ~just let the reminder sit there if you want and all your reminders form a todo list. Or, you want to postpone it until 3pm so it’s farther down your list?! Click into it and quickly pick predefined times such as 3 PM or 6 PM or 9 PM. Much quicker gestures compared to all the other reminder apps. It’s so simple and elegant like I said it’s very satisfying to use..Version: 21.7

DueI use Due every day! It keeps me organized..Version: 3.3.1

Dependable Alarms That Keep Pestering You!I basically run with busy life as a parent and software architect with Due. I love how it keeps reminding you until you mark a job as done or choose to actively defer it. The watch app makes this super convenient and simple too. The interface is straightforward and usable. The cloud sync works well, keeping updates rapidly synced across my iDevices. It’s like my own Executive Assistant and it’s awesome..Version: 20.1

Great app!The best reminder app available. I’m really enjoying this app, it’s beautifully designed, easy to use, and so convenient to have. The snooze function is what I really appreciate. I’m not sure if it’s a glitch but sometimes reminders don’t turn on if I’m streaming video or music, after I close out on whatever I’m doing, I get a bunch of notifications all at one time. Hopefully that can be fixed. I’ve been using the Alarmed app by Yoctoville, and I’ve been looking for an alternative- this app fits the bill and I’m so glad I found it. The only thing I wish it had is a greater selection of sounds to choose from since I like to associate different reminders with different sounds (saves time not having to look at my phone every time I have a reminder). Please consider including such sounds as musical instruments, animals, and human voices (like the Alarmed app), I would definitely pay extra for additional sounds. Also, it would be great if you could pause a reminder. Thank you and I look forward to future updates. Keep up the great work!.Version: 22.2

**love** the appI have one app I had been using but it is unbearably slow to use on a regular basis. It did not do that when I first got it. It has slowed over time. I do not think it is my phone because all my other apps work at a decent speed. That is the only one but unfortunately, it is the one I use the most. My phone timed out before it finished what I would set it out to do! That is unacceptable to me. I have asked repeatedly to get help on the issue and got nothing. Bad juju. I notified them that I was going to look elsewhere for a more timely app. I will no longer be using that app now that I found this one. I do not mind purchasing a product if I get my needs met, within a reasonable cost, just not a ‘monthly’ or ‘yearly’ or whatever fee. I hate the auto deduction from my account. There are so many features to this app!! It just keeps getting better as I continue to use it. 🥰.Version: 20.1

Great app!!I’ve tried almost every reminder app out there and this by far is the BEST! Would just like to see a couple of things...is it possible to turn the actual reminder red instead of the little side bar, I’m thinking that would definitely stand out more for an ovdrdue reminder. And, instead of continue to show the current date with tomorrow’s reminders showing could you just put tomorrow at the top and then switch to that current date the next day? Also, possibly consider putting the times that the reminders are due to the side or right under the reminder, that would help be able to just glance to see when your next one is due. Thank you for continuing to update this excellent app!.Version: 20.10

DueBest time management app- had it for years , no regrets.Version: 3.2

Wouldn’t be without DueThis is an invaluable tool for reminding me of the things that must get done each day to keep life on track. Still great after multiple years of use and always getting better. Highly recommended..Version: 23.1

The BestI don’t normally write reviews for app but this one is an exception. Due is exactly what I needed. A fast and easy to use reminder app. I don’t need anything complicated like different folders or sections. I just need a list of reminders and I need the app to work perfectly on my phone, ipad and most importantly my Apple Watch that will remind me when it matters. Due check all those boxes. My favorite feature is that the smart language is extremely powerfull while supporting multiple languages (I can write ‘tomorrow’ or ‘demain’ which is french for tomorrow and both will work) and it takes me only a mere second to create a new reminder. I can also snooze or report a reminder easily with the little menu either from notification or on my phone or Apple Watch. If you run your life with reminders like me then Due is a most have. Give it a try and stick with it for a couple of days and you’ll never go back to your old app or workflow..Version: 21.10

Great app, but..For an app that makes you remember things, it does its job pretty well. However, I don’t JUST use my phone. I use my macbook too. And if a reminder goes off while my phone is on silent, I don’t see it. There is a mac app for Due that allows syncing and notifications, but it hasn’t been updated in 2 years (yeah you read that right: 2 years). It has a very rough design and syncing is still very inconsistent and doesn’t work every time. I just really really really wish that the macbook app was, at the very least, updated and modernized. 2 years is way too long for an update (especially for a mac app that costs 10 dollars). Is this app great? Yes, the iphone app is great. That’s why I gave it five stars. But the mac app needs an improvement, and helping the mac app also will help the iphone app, since many users are invested in the ecosystem. It would drastically improve our user experience..Version: 20.7

Nags you until you get it done!!I’ve been looking for an alternative reminder app as my previous one stopped working once I updated my iPhone to iOS 17. I wanted an app where it could keep nagging me until I’ve ticket the reminder off and I couldn’t find any with the option except for this app. I am so glad because I literally need this for my daily life since I have ADHD and I’m so forgetful so this is beyond blessing. Highly recommend this app!! It’s not a must it’s a NEED!! A+.Version: 23.9

Great appI use this every day to remind me of all the little things that can be so easy to forget. The app has all the features I need. But it would be good if the app could set recurring reminders for specific days of the week Eg. 9am on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Instead I have to set up three different reminders on each of those days to repeat weekly for the same thing..Version: 3.2

The BestThe most user-friendly, easy to configure yet feature rich app of its kind within a very crowded space. Highly recommended. Should offer a better once-only purchase instead of the subscription on the App Store..Version: 21.13

Critical AlertsLove the app but it is a shame you can’t choose Critical Alerts by individual reminder as most reminders are not critical and having every single one as critical makes the new functionality unusable. Hopefully the next release will provide that option. Cheers..Version: 23.1

