✓ Ridiculous buy feesI have been using copart for many years...I have spent several hundred thousand dollars with y’all. The buy fees on vehicles over $30k is straight up highway robbery. Car was got reserve on after auction someone’s called me from Copart and he said seller not expected your bidding but if you pay bit more we can ask him again. I told him no it’s my last price. He said ok sorry bout it and are chat over the phone is done. Week after they stopped my bidding and asked £250 for resale. I called more than 10 times to explain what happened but no body wants to help each person keep diverting to me another person I never found right one. ✓ Copart app reviewThe copart app is great except for one thing. When you apply filters to find a specific model, and then try and go back to look another vehicle with the same model, it takes you back about 3 pages instead of back to let’s say other Toyota Camry’s that you might want to look at. Basically it’s annoying to have to enter in all this info just to look at the same model car..Version: 4.9
✓ Easy to use and not badPurchased my first car from there. Did see any difficulties there. The only issues I had were the credit payment, because you pay more fee on using your credit/debit card and the car has some rust underneath and it was not mentioned there. It was just saying minor scratch/damage. I couldn’t travel to see it myself but as I said not bad for my first experience. ✓ No emailsI have t had an email from copart for over a year Can’t reset my passwords Don’t get any outbid notices It any of the marketing emails Copart want me to have The front line staff kee telling me it’s my fault and I need to get a new email address (and supply photos I’d! ) I’m with some dodgy backwater email provider called Microsoft so obviously the problem is them not copart Clearly the copart mail server is blocking my address for some reason but front of house wont flag it to I.T cos it’s not their job! ✓ OpennessCopart will serve you with respect and dignity. They post what they can on a car, I bought a 2006 Ford Explorer after I offered an offer and it was accepted. The car my be old, but it was under $1600 to get it out of the lot. I drove it home, and I’m still driving it . I had to do oil change and wheel bearings. Otherwise it’s running. Thank you Copart. ✓ Due diligenceYou can’t be fooled unless you’re a fool. Pay for the walk around ask question the guts have nothing to lose and are honest they’ll give you their opinion and give you close ups and spot damage. The guy at Whitburn are nice. You have to remember the staff aren’t against you, try not to get frustrated after all they’re on the rollercoaster with you. A smile will get you further than a frown accept you make mistakes. ✓ Improve vehicle pick up processI have bought about 150 vehicles in the last 4 months through Copart. My number one concern is the amount of time it takes to pick up vehicles. There are many shippers that as soon as they hear the load is Copart they say no way. When I buy at the local Copart it takes hours just to get one vehicle picked up. Long term this will be a problem for Copart as transport companies will not be willing to deal with it..Version: 6.2.2

And it’s annoying. So if you find a really nice car or a really crappy one if the retail value is 10,000 yes you guessed it you gonna have to bid 5,100 just to win it plus fees. Final verdict 7/10! ✓ Copart customerI have been with Copart many years I’ve had a few cars which I have made money on however I believe mostly it’s all a big scam and so do many others as a lot of cars which don’t run and drive and advertised as run and drive and even worse seized engines bad gearboxes and they tend to hide damages to cars when taking photos on certain angles intentionally missing out things that would affect how much you bid on the vehicle or if you would have even bid on it at all in the beginning if knowing about the concealed damages All a big scam..Version: 5.9.7
