Fantastic, useful and straight forwardA really useful app. Booked flights and hotel through the app, great way to organise a short break. Love the ability to book activities while you’re away. Notifications are helpful too. There still some things you have to go on the website for, I think the app misses out on member discounts which is a little annoying. Useless AppThe App is useless. When you click on ‘My Trips’ it doesn’t show any details. It will say “you haven’t booked”. So useless!.Version: 18.46

Warning!!!Be really careful and think before using Expedia to book something, I planned and booked a whole trip with Expedia spending around $10,000 between flights, hotels and activities, one of the days I arrived to Rome and I went to check my email confirmation to call the hotel/property phone number and the answer that they where not partnered with Expedia anymore so I spent another 4 hours!!! Talking to their representatives repeating the information over and over again, talked to supervisors, managers and they allocation department which where trying to charge me for another place!!! I keep calling and calling them and nobody helped! The call keep failing or disconnecting, I don't know if they do it to get out of the hook but they never returned the call that obviously they have my phone number on file, so I ended walking at 1 in the morning with my family looking for another place to sleep with no battery in my phone to call them again after 4 hours with them! Also when you reserve a rental car Do Not Use their insurance because when you get to the rental place the companies say they don’t accept Expedia insurance and Expedia won’t reimburse for what you paid of their insurance!.Version: 19.49

Excellent for the most partGreat customer service, strong location, lovely 5* bedrooms, very good buffet breakfast, good gym, good spa with free pool as well as sauna and steam room. The only complaints are the very limited English speaking channels on the TV (needs more options), and in the spa, the Jacuzzi is terrible; it is the same temperature as the pool. I was there for four days and I kept asking for the temperature to be increased to at least 36 degrees, but it remained at about 26/27. If the hotel can sort this out, then I give them five stars..Version: 22.46

Great appThe app is easy to use and makes booking accommodation simple. It’s also great that the booking is saved in the itinerary. An opportunity for improvement is the search function should include number of beds required. I travel a lot with my sister and cousin so obviously we want separate beds which means having to weed out the options that only provide two beds..Version: 19.14

Issue between .com and .caThere seems to be a lack of integration between Expedia.com and .ca. I booked on .ca. it doesn’t seem to show up on this app. A big disappointment in 2022. ☹️.Version: 22.14

A fabulous lodge in Santa ElenaWe stayed 3 nights here and absolutely loved it! It’s in a quiet location, but only a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket. The lodge itself is really well designed. The deck is a great place to relax. The rooms and communal areas are very comfortable with some nice design features. The guys on reception were so helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. They organised our trips / transport for us and gave us lots of tips to make the most of our stay. The ladies who prepared breakfast and cleaned our rooms were lovely too. There was a good breakfast selection and it was nice that coffee and popcorn were provided during the day free of charge. You can also use the kitchen facilities to make you own meals..Version: 22.44.1

Great appGreat app, does mostly what I need, but a few improvements please. Please add the same searches as the website. I would like to look for a hotel, flight and car please, not just hotel and flight. I have to log into the website to do this which renders the app useless. Also, please add room pictures, not just the info. I know you have them as I have looked at the on the website version, so please have them on the app as sometimes room descriptions can be cryptic, and the pictures explain things more readily. Apart from that, have booked multiple holidays through Expedia, winner every time, never had any issues..Version: 18.2

Five hours at Dublin airportCredit card insurance form was not good enough five different times regardless of how man amendments were made by the bank. After five hours it met their approval. It’s a standard form the credit card issues all over the world. Be forewarned..Version: 22.35