FINALLY!A simple app, that does what it says. Laid out in a minimalistic way, and gives me all the info I need! Easy and fast too use. Doesn’t shove ads or a membership in my face. And I love the snooze feature! If I miss my reminder, it will hassle me for the next 30 mins with constant, yet not annoying notifications! Just fantastic!!🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼.Version: 21.1

Fab reminder app. Some are moaning about previous versions being better but I find as a new user that is fantastic. I work in a busy retail shop and have at least 10 important jobs to do each shift. This app really works for me. Changing snooze times is great and also the fact it's not a continuous sounding alarm meaning it will sound then go off for a preset reminder also meaning you don't have to physically turn it off. However, since the majority of your alerts are between 1 & 4 seconds it would be better to reduce the snooze time perhaps to sound every 15 seconds, purely because the alerts are so short you could miss them..Version: 3.3.1

Great appThe app is awesome, the developer seems to really care and I hope the app will be around for a long time to come. I'm not a fan of subscriptions and appreciate the upgrade pass model, paying for upgrades you feel are worth while or passing if not, but being able to keep all previously paid for features permanently. My only concern is if I subscribe and then immediately unsubscribe kinda of a paid upgrade its good for a year, but I have seen complaints involving other apps where customers are having trouble unsubscribing and continued to be billed. I'd love to see a onetime lifetime payment option offered, and would seriously consider purchasing if offered. Anyhow keep up the great work, and if for any reason the app can't be maintained, I hope Apple would consider purchasing Due and keeping it around, it's that good. The app continues to improve and impress me. I have one request, in the timers section would it be possible to add days, months, and years and custom time picker like 360 days? It would work sort of like a timer reminder. Really appreciate this app, great job..Version: 23.9

Great simple appEasy to use app for quick and dirty reminders when you need them. Simple interface makes it more likely you'll actually use it..Version: 1.3.1

Fantastic fast reliable UI with best feature set of any to-do app! This app is basically almost perfect. I’ve been designing consumer product user interfaces for 35 years - and whenbthe iPhone first came out and first batch of “to do” apps came out they all frustrated me like crazy. I would check once a year and still be disappointed by all of them. Then about a year ago I discovered Due and I’ve been using it every day completely seamlessly since ... sorry it has taken me forever to write this review. I don’t want to reiterate the key features and benefits - those are described very well by Due - I just to add that it is rock solid, reliable, fast performing, and completely intuitive UI that uses the available screen real estate to minimize the conceptual and mechanical complexity of using all the most common features. I use this app as a teaching example in excellent UX and UI design and to use as positive model in teaching task analysis. Bravo team Due!!!.Version: 3.1.1

This app is really top quality and probably the best of its kindThis app is really top quality and probably the best of its kind — with two easy changes I would give this app 5 stars. If it allowed a back up that could be imported to restore all the reminders into the app rather than just a text file, and if it let you choose more friendly colors that ack and white — like and earthtone green and/or other more pleasant colors. That said this app lets you set reminders and makes it as easy and seamless as possible— it also lets you add alarms to your reminders and the small price for it all is very much worth it, and they don’t charge you a subscription like some apps so you get what you pay for — you can get future features after a year with a subscription which seems reasonable to help them develop for it, but it being unlocked once you buy it is important. There’s a lot of other details I haven’t mentioned here, but definitely just try the app out for a bit and see what you think of it Edit: The developers responded to this post about how to back up data, which I appreciate — that said I would like to be able to back up my data locally to be restored later locally on my computer or elsewhere as I prefer to keep my data off the cloud. If this can be added it would be greatly appreciated and I would update this review.Version: 23.2

Really quick and easy app!Excellent app that keeps me on track.Version: 22.3

So far so good!I’ve only been using this app for three days. But the past three days have been the most productive in months. I love the gentle alarms and the ability to have them remind me as often as I choose; without being overwhelmingly annoying. I’ve tried to create similar schedules/lists on my own in the past, but I’m usually instantly irritated by the alarm which hinders my desire to complete the task. Even when I’m doing nothing, I can’t stand interruptions, and this app provides such subtle, yet insistent reminders, it’s as if I want to please it, because it’s so “polite.” Seriously. I also really REALLY LOVE being able to pull the widget onto my home page, so I always know my next task at a glance. (I just discovered this was possible because of this app,) I’ve tried a few other apps in the past too, and this is the first one that I find myself responding to. It’s uncomplicated; which eases set up, and thereby does not frustrate me into “trying again later” as is usually the case. I love everything about this app so far! Thank you!!.Version: 21.9

The most useful app on my phoneAs someone who tends to forget everything due to busy life this app is the best I’ve found for keeping me on track it’s simple and just keeps reminding you until you have done it. Great app and thanks to the creators as it’s the best app I have on my phone.Version: 23.9

My One and Only reminder appDue is extremely customizable, and it not only reminds you of whatever task you set, but does an excellent job in making sure you don't mark it „done“ until it’s actually done. With a click, you can snooze it, or reschedule it. I have been using Due for years now and happily pay for the yearly subscription pass - it’s dirt cheap for what you get and I want to support a developer who not only has the skills to think through and build in pretty much all aspects of what I would want from a reminder app, but keeps working on and improving it. Thanks so much!.Version: 24.1

It's GoodVery easy, Very simple, Very good.Version: 2.1

Highly RecommendedVery handy, very easy. It's now an extension of my brain! I look forward to the day that computers will do all my mundane thinking for me!.Version: 1.3.1

One of the best!I am now totally organized! Love the gorgeous clean interface. Love the simplicity and the fact that it does exactly what it promises. Love the fact that there are no added and unnecessary elements. FAQ in the settings from the developer about what is included and why is a real bonus..Version: 1.4

DueThis is great but I lost ALL my reminders when I had to restore a backup to my phone. Really annoying. Please put in a PRINT function so I can print them all out just in case..Version: 20.1

New zealandGreat app for someone like me with brain injury. Only complaint is that you cannot change template colour from blue..Version: 1.4

Keeping it simpleThis is a simple application that does what it says. Great for jotting down quick reminders and incorporating it with badges and alarms. I personally think a little on the pricy side considering what it offers but otherwise a great app..Version: 1.4

