✓ WOW.Every year I dread the job of making address labels. My children have enjoyed many laughs at my expense on this subject. Apple hasn’t streamlined this process and I’m not as familiar with pdf. Files, etc. This simply gives me the horrors. I just downloaded this app and it has changed everything for me!!! It was a clear, intuitive process using the contacts list I already had in my iPad and I was easily able to add to the list and I printed all addresses without incident. Thank you so much. ✓ Rubbish App (response 2)I would like to correct a derogatory review I made earlier about this app. The problem that caused me to write in such a manner was not as I subsequently discovered the fault of the developer, but was due entirely to the app failing to download correctly. Re installing this app at a later time rectified the problem that caused me such annoyance and now having had the opportunity to use it I cannot praise it too highly. I now have no hesitation in recommending it for the purpose for which it is intended. I don’t often make a misjudgement of this kind but I hold my hand up for this one..Version: 5.14
✓ Wow! Time, effort and money saver!I have dreaded making Christmas card labes and have taken extensive notes on the cumbersome process I have used to export contacts from the Mac to Google to Avery labels in order to get the job done. This app eliminates ALL of that. Pick your contacts, rename the name field if you desire, and then print. Done. You can pick fonts, colors, add a picture icon all very easily. I debated spending the money. This app is worth far more to me. Thanks, Nigel! (The very responsive creator of this app) It’s a year later and the app still gets useful updates. If I take the time to click who sent us cards as we get them I can track who sent them easily. I can’t say enough about this app and the developer who is very promptly responsive to suggestions. ✓ Christmas card improvementSo far a nifty little app which seems to connect pretty well to my contact list and helps to organize the labels for my cards. The user interface is a little confusing and not sure how to use the icons on the list. ✓ Brilliant for printing Labels from iPhone ContactsFound this app via a review page (Christian Boyce) and have found it really quick & easy to use. The only problem I encountered was when trying to AirPrint directly from iPhone - the labels didn’t line up as per the label sheet. However this was due to my printer and once I had emailed the labels to my laptop I was able to adjust my printer settings (from ‘fit’ to actual size) it printed all my labels perfectly. I guess if I can find a way of adjusting your printer settings on the iPhone (an app maybe?) I should be able to print straight from my phone. But printing via my laptop was still very convenient and it has saved me loads of time negating the need to write my Christmas card addresses by hand!.Version: 5.22

✓ Great address and card tracking appI have had this app for a few years now. Last year I manually updated all the addresses so they were correct. With this Christmas looming I did my new list and import from last years list and boom, more than half the addresses lost. I emailed. The developer and advised the problem. ✓ Great App - used for the past four yearsThis is a great App. After years of trying to print stuff off using Word and every year it turning into a disaster, I have had trouble free printing using this App and my IPad. ✓ Probably very good but, completely unintuitiveI am giving this App 4 stars because I believe the developers have genuinely attempted to produce a feature laden label maker. Having said that I have struggled to get my head around how it works. I find it is totally unintuitive and one tends to stumble across how it works rather than being guided through the process. I did somehow manage to produce and print an A4 sheet of 65 return address labels for my wife to use. I am not sure whether or not they are saved, if she wants another sheet of labels in the future. I will obviously have to spend a lot of time getting to grips with it - My intention is to produce address labels to stick on Christmas cards for family and friends. ✓ From a non-techy 80-yr-Old.Been hunting for ages for a suitable address book/Label program. All have fallen short of my requirements in some respect. This, I think, is it! I find it so quick, intuitive and easy to type in. A lot of detail has clearly been thought about, and incorporated. My rating is one star short of 5 only because I haven’t yet tackled the label layout, nor the program’s printing performance. I anticipate, though, that here will be the absent star! The extra box is so helpful for odds and ends/ names of children etc. And I’ve opened a parallel file for landline/ mobile phone/ email addresses. My iPad now provides me with an instantly accessible reference to over 300 friends. Just one thought for UK users, and our system of postcodes: it would not be beyond your genius to provide some easier way of typing