✓ Cool but unfinishedPool, and snooker are great in this game, very realistic. The issue I have is with Crokinole, even on the highest difficulty the computer is terrible, instead of laying into the open spot they'll just shoot their shot off the board and leave you free to sink 20's the whole time..TradeMeDreamsVersion: 2.7.2

✓ Many Unrealistic Shots Playing 9 BallIt fails to respect the correct use of english when making many shots. It either severely under, or overly compensates the use of draw. The computer also makes many ridiculous shots, particularly to win games with combinations onto the 9 ball, that simply would not occur in a real game. I typically play the 9 foot table so that may be a factor. I really want to like this game because it has many excellent attributes. However, once again, the shots the conputer chooses to take - **and then makes** - are ridiculous. They not only would not occur in a real game then if for some unknown reason they were attempted, they definitely would not be made higher than 95% of the time the way they are in this App. Overall I am pretty disappointed. I typically would play 9 ball but also snooker and I see the same types of next to impossible shots successfully made by the computer player in both games. Perhaps an update will make some adjustments that will then make the game a little more realistic If draw worked correctly this would not occur: I have a shot - on the 9 ball for a win of course - that is straight in. The 9 ball if fairly close to the pocket. I select a small amount of draw which should either stun the cue ball into stopping dead or else draw it back a small amount. Neither of those things occurred but what did occur is the cue ball following the 9 ball straight into the pocket for a scratch. Easy peasy win for the computer..Wile E.Version: 2.7.2

✓ This game cheats!I love this game but for one major flaw... it cheats. Yes, sometimes in my favor, often in favor of the computer, but it’s maddening in both instances. It has the nasty habit of “awarding” extra shots even though a player, be it myself or the computer, just missed its shot and doesn’t deserve another. It seems to happen randomly and often results in handing the computer the extra, undeserved shot that is nothing short of cheating for the win. ✓ Great game - Needs community/lobbyThis game is need of an update - needs a community and rooms where players can congregate and challenge each other. The underlying graphics and physics engine is fantastic when playing on an iPad/tablet device so to be missing the community/online lobby aspect is a real shame. Flyordie a web app with pool/snooker games amongst others has a good template for what you can achieve at a basic level when it comes to online player rooms/ratings systems. We just need something basic here like flyordie - nothing complex that you would have at the video game console level. Once something like that is added this game would be the best on any Apple device when it comes to billiards. It’s fantastic to see see three ball billiards, snooker, pool variations all on this app - so when I first started playing this 5+ years ago - I thought it had a ton of potential - but the developers just never updated anything and the lack of community aspect has dented this app massively..TheifsthemeVersion: 2.7.2

✓ Brill but 1 criticismThis game is definitely the best in its genre,both graphically and physical....And gameplay is top notch...But one problem I have is when playing pool,on the uk rules,the game makes you play the "cue or object ball must hit the cushion" rule,which was never in the competitive uk pool rules until recently,and wherever I play pool,most players do not play to this rule as it diminishes the ability to play a strategic soft shot either to hide ball or to create a difficult position for opponent...I understand it has always been in the American rules, and this is understandable as their game is based on fast skill ...But we Brits like to also add lateral gameplay like in snooker....In other lesser pool apps,there is sometimes,an option to disable that rule..it's a shame you can't do that with this one... Update..after one of the updates, snooker now has added “impossible” angled shots ,when you are winning comfortably against medium A.I Player...after encountering this a few times, I took a screen shot of play when I thought this was gonna happen again,which it did..I then showed this to a buddy of my dads who had played professional snooker and asked him if that angle to middle pocket was possible...after he finished laughing,stating the pockets sucked the ball in!He then showed me on a practice,table which has generous pockets,why it was impossible....shame as this game was a 5 star masterpiece..AlphonixVersion: 2.7.2

✓ There is a problem with this gameThe problem is that it varies between boring and frustrating. If you set the level to graduate you will win every game, and that is boring. If you set the level to experienced or higher, you are bound to lose almost every game. No matter how good you are. Because the game is stacked to the computer At the experienced level, it does not matter where the computer is shooting from about 95% of the time they will hole. At the next level up, do not even start, unless you are happy to watch a display by a computer that never makes a mistake. The problem for the player is 15% of the table is not visible, no matter what angle you are trying to shoot from. In other words, how can you shoot when you are not able to see the pocket.
