✓ Can’t receive fax on standard subscriptionTrusted app to receive a very important fax I needed to receive. Could not receive fax and ended up changing vacation plans. Was trying to take my truck to Mexico for a family wedding, couldn’t receive fax from bank authorizing the truck temporary importation letter. Ended up riding the bus and lost almost $200 I had paid for Mexican insurance which was not refundable. ✓ App won’t assign fax numberThe app will not assign a fax number and tells me I need to pick a plan. I pick a plan and it charges my debit card and then it times out and starts all the way over. I repeat it and it recharges my debit card it times out and starts all the way over. It has done this four times and four times. It has charged my debit card. ✓ Not happy at allI signed up for this app based on the other reviews. However what I am most disappointed about is that there’s no way to reach out to the support team for questions. Each time I attempt to send an email to them I get a message saying, I need to set up the email from the settings tab...as I’m in the settings tab. Which I could rate differently, but unfortunately at this time I can’t. I only bought a few credits as a tester and I’m so glad I spent no more money. ✓ Virtually uselessIn this day and ages fax app that can't access documents in all of the locations that you might store them, for instance Dropbox, is useless so unless you only store documents in Apple's iCloud, you're up the creek. I have spent the last half hour trying to transfer files from jot not, a sister app, and it has not been possible. I have also spent £2.99 in the credits and I've been unable to achieve anything. ✓ Not enough reporting when it does not faxOut of 3 faxes, I was able to send just one. I had a hard time trying to use the cover page and the fax would not be sent whithout telling me what is wrong, I needed to disable the cover page for the fax to be sent. Then other faxes says failure after successfully sending the file, but not saying much information about the failure... ✓ Loved it, now it’s affecting my business 👎🏼I’ve used the JotNot products for years, and they help me run a successful business out of my home. I’ve sung their praises over and over...until recently. In the past month my faxes are being transmitted with huge black boxes blocking out pertinent information I’m trying to communicate. I updated the app, reinstalled, turned my devices off and on, and nothing has fixed the issue. I emailed customer support 10 days ago: zero response. Cool.