Great tool for ADHDThis app is amazing! It helps me keep important tasks in view so I can check several times a day to see what I may have otherwise lost sight of. With Daily Recurring Tasks, I can check each task off for today, and it will pop up for me again tomorrow. NOTE: At first I had set each task with audible alarms and snooze timing, but soon learned that drove me crazy since I use Due for so many different tasks. Now, just the time-sensitive tasks are set that way and I set mundane tasks without alarms or snooze - that way they just pop up on a list of Due items and I can quickly mark several of them done throughout the day without as many nagging reminders. I also love being able to delay the timing for tasks if I’m running behind. If you’ll take the time to understand each of the features and options I think you’ll love this app, too!.Version: 24.1

A great productThis app is now my primary source for upcoming and repetitive actions. It is very easy to use and works well..Version: 3.1.1

Pure MagicI have been an iOS user for many years now. Last December I found out about Due. It so seamlessly fills the gaps on reminder updates that I seriously can’t live without it. Why Apple doesn’t just buy this app and enter integrated into their OS I’m not sure. It truly is useful. There hasn’t been many applications that I’ve recommended to all my friends and family, until due. I have slowly been moving my random reminders into here, and it’s great. I love the fact that you can set a repeating reminder and check it off only when it’s done. Have a dentist appointment in six months? Add it to due. One of you reminded each day to do something and only check it off when it’s done? Put it in due. Have a meeting at work? Outlook will remind you 15 minutes before the meeting, then your head is down working on other things and the meeting comes and goes. Now I can alert myself every minute and coast all the way till The last moment to get into the meeting. Game changer for this procrastinator. Thank you developer for doing this..Version: 22.1

Due app satisfactionThis app only gets better as the few minor bugs get resolved. It's never let me down and is very reliable.Version: 23.9

The best reminder app, bar none.Killer feature: Auto-snoozing reminders; pings you gently at set intervals (1-60 mins) after the due time is reached so you don’t forget a task because you were busy when your alarm went off. Would love to have: Recurring timers that could be set as [(last day of month) - (X days)].Version: 21.7

The BEST reminder appI’ve been using this app for years, and it has never left my home screen. It’s simply the quickest, easiest reminder app. The nagging notification is the key to its brilliance though. Auto snooze and quick adjustments help me organize my day. Having it buzz my Apple Watch as well it the icing on the cake. The subscription fee seems very reasonable as well..Version: 21.4

Such a helpThis app has been a lifesaver for me. I have an incredibly poor short term memory. If I put a reminder into Due right as it comes to mind It cuts way down on my forgetting to do things. When it’s time to complete a task or go to an appointment it chimes at me until I press complete ☑️. Many times it takes 4 or 5 cycles of chimes for me to get something done but I guarantee without the app I would have completely forgot what I was supposed to do..Version: 20.1

LiseEven though I was a bit wary of paying for something without trial. I was very pleased with app. It is one of the most used apps on my phone Thanks.Version: 23.9

Still indispensableAfter so many years, Due remains one of my core apps — and it keeps getting better. On iOS, watchOS, macOS, and iPadOs..Version: 24.1

This app saved me from depressionWhen someone close to me died four years ago, I felt like I couldn’t keep my thoughts straight. I didn’t want to do anything, even things I liked, and I didn’t have the energy to do much more than exist. A friend then recommended this app in an unrelated conversation. My difficulties with attention and organization improved very quickly, and now I can’t think about living without this app! I owe you guys my life. Even though I’m still periodically depressed, I have an easy way to stay on track when my mind just can’t figure it out the old fashioned way. 🙂.Version: 23.5

Can’t be without itI’m always trying to find apps to help me organize my ADD brain and there’s no shortage of those. I have tried various apps over the years and they ended up sitting on my screen unused...until I downloaded Due. Believe me when I say, I cannot be without it. I’m a huge list maker and have to write everything down or I’ll forget it. That’s where Due comes in. I write down what I need to get done later that day or the next day and it reminds me. Get this though... I can write down a reminder for months ahead of time! What other app lets you write a quick reminder in 2 seconds that you can actually depend on?! This app is a game changer..Version: 3.4.2

Almost perfect!Fantastic app, I use it constantly. Functions well and very nice to use. My only complaint is a small one - I would like to be able to pick more snooze lengths, I find the current options of 1 minute or 1 hour too short and too long. Other than that, a must have app.Version: 1.2

Love this AppI love this app. I use it everyday. I could not find a helpful reminder app that worked the way I wanted. So I would put all my reminders in my calendar. This was difficult to mange and cluttered my calendar. With Due I can quickly put even the most basic reminders in easily. It is so easy to create, delete or forward the reminder. Like I said - I love it!.Version: 21.4

Just what I wantedGod some people would moan if there ........ Was on fire, really this apps does what it says it will do DO REMINDERS SUPER QUICK !!! I've brought some others and tried apples but they are cumbersome. I wanted something I could do with as little fuss as possible and this is the best so far. Not all the bells and whistles but suits me down to a T..Version: 1.7.4

Use this app religiouslyHave been using Due for a number of years. So much better than a ToDo list or calendar reminder. Due never lets me forget a thing and I accomplish so much. I got into the habit of entering events in Due the second I know about them. By doing this, I never miss an appointment, payment, birthday or any event. Due does not let things just pass by undone. At the end of day I am not stressed thinking about what I forgot to do. I use Due more than any other app I have. If you want to get things done, be more responsible and remember the important things in your life, you need Due..Version: 23.4

Simple and perfectAwesomely simple - has quickly become my most used application. Perfect for reminders, timers and to-dos that you want to set up quickly and with zero hassle. Brilliant example of a simple idea executed beautifully..Version: 1.4

