One stop doesn’t mean one stopResults often return a ‘one stop’ itinerary but when you open up the details it has two stops on there (or sometimes even three!). Also if you want to change the return date it doesn’t bring up the original ‘calendar’ that shows the day of the week it just brings up the ‘rolling date’ option and you have to guess. It also often puts that date in the depart field so you have to start from scratch. Why they don’t keep to the same calendar view I know not. I wanted to contact them to feedback directly rather than on here but the contact page requires you to enter a booking reference before it will further the enquiry..Version: 7.97.1

Beware this App..you could lose a lot of moneyYou need t be aware that Skyscanner harvests airline prices from some pretty shady sites. If for, example you google AuntBetty reviews and look at the horror stories there you realise that something that looks too good to be true usually is. Links to scam travel agentsUpdate 17 April SkyScanner diligently investigated my complaint and I am grateful for their professional response. However, I have no confidence whatsoever in the linked travel agent - AirFare Network and would not recommend you use them under any circumstance. ........ This app finds cheap flights and provides a link to the travel agents who have provided the price quotations. Against each travel agent is a star rating. I clicked through to one agent with a high star rating and made my booking. I received an itinerary pending issue of tickets. I was then called an hour later and told there were no seats at that price and could I pay another £350. Clearly a scam. An internet search against the travel agent shows this is a regular issue. Why does the app show a high star rating? How are these ratings accrued? Why are the travel agents not vetted? Why does the app not give a warning that you are being redirected to unverified salesmen operating outside the Uk?.Version: 5.66.1

So SadI’ve always use this app for my holiday trips it’s the number one app that I use. but recently I’ve booked flights to Barbados through this app I waited until the flight was cheap enough ( about 3 days ) which is the fundamental reason for this app I’ve booked five seats to Barbados at a cost of £3500 And received all receipts and flight confirmation emails only to receive an email 20 minutes later telling me that the flights have not been confirmed and I need to call them ( not going to tell you the actual name of the company ) I called them and they confirmed I would not be getting the flights for that price because they was way too cheap and the money I paid I would not be getting back for 72 business hours which is roughly 10 days... so now I have no flights I’m out of pocket £3500 for 10 days and have been treated absolutely disgustingly. Dodgy 3rd party appsI used Skyscanner to find the suitable flight, but then to purchase a flight you are directed to a third-party. I proceeded and booked with them, only to find out the company went bankrupt. Skyscanner absolved, any liability, and told me to sort it out myself. Worst App EverMy wife booked a flexible airfare through Skyscanner, and paying more, just in case we needed to change dates. As it turns out we do need to and Skyscanner denies any responsibility saying they are only a search engine, our tickets are actually with Tripsta, and we need to deal directly with them. I’ve called both Athens, Greece and Auckland, New Zealand, and messaged them several times, all with no success. Now I’ve been told they are in reorganization and we are authorized to deal directly with Japan Airlines, who say it’s not their problem and won’t even discuss with us any changes. As I have to stay several more months in Thailand I will be forced to forfeit my return flight, and the money involved, all due to “Skyscammer”! Great concept but poor executionWhen setting up a profile you go to all the trouble of inserting your personal details, passport details, frequent flyer/loyalty details, credit card details and it’s all for nothing! Very bad experience with Skyscanner.Yesterday, I have booked rerun trip to Jordan using one of their agent told Travelgenio. Because I used to travel using Skyscanner application since long, I was no under intention because I thought this organization is sheeting their customer and they are protecting them from any miss behavior. Any way, I went through all details being provided and reviewed all details however, every thing went fine completed with final payment. Later on when I received notification of tickets been issued, I have noticed that the luggage been given for me and my family are o kilograms. I was then very angry and I have sent many emails to Travelgenio and requested them any contact no. to reach them however, without any response from their end. I went direct to the airline to sort the issue with and reach to any conclusion however, what they offered me is costing me double of cost all tickets to gather. In addition, I understand that Travelgenio is charged me 50 % of all tickets where I understood then why this happened and what Travelgenio is did to get what they want ignorant the trust they need to build with customers. I acknowledged it is my mistake and from today onward I will delete Skyscanner and Travelgenio app from my phone forever..Version: 7.67

