Just the features I want, very easy to useI looked into apps for monitoring my weight loss, but most had far more bells and whistles than I wanted. I want clarity, simplicity and maximum ease of use so that it can become part of my daily routine. Too complicated and I knew it would sit unused. I also had no desire to buy a Bluetooth scale, for pete's sake. This app has exactly what I need, and it has become an important part of my weight loss project. It graphs your weight loss on various time scales, calculates trends, tracks progress to the goal. That is all I want, and it really helps to see the graphed long-term trend independent of short-term bumps and dips. These graphed results are a daily encouragement. I do recommend getting the paid version so that you can include notes with your weight entries. It doesn't cost much, and it really helps to be able to record what you are wearing, what you have eaten, and other data that help interpreting the numbers..Version: 7.0

My favorite weight tracker.I love the way this program allows me to keep track of my weight. It is simple to use. I love that I am able write notes in the day I weigh myself. Excellent AppThis app is great . The goal and calorie calculator are fun to play with. The apps keeps me motivated to keep the green down arrow trending! Only downside is that last time I tried to pull it up on my iPad and iPhone only one worked properly. YMMV though! I’ve liked this app so much I even gifted it to two of my padnah’s. Instrumental in me losing weightI’ve used the app for 3 years and it’s genuinely helped me keep track and motivated me to keep losing weight. Good clean motivational trackerThis has everything I need to stay motivated, but nothing superfluous. I log my weight every morning and it shows me how I’m doing. It has straight forward goal calculators to know how much calorie reduction is required to achieve my weight goal by a specific date, etc. but once I got started, I just stick to the dashboard to see my progress, stay motivated, see the graphical representation of days (or several days in a row) when I either slipped up, or did really well. I highly recommend this for those of us who are not “into” weight loss, but rather just want to get the job done..Version: 9.0

Great App - clear graph - good predictionsHighly recommended. This app shows the ongoing average of weight loss/gain which makes it visually easy to see. The algorithm in calculating the time it will take to loose the desired weight if daily weighing is undertaken is rather accurate. Using this app helps in the process as it encourages as well as assists in adjusting the weight loss routine/diet/exercise. Night mode is nice too..Version: 11.1

Encouraging, easy to use appI don’t often write reviews but this app is a little cracker. Been using it for over two years to help balance out my bad habit of yoyoing my weight. It’s easy to customise and connect to a scale if you so wish. You can see how much you are losing graphically as well as your calorie deficit and time to goal. The notes facility is handy as is the ability to see your weight over different periods so you can see how your weight was at different times of year - or who you spent time with in my case! There is a nutrients app that compliments it but I use FitBit to food journal. Either is probably a good choice with lots of info in their food databases..Version: 8.0

Nice and easyTried a bunch of free apps this was the easiest to use so paid for full only 7 bucks just wish there was a bmi setting for guys with lots of muscle haha so I just turned the bmi index off.Version: 9.0

Very good weight loss appI do like this weight loss app and it’s very easily customisable. With regards to the trend table… I don’t agree with the advice on the app that you should be weighing yourself every day, this is bad advice and just encourages obsessive behaviour with weighing yourself! I’ve been a user since November 15, 2013The best weight logging app EVER! I’ve always loved how simple this app is to use and how satisfying it is to see your progress in a variety of ways (on a line graph, how much has been lost in the last week, month, 3 months, all time, etc). I’ve been logging my weight on this app almost every say since Nov. 15, 2013, and I’ve had my weight fluctuate greatly, but I’m just a few pounds away from my all-time goal and wanted to write a review. I’ll have to set a new goal when I’ve reached this one. Thank you for being a valuable tool for my weight loss journey (-164.9lbs as of today)..Version: 8.1

Recording your weight and body fat are very easy with this app. And the more daily data you give it, the better information the graphing feature shows you. You can almost skip calorie counting using this app: it tells you how many calories per day you are over or under to reach your goal weight. Just cut out or add the number of calories indicated. Need to cut 300 calories? Burn 100 extra calories in exercise and drop 200 calories of food you don't need! It's a very easy, intuitive app..Version: 8.1