Attractive, Engaging, Career SavingI’d finally grown desensitized to my iPhone calendar alerts, which inevitably blend into the background with a barrage of other notifications. As a result, important events and appointments got missed. The Due app has been phenomenal for these reasons: 1.) you can customize each appointment reminder with many more options for snooze and recurrence; 2.) you can customize each reminder with its own unique alert sounds and the app has tons to choose from, all of which are interesting/pleasant to the ear; and 3.) the app itself is attractive—not just visually, but for its array of notification sounds and haptic feedback options. I never write these kinds of reviews, but Due is around winner (and is really getting me back on track!). — With thanks to the developer..Version: 3.2

My second brainThis app has taken so much pressure of me I am speechless. I have an amazingly busy family/work, with so much to try to remember to do. But now Due does most of it for me, and I don’t feel like a failure because I forget things which will get you down. Now I can do it at the time or date I set or just move it forward to another time. Best thing since sliced bread!👍.Version: 23.9

LifesaverReminders, calendar alarms - too easy to miss. But with this app I set a reminder 5 mins before a call and it *always* cuts through the noise and other stuff even if my phone’s in my pocket. Has saved me so much hassle. Brilliant app..Version: 23.8

Long-Term Clutch PlayerTried various apps before, during, and after getting this one. It’s been a good while (2yrs?) and I keep using this daily. Easy to manage, fast to mark as done or snooze. Right balance of simplicity and tenacity (nag away at me). The end point is, I reliably get crucial repeats or single tasks done, on the dot..Version: 3.3.1

Great appThis is a really slick timer app, and has been something I've wanted for ages. Repeating alerts would be nice, though..Version: 0

Not a lot to sayI don’t have a lot to say, except I use it every day and frequently throughout the day. I have many todo apps but I rely on this app for tados that need to be done today!.Version: 21.5

The best app?I can’t remember how long i’ve had this app, 10 years? anyway i use it every day, even though it’s probably not perfect i would hate to be without it, it’s regularly updated even though it “just works” and i don’t have to pay a fa&@ing subscription for it. if only all apps were like this i would probably still love my iphone!.Version: 22.7

First impressionsJust bought it - looking for a more complete app than Reminder with Apple Watch integration. Not too impressed with the selection of sounds in Due - most are too short. It would be helpful if we could import our own sounds (like Reminder). I have a reminder in Reminder to drink water at hourly intervals and a longish water pouring sound for it that I found online and imported..Version: 21.9

Does what it says.Due is the most reliable reminder system I have ever used. The only issue I have had is iCloud syncing, so I only use it on my phone. Problem solved, since my phone is always with me..Version: 21.14

Brilliant AppAn app I’ve used numerous times a day over the last few years. The widget feature is a game changer- love it!.Version: 23.9

A life-saverI was a little doubtful about using two reminders apps, but this one adds so much in terms of nagging that I keep the stuff I really really have to do in here and the stuff that needs done sometimes in iOS reminders. My productivity and my ability to do what matters has gone through the roof..Version: 20.10

Use it on a weekly basis.A really good and useful app, I mainly use it for small reminders. Only wish it could interact with my calendar. But over all a really good app..Version: 3.3

Life SaverThis is the most versatile, persistent and flexible reminder app I know. It’s ADHD proof and helps me to plan the important actions I don’t want to miss. Easy to use..Version: 21.13

A must have appIt's so easy to set up reminders and push them off when you are done. Repeated reminders really works like a charm and it's such a simple yet effective app! Use it every single day..Version: 3.2

Search no furtherUsed this for years, very happy with it, and appreciate the dev(s) actively upsetting and debugging. If it’s features look like it has what you need, you’ve probably found what you’re looking for 👍.Version: 20.1

Even better than you think it will beThis has really improved my productivity significantly. I’d be willing to bet that when the developer was thinking of names for the app, “Nag,” was considered. Although that word has a negative connotation, this is the strength of Due. On a daily basis, multiple times a day, I can be heard to say, “Hey Siri, remind me to call Johnny Appleseed in three hours,” or “Hey Siri, remind me to take my antibiotic at 3pm.” At the assigned time, I’ll get a quick notification. If I know I can put it off I just ignore it and it will keep reminding me until I hard press the notification and select done. Or I can snooze it for any amount of time, including hours, days or weeks. I do have one request for the developer: I’d like to tell the app to stop reminding me of either ALL items or at least the snoozed ones, for an hour or so if necessary. Admittedly this can be a counterproductive feature, but used wisely a user would likely be more productive when in the middle of a project, for example..Version: 3.4.1

The app I have always neededDue has become one of my must have apps for my iPhone as well as my desktop. What I most appreciate about this app are its’ many features. You can select alarm sounds, repeat items, sync with the Desktop app and for those who like me are very busy you can snooze alarms using presets. As someone who is not only very busy with many tasks but ADD this app is a real asset to my productivity. Before getting this app I would set reminder alarms and when I was very busy turn off the alarm trusting myself to remember to complete the alarmed task when I finished my current work. More often than not I would forget to do the task that I had set an alarm for. Due’s easy “Snooze” feature solved that problem..Version: 3.2

Good appI’ve heard such good reviews of this app by Mac Power Users that I didn’t look hard before buying this one. Nice design work. But I have found recurring dates a bit inflexible. I was surprised that I was asked for an annual sub upgrade when I tried adding a timer. Really? But this seemed to disappear after I declined and the functionality now works as expected. A glitch ?.Version: 20.2

Giving praise where praise is DueAwesome app, use it everyday, couldn’t be without it now and easy to use.👍.Version: 3.4.1

Very efficient and flexibleI use Due extensively for reminders - for both tasks (obligations, commitments) and possibilities I want to remind myself of - and have been for over a year. It’s very flexible, and very efficient. For me it compliments my task manager: it’s better for things I actually want to be *reminded* about. Highly recommended..Version: 22.4

ConvenientLove this reminder app, so easy to use! I pay for the upgrade and love the dark background and other added features..Version: 22.4