Important feature removed ? WhyThis has been my GO TO app for years of flights and all the good points are well documented by reviewers already BUT I’m not happy with flight details being removed! Previously when you saw a flight that was a possibility, you could click on ‘Details’ and see connection stops; layover times and aircraft types. Now aircraft types have been removed. This is a very bad move as frequent flyers need to / want to see that information. I will not buy a ticket unless I see what type of aircraft is allocated to that service on that date (never)..Version: 5.64

Disappointing updateLatest update make filtering/sort more complicated. I liked when there were 2 tabs at the top (one for sorting and one for filtering) making it easier. Now to sort i have to go inside the filtering tab and then sort. Also when sort has been selected, it doesn’t tell me (as it used to) whether I am sorting on best or cheapest or else. Why hiding it?! Finally when playing with the filtering (especially when selecting/removing airlines) the checkbox isn’t always responsive as opposed to the toggle that user to be there before AND the cheapest price next to each airline has now disappeared. Used to be goodThis used to be a great app but now it’s so difficult to use and un-intuitive its almost un-usable. Want to know what’s available from a local airport on a particular weekend or month? Can’t seem to do it. Try and restrict flights to direct only (surely this should be the default - who wants 24hrs travel and two changes to get to Europe from the UK?) and it keeps flipping back to the multi-change default. Fly from one airport and back to another? You’ll need to get your pen and paper out. Lots of “nice but unnecessary” information when all you really want is to know when the cheap flights are and if a trip works on any kind of realistic budget - in fact what you used to be able to do easily before Skyscanner stopped wanting to do what it says on the tin (flights) and tried to be Expedia or Kayak instead. Of course trying to do everything and sell everything max’s the commission- it just makes for a terrible app. Well done Skyscanner - you’ve turned an essential app into one destined for the delete button..Version: 7.7.1

Good for getting an ideaThis app is good for getting an idea of where you can go for how much. I like the way you can search with flexibility. Please please please add a function to filter by direct flights when searching on the “anywhere, anytime/whole month” bit. It gives prices from my chosen airport to different cities that look attractive but then you click & it turns out there’s an 11 hour stopover. I appreciate some people may find that okay but it’s frustrating when you just want to see where you can get in one flight..Version: 7.82

Christmas 2022After using this site for years booking flights to Australia I can’t believe how bad and hard it is to book flights to Australia for Christmas 2022. Every flight I would click on was either wrongly priced when selecting and when diverting to sellers site the price would nearly double or more or would take me to sellers site and would ask me to fill out details to be told flight was no longer available. I know it’s not necessarily sky scanners fault but they are in charge of who they let falsely advertise on their platform. I must say that all companies who do the same kind of searches as sky scanner were the same though. I have spent weeks with the same out come. So much so it was affecting my mental health that we changed our plans and are now going March instead. What took me weeks getting nowhere took me 15 minutes to book and have the tickets available with the airline responsible for our flights website..Version: 7.66

App needs MUCH better control over its agentsYou can click on a flight that’s shows 1 figure and by the time you have booked with the agent, the figure can change by hundreds of dollars. It also seems a bit strange that refreshing your flight details that can be 6+ months out suddenly shows a higher price in an effort to hurry you into your purchase. I like this app but it feels like more of a scam each time I use it. Your also 100% up the creek if you get ANY of your details wrong, expect agents to charge you absolutely unrealistic prices to make any kind of amendments. My most recent mistake had me call the agent 30 minutes after a $800 booking and I was told it would cost the same amount to change the flight dates..Version: 5.40

Good app but dodgy sitesHave used a couple of times to buy tickets and thankfully all was ok but had a few issues with the booking companies that are linked to Skyscanner. Recent reviews on the booking companies are little short of appalling with many travelers losing money or being left high and dry away from home. Skyscanner needs to fully guarantee and underwrite any bookings made through their app. Prices vary significantly, often way less than the airline direct and got to wonder why this is so?.Version: 5.68