in our system of upper-case letters and interspersed digits. ✓ The ABSOLUTE BEST APPFor what I needed and was looking for, this app was life changing. I mean without a doubt this is the best $1.99 I’ve ever spent in my life. ✓ Excellent ApI don’t usually write reviews but had to for this app. Not only does it do well exactly what it says it will, but I was pleasantly surprised when I printed the labels and it automatically reduced the font size just for the addresses where the addressee’s name(s) would not otherwise fit on one line. Since I got the app after Christmas I did a practice run today and the list printed just fine. ✓ Excellent customer serviceI have used this excellent app for the last 3 years for my Christmas cards address labels. I make my own cards so all in all it all takes a long time and this saves me time and lots of effort. This year I suddenly had a problem printing the labels, my printer wouldn’t format them arrrgghh! Got in touch with the wonderful Nigel on a Sunday not expecting a reply until Monday. But no he replied and was absolutely fantastic, he went above and beyond in trying to solve my problem even when it became apparent the problem was with my printer update and not this app. He was very helpful and patient and even offered to print my labels for me and send them to me if I couldn’t get it working. ✓ Very accommodating for making address labels!I’ve been using this app for a few years and it’s been very easy and useful for my needs. There’s been a glitch since I upgraded to iOS 17 which we’re all hoping Apple will have a fix for it soon. But the developer has given me a detailed list of helpful workarounds. ✓ Almost perfectI’ve used this app for several years, and I mostly love it. There are a couple of relatively minor annoyances that I would like to see fixed. 1) auto sync between devices would be ideal 2) when I search, the search bar covers the first result in the list, making it inaccessible. 3) the “to mail” search filter doesn’t work properly 4) I still haven’t figured out the tiny icons and numbers that appear in the view that shows all my lists. They don’t make sense to me and don’t appear to correlate with what I’ve marked inside the list detail view. 5) ability to sort (not filter) by status would be super helpful. ✓ Getting frustratedThis app has always been difficult to get to work right but this yet is worse. I can’t get it to update an address after changing it in my contacts and I can’t get it to print right no matter what. It’s like Goldie locks- one page is too big, the next is too small. ✓ FINALLY - An ADDRESS LABELLER THAT WORKS - Perfection 🤩I have been looking everywhere for a Labelling App that works with my Brother QL-820NWB Air Printer. FINALLY, an App that works perfectly and is easy to use. I first started with my Christmas Card list and now I use it for my studies, labels around the house etc. You can do different address lists and keep them seperate from each other. ✓ Best Ever App!I’ve used any number of ways to create Xmas card labels over the years, and this is the best, easiest way ever. It’s easy to choose the address you want to use (from multiples in my Contacts), add or change the addressee’s name, and in making an address change within the app to a contact, it flows directly over to Contacts. So easy to choose font, color, add an image, and the app makes it all fit on the label size you choose. Didn’t find it hard at all to figure out how to move through the app, even without instructions. However this app does everything the Access database did but does it much better. ✓ A super little app!After years of struggling to mail merge selected Outlook contacts address data on to mailing labels, this little app that works straight off your IOS device makes it so easy! I have used it for the last four years, primarily to produce Christmas Card labels. I value the ability to copy selected contacts from my phone and to start a new list by importing the previous year’s. I also like the ability to make notes and record cards sent/received etc. There is also a useful and comprehensive help facility available online. Although the app does everything I require, it is fairly unsophisticated. It is for example slightly unsettling to select ‘Cancel’ after completing an edit operation in order to return to the previous level. I am also a little worried about the interaction / synchronisation with IOS because this year I discovered a lot of my Contacts address fields had been duplicated. Also, some Contacts entries had been replicated with older data - presumably garnered from the imported previous year’s card list. I guess part of the problem is that if I significantly modify a contact (eg say to delete the name of a recently-deceased partner), how does the Address Label app decide whether it is an existing contact or a new one? I have not examined any other label-printing apps recently but there do seem to be a lot more out there now..Version: 6.10