Nice app but need two added featuresI really like the app and use it all the time. There are two features I would like added. A couple of times I have hit the “complete” check mark button or swiped sideways by accident. Then the whole reminder is gone and you can’t bring it back. It would be nice if completed items stayed somewhere for a day or two so that you could bring them back if you made a mistake. Maybe I’m missing something in the software, but I looked and couldn’t find anything about this. The second thing I would like is a way to set quarterly reminders (every three months). At the moment I just set them monthly and click done on the months they don’t apply, but that is a little confusing. A typical quarterly thing is a tax payment of some sort, like my local real estate taxes..Version: 23.5

AWESOME!!!Can’t live without!!! Best one out there!! 👍👍.Version: 3.3.1

I love this appI love the quick interface and the highly customisable repeats. But most of all I love that I can update Due from my IPhone, my IPod Touch or either of my 2 IPads and they are all synced together perfectly (oh, and it works on my APPLE Watch too). Awesome..Version: 21.7

I wish all apps were like this…It just works. The developer(s) always seem to know exactly what I would want to do with my reminders, and are constantly adding really insightful little adjustments. Latest example ‘Always only this recurrence” - love it! It’s almost like they use the app themselves!.Version: 23.9

TimboI’m 80 and while the memory is still good, it’s not like it was. Without this app my life would be much more disorganised. I particularly like that when a reminder comes up it keeps going and doesn’t stop until you dismiss it. Lots more excellent features. Frequently improved and updated too. Love it..Version: 21.8

This app saves me on a daily basisI can’t tell you enough how often an Reminder used to go off when I was in the middle of something important. I’d check it off with the intention of doing it in a second but just after I finish what I was doing ..... but then get sidetracked and forget !! Aghhhhh so frustrating!!! Not anymore thanks to this awesome app!!!.Version: 3.0

Save my skin so many times!!!Great app! I've been using it for a long time now... Please don't make the app too complex or change it too often... Remember the KISS approach! 😊.Version: 20.1

Easy to useI am a big fan of this reminder app. Would be even better if it could integrate my calendar, but even with this feature it is a gem..Version: 20.2

My #1 app of 2020If Notion was my #1 app of 2019 then Due is my #1 app of 2020. Feature request: need a solution for when I’m out of town or on vacation. I want to stop all daily reminders for 1 week. Or I want to disable some temporarily. Or I want multiple Due “profiles”. I turn a profile on and off depending on where I am. Maybe my “travelling” profile has different daily or weekly reminders than my “home” profile. I don’t know what the exact solution to my problem is but when I’m travelling or on vacation, the tasks that I need to be reminded of change a lot.Version: 20.10

Definitely a lifesaver for must-do tasksI usually don’t write reviews for apps but I use Due enough that I figure I should return the favor. I was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago and it has been a struggle remembering to do things. I’ve learned a lot about my disorder and one major thing I’ve learned is that for some tasks normal to do apps don’t work for me. If I have to do it I need to be bugged about it until I actually commit to doing it. I use Due for those tasks, whether it be cancelling a doctor’s appointment so I don’t get charged a fee or calling a prospective client back. The new features of Due 3 are worth the extra cost, too, I think, especially given how much I rely on the app. The true black mode does look excellent on my iPhone X. Good job to the developer—I’d be chuffed if the app breaks or if they stop development!.Version: 3.3.1

Honestly the best task/organiser app!Wish I’d found it sooner. Due covers everything I want in a task / organiser app after trying countless other apps which didn’t really fit what I want or had features missing. Since then I have purchased the iOS app, the MacOS app, and support development with a yearly upgrade pass (though the first year is included in the purchase price and after that it’s optional, which adds new features to you when they are released within the time you are actively subscribed - this seems the best model and wish more apps did it this way as it’s not forcing you into anything, and personally am more likely to support due to that). Anyway, thanks to the developer for creating such a great app - it really helps people like me!.Version: 22.6

This is perfectionApple’s reminders in iOS 13 just got worse with the lack of days of the week on the scroll wheel - so I went looking for something that worked in an intuitive, logical user friendly manner - Due fulfilled that criteria and oh so much more! I will not be able to fully do this app justice here, but to add a little weight to how grateful I am to the creators of this app, I can tell you this is the only review I ever written in my life... about anything. The various ways in which one can enter the timings for the reminder is wonderful; partly because it is easy, fast, so ‘end user’ practical and highly customisable; allowing for different people’s preferences and yet clean, clear and simple. It also enabled me to import my existing reminders from the Apple Reminders app - which is very useful because some of my reminders are not so much time related - just when I get an idea for something I jot it down as a reminder so I can add a date and time if I need to later. I think intuitive intelligence went into the making of this app. I’m going to finish waffling by saying - if you need a wonderful one time purchase (which is important to me) reminders app then get this - it just works! And even if Apple are clever enough to add days of the week! into their reminders app... I won’t be going back to it. I wish I’d found this years ago. And to the creators... thank you so very much..Version: 20.12

Never forget to cancel a subscription or pay a bill again!Due is great for nagging you (on a frequency you specify) to do a task. Got a reduced-price Audible subscription? Balance transfer on your credit card? Car MOT? Put it all in Due and have it remind you (and keep reminding you) when the date rolls around until it’s sorted. Effortless and excellent..Version: 20.12

Simple yet robust reminder appI’ve written less than five reviews in over 10 years of owning iPhones. I have severe ADHD and I’ve tried most if not all of the available reminder apps. This one addresses everything you’d need in an app, but is still simple and easy to use. I love the ability to snooze a reminder from the lock screen, either from a selection of customizable times (e.g., 9am, 2pm) or a customizable AMOUNT of time (e.g., 3 hrs, 6 hrs). And for the reoccurring reminders, it’s nice to have the option to repeat the reminder from the date due (e.g., Take out trash every Monday) or from the completion date (e.g., Water plants 7 days after completing the reminder)..Version: 23.1

Best reminder app in my life. Try it today! ;)Hi, I love your app that I cancelled my todoist subscription. Separately will you consider adding alarm functionality into your app? Like the alarm will keep sounding when the due time has reached with recurring due date options?.Version: 2.6.1