Priceline has better deals unfortunatelyInitially I got great deals through this app. That’s how they lure you in. I have used it now for 2 years and I can honestly say this with confidence. The first 2 flights I booked I got great deals! I literally got 2 round trip tickets for $40 each traveling to different locations. That was within months of each other. After that the luck was gone and I have never had such a deal since. It’s been about a year and a half and I have yet to buy another flight using this app. I spend lots of time comparing flights and you can get better deals on Priceline after your 2 “lucky” flights. This app usually has the highest prices compared to any of the others out there. Use for your first 2 flights then delete it!! It’s not worth it. Download Priceline and thank me later!! ;) Also the new version has started linking to third party websites once you get to the dates and flight you want. The third party sites are screechy to say the least. Once you choose the flights you want the price increases and you can’t get back to the original price. This was once a great app but has now lost all cool points. I haven’t used it in a year and a half since I’m finding the best deals on Priceline or going straight to the business site for rental cars. Once you buy your flight through Priceline they will send you codes for better deals on cars/hotels. Thank me later ;).Version: 7.23.1

Shady travel agencies it recommends!!!Nothing wrong with the app itself. The problem lies with the shady travel agencies it suggests - a lot of them operating from either Eastern Europe or India. And that’s for regardless where the flights are to and from. I am never going to use this site or app again after having had several issues with the travel agencies it recommended while purchasing ticket. When the call is routed to Eastern Europe you know that any changes to the ticket whether airlines charges or not they want hefty change fees. And if the it’s an Indian agency they want to “verify” your credit card even after the ticket issuance by having to divulge credit card and passport info again (usually by sending actual pictures of the stuff) - archaic and obnoxious!!! Screw this - buy from the airline site directly - prices are lower or at worst the same - who need this app!!!.Version: 5.39

Getting worseIn my opinion this app it’s getting worse . 1 Every single time when I’m popping out from that app in order to check something about the destination I have found or share something with a friend the app is restarting so I have to do searches again which really puts me off 2 When I do search for example London - everywhere I cannot sort the results by any category.. so I have to go through random destinations with random quotes going like £1200 -£12-£680-£560-£20 which is another thing which forces me to not using this app, it’s better to use Skyscanner on browser then on this app. 3 When I put specific dates it never shows me the one which I have asked for .. it’s showing only the dates around the date which I’m interested in and the one which is with the lowest price.. Very poor customer servicesI booked a return flight ticket and late needed to change the return date. When I contacted them, only got a response two days later telling “due to technical issues” I had to contact the flight company myself to make the change. It costed another $500 to make a change! Good site, poor app-> worse after updateI really don’t like to write negative feedback on a reasonable app without being able to submit feedback to the developers first But, it speaks volumes that even your links to app support are not user friendly. Why not just have a link to a form