Doesn’t work with Family sharing or Ask to buy FeaturesMe and Apple advisor worked together for over an hour via screen sharing but this app didn’t work with both Family sharing and Ask to buy features. 1. I tried to buy unlock everything on my iPhone and share it with my kid on their iPad but the app wanted me to buy it again on iPad and could not read my purchase on parent account. This app says it supports family sharing. 2. We requested a refund for this on my account and tried to purchase this directly on the kid’s iPad. I have ‘Ask to buy’ feature enabled, so when I try to do an in-app purchase on iPad, it goes to a parent for approval and charges the parent account.. instead of waiting app just cancels the purchase and asks to update a payment method which isn’t right. So it is a endless loop where you cannot make an in-app purchase. It’s a shame that an app with 127k reviews cannot work with the latest family sharing features of iOS. Was suggested to find an other app after an hour of troubleshooting session with an Apple advisor.Version: 3.0.2

Too expensiveOnly couple of words are free and the quality isn’t good enough to justify the price.Version: 1.2.0

Absolute fraudThis app does not allow you to purchase the full version on a parent’s iTunes account then install it on a child’s device. You have to either allow your child to make purchases and purchase *on* their device, or buy on your own device and let them play on your own device. Absolute fraud. Their website claims that apple doesn’t let you transfer in-app purchases (the only way to unlock the content) between devices, which is hilarious, because I’ve done that exact same thing for dozens of other educational apps..Version: 1.2.0

No good...This game promoted and forced to write a review. Picked just so my kid could continue learning/ playing. I was pretty pleased (aside from the forceful prompt) about the game until I went to buy the full version which it kept prompting that I “user cancelling order” which CLEARLY was not the case because I wanted my kid to continue playing. It ended up just being a huge red flag because I have never seen a prompt like that which led me to believe this game had some shadiness to it. I would have given one or no stars but like I said I thought the game was great and my kid enjoyed playing... while he did get to play.Version: 1.2.0

Used to workUsed to work but for about 3 months it doesn’t go past the first loading screen.Version: 3.1.7

Forced rating and just a teaseAlthough I think this game is cute and fun for my twin toddlers.... it made me give it a high rating before I was able to go any further in the game and then wouldn’t let us get to the letter “C” unless we purchased the rest of the alphabet for $3.99. Not a bad price but I don’t feel free games and learning games at that should be shady like that. It’s fun for my kids so stars for that but thumbs down for not even allowing us to get very far into it before expecting a purchase and not allowing to continue..Version: 1.2.0

Exploding sound?I like the activity for spelling the words. I HATE the unnecessary exploding of the word. Or worse, it sounds like a gun. Why is that even needed - sound wise or as a visual. I get frustrated by apps for young kids who put have too much sensory overload in the name of engagement. It’s not engaging; it’s enabling. And I say this as an experienced educator of 20+ years who sees the effects on kids when they reach my middle school classroom. Please do away with that sound. Very jarring..Version: 1.2.0

Please help us to get this app some other wayMy son is 2 and “ WE “ both love this app I searched for awhile trying to find the perfect learning app for him. I’m very upset because I just brought him a PBS tablet & couldn’t download the app on it because you can only download on a iPhone or iPad. Too bad because I was gonna pay the $2.99 again to unlock the full app. I would have rated this app a 5 star , but since we can’t download this app on his PBS tablet I rated it a 2.Version: 1.2.0

Wouldn’t recommendI bought this for my toddler and Unlocked all the games so my toddler could play all of the options. It was a good game until I had to delete it to make room on my phone Than when I downloaded it again, it said I had to “sign in” to my account to be able to unlock my previous purchase and “connect my internet”. Well, I am already signed in and my internet works fine. I guess they want you to pay again to be able to play and unlock again. Would NOT recommend unless you plan to not ever delete the game. I don’t have any issues with other games deleting and installing again after I make purchases..Version: 2.1.3

Paid appYou get like one letter and three words to ‘learn’ before they want you to start paying. Might be worth the money as I didn’t pay to check, but I doubt it honestly if what I saw was anything to go by. Not a free app..Version: 3.0.4

OkApp makes you write review before you can access so can’t give honest opinion.Version: 1.2.0

App faultI purchased the app and couple of days later it disappeared and when I downloaded it again it didn’t work and it’s asking me to pay for the app again. I’m not so happy with this app. Need a solution asap.Version: 1.2.0