Great AppThis app has been 100% accurate, it’s helped me remember for extremely important things, and have never had a problem with it..Version: 20.1

It’s better than the built in iPhone reminder appI do like this app and as title says, it’s better than the built in iPhone reminder app. I like and hate how it keeps reminding me to do the thing but I do end up doing the thing which is my ultimate goal. What I find this app is missing and why I didn’t give it five stars is how it doesn’t provide you with an option to remind yourself 15min before the event. If there was an option to select drive or travel time - I feel it would help so many to plan for how long it takes to get to your appointment. Right now I have to include the time the appointment is in the title and set the timer for approx 30 min down to 15 minutes depending on the distance and weather. I would also like to be able to select some reminders to not be able to push to my smart watch. If say medication reminders can be pushed but the minor less urgent reminds don’t and just appear on my phone. That would be lovely. Thanks!.Version: 22.12

One of the originals and one of the bestBeen using Due since my iPhone 4. It was brilliant & a game changer then. It’s been on my front screen since then and won’t be leaving. The simplicity is what won me over - the ease in which it is to create a reminder is why I’ll always use it. I find the widget for the app to be far more useful & interactive than literally all other iOS apps. Plus the options available when a notification pop up are excellent. The developer has crushed it..Version: 22.3

Almost perfectSimple but hugely effective. Only loses a star because of you have something you need a daily reminder for, your reminders will stop if you have missed a previous day. I need to take a pill three times per day and if the morning reminder was not marked as done for Tuesday then the reminder will not alert me on Weds morning and then won’t on Thursday until tues and weds are both marked as done. So if you’re super busy you can suddenly slip behind on really important stuff..Version: 3.4

Helpful for my ADHD brain!I love this app. It’s not perfect but it’s the best I’ve found by far. It’s customizable and simple and so effective. Syncs well to desktop app but I prefer the mobile..Version: 20.1

Great App. Needs 2 FeaturesGreat app...very easy to use. Definitely recommended. Needs option to not automatically delete original task in the task App from which a task has been imported and tasks with no specific time should be available on the same screen as time-specific tasks rather than on another menu. Still, a unique and reliable App.Version: 20.10

For super important tasksThe only reminders app i can trust to handle super important tasks. They also are great at providing regular all maintenance; adding new clever features and updating bugs more than any other reminders app that I've used and embarrassingly I've tried them all 🫣. For me, Due is best used for my priority reminders and i use other apps for undated, 'later' or 'someday', 'projects' and other low urgency tasks. It also works with Siri and has uncomplicated export options, which not all task apps are good at. Highly recommend watching the less than five minute tutorial in the Help section , as I have been using the app for years, and still didn't realize some of the shortcuts the tutorial highlights. The only two features I wish they have, is an editable notes entru field for individual reminders(like the Apple Reminders app has) and more help section screencasts. I thank 🙏the Due App team for creating an app I depend on to complete urgent time sensitive tasks thereby preventing me from f*ing up my life 🤪. P.S. the protaganist in the film 'Momento' should have definetly tried Due. 😂.Version: 23.8

For when you need remindingDon’t believe it when they say there’s less to do once you retire and the years start adding up. Remembering all the things to do - one offs and recurring - can get difficult. I know. That’s where the Due app comes to the rescue. Used it for years now, and life’s a lot easier. Every ping and ding that Due sounds - something else to do, something else done. And if you can’t get it done today, Due will let you reschedule. Just don’t reschedule too many times and you’ll be fine. It has to be my most used app. If there is one thing that would be nice - a notes field for each reminder. Then I could add in all my gardening tasks. Highly recommended app nonetheless..Version: 23.3

Love this app!I was skeptical at first about this app. I was using a different app of this nature but was growing increasingly uncomfortable with it because the developers hadn’t updated it in a couple of years and the trust factor was kicking in - it had given me reasons for that. Well, I began looking for a replacement app - online and in the App Store. I stumbled across Due and everything I read about it and the screenshots convinced me to give it a try. The learning curve was a little more than I expected but I quickly caught on and it wasn’t long before Due had reeled me in and I’m now hooked on this app and have deleted that other unreliable app. Due does what it promises - to remind you and me when it’s time to do something. I use it primarily for reminding myself to take my meds - my schedule is complex and without Due or something like it, I wouldn’t be able to stay on track. I also use it to remind myself about doctor appointments and physical therapy appointments plus other unrelated things. Due is well worth the money - it didn’t take long before I was convinced and fell in love with this app!.Version: 3.2

So far, so goodI just got this and so far I’m excited. Right off the bat though, here are some things I wish I could do with this app. 1. Categorize the reminders. Perhaps with color coding, I wish I could categorize things as home, work, weekend, exercise, entertainment, kids, vacation plans, etc. Not only would this allow me to see the difference, it could also allow me to get reminders for “home” from 7am to 9 am, but then if I don’t address, the reminder starts up again at 6 pm (or other such modification). 2. Share some reminders with family members. For example, if my husband and I both have Due, I could set a reminder to “Change the bedsheets” that shows up on both of our calendars until one of us marks it as complete. If the suggestion in “1” was implemented,” then I could set a category to “shared task” and have everything in there shared between us. If this were implemented, I could insist my whole work team use Due, and set reminders that were accessible to everyone, where anyone could check it off the list. There could even be badges or kudos for people who check things off other people’s lists..Version: 22.11

Interestingly differentWhen you're worried about not doing something when due, Due really helps with persistent reminders. I like it a lot..Version: 2.1.1

Simple and effectiveIOS notifications reminders and alarms often alert once and then get lost or forgotten.. this app keeps alerting with your choice of volume/sound and repetition until you mark that event as complete. Perfect for events I CAN’T forget..Version: 23.8

A great AppI have used this App for over 12 months and have found it excellent. It links with my MacBook Pro and you never miss a reminder or even just a spur of the moment thought..Version: 3.2