A GREAT TOOLI’ve been using this app for many months now but upgraded from the free one to this one because it has a longer range on the chart! I can see the last 2years at the moment. Awesome App!I’ve been using this app since April 15, 2012 and I’ve lost almost 80 pounds. I haven’t stuck with it on a daily basis by any means or I would be at my goal weight now and would have been for quite some time. Buy some good digital scales.I love this app as I am much more aware of when I'm eating foods that I shouldn't, because when I weigh myself before breakfast next morning, I don't want to see an increase. It really does make me think about that slice of cake or other glass of wine or beer!! Perfect save one minor detailI’ve tried a multitude of weight tracking apps. I am very visually motivated by charts, so the way it is displayed means a lot to me. This app is very beautiful and clean. The dark theme is not quite as good as the normal view though which is funny because I love dark themes. I wish it could display other data like body fat percentage, but I use another app for that. The only frustrating thing is when you set a goal even just a few pounds below your current weight, it does not display your goal line until you are getting very close to it as it is below the displayed range. The goal line should be seen even in the one week view if it is ten pounds or less away from the current weight. I usually set my goals in ten pound increments. I feel this would be more motivating. IndispensableI totally love this app and couldn’t be without it. It’s my only keep fit type app because I simply want to manage my volatile weight in a way that helps me see over time what weight I gain and what I must do to make amends. Great appUpdate to my earlier review. I’ve now lost 12 kgs using this app and the companion app Nutrients. Very happy. This is a great app for losing or maintaining weight. I’m using it at the moment for weight loss. I use the notes section to indicate when I exercise or think a particular food may have a negative impact on my diet. I use symbols to indicate exercise or any problems eg Star for exercise or red dot for something negative. This allows me to quickly go through the weight log to check what effect it had on next days weigh in. Would recommend this app..Version: 7.0

Great tool for weight loss and maintenanceI’ve heard before that when losing weight it’s helpful to have rewards so you don’t feel cheated at the table. Personally, this app feels like a reward. When tempted, I push through it knowing that I’ll get to see that number go down on the screen. Consistency is a key factor with weight, and the trend line is great for keeping track of how consistent I’ve been, even when I’d like to forget sometimes! :) It’s easy to use and very effective..Version: 6.3

Just enter your weight on a daily basis and the app does the math and shows your weight loss trends over time. It even graphs your weight loss. Enter your goal weight and it calculates how long it will take you to reach it. You can hook it up with Apple Health App and Nokia or Fitbit scales. No ads or in app purchases!!! Helps me stick to my diet plan. Exactly what I was looking for since I didn’t want a calorie counter or diet planner. Also good for maintaining weight after you reach your goal. One thing to be aware of: if you haven’t been losing weight or have gained weight, the app will not show how long it will take to reach your goal-once you start losing again, the app will calculate it..Version: 7.0

Effective app BEST!I originally tried other apps. I got the free version-and liked it so much I quickly upgraded to paid version. I’ve had it for a 1.5 years now and absolutely love it. The graphics are great - I really like the summary section- simple -The trends really help you see over a period of months - such an upgrade from the apps you get digital scale manufacturers. Goals can be changed as needed like when reality smacks you in the head. The interface is easy to use and look at. Provides quick feedback when you start to go off the rails do you can adjust. Just Right!Been using this since 2017 when I started the Fast Diet and got tired of tracking my weight in a spreadsheet; this is waaaay better! Pretty graphs, great metrics, and the custom weight input widget made it super easy to enter three months of past weight data! So simple and useful - 100% recommend!It’s so simple to use. After you enter your beginning information, you simply add your weight each day. It tracks everything for you, including BMI. You can enable the passcode setting so no one else can access the app (and see your weight!). The trend line is great!Really good app, exactly what I was looking for with a trend line and an prediction of when I will meet my goal. The only extra feature that would be nice is if it had the goal prediction available for people who want to gain weight, but I understand this isn’t what most people are doing. Overall a great app for tracking progressI like this app and have used it for years now. It’s easy to use and the graphs provide me with an overall pattern of my progress. I like the “note” feature because keeping a record about my present state and/or situation aids me in seeing correlations between mood etc and my progress. Unfortunately, the note feature doesn’t allow you to view what you are writing when you enter long entries. Once you write a certain amount of characters, you can no longer see what you are writing. The words are there and you can read the entire note after you’ve saved it but not being able to see whilst I’m typing is a negative for me..Version: 7.0