Not freeAfter the first couple of letters you must pay for the rest to the alphabet in this app. Some of the spacial detection within the app seems difficult (without proper tolerances) for toddlers. I watched my 2 year old struggle to put a 3 piece puzzle together because the shapes didn’t snap in place when he had them where they belong. This was discouraging for him which would cause him to try putting the piece other places where it obviously didn’t go..Version: 1.2.0

Pushing for reviews too earlyI can’t review it yet - I’m being asked to review app before getting a chance to explore it.Version: 1.2.0

Beware, set up for kids to easily purchase within the appIt looks like a good app. The Main down fall here for our family is that right away we noticed how easy it is to purchase within the app. Even if you have it locked to your finger print. The app asked you a simple addition question to “verify you are an adult” once you enter the correct answer it waits a while (you handed to your kid thinking it’s ready to use) and unlocks a next step and gives you a button to press to make a purchase. Even the adult can accidentally press on the button the purchase by mistake. I might have not explained this correctly because I have two toddlers I have to get back to but parents to my warning serious please. I hope the provider takes this as a friendly but serious notice that they have to change something about the purchase options..Version: 1.2.0

Not freeThis game is good for teaching and stuff but why do i have to pay to unlock all of them, daughter is trying to learn some alphabets but she can’t do all of them or even just a little more, just a and b is not enough, and i don’t want to pay for a game that i know that they will not use forever, pls make more stuff free..Version: 3.1.2

Forced reviewDownloaded this game before we left on a trip. Turns out you get to learn one letter before you are forced to purchase the app or write this review to continue playing. Would’ve been nice to know this ahead of time while I still had WiFi. So I haven’t really had a chance to experience the game. Now I finally have WiFi and our trip is about over so I hope it’s good..Version: 1.2.0

Pay to useI understand you have to pay for certain things so you can have it but having to pay for more than five words that you can teach your kid which you’re only going to use a few times a day if not none seems a bit excessive. And yes I understand that this game needs to make money somehow but having to pay for everything and just so you know, I couldn’t even access the App Store to do, it because there is an error just makes it even more wrong that’s it..Version: 3.0.2

Money hungryI got this App for my 1 year old, so far she loves it but i hate the fact that it literally only give you one letter for free!! I was going to buy it but wanted to test make sure she likes it first but barely had anything to test because after you finish A and move on to B which has no lock , you are asked to rate it, if you don’t rate it you are pushed Back to home screen, so you never get to do B unless you rate it. I feel like if you have a good product ppl will buy, don’t jam it down their throats after the first one and only free letter. Was a huge disappointment! It’s for kids at least let them have A B & C uninterrupted..Version: 1.2.0

It’s okay if you payIt’s a good app if you want to pay money for it. If you don’t pay money all you get is the letter A though..Version: 2.1.3

HelloOk.Version: 1.2.0

More words pleaseIt seems like it has potential, however they only offer two words in the free version. For me only offering two words for free is not enough to convince me to spend money on an app. Especially when I have pen and paper for my child to actually write the words. We’ll see what benefits the free version has before committing to purchasing the full app..Version: 1.2.0

App is good when it works...Paid for the unlocks but now the app does not allow access to content due to App Store account being inaccessible... not sure why since I can access other App Store apps just fine... nothing more frustrating to a toddler when something just stops working....Version: 2.1.3

Ok so farOnly able to try one game before we needed to rate so not able to comment much.Version: 1.2.0

So many adsThe free version is terrible. My kid couldn’t do anything without getting an ad and not knowing how to skip it..Version: 3.0.4

FunGood game.Version: 1.2.0

Why are we so petty.I just wanted to say I am going to purchase this app to satisfy my child with a little thing that she likes and has a fun time learning with. I don’t appreciate the two or so letters that you have open for the children to play with before they grow frustrated with being blocked by messages they don’t understand. The way I feel bullied into still getting this because you have to pay to get to the next letter. I’m just saying that you should let the kids get a chance to get to more of the stuff that you have to offer for fun and learning before the parents have to get the $$. The two stars are in my opinion the best way to explain. I just had to get that off my chest, otherwise I’m happy with the app because my two year old enjoys playing with this one a lot..Version: 1.2.0