Awesome serviceDuring the current difficult circumstances Expedia have been really amazing when it comes to looking after its customers. Relaxing and enjoyable stayJust had to give this property a five star review because of the service and the comfort of our stay. We actually found this hotel after our trip had already started and we started at a nightmare Airbnb. The bang for your buck at this property is notable. It seems like an older property but with great renovations. The lobby is spacious and beautiful with exotic fish tanks to enjoy. They have a bar and restaurant with a small but tasty menu. The pool is beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable and the little balcony just added to the charm. For us it was a saving grace for our trip which was to celebrate our film being in FLIFF. Oh and the elevators were always working and available which isn’t often the case. Finally, the customer service was top notch. They helped us with food delivery, got us extra towels quickly and when there was a loud and rowdy crowd in the hallway on our floor after midnight sent security up in five minutes to break it up. We were impressed. Just a great place to stay close enough drive to all you need and really close to Hard Rock Seminole and the airport! Thank you for a great stay!.Version: 22.44.1

ThanksI use Expedia when booking my independent travel, and have been using them for a few years, we nearly always take the pay upfront and non refundable option as it is the cheapest, as we always go, but this year as we know has not turned out as we hoped, I contacted Expedia and they went to work, they contacted each hotel I had used this way, explained that I am in the UK and our flights had been cancelled, and all hotels waived the rules and returned my payments, I would like to thank all the staff who I dealt with at Expedia for all their help, Thank you, and I look forward to using you in the future, stay safe and take care.Version: 20.25

Great way to book trips except...I’ve booked multiple holidays and excursions via Expedia and it’s great but - and it’s only a minor gripe - I do wish the app would allow me to book multiple rooms, as we often need to book 3 rooms. I do most browsing on iPad/phone but have to switch to website to book more than 1 room. Rewards ActivityI would like the ability to be able to drill down on the rewards activity section. Great private guide with deep local knowledgePhyo Phyo was recommended to us by a well travelled friend of ours and it surpassed all our expectations. He was always very polite, soft spoken and very customer centric. We set for him a challenge to select the best standard of every shop we went and he did it beautifully. His deep local knowledge allowed us to visit the real gems of the area. We visited the very few small temples that have paintings well preserved despite being hidden to the mass tourism. We wanted to try the local cuisine and he chose Sanon, which is a social project to train the youth to be able to better their lives in the hospitality industry. The food was safe, truly amazing and very well price. So Phyo Phyo blow us our minds again. If you want to be in safe hands, travelling in an a/c clean car knowing that you are going to have a unique experience I recommend to arrange his service in advance..Version: 19.26

