✓ Good app, needs one improvementThe app works very well. I only wish auto ID cards were accessed more easily. It would be even better if they were saved so you could access them without signing in and in situations without data service..Version: 6.0.1

✓ Greatest Insurance I have ever had in 55 yearsI had someone hit my vehicle in a parking lot over Christmas, they didn’t leave any information for me. I came home called in the claim, within a hour an a half, I had been scheduled to take my SUV for a quote, they arranged my rental vehicle and I had been contacted by my adjuster all within 2 hours! I was so impressed, I was telling everyone about my experience! My SUV was repaired and I did not had one problem, completed as promised with complete professionalism and courtesy! ✓ Lots of info but missing basic contact infoI actually did find a lot of info on the app but missing one important thing....a telephone number to call with unanswered questions. Iwouldfind it most helpful if I could call liberty mutual to ask unanswered questions. Other than that I was very satisfied to find most of my questions answered..Version: 6.0.1

✓ App won’t work since the update!Ever since I installed the 26Jun update, the app no longer works!! Especially problematic since I used the app to store my insurance cards. When I launch the app, it just kicks me out. Or so it seems. Double clicking the home button shows the app is still running but the screen appears black. Suggest allowing the insurance cards to be available in the iPhone wallet so I don’t need this useless app..Version: 5.0.1
✓ Best auto insuranceThe agents at Liberty Mutual (LM) are highly professionals. They always courteous and patient to listen to you when you speak with them. LM works for your best interests. I remember taking the defensive driving classes to reduce my insurance policy. It was applied as so as the documents were uploaded. I enjoy a good rate now. ✓ I am so happy with Liberty Mutual that I’m adding a second car!!Thank You Liberty Mutual for providing me the security of knowing my apartment and my vehicle are well taken care of in the invent that a catastrophe would happen. The process of registering my documents were easy to upload and the online process was very well organized and thought thru. I was able to get the best rate out there when I compared insurance policies and rates on the same needs that I needed to achieve. My payments for auto pay come thru with a breeze! I am now adding a second vehicle that I haven’t driven for months. I feel comfortable taking my second car for a spin now and then around the block and now I can do it with ease that it is insured! ✓ Liberty MutualMy family has been with Liberty Mutual since 1942, it was my first insurance when I got my license. I have, trying to be independent, switched to two other companies during those years, each lasted about 6 months, one was State Farm and one was Allstate, both, within the 6 months, for no traffic issues, were 3 times the starting fees! I will never leave Liberty Mutual again, they took me right back and made my payments the best I could ask for! I LOVE LIBERTY MUTUAL, especially since they got the Emu!.Version: 5.1.10

✓ Very Satisfied!I switched from State Farm almost 2 years ago and I must say y’all have been the easiest and most professional insurance company to deal with! Never had a claim but from dealing with the agent to get started to switching vehicles recently absolutely nothing has been a problem. Every person I have dealt with has been so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I worked in a State Farm office for 8 years some time ago and it was nothing like dealing with your company. ✓ Need it- LOVE IT!Forget the stupid little Limu Emu! Let’s get back to basics and this is beyond the necessary basic! You don’t realize how important it is to have a quick access to all of these components until you need it! Recently in the midst of horrible flood disaster I was able to start my claim, contact my adjuster, keep connected and now the status of everything right here. In addition all the documents that I needed while I was out of my home has all been accessible on my mobile device- such a vital relief! I also need to give a “shout out” to all the frontline Liberty Mutual staff: they are awesome! My neighbors that have experience the same flooding are in a cloud and don’t know what’s going on- I’m all set and fully taken care of! A giant THANK YOU to Liberty Mutual! ✓ New to Liberty auto insuranceApp is quite informative. But the main thing is how they take care of you. My agent has been fantastic all the years that I have had him, got a quote finally, I was being loyal to the company I had had forever (I’m 65 signed with them in 1974.). He didn’t beat their rates he blew them out of the water and when they say bundle it with the house policy do it. He talked to me about my antique collection and quilts while the computer took its sweet time uploading my info! ✓ Do not ignore offers that came in the mailMy premium with ALLSTATE didn’t go up but Liberty Mutual sent an invitation in the mail since I am a member of Genisys Credit Union. I called them a few days before my ALLSTATE renewed and to my surprise my rates are now a few hundred dollars cheaper. ✓ Love the App but needs some tweaksI have used the app for years and have loved it. There have been issues over that time but liberty Mutual has addressed them. The issue I have now is that while they added Apple Pay back into the App you can only pay the amount owed you can’t pay more using Apple Pay so you then need to choose pay another way and enter your credit card information..Version: 6.1.0
