✓ Product purchaserProduct very weak does not provide folders only tags. This defeats the purpose of filing. Tech support never responds on issues. Microsoft outlook lacked folders as does this product but it is free. Product crashes between options and constantly gives errors when refreshing gmail instead of saying no mail. Still have not heard back on iCloud email issue. Gmail only works after lowering security threshold telling me they may have security issues and may be same with apple. ✓ One minor glitch...Working beautifully and much easier to use than the last OWA app I had. Only problem I have found is there are no visible icons on the viewer for downloaded attachments. ✓ More problems latelyI’ve been using Mail+ since 2014. It’s had issues over the years, but I was able to get by. Lately I’m having more glitches and crashes. I’ve worked with the support staff but the fixes I’ve requested still haven’t come (Examples: Bug with TouchID after app-switching, failed refreshes). In the past few months I’ve noticed problems connecting to newer Exchange-based servers (like Office365). I’m not sure where the problem is, but this app can’t connect reliably. ✓ Poor Design, Limited Features, Difficult to ConfigureI am extremely disappointed with this app. I use Microsoft's Office 365 for Small Business service and connecting to it was extremely difficult and problematic using this app. There is no support documentation for this procedure. Once logged in, I discovered that the app's interface is non-intuitive and very feature-limited. For example, in the mail interface, your inbox is not displayed by default; instead it's a tap away. Shared calendars are NOT supported, so if you're actually collaborating with anyone in terms of a schedule, this app is by and large useless. Finally, developer support is extremely slow. It takes days to even get a first response to trouble submissions. I'd strongly recommend other options for Outlook client solutions. Even the built in iOS Mail/Calendar/Contacts apps are much, much better..Version: 3.0.2

Only one BIG PROBLEM: my inbox is divided in many subfolders, that the app doesn’t show, include new emails that go straight into the subfolders. ✓ Works well but has issues displaying attachmentsAn easy setup to my work exchange server running exchange version 2010. Just had to enter the URL as per the instructions, user and password and it setup everything else. I have been using it for a couple of days. Downloading attachments works ok but it crashes or exits to the Springboard then I have to go back in and view the attachments. Docx, Xlsx, PDF attachments a working ok after the minor crash. This is the first app I have tried, so it works ok for me. I don't need calendar access as I only use the webmaster function and don't use the full blown Outlook at work. ✓ RubbishAfter installing the app on my ipad I realised this can't connect to the Microsoft outlook server. After exchanging several emails with the vendors support, they advised me to make a request to Apple for the refund. I am very disappointed to mention here apple did not bother to even respond to my email and "problem report form" in iTunes. ✓ It has potential, but there is a showstopperUPDATE - After almost a year of waiting the developer has finally updated the App. Unfortunately, it did not solve any of the issues that I described in my previous review. I am lowering my rating to one star due to both the excessive amount of time it took for an update and the fact that none of my issues were addressed. I am also having the same problems with the App on my iPad Pro 9.7. ******* Unfortunately, This App allows me to view my company email a lot better than just accessing Outlook from a website, however, one very important feature doesn’t work at all. The App crashes when performing Company Lookup for Contacts. I contacted the developer and they requested me to re-configure my account by deleting and then re-entering the account details, which did not change anything. They responded back that they would need to check the issue further and I have received no additional response. This is an issue on both my iPhone 6 and an older iPad. Also, on the iPhone 6 there is an issue where if the fingerprint is enabled and you double click the iPhone home button, then try to swipe up to close the app, the app reopens. You must first close the app with a single button click, then you can double click and swipe up to fully close the app. The first issue is a definite show stopper. If corrected, I would definitely rate it much higher. The second issue is merely an annoyance..Version: 3.6.6

Okay when I read the description it's true you can add and review, but editing is kind of implicit in a calendar app surely? I have attempted to get a refund for this app but was advised by Apple that "after careful consideration" I will not get a refund. According the terms and conditions, the only way I can get a refund is if the app did not download properly. Looks like we are at the mercy of app sellers, they can sell whatever trash they want and we have to just deal with it: "You have the right to withdraw from your transaction without charge and without giving any reason until delivery of the product has started. You do not have the right to withdraw from a transaction once delivery of the product has started at which point your transaction is final. Now, after launching the app to use it and then switching to another app, re-authentication fails. One simply sees "Okay" at the top of the screen, and pressing that half of a button yields instant access to the email account pn the device. Completely bypassing any security. ✓ Oh so close but a miss...Great looking app and oh so close to being good - but misses. On the up - it is simple to install and dead easy to get connecting to your Exchange box. The calendar function looks great, too. In fact the app looks great....but... Doesn't show outlook subfolders, only the top level folders. Doesn't do rich text emails (i.e. can't change font or colour of font). Doesn't allow outbound attachments (except as "forwarding" and then it's a bit..err..dodgy). I really really want this app to add the functions they are missing because it is soooo close to what the iPad needs to make it a better business tool - hell, I'd pay more for it if it worked like it should. Trouble is, I deeply resent paying the 6 bucks already shelled for it because it doesn't. Right now it doesn't even offer the functionality that the IOS native email client offers, and you have to pay for it - that's a no win situation. You can't accept/decline multiple calendar invites, there are a number of glitches in the UI, and some serious contacts related and usability issues overall. It took over a year to finally see an update but it's not clear what the update was for except to clear the slate and receive all new fresh ratings. The search function also only likes to show results on "from" messages and not "to" or by subject. Did you want to take a peek at that PDF attachment? ✓ Please updateThe number of shortcomings are mounting. Previously, this app functioned more seamlessly than did Outlook itself. Now, it crashes far too often, hangs incessantly on opening, and lacks several key features. Among these is the absence of the "Clutter" folder and the ability to delete groups of unwanted emails. Perhaps as importantly is the ability to identify email as spam, and notify Microsoft that the sender's emails should be excluded from populating the inbox. Although is can be done using ActiveSync using the normal iPad mail client, this app provides a way to avoid some of the ActiveSync policies, which is good. It finally made me lose my marbles when I needed to pull up some important information and wasn't able to pull it up. When you try to open up an email that may be a few months old, it takes awhile and then it just crashes. ✓ CRASHThe App will crash if I have searched for mail and open it to reply! When I open Mail+ (assuming that it opens) it gives multiple alerts for the same email. Right now it has just alerted me at least ten times for the same email. What a piece of crap! Next time I open it, it will do the same thing! ✓ Problem opening emails with imagesI was really happy with this app for work-related email. Everything is exactly like the layout on my PC. Only issue is it doesn't like opening emails that have any emails with images in them, including even small company logos. This is an issue if, like me, you receive a lot of such emails on relation to your work. Hopefully there's a fix because otherwise I'm very happy. ✓ Inconvenient errorsWhy has the lag issue never been fix? An email app that can’t keep up with texting is an issue. Please update ASAP. I have been using this app for years. It’s ok, but has many quirks that have never been worked out. Searching for email is excruciatingly painful, and will most often lead to the app freezing requiring the app to be restarted. There has also been a lag issue in the text when you type. You can type your message, but it doesn’t respond on the screen for about 3-5 seconds. Layout wise, it’s a great app. Functionality and usability is average to below average, but I also haven’t found better alternatives so I work with the chronic, long-standing issues. It may be worth mentioning that I have also deleted and re-downloaded the app with all the same issues. I’m not sure if the developers use this app, but I can’t imagine I’m the only one experiencing these issues. Free app, though..Version: 3.6.7