that can be filled??? Instead were directed to a list of help articles??? - previous issues with app remain. The main significant issue is that when you put in a search, you cannot filter for direct flights before the results are shown. On your website this is possible. - I’m sorry to say the update is not user friendly. If you think it represents your brand better, it is doing a poor job. -saved searches are now under trips and you cannot delete individual searches under the same trip. You can only delete the whole trip. Individual searches can’t be seen without clicking into the various trips which means you have to do extra clicks when before it was on the main home screen It’s just a mess now. The update ruined the appI used this app for all my trips in the past. Ever since the latest update this app simply does not work anymore. I find flights, fill in all my details and get right to the very end of the process. But that is as far as this app let’s you go. When it’s time to pay you get this stupid message saying it’s not available. So you run the search again and there it is. Go through the entire process again but no luck. What frustrates me most about ‘Best’ is when I have a app set on ‘Cheapest’ and you only show 3 flights, then I click on ‘See all 31 flights’, and it resets to ‘Best’. I want default to be ‘Price’, and I can change it to ‘Duration’ if I please. I do not want to sign-up for you to remember this. Low rating carrier and unknown sitesI am disappointed with Skyscanner because I actually never got a flight through the app. Also, the carrier in the search results are frontier and spirit. These carriers do not add seating or baggage prices to their total price. Their goal is to provide options for their guests. This would not apply to me. Also they both are known to have late arrivals and departures time with poor customer service. In addition, there are booking site most people are not familiar and thorough research has to be done before booking. Skyscanner is not an app for last minute trips. Trips need to be planned in weeks or months in advance. Lastly, I do not like the calendar or chart feature. It display a cheaper flight price than what the results display. Refers to a bad company FareBoomI always used and trusted Skyscanner to find reliable partners to book airplane tickets. It will not be the case anymore. I made a reservation thru Skyscanner with FareBoom on 3 June 2019. The next day, instead of receiving tickets, FareBoom sent me this email : We noticed that you have an unfinished reservation to Montreal. You might want to book quickly before the price goes up. I couldn’t finish my reservation. My itinerary was no longer available. So, I used again Skyscanner and booked with FlightNetwork. I got my ticket in the next hours. On 5 June 2019, FareBoom send me tickets ordered on 3 June 2019. Very bad customer service. I ended up having to cancel my trip with FlightNetwork, paying 452 CAD. Please resolve filter issuesGreat App, but with two annoying ‘filter’ issues. Firstly, the filter function allows you to filter flights by departure and arrival times. However, it only allows you to filter by ‘Leave after’ and ‘Arrive before’. This means overnight flights are not filtered out, despite a specific date being selected. So a flight departing London at 22:00 and arriving in Madrid at 00:30 the following day would still be shown even if you’d tried to filter out very early or very late flights. Secondly, any filters applied are not reflected in the graph view. Instead, the cheapest price for all flights is shown each day, ignoring the fact filters have been applied. Fix these two issues and it’ll be a 5⭐️ App..Version: 7.2