Utter perfectionSlick, intuitive, a pleasure to use. Also I really appreciate that when using the parsing language function, you can actually keep the parse language in the reminder title and then adjust the time of the reminder. So for example if I want my reminder to be “Leave work at 5pm today”, I want that to pop up at 4.30 so I have time to wrap up - Due enables me to do that. It’s perfect for my needs - too many reminders apps want to take over your whole life and integrate everything. Due keeps it simple and does it very very well..Version: 21.2

Exactly what I've been waiting for since 2008Finally, the iPhone has a simple reminder app that uses local notifications. Now it feels complete..Version: 0

Easy to use!Just downloaded and love the look of the features, would LOVE if there was a setting for the reminder to be set earlier than the due time - eg meeting at 4pm, but would like the reminder 1 hour before. Thanks for what looks like a great app, can’t wait to start using it..Version: 3.2

This is my most used app on iOSFor many it’ll be the music app, iMessages or maybe even the telephone app but for me my № 1 app is Due. I use it multiple times a day. I love the easy to use and clean interface and how I will keep being reminded to do something until I mark it complete. The new dark theme is great too. I wouldn’t be without this app. 5 ⭐️.Version: 3.0.1

ExcellentSuch a simple app to use, clean, elegant and gets the job done. Really does make keeping track of those 'I really should get that sorted' jobs so much easier to track. Update: support first rate and recent updates for the frequency of recurring reminders had taken usability to the next level. Highly recommend this app..Version: 1.5

So versatile, for everyday or special remindersHave used Due for about three years or more, everything from one-off reminders, daily regular tasks, to regular weekly or less frequent things I have to do. Even reminders for events years ahead such as certain travel injections ten or more years ahead. So whether one-off reminders or regular, it works a treat!.Version: 3.4.1

Functional BrillianceDoes everything I could want for the purpose. Intuitive UI everywhere it’s accessed. Never fails. Nice work. 👍🏻.Version: 3.0.1

The reminder tool for when you just need to be naggedThere are a few things in my life that need doing but are in a category of important, but not urgent. The Due app is perfect for these. Daily reminder to take medication? Sure it might not need doing exactly right this instance, but it does need doing. Set up a Due reminder for this and have it give you a nudge every 5 minutes until you’ve done it. Oh and the timers function is great. Sure the built in iOS timer is handy but sometimes you need to keep track of multiple things at once - this does that, and it does it well.Version: 3.3

My most-used appI have a bunch of todo style apps that I use regularly, but Due is the one I use daily. It keeps me on top of my work and my life (medication reminders, and such). It is easy, obvious and a pleasure to use. Without it I probably couldn’t function as a human being any more..Version: 3.0

Great Reminder AppI love this App, use it constantly and have given it 5 stars before. My only request is for more colour options, please. A recent update has included a new black theme, but that is of no use to me with older eyesight. Otherwise, it is all grey and white and rather dull. UPDATE: Due is still the best reminder/task App out there, but PLEASE introduce colour options and perhaps some emojis so that that different tabs can be distinguished better. Great design otherwise. With colour options instead of dull grey/black, it would get 5 + stars from me..Version: 3.4.2

The only app I can say I use several times everydayThis app although simple in concept is the most usual of all apps. It will remind me to take that pill or pay that bill, and it won’t stop reminding you until you acknowledge that reminder. I love it especially for future reminders, there it keeps me on track. So happy I found this app. Congratulations on 8 years of making a top 10 app..Version: 3.3.1

5 STARS! Lifesaver for those easily distracted! This app has changed everything for me. I would forget from upstairs to downstairs and since this app all I have to do is either look at my phone or hear Siri tell me “add new kitty litter” or whatever! I no longer have the frustration of “what was I doing down here?!” because I set the reminders and the auto snooze is AMAZING! If I just need 5 minutes or a full hour I still need to remember and then like magic (with a very pleasant sound) it pops up on my screen or I can go to the app. It’s simple, straightforward and very useful! This app is worth its weight in gold for those of us that NEED the reminders while not being too annoying or what I call becoming numb to my tasks..Version: 23.4

A lifesaverI'd been trying to find some way to help my ADHD for years. Nothing else had proven effective. I kept not remembering schedules I set, getting accustomed to and learning to ignore alerts and reminders. If I'd known about this app when it had first launched, my life would be a lot different right now. If I had any complaints at all, it would be the lack of custom alert sounds. I find a lot of the sounds built into Due very... subtle, and while that's fine for things which aren't urgent, sometimes it does still slip past my notice for much longer than it should. Especially if I happen to have fallen asleep. But that's largely an Apple problem and not something the Due developers can do much about..Version: 20.7

A wonderful app 😎The latest up date description has a minor error. It’s MEDICAL time, not military. The 24 hour timing schedule was created by doctors for administering and reducing medicine and medical errors. 😉.Version: 23.9

Great appI love the layout, so simple and the alert is fab. The only thing stopping me from using this as My main reminders app is not having tick list for shopping items etc and not having a widget to quick glance what’s coming up today. Hoping this may be added at some point but loving it so far..Version: 20.7

Excellent appI’ve used this app daily for several years. I rely on it due to my memory problems. It’s easy to use and never lets me down. Highly recommended..Version: 23.1

Excellent and better if...Love the ease of use and the reliability. My wish-list is for: 1. a pre-alarm function e.g. notify me x-minutes before due time and 2. the OSX version to run without having to be open in my launcher.Version: 20.12

An absolutely essential reminder app! While I use another app as my main task manager, Due is used for all time sensitive tasks that absolutely need to get done. Being able to set the frequency of reminders is the big advantage. There are frequent app updates including awesome new features, and it’s one of the few apps that I always look through the update notes for. I use dozens of times a day on iPhone, iPad and Mac..Version: 24.1

Absolutely brilliantTotally recommended. I can’t live without this app! Every time I’ve got something in my head to remember to do I add it either on my iPhone or iPad and I’ve synced them so they update together. From monthly reminders to do our dogs tablets and recurring ones to change contacts, it’s extremely easy and simple to use. Nice snooze feature and setting recurring reminders is great as you can set them monthly or customise them. Can’t imagine a better app for reminders :).Version: 3.3.1