Weight DiaryI love the app and after using it for awhile I switch to the paid app to support the developer and get rid of the adds. I had no problems with the Lite version it never crashed. The app is very easy to use, just enter your weight everyday and the app does the rest, gives you your BMI, weight trend, and when you should reach your goal weight. It was a change for me to weigh everyday due to fluctuations in weight caused by water gain or by splurging the night before. But after a month of using it I liked the daily weight in. Just look at your weight trend and if the line is going down you are on track. Now I don’t panic anymore if I gain a little. The app has kept me motivated. Great app with incredible supportBeen using this app for years to track my weight and the developer has been great and kept it up to date with support for new phones and features such as dark mode. Today I wanted the app to be able to show a range for my goal weight instead of a single number. I thought the app couldn’t do this so emailed support and they replied incredibly quickly and on a Sunday and told me that the app actually did have this feature and I just hadn’t noticed it. Really good for weight loss but could do with improvements when it comes to maintenance weightThis app has been very useful for me (I have managed to hit my goal weight range today). The daily reminder to check (and input) my weight has made me keep my weight goals in mind and resulted in me taking less risks with my diet. The ‘notes’ have enabled me to look back at the day before and record anything that worked particularly well or anything that I believe may be responsible for weight gain. I find I work better this way - assessing each day retrospectively once I know the consequences of the actions rather than recording every single thing that I am doing as I go. What I would like to see now though is 1. The option of coloured BMI bands on the charts so that you can see a visual demonstration of how close you are to the next BMI. 2. A ‘maintenance’ band (again visually represented on the charts) which highlights the spread of weights that you are happy to be and 3. congratulates you daily for maintaining your weight within that band (now that I have gotten my ‘congratulations you achieved your goal weight’ my hope is to never see that particular symbol again but I would like something else a mood enhancer for those days when maintaining my weight is taking effort). If these features were added to the app then it would get 5 stars from me..Version: 9.0

I love this appI've used many apps in the past and most become tedious to maintain. This app has seamless integration with the health app, automatically backs up and the trends graph supports a healthy understanding on how and weight is lost. I use the notes to document things light ’those personal movements’ in the morning, if I ate or how I am feeling. Highly recommend..Version: 9.0

Fantastic!I have been doing a 'weigh each day' program for a few years now, to drop a few kilos to get me back to my happy weight, after I have over indulged for a while. It always works. In the past I had to set up a spreadsheet to follow my 'trend', and just the act of having to get to the computer to enter my weights each day, has eventually killed the effort, and the kilos have crept back on. I was delighted then to find this ap, which does everything I once had to fuss with running on the laptop. My wife and I now 'weigh each day' and update our charts while having a morning coffee in bed. Both down 2 kilos in just a month, and given the ease of tracking our weight with this ap, we feel confident that after we reach our goals, we will more easily keep our weight where we want it. The best weight diary app out thereThis is a fantastic little app which I’ve used for quite a while now. It’s both simple and effective. It has a very clean look which allows you to plot you’re daily progress and more importantly shows you’re average weight as well. This is great as you’re daily weight can be affected by many things such as water retention etc, so the average readout gives a more accurate view of where you really stand. The app allows you to enter you stats and set all types of weight goals along with the timescales you’d like to work within. It also gives a visual of where you’re BMI stands. All in all, a great little app which I highly recommend.Version: 8.0

Polished appI've had this app a while and my initial review wasn't great. However, over the years it has improved steadily and is now a fully functional and very useful app. I particularly like that the developers do not nag you for reviews every five minutes, as other apps do. Linked to my Withings scale this app is trouble free and polished..Version: 11.1

Easy method of tracking your weightThis app is simple to use - have used for 5 years now- can track back and see progress. Set to back up automatically and this works when changing phones. Lets you set goals with time remaining and in relation to daily weight loss. It does a lot more but basically does the job efficiently.