Butterfly on Prat - Hong KongWe stayed here for 4 nights in October 2019. We were a party of 11; 6 adults, 3 kids under 12 and 2 teenagers. We had three double rooms on the 1st floor. Hotel is very well located with easy access to the MKR system and multiple restaurants and convenience stores within 150m. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean with excellent amenities. Beds are a little smaller than we are used to (both width and length) but comfy enough. The only downside is the smoking area just outside the front door which means some days we fought our way out through the smoke and smell. How much I LOVE Expedia serviceI have been using Expedia for the last 15 years for hotels, transportation,airflight and cruises .I have not ever been in conveying,disappear with there service. When you put a car rental, hotel and airfare together and then No NO ONE can beat their price. when we fly out the country we get transportation from the airport to our hotel through Expedia also. another good thing about Expedia is when we had to cancel because of personal reasons we was refunded all our hotel money all our car rental money and our flight money was put aside for a later flight so we lost no money through Expedia which was great for us. Jeannie66I can't praise Expedia enough I was in a bad situation with health issues and needed too make changes too my booking, which is for my daughters 30th birthday. So it was very important too me that the situation got sorted. I had spent a lot of money up front and my daughter is fantastic I don’t know what I would do without her. So I was taking her too New York. All I can is Shikhar in the Customer Service team went up & beyond too get this matter resolved for me. When he said he would ring back he did, very punctually!!! Considering the amount of of customers they must deal with on a daily bases. I got my refund within 24 hours, which he said would take 7/10 days. I couldn’t believe it. Fabulous apartments beautifully decorated and great location plus excellent service!We stay 5 nights at the loft apartment at this building and it was one of most gorgeous apartments we have stayed at! Great location less than 10 minutes walk to the waterfront, great furniture and all amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Joao at reception was super helpful and such a nice gentleman, and tools extra care to make my wife and I enjoyed our first trip to Lisbon. Lovely location and well connected to everything. Beautifully Greek!The staff (especially Youla) were amazing - super friendly and can’t do enough for you. The breakfasts were gorgeous - every day a selection of Greek delights, with each day something different. Cannot fault the cleanliness and Batsi is just gorgeous. Not ‘loads’ to do for teenagers in the village but a pool table at bar asterix, rock jumping and nightlife made a week just perfect for them. Not as supportive and helpful as beforeI have been with Expedia for almost every booking for the last four years. The latest experience was extremely terrible. Without my authorisation, the hotel took the “Pay on Arrival” room fee X 10% extra two days before check in, and won’t release the payment until the one month after check out. Expedia never told me about the 10% extra fee and never told me we need to prepay even we chose “pay on arrival “ option. Because I booked the room for other people not for myself. Why should I pay!!!!! The Expedia reservation team tried to ask me to deal with the hotel directly . They charged my payment and didn’t pay a role as a responsible travel agent. Missing checked luggageI can honestly say Expedia is the most unsupportive and unprofessional travel company I have ever dealt with . I booked flights from Dublin to New York on the uk website . I thought great luggage included . However when the confirmation came through checked luggage didn’t appear on itinerary. I called the customer support line ( only supporting Expedia’s interests ) even though I explained I was calling from Australia I was still kept on the line for 1.45 hrs . Only when I mentioned I had screen shots did Expedia offer for me to purchase my own checked bags and they would give me a $50 hotel voucher ! Really ! What I needed was what I paid !!!! In the end I had to book and pay for a lesser luggage weight with the promise of a refund to my bank acc and a $100 voucher to my Expedia account . Neither has occurred . Customer serviceI recently booked a trip through Expedia, I travelled from Grand Cayman to Thailand then 3 days before my return found out that Emirate airlines had cancelled the flights to return me to my home. Expedia did nothing to assist with my problems with returning home instead I paid them an additional $3500 usd for new flights to get home and made the request for my money to be refunded for the cancelled flights FYI I had also paid Expedia for flight insurance for my trip. I have now been home for 4 weeks Expedia have now told me I won’t be getting any refund they also refuse to reply to any of my emails their chat support constantly tells you they don’t have any agents available. I have also tried calling several times being put on hold for 2 hours each time and having to hang up as my mobile phone is about to explode because of the heat. I honestly believe that due the circumstances we currently find ourselves in that not too many people are currently booking flights and hotels which means Expedia staff can’t possibly be that busy and are blissfully ignoring their responsibilities to their customers. Chat bot waste of timeSo the new look and feel of Expedia is terrible. The chat bit just wastes time trying to retrieve who knows what from where and literally minutes later is no closer to cancelling or modifying a booking! Whatever happened to the old style of modification, where it would be so much easier and FASTER to use. DisappointedI have no complaints about Expedia. But I am dissatisfied with the Showboat. Never was it said that the entire place is under construction. The parking garage was completely closed. You have to park in an outside parking lot and pay 20 a day. The nice part of my stay was the room had an incredible view from the bedroom sliding doors to a balcony. Sunrise and sunset was beautiful. But no people walking around it seemed empty. No restaurants or stores were open. The casino was completely closed. I had to go to another casino to Gamble and go to eat. There should of been a disclaimer about the situation in the construction going on. It wasn’t reduced in price as the prices were the same at other places. The door has issues and didn’t always shut by itself. I had to play around with it to make sure the door was locked each time. I have stayed here before with no issues so I’m assuming this was just due to the renovations going on but it should of been known to me what I would be dealing with so I could of just booked my stay somewhere else..Version: 21.48

