✓ Worth a million times over!If you are someone who purchases even 1-2 magazines per week, you are wasting your money at the store. You need to stop now and get a subscription to this app. You have access to hundreds of online issues, also available to read offline. I no longer have piles of magazines laying around. I’m also able to save articles and pics of things I like, and share with friends electronically. ✓ Magzter Is The futureWhen I first subscribed to Magzter I believed it was a model that could not endure economically; however, having been a user for a couple of years now I believe this is the future for readers and importantly the publishers too. Readers of newspapers and magazines are declining and the publishers need all readers it can get to sustain advertising revenue. So Magzter allows publishers to state increased readerships and for us, delivers the reading material we desire at a very good price. ✗ C’mon Magzter, really???So I read some of the negative reviews but figured I would try out the free version. I really liked what I saw. I immediately accepted the offer for the Gold account, which was free for 30 days, but requires you to allow the monthly billing through iTunes. So you have to go into iTunes settings if you want to prevent charges after the 30 day trial period. OK, I get that. Spent some time reading and was happy with the choices I had. 12 hours later, Magzter is telling me I don’t have a Gold account. I’ve read other reviews with similar complaints with responses from the company. Obviously, the company either doesn’t care or doesn’t have the know-how or expertise to fix the problem. Think about this, Magzter: what if your readers contact the magazine publishers that you carry and let them know that your faulty app is giving their magazines a bad rap? After having to wait some time to unlock my account, There was no way to cancel he subscription except to email them.