The mobile app issuesThe “anywhere” option for exploring is great, but if I use “anywhere” and it says a destination is $12 for a one way trip, two errors occur. 1. There is never an option that matches the advertised cost even on the IPad version which is less glitchy. It’s always significantly more. There are never filters turned on. 2. When searching one way trips on the iPhone app, it always shows round trip options for the same day. What happened?This app used to be great. You could scroll through bar graphs of best price for each day and find the cheapest options around when I could travel. What happened? It’s all been reformatted and now I can’t find any of this functionality?? Sure I can find the cheapest on the day, but what about the day before or the day after? Can I have the old one back please? Good serviceI am a frequent user of Skyscanner and would usually highly recommend it but I would like to convey my disappointment with the third party booking company My Trip which is recommended by Skyscanner which has turned into a nightmare after the flight was cancelled and I have now been told an ‘admin fee’ of €30 will be deducted in proceeding the refund. I find this unacceptable and see no reason why the full amount should not be refunded as this is the practice in the EU (and required by law). Changed so much. Can't see price listing.I've been using this app for over 6 years. It used to guve me the price of flights in 2 different ways as a bar graph or numbers under the dates. I no longer have any of those options. I have to choose my dates and hope I chose dates with low prices. There are no prices listed for me to compare the best dates to go. It's very frustrating. Good but could be betterWhen using the Everywhere feature you can’t filter for direct flights before it shows you all the destinations. When booking an “Everywhere” flight I’m looking for a quick opportunity, but I don’t want a 2 (or more) leg journey. The app gives me results all over the place but they often turn out to be indirect flights. Just give me the filters earlier in the in Everywhere search please. DumbI looked up flights under the "explore" section. I saw all these inexpensive prices for the select dates that the app provided but then when I click on the price to explore what flights were available for that price there was always nothing available for the price that they advertise. I'm assuming the inexpensive flights were sold out but if that is the case, don't advertise them as if they are available. I used the "back space" button to go back to the previous page because I thought maybe I just saw the price incorrectly but I didn't. Never will use sky scannerWhen using sky scanner it takes you to the travel agencies who are unprofessional and maybe not even accredited to be a travel agency. I bought my ticket using sky scanner which took me to my trip UK, after purchasing the ticket and due to Covid the ti had to cancel my trip due to a second lockdown in the UK. The ticket was via turkish airline even though the airline is confirming that the ticket is refundable yet the travel agency is not processing the refund and seems that the ticket is issue via a travel agency in Greece, what a mess to get cheap tickets and hecktic to get support. Cebu AirlinesAirport details wrong , was domestic flight to Manilla not international, different airport. I had to walk over one kilometre,I’m recovering from a broken Ankle, so it was a challenge. Next Manilla airport,took at least 2 hours to get through customs,plane had to wait for passengers for 30 mins longer , flight late into Melbourne, missed my bus by 5 mins ,had to organise different transportation. Show flights for Full month disappeared?!I used to always use skyscanner to Book flights but recently the show full month option has disappeared! I don’t see why they have disabled this feature as it used to show the cheapest flights throughout the month .. now it’s turned into a guessing game ? Ridiculous! SadThis used to be such a great app... The prices displayed are always wrong. If you check the price on the calendar for a specific destination, the search shows you prices that are not even remotely close to it. In the rare occasion that you find a price that is close to what's shown, if you visit that provider the price will of course be 2x, 3x, 10x times more expensive. I known prices fluctuate due to several factors like demand, availability etc. But this discrepancy was shown for several days. I highly doubt the API that keeps their systems with up-to-date information is running once a week for this to happen. Or maybe they do, who knows! SkyScammerThis one is for everyone one who is planning to get this app to book their planned holiday through this scammer. Please do yourself a favour and don't get a ticket through them and go to your local travel agent who you can reach out to. Me and my wife had planned a holiday for this December and booked our tickets through one of SkyScammer agents months ago. First, they sent us an itinerary after we made the full payment of $4300 and we were all excited. And a month after they contacted us and informed us that the airline has cancelled the flight and asked us to choose an alternative date, which we agree to. But they haven't sent us an itinerary for the changed flight. Things got even worse when we contacted them for 3-4 weeks every second day that if you guys can send us an e-ticket for our peace of mind. But they keep saying same thing over and over again that we will receive one in 24 hours to 48 hours which we never received one and we kept chasing them for weeks. And yesterday I decided to call them and once again asked for my e-ticket and in reply, they said that they spoke to Singapore Airline and the airline want us to make another payment of $3200 on top of $4300 which we reject their scammy offer and asked for a refund. Which we not are not sure of if we getting our money back. So please kindly request to all of you, don't book your ticket through this SkyScammer..Version: 7.73