The formulae for our to run a hotel !We’re currently staying here and quite simply this is how to run a hotel. To further endorse previous reviews everything is done very well and nothing is too much trouble. It has our preferred modern style but manages to still make you feel like a visiting family member. Impeccably clean everywhere, room and pool beds (of which there are many) are the most comfortable we’ve come across. Now for the food, very fresh ingredients skilfully cooked and presented. The fact we’ve had 9 nights and still not yet ventured to an outside restaurant says it all. In the evenings every night have had quality entertainment, another area where no corner has been cut. The biggest asset though are the staff, you would think they all own a share of the hotel. From breakfast to last drinks at night they just don’t stop and all with the largest of smiles. They genuinely love working here, some have for many years. Finally, we would without hesitation recommend here to family and friends. Just don’t all book at once as we want to come back !.Version: 22.25

It would be five stars if……it remembered the people you tend to travel with. You have to manually input the number and ages of kids for every single trip search. Lucky for me, I’ve just got two, but for bigger families this would be a massive pain. Fix this and it’s 5 stars. To make it 6 stars, you should be able to have the option to search countries or ‘anywhere’ if you’re feeling adventurous. Sometimes I don’t know where I’d like to go until I see what’s available!.Version: 21.29

Not bad ......It’s not a bad app. The main issue I have with it is that you cannot search a date range. This is particularly unhelpful when trying to search for a bundle deal. Flights to many destinations only depart on certain days of the week, but there is no way to take that into account with Expedia. You, therefore, often end up with indirect flights or huge prices for a weekend away. Adding the functionality to search a date range (e.g. allowing up +/- 7days would do) would vastly improve the app. I’m not a developer but this can’t be too difficult, as most other travel companies allow you to do this. One app I use regularly allows you to search an entire month..Version: 18.49

Great app for planning/searching for acomm and flightsBut A bit of a buggy checkout process. I booked a bundle, chose our flights and accomm and clicked complete booking, only for it to fail with an error. A charge was held on my card and released a few minutes later and the booking had failed. Then I had to restart planning my whole package to confirm the booking again, at which point it failed again but this time just with a warning about credit card fees from the airline. This resulted in another hold and release of part of the fee. I then confirmed it a third time, and it worked. My bank looks at bit messy at the moment : $2000 debit, $2000 credit, $2000 debit, $2000 debit, $2000 credit. I’m glad you release the funds immediately if another part of the process fails otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to book!.Version: 19.42

No response from Expedia over a booking issueI had booked accommodation in Coffs Harbour recently for a return trip. On the drive there I was informed that due to a sudden COVID outbreak I needed to turn around snd get back home or else possibly have to cover costs for quarantine. I contacted the hotel to see if I could arrange a credit and they advised I would need to contact Expedia to act on my behalf. I emailed Expedia and almost a month later have had no response - very disappointing as I travel quite a bit when the borders are open - won’t be using them again.Version: 21.01

3 night stay in family room. One adult one 9 year old child.My son and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Staff were friendly, room was clean. View was good too, with amazing sunsets. Central location to everything. Comfortable beds. Thankfully there was a fan in the room because it was unusually warm. The only thing I struggled with was the stairs. I have mobility issues and we were in a 2nd floor room. I hd sent a message with my booking requesting a lower floor room or near a lift. Unfortunately nobody got back to me to tell me the hotel did not have a lift and that there would be no rooms available except for the 2nd floor. Besides that, I would definitely go back and staff were lovely and accommodating, really good breakfasts too..Version: 21.22

Could be improvedI have loved Expedia since I started traveling on my own and the checkout process is always easy for me. Overall the app is decent and could use a few more features. For example when searching for an all inclusive on the website you can filter that option but in the app you must scroll through all hotels, motels and resorts. Also, I wish that you didn’t have to specifically search from one airport. The app states that it’s to help you find the best deal but to me the best deal would be found by checking all available airports that I am willing to travel to without having to research and put back in all of my filters every time. Also, they claim that it is cheaper to book through the app but I have always found that the better bundles are found on the website. It would also be nice if there was an “availability calendar” like on some other sights where you can see how much cheaper it would be to stay a different night. Another feature that would interest me is being able to search an entire country as your destination to try to find new and cool places to stay in a specific country..Version: 18.45