Best Reminder App I’ve tried!I needed an app that would assist me in remembering long lists and especially many repeating tasks. This was very best of the many that I tried. It’s very easy to use, the ability to keep reminding you to do something has ‘saved’ me many times and the interface is very clear. I only have one wish - that it would have the ability for me to choose different fonts! But, I’m addicted to fonts..Version: 20.8

Happy with itI am free happy with it specially with option where a reminder keeps nagging on you till you switch it off means you won’t miss any critical appointment.Version: 23.1

Awesome AppI was using other apps like Apple Reminder and Pill reminder but they were not reliable or the notification was not heard and I missed things like a Dr appointment. With Due it is impossible to miss something and it keeps reminding you until you check off the reminder, it is easy to see what is coming up in the following week and month. One problem that I have had is when my Iphone is in sleep I only get a notification on my Apple Watch. I was able to fix that by disabling wrist detection on my Apple Watch. Now I get notifications all the time on my IPhone even when it is in sleep. Also I like the timer feature in Due. This app is totally worth $7.99.Version: 23.5

Really great on iPhone & WatchWhat Due does superbly is remind you about things and then let you delay them so it (helpfully) nags you an hour later, a day later or whatever. It’s also great for repeated reminders (daily, weekly etc.) It’s especially great if you use Apple Watch, where it gives you simple, great options that are super-quick to use. I actually much prefer the Watch interface for delaying reminders to the one on the phone. The one thing I have never found Due does well is syncing between and iPad and Phone. In particular, clearing a notification on the phone rarely seemed to clear it on the iPad, or vice verse, whether syncing through iCloud or Dropbox. I’ve been much happier since deleting it from the iPad and just using the Watch and iPhone combination..Version: 3.1

Changing my lifeI know the title of this review sounds silly but this app is really working for me. I’m remembering to get around to doing things that I would’ve otherwise forgotten about. It works way better than the default reminders app for me. A really straight forward app, no account needed. The subscription model is also sensible and fair..Version: 23.1

All Apps should be this usefulThis is a genuinely useful app, I’m a long-time user, I use it frequently, & with multiple timers running simultaneously. Simple to use but intelligently conceived- great job guys!.Version: 3.0

Exactly what I needThis app is a perfect example of ‘less is better’. From its simple, sleek interface to its ease of use it’s what I need in my hectic life to set reminders quickly and easily. I don’t need 500 other features, and clever bells and whistles that other ‘to do’ app developers feel the need to shove in. I just need to be able to set reminders quickly and have absolute confidence that they won’t disappear. Having the default auto snooze baked in is a stroke of genius!.Version: 20.1

Best reminder appGreat app for your reminders. Great for reoccurring events and integrates with Apple Watch..Version: 21.8

Good for neurodivergent people especiallyThis app has a great design for people who can't handle too much busyness. It also has a critical function, which means the reminder nags you until you check it off., which is great for taking medications. You can set repeat times and amounts, duplicate reminders, choose from different non-offensive reminder sounds, turn on a critical alert (sound comes through even if phone is muted or on Do Not Disturb), and sync with icloud. I think it's good for people who want a simple but effective way to be reminded. Plus it has timers that you can customize (e.g., coffee steeping for 4 minutes). This is useful because I forget to take out teabags all the time..Version: 23.3

Great app!I have completely outsourced my memory to this app. Helps me remember to do things on the way home, keeps track of upcoming events, plus things I want to do, but aren't important. Simple interface, easy to use. Lives up to its description. I sync across various devices using Dropbox and it is seamless. I’ve used it for years without any issues. If I could give it 10 stars I would..Version: 3.0

Even if you have another task management app you need this one tooOther apps have lots of list making features to plan all the things you need to do. But—they can’t remind you at an exact time. Reminders can remind you but it’s not quick to postpone/re-remind. This app does both. It’s soooo easy to make a quick task and a time to remind and it’s just as easy to postpone 5, 10, 60 minutes or even the next day. Want to remember to do something when you get home? Set it in Dues. Traffic bad and you’re not home when it reminds you? It will keep reminding you until you either mark or complete, delete it, or postpone it for a later time. It’s easy to do any of those three. It offers many settings an options as to how you want to be reminded—such as sound or vibrate. I love this app and so does my wife and teen..Version: 3.2

Love the app! Have one suggestion…I want to first say that I absolutely love this app and use it every day. One addition I would love to see: On the Apple Watch, when you add the complication to a face it only says ‘1 due’ or ‘2 due’ etc. Could you add the ability to see the actual reminders when you glance at the face rather than having to click into the app? Obviously there is limited space so if you had 3+ reminders you may not see them all but atleast the first two would be super helpful!.Version: 23.4

Use it everydayI use this app everyday for reminders about life. It’s easy, fast and constantly improved upon by an active developer. Totally worth the cup of coffee I pay each year to keep this app on the improve. Has the 2nd tile spot on page 1 of my home screen. Essential if you need reminders of any kind. Timers are a bonus 😀.Version: 23.3

The best reminders appI’ve been using Due for several years now. I was using it pre-iOS7, when it still had beveled interface like the rest of iOS at the time. This app, and especially its developer, are SO on point. This app receives constant updates, bug fixes, and new features. I have very few apps that receive as many consistent useful updates as Due. If you need a nagging alarm because you need to be reminded of something throughout the day until you find the time to complete it, Due by far is the best choice. The only thing I wish it had that it doesn’t (yet) is a feature that allows me to choose how many time I want the reminder to go off and until when. For example, remind me to drink water every 2 hours, up to 5 times in a day... or every 2 hours between 8am and 6pm. I have no doubt that the developer will add this functionality if there is enough demand. I rarely ever write reviews... I’ve written a small handful in the past 6+ years, but Due deserves it. I’ve tried most reminders apps, including the feature-packed but less-user-friendly Alarmed... And Due consistently outperforms and innovates over the others. I’ve got everyone that works for me using it too..Version: 3.2
