Also, it would be very useful if the same could be done for luggage because quite often you think you are ordering the cheapest flight but you’re not as one includes luggage and another doesn’t!! Thank you for your response. My comment about prices is in relation to taxes. Is there anyway of having them included or atleast estimated as part of the price? Although I’m an Emerald level FF with a Oneworld airline, I use this app to compare prices and routing options amongst all airlines to try and balance value against convenience and the need to maintain FF status. The only thing I’d like to see added to the app would be the ability to filter results by airline alliance programs, as you can do on the website. Otherwise it’s excellent..Version: 5.40

✓ Great app, but needs work with some accessibility features for Voiceover usersGreat and useful app. It has a lot of different airlines available to you, including Jet Blue, Spirit, Frontier, United, Delta, American, etc. that I've seen so far. I'm not sure if they have Alaska as I haven't looked at enough flights to fully be aware. The things Ive noticed, though, in terms of accessibility are with the calendar, and also with looking at further flight details. The date of departture and arrival get lost a bit, and it's not entirely intuitive when you're trying to sort out what's what. When you're entering in departure and returning dates, the months are labeled, but the actual days are blank buttons. It's doable since you can just count in your head, but it's a little irritating. That said, plenty of other airline apps are way worse with their calendar accessibility. So, that said, this isn't horrible. When you're booking a one way flight, though, Voiceover responds beautifully to the calendar and suddenly reads the numbers and days of the week on the calendar. Bizarre, but I'm not complaining. ✓ Brilliant travel conceptI’ve really loved this app for quite a while, it’s led to many spontaneous and adventurous trips. Just a few things I’d like to touch on to make the app truly unrivalled. I’ve noticed recently quite a few bugs - such as the explore option not working correctly, by it not showing the prices next to destination and sometimes the incorrect price. These things can be fixed though. I’m wondering if in the future an option to visit multiple destinations on explore would appear. For example - cheapest return from London and then cheapest return from there. Sometimes I have a set budget and I want to visit as many places as possible. No one actually does this yet, probably due to the massive amount of script it would take. But I really think this would be such a huge jump in the travel market. ✓ Search everywhere gone wrong and needs to be fixedThe search everywhere function was really good because you could put your chosen dates in and then it would come up with different options for different countries and when you clicked on the chosen city within the country, then the flight options for your chosen dates would be there. It looks like the latest update has disrupted this so that now when you get to the screen where all of the cities are there to choose from, when you click on the city, your chosen dates disappear and there is just a link to the ‘cheapest’ flights on totally different dates for that city. This really must be fixed because it is very irritating to have to retype the dates again after clicking on the cheapest option that you are forced to look at. This is not helpful because the dates are what matters so please can you change it back again to the way it was where when you click on a city after choosing the country, the chosen dates stay the same?.Version: 5.55
✓ Great app for finding cheap flights - wish notifications were betterI use this app to find the best prices for flights and it’s great. I love that I can subscribe to flights and be alerted when the price changes. However I get too many silly notifications because any change triggers the notice. For example - I get notified when the price changes by $1 which is a waste of my attention. In addition if I subscribe to more than one flight the notification becomes generic and I have to open the app to see which flight changed. I wish I could control the limits of my notifications (like only tell me when the price drops by more than $30, etc) and that notifications were more clear - especially when subscribing to more than one flight. Sometimes there is no correlation between Skyscanner and the associated travel company making the offer, the experience somehow appear to be dubious. It’s that what travel insurance is for? The only issue I have with the app compared to their website is the inability to filter out the multiple airline combinations when you search. Now that’s changed you really need to know where you want to go and when. I agree the Explore function is unnecessary and intrusive. Please revert to how it was, it’s no longer functional for me with the new updates! You had a great search facility that set you apart and now you have killed it. I never previously experienced ‘no flights available’- instead you would offer the +/- 3-7 days. I like to search within a certain time frame (often restricted by school holidays) from several airports (South West, Gatwick) and then see where is looking competitive. ✓ Great App, But Where’s The Train Section?Great app that makes booking flights easy. I don’t always necessarily get the best deals, but then that’s not Skyscanner’s fault. Some flights are just expensive. Where the app really comes into its own though is on multi-trips. I recently found a really good deal on there using that function. ✓ Saved Flights Don’t UpdateOverall, I find this a very useful app and website and it helps me track flight prices, and hopefully the new price predictions will work out correct for my chosen flights. Only downside which I find really annoying is that once you have saved a flight, in your saved section it only shows the price that it was when you saved it. You need to actually click on it and wait while it loads and updates (which takes an unusually long time) until it shows you the current price. ✓ Watch for hidden luggage costs on cheaper airlinesLook Skyscanner does its job, but if using in Asia(I’ve flown Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and about to head into Indo), I’ve noticed a lot of the middle of the road deals don’t include luggage. I’m talking about you, Air Asia. And they charge eye wateringly for even 20kg . Like who’s traveling through Asia with no luggage? I use Vietnam Airlines a lot, especially for internal domestic flights and the price has always included 20kg of luggage and they are mostly on time (it is Vietnam) . EG, if someone ONLY flies direct and under 5 hours flight times, it’s frustrating to have to go into filters every time to find out if what you want is actually there instead of knowing swiftly. However, now that I’m searching for flights to Spain this summer, if I “Explore” this location, it shows me a series of longer duration flights around 450, but when I tap on it, it’s nearly double in the 800s, an entirely different price. It does this for nearly any location and date. Overall I’m very disappointed with the inaccuracy of prices; it’s deemed to be nearly useless unless I’d rather search it date by date instead. ✓ Love the app to bits...but wish to see my saved searches on all devicesI have been using the app for the past almost 2 years. It has saved me a lot of time and money, even if searches are not always conclusive. The only reason why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the fact that I cannot see my saved searches across all my devices, primarily my iPad and iPhone. This makes continuity a bit of a pain when I have started some flight planning on my iPad and I find that I cannot see any of the saved searches on my iPhone and vice versa. I am logged in using the same account and have tried all variations of problem solving...logged in and out on both devices, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even changed to new devices but nothing seems to work. Continuity is one of the main reasons I use Apple for my business and it is very disappointing when an app fails to do this, especially such a good app which is not easily replaceable with another app. Hope this shortcoming can be addressed. ✓ Needs a bit of improvementSkyscanner is a really good app to use for flights, but i dont like some things of this. The flights they show are not always THE cheapest, you can still find aome cheap deals before that and what i mostly dont like is how that when we select a date from the charts if says that the cheapest flight is of $300 but when we go to select a flight it is no where near $300 but its triple the price so it is like clickbait that the chart tells another price and we get something else. That is really confusing and frustrating. I hope this gets fixed or the problem gets solved..Version: 5.58