E-nightmare, don’t do itSkyscanner and e-nightmare, don’t do it! What a waste of energy, time and money. Skyscanner was so easy to use in pre-covid times, how did e-dreams get on this? They are not a travel agent, they are a travel broker. This means no customer service, only money is on a broker’s mind. All prices are in US dollars and a conversion fee of 100$ is charged for each booking. Stupid me, I gave the benefit of doubts 3 times. Each booking was canceled a week after I booked, saying the bank didn’t release the money. I spent hours on the phone to operators. I understand Sir, if you book again, I can see that it will go through. The second booking that was canceled as well, re appeared as confirmed a week before my departure. After yet another 45 agonizing minutes on the phone, I was told that all booking are canceled. Only to find that two days before departure, that it was still confirmed. Lost the best partI’m also disappointed with the changes to the “explore” portion of the app. That is the main reason I used this app over any other airfare app. Being able to pick a destination and have the app tell me all the cheapest dates to travel to that destination, was extremely helpful for a flexible traveler like myself. Now the app fills in one set of random dates for that destination, and I can no longer explore and compare different dates without having to type in each date, look at price, change date, look at price, change date, look at price, etc... Skyscanner app heats up my iPhone XS Max and XRIt has taken me few days to figure out why my phone was getting hot so quick. Sadly, it’s when I use the skyscanner app for 10 minutes or so and when I search for flights. To prove my theory, I tried the same level of usage on my wife’s XR and my iPhone 7 too. Each phone exhibited similar condition, which is the back of the camera getting really hot. I raised the issue with Apple first, and they ran diagnostics with the results showing no issues with my device. They did however, notice that when they tried on an iPad to do flight searches, the iPad got a little warm, too. I updated the app version and tried again, still same. I updated IOS and tried again, but phones was still heating up. However, if I use skyscanner via Safari and save it as home screen, it is much better. But in this case, what is the use of the app? Skyscanner used to be a good app, but other apps are becoming far more useful smarter that skyscanner! I had a response from skyscanner that they tried to do the same on number of devices, but they couldn’t replicate the failure mode. I somehow find that hard to believe! Screen unresponsive?Used this app for years and loved it, but just recently it’s virtually unusable, and other people have said the same. Whatever I tap on the screen needs tapped several times before it actually does anything. Open the app and select ‘flights’ but nothing happens. Need to press it several times for the page to open. Same when selecting any other options like highlighting airport box to enter details. This is a one year old iPhone 12 on latest iOS, so not a case of an obsolete handset. Great app!!I love this app, it’s an app for you to search cheap airfares and it has a lot of filters to alter your search preferences. Slow and sluggishThis app is brilliant for what it does. My main criticism is the time it takes to load the flights page. It is definitely app related and not my internet. New version is atrociousSome intern has decided to put “validation” on the filters, presumably because he thought it was a good idea. When looking for a flight from Birmingham to New York, you’re forced to select a date and hit search before saying it needs to be a direct flight. Now you have to wait for the search to complete - in full - before it then gives you the option of filtering. Once you deselect 1 and 2 stops, it refuses to let you set that filter by disabling the Show Flights button because there are no flights for that date range. Now I’m playing the game of guess when to figure out when I can fly direct. [edit] oh great, additionally, if there are no flights with 2+ changes, you can’t even deselect the filter, because it’s disabled (but checked). Do not use the suppliersI used Skyscanner to book a flight through a third party (called Mytrip). The flight was cancelled due to weather conditions so I had to try and process a refund, which is when I discovered that Mytrip was an absolute nightmare to deal with. They leave you on hold for up to 45 minutes, hang up on you if you (politely) query, and apparently don’t refund anyone. If you look at their trust pilot reviews this is clearly and experience shared by multiple other customers. While the issues with Mytrip is not directly Skyscanners fault, I was disappointed with Skyscanner for the following reasons 1) the rating for Mytrip on their system was far higher, which suggests system manipulation 2) it is the responsibility of Skyscanner to make sure they are engaging with appropriate suppliers, 3) there was no where whatsoever on Skyscanner for me to register concerns about Mytrip, so they are presumably still a supplier to Skyscanner and still luring in other unsuspecting victims, Skyscanner, please can you implement some improvements to how your third party suppliers are engaged with and reviewed..Version: 7.59