Excellent staff4 stars only because the staff were so great. Hotel needs some upgrades. Our first room, the bathtub had a big rust spot in it, and the hide a bed had seen better days. They were gracious and let us switch rooms. The mattresses in the second room we’re not great and one of the TVs had issue. Great App but needs to be more user friendly.There is no doubt this is an excellent app for booking or even comparing hotels, flights and trips. Major problem for me is once you have booked you are not given an email contact of your hotel. So if you need to contact them you only have a phone number which has proven difficult when contact is required. Expedia can contact them but there is a 48 hour turn around. Just make the app more user friendly and it will be a 5 star app..Version: 17.49

Hillside Inn in Madison, IndianaExpedia and the hillside inn. I called and asked for a refund because our car broke down and we were never able to make it. The trip was for my 8 year old whom had a birthday that day and it was ruined. I’ve called and asked politely if I could receive a refund or my money back for the room and no one has contacted me or spoke to me since my calls. They won’t reply to email and a manager never got back with me to try and help me out. We’ve stayed here a couple times and I’m very disappointed that no one who works for Expedia or the hotel never contacted me. The costumers always right. That was an 8 year olds birthday money wasted for a trip that she never was able to enjoy. Honestly if you are a hotel that says that they would lose money because they could of booked the room to someone else. I’m sorry but if you are making that much money because the hotel is booked then why can’t they simply give me something that is still rightfully mine. Lovely comfortable stayWe enjoyed a one night stay at The White Lion last weekend. Our room, breakfast and meal at The Sea Spice restaurant were all superb. Room was spotlessly clean with bottled mineral water and a Selection of hot drinks available. Lovely fluffy towels on a hot towel rail in the bathroom on arrival. Only one small thing could be improved, shower water pressure was quite poor in the morning. Other than that, this hotel was everything we could have wished for and very good value too as right in the Centre of Aldeburgh.Version: 21.26

Reef house is a great spot!We spent 3 nights at the reef house and it was very nice. The resort is clean and comfortable. The pool is beautiful, and it’s proximity to the beach area makes it ideal. We took advantage of the sunset cruise and the morning snorkel trip. Both were highly enjoyable. We hit s glitch with the snorkel trip when there were mechanical problems with the boat, but the staff worked hard and found a solution for everyone to get on a snorkel boat. All of the staff, from housekeeping to bartenders, to maintenance people were friendly and accommodating. The captains and crew on both of our boating excursions were great. We were thankful that “Henry” was able to fill in quickly for our snorkel day. I’d say the only drawback might be the in-room coffee. Some may prefer the Nespresso systems but I missed my “regular” coffee. On the last day, I did find K-cups in the lobby of the main building but a little too late. It would also be nice to have a “snack shop” on-site, for early risers to grab a bite before a morning walk or boat ride. I’d highly recommend this resort, and don’t forget to take advantage of Happy Hour by the pool!.Version: 22.42

Disappointed but would go backI am a Professional Photographer and I had booked two nights stay because of the Vintage Trailer Show in Buellton. This was my 1st year covering this Event and was told the Saturday was the Day with all the Fun. I booked the two nights knowing that i would have an Awesome Time. A week before the Event I had to cancel my Saturday night Reservation due to another two events that I had to cover Saturday Morning in Anahiem and Saturday Evening in Devore that would finish at 10:30pm so I lnew that i couldn’t stay the 2nd Night. I tried to cancel thru the Hotel and thru Expedia. The Hotel was nasty to me when i told them i needed to check out Saturday Morning and Expedia was no help either. I was charged for both Nights plus an extra two Service charges and i left at 5:15 Saturday Morning just to makenit to my Anaheim Event Saturday Morning after taking over 1800 Photos in Buellton on Friday at the Vintage Teailer Show and another 200 Photos at the Mendalson Museum. I did like the room and the price but too bad i stayed for one night got charged for two night plus Sevice Charges.Version: 21.37.2

