You can use the accelerometer or the touch screen to move objects in some games. It doesn't take long to play all of the mini games, but my kids return to this app over and over. ✓ For young childrenPlease be aware this is aimed at small children. Other low reviews are because they haven't seen its recommended section (i.e. 1-3 and 3-7 yrs). My 14 month old loves this game. It is about the only app she has been able to understand how to use properly. She sometimes needs a little help but as she has played this so many times, she recognises the games and knows when to tap on the screen (to kill the germs) and when to swipe the screen (to move the organs and plasters/band aids into their correct positions or brushing the teeth). Would definitely recommend to toddlers and small children as it is completely different to other apps aimed at this age group. I'm sure it is something she will continue to enjoy as she gets older and can understand how to play more of the games contained in this app. Because it contains so many different little games, this one app kept her quiet for most of a very long 2hr train journey..Version: 1.1.1

If my daughter gets the least bit bored she asks "can I play Toca Boca". She and I both love the fact that she can just play how she wants, that's the thing that makes y'all stand out from the crowd and that it's easy for little fingers to manage and maneuver. Thanks so much but please offer discounts on the prices of your games once in a while, especially for your faithful customers (I really want to get the cooking game but can't get it at that price just in case she don't like it). ✓ So fun!I'm 14 and I think this app is really awesome I like playing an app that doesn't take too much skill or time to play! Downside I beat it in about 15 minutes :( 18 puzzles? For a dollar even though a dollar is not much I still think it's worth it but you guys could've maybe done like 70 puzzles and an endless mode that you have to do puzzles really fast with time limits for new highscores. 1, 2 and 3 stars would be cool too so you can play them until you get three. Good job! Bravo! Perfect! And fantastic, all done! My favorite thing about him he dances when you complete your missions. There are various glitches in the game one of them is the eye puzzle as the doctor says a phrase twice and the jingle will play with one. Crashes when you take off all the splinters in the foot puzzle. And jingle stops when you hold on the screen and tap the screen around the doctor’s machine. This needs to be fixed.