Even after updating a contact’s address in my iPhone, in a couple of seconds, it’s updated in the app. My labels printed perfectly on Avery 3-up address labels. Where there was a really long name or address, it reduced the font size automatically so it would fit on the label! I used the nickname field in my iPhone’s contacts to print a family name. For example, I have a contact who’s name is Mary Cook, but I want my address label for my Christmas card to say “The Cooks” or “The Cook Family”. So I added the nickname field to Mary Cook’s contact info and put “The Cook Family” in it. This app printed “The Cook Family” on the label instead of “Mary Cook”... Love that I could add a little image/graphic to the label. I bought a graphic of Santa wearing a mask and put that on my labels..Version: 6.70

✓ Fantastic!This is probably one of the best apps I have ever gotten. My address labels came out really well. I didn’t have to fight with them and try and center them and redo them five times before they came out correctly. Some of them printed a little close to the edge, but address is for legible, which is really all I care about. I love the added extras in the Christmas card section 4, when labels and cards are complete, when they have been mailed, or delivered by hand, even if they are international. There’s even a section for whether someone sent you a card or not. This app is absolutely brilliant! Thank you, thank you, thank you! this has made my life so much easier which is the whole point. ✓ Great App, Great Support!This app is a great solution to Apple’s problem. In Contacts, you cannot get address labels to print displaying First Name first. Rather, Contacts prints last name first. This has been an ongoing issue for years now. CardLists has been my solution to this problem all these years, and I just printed out my labels for this year in record time! Years ago, I had a question for the developer, and the only way he could have gotten back to me with the answer any quicker would be with him sitting next to me. I also dont usually pay for apps but at just £1.99 it was worth the very small risk, especially having read some of the reviews. So pleased I got this for sending my Christmas cards. There are lots of different options to choose from label sizes/numbers, fonts sizes and colours, position, information etc etc and Ive only just started! Having typed in the names and addresses of the people I will be sending cards to this year, I have just printed out the first page having added a Christmas picture to each address label and they are perfect! I have made lists for Christmas, putting the names at the top for cards to Australia etc, next the European cards and lastly the inland ones. These all require postage and are separated from the hand delivered and email cards. The Christmas list is in country and alphabetical order. The birthday lists are in date order. This had made life so very much easier. I recently had a problem after an update, my iPad is getting old, when I queried the problem, Nigel , the designer and owner replied immediately and worked hard to resolve this, which he has done! ✓ This is awesome!I knew something like this must exist by now, but still feeling the pain of trying to print labels for my wedding invitations in 2008 I was hesitant to even start the process. But lo and behold, it was insanely easy to just pull my iPhone contacts right in! I reached out to support and they responded quickly and are working on figuring out why my file wouldn’t upload. I use this for any mass mailings I may have. The improvements over the years have been awesome. I wish that I could get my address label list to export to word or excel. I have to adjust the addresses for many on the lists before I can mail them out. As I send over 250 holiday cards, I end up having to retype about half of them. ✓ Very easyFor years I have had a nightmare before Christmas and it is called Mail Merge. Using Microsoft Word and Outlook to try and do simple Christmas Card address labels literally took hours and wasted label sheets from misprints. Not any more. I did 85 Christmas Card address labels from an 1100 member contacts list (iCloud ) in about 20 minutes. That was with learning the app and everything. Plus the list is there so next year it will take me about 5 minutes. The address in the list even changes/updates if you change it in you iCloud contact list. You also have easy options to change or modify names/ address just in the program. I was able to change “John Doe” which imported from contacts to “Doe Family” for example. ✓ This App Changed My LifeThat’s an exaggeration, but… I used to struggle with mail merge on my PC before I thought, “I wonder if there’s an app that’ll pull the contacts directly from my phone and plop them into address labels.” Turns out there is, and it’s amazingly easy to use. I’ve been using it for 3 Christmas seasons now, and I love it. And support? The developer’s “help” site is fantastic. I ran into an issue this year and clicked help; within 5 minutes I had resolved the issue on my own.