Prices differ too muchThe prices that initially show on a Skyscanner search are continuously hiked up by last-minute fees added on by the third party. Rip offI made a reservation for a trip 3 months in advance and paid for it upfront. A couple of weeks later I called back to make changes to it. Due to changes outside of my wonderful, the wedding I am attending changed venues. I called to make changes to my reservation. Not only was I reminded that my reservation was nonrefundable, but when I tried to change the destination of it I was being charged over $1500. It was explained to me that this was the total fo change penalties, plus the fare difference on the new destination. I checked the fares to the new destination before I called and they were cheaper than my original destination so I am not sure how they came up with this number!.Version: 5.30

Calendar Feature GoneWhy have you remove the Calendar? Your old app had a really simple Calendar with every price for each day, you see all the prices and you can plan your accommodation around those prices. This was THE BEST feature of your app. I’m absolutely baffled. It blows my mind. I still have the old version of your app on my phone and it worked until a little while ago. The fact a customer is trying to use your old app instead of your new one should really say a lot! Everyone hates change, but you’ve removed or at least hidden the best feature of your app. Completely pointless even writing this review but I’ve seen a few people saying the same thing so maybe after you’ve had a few thousand customers go elsewhere the penny will finally drop and you’ll bring it back..Version: 7.7.1

Beware- Do Not book using this appSkyscanner has great tools for finding multi-city flights (limited to 5) for travel with a variety of airline carriers. When booking, Skyscanner uses their independent “partners” who take your money and provide poor service. At that point Skyscanner is gone & users must communicate with the assigned partner. In my case, partner Jetabroad provided a bogus confirmation number that does not work & my flight bookings still do not appear on Skyscanner 10 days later! No possible way to contact either party & resolve without valid conf number. Hopefully others will consider my terrible experience & Skyscanner will be out of business soon..Version: 7.65

Jury is out on thisMy barber told me about this great app that he uses to go all over the world. He told me that if you have flexibility on everything- departure, return, even destination- you can find some amazing deals. I downloaded immediately and it's not as easy as he made it out to be. I'm constantly on the help page to utilize this wonderful 'flexibility' feature (I'm still not convinced it's working) and see lots of comments from users not at all happy with the latest upgrade- this is what my barber had described to me. It is not that different from orbitz, travelocity, etc. I feel that I missed the boat..Version: 5.34

The bait and switch, switch...Up until this year (wait, Kayak beat out Skyscanner in September when I booked a trip to New Zealand), Skyscanner was my go-to for finding discount flights. A few years ago, I stopped using Momondo because it would advertise flights for one price, THEN raise the price AFTER you input your credit card information. Skyscanner isn’t that bad, but for the last month, every time I’ve checked a price for the EXACT same flight for the EXACT same date, it advertises the same “bait” price, then after clicking on the adjacent link, the price doubles, then triples. Not sure why you’d advertise a one-way flight for $254 FOR A MONTH, but then increase it to $720. Shouldn’t you stop the BS bait price on the unpteenth search? Should I blame the cookies? And you must realize that customers can actually search a plane’s seat availability, so the claims that the seats are limited is tired, not just dishonest. So, way to go, Skyscanner. You’re just as useless as Momondo now..Version: 5.68

No accountability on the bestjet fraudThis is really heart wrenching so realise that you have lost your money because of this creepy app. Lost $4k with best jet. I so wish that I wouldn’t have booked the flight with them. No ticket was being offered for months. No refund was being processed. No intimation was given. If this is the level of integrity these people hold I would not be surprised if this happens again. It is so frustrating to only see the sorry note which was being posted by the skyscanner. Where the hell is your accountability gone??? Please stop operating your business whilst making innocent people out of their pocket. Jerks..Version: 5.61.1

Good and badI booked our flights and lucky I printed out my itinerary because the airline said I had spelt the names wrong and it didn’t match our passport from there screen and were charging us 200 dollars to change each name which there were 4 of us travelling, I then pulled out the itinerary I had printed from my email and said no our spelt all correctly showing them proof, they then said will let you go this time but don’t ever go through them again, again I had the same problem on our return of our holiday, but I still kept and showed our itinerary, it has also happened a few times with other family of ours but they had to pay extra as they didn’t have there itinerary print outs on them which was a shame😒.Version: 5.57.1

Changes - not to the betterI believe recent “updates” / changes made it impossible to filter on the app as it would be expected, and as it was possible in the past. I used to love this app and I used it on a very regular basis. Nowadays, if I wish to use Skyscanner’s service I must go to their website, which makes the App pointless. Additionally, the flights are now bundled by airline/carrier, and therefore you are unable to sort for instance by price as the site lists the cheapest by the carrier during the whole day, but for sure the one you want is the most expensive so the App is therefore misleading customers. Any more changes like the ones above from Skyscanner and I will have to stop using their services altogether :(.Version: 5.77.1

Took my money.I don’t even know how to express this. I tried booking a flight on skyscanner and it shows the airline so I know they tried to book it on spirit airlines. I tried paying for the flights and it kept telling me to refresh the page that the ticket is no longer available. I did it 4 times until I gave up on this ridiculous app. I went to spirit directly and tried to pay and they said insufficient funds. So now I have 2 flights paid for under skyscanner with no email no proof that I bought a ticket. I called spirit airlines they said they have no card number no name or email of mine to show it was booked. Where is my money skyscanner ? This is literally an ongoing issue literally right now. Worst of all there is no phone number to call skyscanner the emails say to contact the airline. Did you guys just rob me ?!! I’m furious I need to get back into the states and this is what you guys do to me..Version: 7.83