Excellent customer service during covid times!!Expedia kept me up to date with airline changes and on my trip to Egypt end of December. They would call me on the phone if needed. It was never difficult to contact them. I used to use Opodo (Beware!!!!!), where it is impossible to contact anyone. It took three months to receive a refund for an Airline canceled trip to the United States. Anyway, I am overjoyed with Expedia’s customer service. Not really FREE CANCELLATIONI booked a flight and hotel through here and one of the passengers could not come, so before I went anywhere or flew anywhere I canceled that 1 person, I called the airline and they gave me a full refund of $484. Now I called expedia to cancel the hotel since there was no check-in and I haven’t even made it to Puntacana. The lady told me that I would be charged for the first night and ok, that’s completely acceptable, what wasn’t is that the refund for the other 4 nights was only $16 when the whole stay for one person was $625. Now I don’t mind being charged for the first night but it says free cancellation and for them to only give me $16 is daylight robbery. Never again will i do anything with Expedia because of how awful their customer service is, the lady kept on saying that she will cancel the whole reservation and I had to keep telling her that it was only one person not the entire thing. Disgusting business practices and I will be getting in contact with Customer Consumer Reports to take action immediately..Version: 22.24

SonnenalpThis is a very nice property, with an elegance and friendliness from an era that is fast slipping away in our country. While we had a bit of miscommunication on checkin and ended up waiting til the eleventh hour (check in is at 4 and hotel had told us when we arrived the room was clean and only awaiting inspection which should take no time (we arrived about 2pm) we didn’t get into the room til right at 4. We were tired from traveling and would have gone off property to shop or eat had we known an inspection would take two hours. Staff however, once we got in, we’re apologetic and kind sending up a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The property is beautiful, right on Gore creek, although we didn’t up in a room on the creek, BE SURE to ask and ask again before arrival! Wi-Fi was a bit off and on but a valet employee told us how to use another of the hotels choices for Wi-Fi and that worked well. The spa is BEAUTIFUL, not over run and best of all, open for all hotel guests regardless of whether one has a treatment scheduled. And only hotel guests if not paying for a service. Beautiful indoor and outdoor pools and setting right on the creek up against the mountain. Lovely huge buffet daily, although pricey at about $70 a piece. In light of ongoing labor shortages continuing to plague our country, this property is doing a great job , the employees who ARE working, making a hard effort for guests at every turn. Poor customer serviceI booked flights by phone with Expedia as on line it would not let me use my loyalty points. I asked several times that the price quoted included luggage and was told it did. When the confirmation came through it only included hand luggage. Three phone calls later over a two week period and despite assurances I would be phoned back with 24 hours I still have heard nothing. Expedia do not seem to be treating me seriously and I may have to make a formal complaint to enable my tickets to be upgraded to what I was told I was receiving in the first place. Posada Terra Santa - simply wonderful !Second time of staying at this delightful boutique hotel tucked away in the old town of Palma. From checking in to checking out, our stay was faultless. The staff on reception can not do enough for you, so friendly and helpful. Restaurant and housekeeping staff equally fabulous. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and they made such a fuss of her. The rooms are lovely and the beds super comfortable. The upstairs roof terrace is wonderful for relaxing, sunbathing and having a pre or post dinner drink. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for making our stay so special..Version: 21.37.1

Great position and friendly guesthouseJust a few minutes drive from the centre of Fort William, with amazing views across the loch, Hillview was a perfect base for my daughter and I to explore the west highlands for a few days. We received a friendly welcome, the rooms are clean and adequately furnished. Breakfast is pre ordered the night before (if you want anything cooked) with fruit, cereals and toast, and is great. First negative experience with ExpediaWhile being a loyal customer to Expedia, used to receive the best possible service, I was disappointed while trying to change my recent flight due to COVID related reasons, the app did not allow me to change my flight, rang their international number which never answered, rang KLM which never answered either. I had to book a new flight and cancel the previous one from the app. As soon as I arrived to the UK, I called them to either get a refund but they insist on putting my money in the form of a voucher which should be spent towards a flight with KLM within 3 months. I tried to explain that I will never fly again in three months and I would like to get my money back or use the voucher towards something that I can do as hotel booking.. etc.. or even giving the voucher to any of my family members to use it .. but they refused. I think this is not fair on any customer. I threw £462 away and will think twice before using Expedia in the future..Version: 21.17

