✓ What needs to be done and fixed.This app overall is [good] — but there is an issue that needs to be looked into. You can not view content in landscape mode. When you attempt to view in landscape mode, the video stops and turns black. I’m running this app on an iPhone Pro Max, iOS 14.2. I have to look elsewhere for news coverage as this is a problem. If this issue can be fixed, I will be more than happy to come back as I feel this is the better app for news. —Respectfully.Version: 7.14.1

You can't scroll through what you want with snippets without going through each story with a major white background burning your eyes it's Terrible. ✓ Favorite news channel - worst app everI have never in my life seen such a horrific waste of space. Abc eyewitness news is my favorite channel. But this new app is void of information. ✓ CoronavirusIt isn’t necessary to show children in hospital beds on ventilators or tubes in nose it’s very upsetting for parents who lost children to see that every night on the news I think we get the point that children are getting sick but those images aren’t necessary there are other ways to tell the story.Version: 7.12

✓ Love the app. Hate the glitches.I enjoy the the news stories however I have been experiencing major glitches when I attempt to listen to your videos on the app. When I click a video to hear reporting sometimes I will hear an ad playing simultaneously. ✓ Great News App But...I just love this app and how it gives you breaking news. I also love how well it works with the Apple Watch, but it’s still not optimized for the iPhone X even though the screen shots suggest otherwise. I’ve tried updating the app, deleting the app, restarting my phone, but it just doesn’t take advantage of the screen size of the iPhone X. Other than that I love this app and would suggest it to anyone who is looking for a great news app to keep you in the know..Version: 6.0.1

✓ ABC Eyewitnesses News Mobile AppHello, I love your mobile app except for the “time-out” it automatically does while reading stories. It is not my iPhone that causes this because it happens on my iPad too, as well as, to friends of mine. When this happens I have to reopen the app and start all over again and wait for the stories to reload again. This even happens while I’m in the middle of reading a story. This is very annoying. Can you fix this to make the site even more enjoyable? I have reported this before and no one replied. I find that not being nice either. A reply feedback would have been courteous. ✓ Channel 7 ABC NEWSI’m from Jersey City but currently in North Carolina since October. I watch my favorite channel on my phone. I’m constantly turning it on especially when there’s a news alert. ✓ Sometimes it works well!Being that I am an ex NYer, I still want to know what's happening in the city. The newly updated app is better however, for IPad, it fails to launch sometimes causing me to use my PC. ✓ Hooray for Channel 7As someone who still thinks of Roger Grimsby and Bill Beutel when they play the Eyewitness News theme, my family always watches Channel 7 news to this day. Recently though (past day) it won’t open top news; it says that there is no connection, however, when I tap on my news it opens no problem. It’s just top new page that doesn’t open for me. ✓ Many glitchesThe App needs some tweaking, the app. Continuously is Booting me out to my home page on my phone, I have ran The diagnostics on my phone and it is NOT my phone it IS the app. Also commercials and/or “Ads” get cut off and sent to blue screen during live news casts and if watching “Breaking news” (which is live) The App. Makes you watch an Ad Mean While there is SERIOUS breaking News!!! That OF ALL THINGS NEEFS TO BE FIXED!! ASAP!! What if something even More serious the COVID-19 Comes three or God forbid a war coming our way or a Bomb from Russia and I’m watching the news ONLY TO GET AN AD BEFORE SEEING THE LIVE NEWS!!