✓ I guess new update created annoying changesLove the app. Always my go to until now. Now when ever i search it gives me top 3 options and says click here for the rest of the results. Once you click it it doesnt carry over the search inputs. I have to reinput the TO location and the date and one way. Extremely annoying. Its like having to do the same search twice. Sometimes when selecting filters for how many stops, it won’t let you scroll down to actually select anything. That ones small, but one I come across often is lack of pricing. ✓ Gone downhillUsed to use this all the time, but now it’s just painful. I want to search for all flights to a destination, leaving from any airport across the U.K. I want a direct flight. Trying to do this on the app now just brings up lots of boxes from different airports with a “from xxx” price note. ✓ This WAS a very good tool for travelers.Recently I’ve noticed that the link between SkyScanner App (on my iPhone) and the third party car rental vendor (I.e. CarRental8) has been broken. You see very low prices offered by CarRental8, but when you click to go to their site and complete the reservation the destination doesn’t have your search criteria (date, location,...). Worst part is; when you re-enter the SAME criteria you will get a MUCH higher rate from the vendor. It’s a total waste of time..Version: 5.72

✓ Inaccurate flight pricesI like to use the “explore” option from my closest airports. We are flexible with travel dates so this feature helps save money on tickets...theoretically. However, 9 times out of 10 the price is substantially higher than what is reported when you select those dates. For instance, when ‘exploring’ travel deals out of LAX it says tix to Rome are $360 for 2 weeks at the end of August. Awesome! Yay!! I select those dates and wait for the itineraries to load.