The app itself is great customer service not so much.Booked my flight and wanted to change the times to better fit the plan that was later made and called customer service because I figured they’d be the ones that would help hours later and after being belittled about “you should plan better sir, flights book up fast, and this is the cheapest price I guarantee”. I got it all figured out by myself. I ended up just cancelling the entire trip and getting a flight credit and using that credit to get the time slot I wanted for 145$ difference. On the phone they said it was gonna be over 1000$ and that was including my flight credit. I hope this reaches my target audience. Your customer support team is absolute trash individuals. I think the best thing about the call center is they offer to text you a link to do it yourself which I did and save 900$. The apps great just don’t be like me and make changes lol. Hilton DarwinRooms are lovely, staff are amazing, even the coffee is great. My one little issue was that the pool is tired, and tiles are in need of a really good clean so it’s not the place to spend lounging by the pool. That being said, when the hotel Is so perfectly positioned to all that Darwin has to explore who has time to sit by the pool? The travel agency you can trustI found international tickets from the google flights then checked through several travel agencies. Finally I settled down with Expedia. After booking is done, Expedia website amd app were unable to show me my upcoming trips and gave out “sorry, something went wrong on our end”. Expedia agent verified my flight reservation multiple times from Expedia system and the flight airlines (contact agent in the help chat). They ensured my itinerary would show up a bit later on my account and it did after a few hours later. Of course, we also double checked our tickets from the airlines. Getting reasonable International flight tickets has been difficult ever so far. We read many reviews about other travel agencies that spit out low fares which look unimaginably good although those fares are still more expensive than before the pandemic. Realized there would be a low chance of getting the tickets you actually purchased with them. I found really good prices with other agencies and talked with their reps within a few minutes. Most of time they told the tickets i saw were not available. Also they told me they had to cancel customer’s purchases because of the same reason. Looks like some of the cancellation did not guarantee a full refund according to the comments available on review sites or BBB. So I would say you would not go wrong with Expedia if you find good fares and purchase with it. Hope all of you have a wonderful summer and be safe!!.Version: 22.23

Footprint’s ResortThis is my 3rd visit to Footprint’s and Matt and Amanda who own and run this beautiful resort NEVER disappoint. My Villa was clean and my bed was very comfy. The outdoor kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. Loved the pizza oven and the new outdoor gazebo that’s over the beautiful long table. Matt always gets a fire going for you around 7. There are 3 different areas for fire pits! The hot tub and cooler pool was open this year! Due to COvid they were closed. Every time I come to Footprints I always meet very lovely people. Hotel in a great central locationAthens Gate is in such a convenient position for the ancient sites of Athens. It has superb views of the Acropolis and the Temple of Olympian Zeus. Friendly and efficient staff. Only problem we found was getting the room temperature right - cool enough to sleep but then warmer in the day. However on the last day we were there, we noticed that the hotel was overriding any guest temperature changes, which I guess is a response to the international concerns to limit energy use..Version: 22.39.1

Location, Location, Location!Perfect place to stay if you enjoy easy access to the marina and the beach. It is a small and quiet resort. Which we like because we go as a family and not the party scene. Which was cool for us 20 years ago ;) Service staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only complaint is trying to sign us up for the marketing sales pitch at their sister resort as soon as we checked in. When we politely said no, the front sales staff became rude and wouldn’t acknowledge us the entire week we were there. Not a biggie, but it’s polite to at least say hello or good after afternoon when passing by. What they forget to tell you is you can still go to the sister resort 10 mins away and enjoy the luxurious pools and view and also includes the all inclusive if you have that package. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We also didn’t need the sales pitch for discounts on activities. We met a very nice young man at the marina who took great care of us setting up the clear fiberglass boat and the dolphins experience..Version: 20.50
